On 02/05/2008 I purchased a shoe from "Aero Club, Woodland Store, E-10/3, Inner circle, Connaught Place, New Delhi. vide Bill No.- 1054 (TIN No.-[protected]). Model no.- GC 0112105, Colour KHAKI. Within a week of purchase the sole started coming off, the outlet repaired it. It started coming off again in afew days, so it was sent for repair to the factory ( H No.-1501, dt.20/05/2008). Got the shoe back in about 10 days. After some time the metal Islets started coming off, three or more repairs at the outlet followed, but only for a day or two at the most before I had to return for re- repair. This time they sent it back to factory again ( H No.- 3355, dt.21/07/2008). I got the shoe back in 21 days. Now this is 13/10/2008, and I again had to let my shoes go to the factory with dislodged islet (Repair slip no.-237/CP2). THIS IS TOO MUCH FOR ME. I come to you since I failed to get a replacement from the shop. I had to go back for repairs almost 7-8 times in 5 months of which 1.5 mths it was in the Factory. Please Help.Thank You in anticipation.

i really dn't have perfect words... wht to say for woodland shoes... this is the third time now...
first time i purchased woodland shoes... got vanished within a month... lost bill somehow so couldn't get exchanged... so purchased new one... also got vanished within next two months...again got vanished...again no bill...no exchange...
service and quality of Woodland have become so poor... that i switched to RBK... i knw that's little expensive bt at least they people give gud customer service...
can any one please advice me hw to get them exchanged... i don't know their customer care id...
