[Resolved] Woodland Shoes — Sole get cracked | |
I bought a pair of Woodland shoes on 12/07/08 of MRP 3900. The sole of my shoes got cracked last week after 4 months of purchase. When I went to the Woodland Shop at Shipra mall, Indirapuram from where I bought it, he asked for the physical Invoice/bill which I didn't had. However even after giving the detail of the Invoice no. and date, he started insisting on the credit card statement. I assured him that I'll send it by E-Mail but he was not ready to take the shoes back. I'm harassed as I've already visited once and wasted my time and money and not sure how many visits I've to make to get these bad quality shoes replaced. Was this information helpful? | |

THE SIZE IN 3 DIFFERENCT SHOES I CHOSE IS NOT AVAILABLE.
THE STORE PEOPLE WANT ME TO BUY A SHOE OF HIGHER VALUE, WHICH IS NOT CORRECT. AS SUCH I HAVE LOST FAITH IN THE WOODLANDS BRAND, BUYING A SHOE OF HIGHER VALUE MEANS WASTING MORE MONEY ON A BRAND WHICH HAS NO QUALITY CONTROL.

SB-116 B Tonk Road, Opposite Apex Mall, JAIPUR on date 02/. 11/2011 . After wearing the footwear i found the color fade in my socks. This really shows the poor quality of the Woodland shoes, which is reputed for the highest quality that they claim to maintain.

After 5 months I noticed that the sole of one shoe has been cracked. I went back to the shop he says no replacement is possible, this is unfortunate, but he agreed for replacement of the sole. Anyway, I have given the shoe for resoling (Repair slip no. 28, dated[protected].
It gives me pain to think that I will be affected in this way after buying a shoe from Woodland and this kind of service we can get from local shoe manufacurer hence what is the point of going for branded one.
