Dear Madam/sir,
We asked for the no from just dial on 18/03/2012and on phone[protected] ,we received the sameon 18/03/2012with bill no mentioned 1008 wit the charges of 1800 for servicing and part change.

but the service and part we recieved was fague and there is still icing in the lower refrigerator
supplier,instead of calling several times ther is no proper reply from the supplier and now the phone is switched of ,as the product is under 1 year warranty we expect the product to be replaced immediately.
the address mentioned on the bill is shop no.750,main market,sagarpur,delhi.the phn nos. given on it is [protected],[protected]

kindly look into the matter

Tomorrow 2 people came to my home for repairing kelvinator refrigerator name sanjiv([protected]) and devinder.but my regrigerator is not working since they repaired it there is no cooling nor any iceing.nobody is picking our phone neither sanjiv nor your service center([protected],[protected].since tomorrow we are facing problem bacause of my fridge and they both took complete payment(Rs.2050) and u have given 1 year warranty also.
