Dear Customer Care Team,

This is further to the below mail and telecon I had, You have promised me to give a reply on the appended.
But sad to state that you have not kept your word in replying to my query/compliant.

In addition to the problem stated below, I had come across another difficulty:

My Bike service was denied by AMBAL MOTORS stating that they can not give service to the vehicle unless and until their engine oil is used.
I spoke to Mr. Nithin (Asst.Manager, customer care) and he also said the same.
Later I received a call from Mr. Nithin telling me I can service the vehicle and warrany will be void.
And I just asked him to give me a mail confirmation.

I made a lot of follow up with Mr. Nithin to give me a mail reply and it has been a month.

Kindly send me a reply as disscussed.

Dear Customer care Team,
With reference to the above mentioned subject, I would like to lodge a compliant on the service done by AMBAL MOTORS, Chennai. I own a Yamaha Gladiator( TN 20 AJ 3255) and it was for the first time I came to know I would be charged for the free service in the name of consumables.

For the first two services, I was charged Rs.20 each in the bill for consumables. The saddest part of the story commenced at the 3rd free service.
Since I was not feeling comfortable in the engine oil taken by AMBAL MOTORS for my vehicle, I myself bought a 4T oil from HP and handed over to the service tech. And I was informed of the charge Rs.20 on consumables. But to my surprise, at the cash counter I was charged Rs.30 with out any clarifications.
Do confirm back on what parameter, this consumable charge is raised.
Kindly do take stern action to stop such activities that poison the reputation of YAMAHA.

Aside to Kannan :as disscussed, there is no charge for the consumables on free services, sending you the mail marked CC.

I am an army officer and I wanted to buy yamaha r15.Now I have two questions:-
1. Is yamaha r15 available in CSD.If yes then where and in which state.
2. If not then what discount or concession is available for army officers.

I purchased my bike model no-Yamaha FZS on date[protected]. I am facing some problem from Yamaha moters.
my bike gaving some problem in gear box . i went at Yamaha service center(Northen Moters faridabad) .
but there is not any responsible person. they told me it will not cover in warranty. i gave my bike at service center
from[protected] but their is not responsible any person for him.i called in customer care no-[protected].
but also their is no response if Yamaha company can not gave service why he selling bikes.
i[censored] can any help me please help me otherwise its my last chance .
i can not believe in Yamaha service center.
