My name is Roshin Isaac. My Western Digital External Hard Disk stopped working and I have requested for warranty replacement. They have provided me with a door pickup service for which I have booked on January 19th 2011.According to them,the door pick was to be made within 72 working hours from the date of booking.I have not yet received any response from them. I tried calling their customer service number,but either that the number is busy always,or that they will keep me in hold nomatter how mch I wait. 2nd One HDD s/n WMC1U[protected]/08/2012 Docket No:[protected]
2nd HDD Replaced i have already Received 22/08/2012 S/N:WMC1U3268866
But Still i didn't received the 1st One which i Send Wrong S/N HDD (S/N i don't No)
pleas check it once and send back urgently.

Hi.. I have wd 200 gb old hdd on which i am running windows 7. I bought new hdd of western digital and i want to use it in my old pc with windows 7. Is it possible to transfer windows 7 from my old hdd to new one.?Warranty replacement not received yet

Western Digital — Non received of external hard drive for RMA no 81549384
I purched a external dard drive which was defective and returned for replacement and confirmed the receipt by RMA No 81549384. The delayed so long showing various reason. Now they are not entertaining any emails regarding the RMA.
