Hi My name is Nasir Hussain , As per western digital process I have created RMA on (29/jan/2013) for my hard disk replacement but till date i did not received a singal call for my Hard Disk replacement when i called to[protected] Everytime the person gives me promise that I will get the hard disk in 2 days, or they will call me back. sir/madam,i had sent a harddrive of 320gb with serial no. is- WMAV25716476 with RMA :81824145
in warranty period by courier to the westorn digitall service center ,delhi on 29-march,2010. but till today(one and half month) he doesnot sent my harddrive return me . i reminder them again and again but he didnt response us. what can i do? pl z solve the matter
