Not received proper service and response

Dealer Complaint

We have booked a bike from ALKA YAHAMA, KOPERKHERNE, NAVI MUMBAI, that too on cash money, but after a week, that dealer bracnh is telling that they don't have black colour and forcing us too take some other colour, but we have paid money and booked black colour.....how can this ppl are so greedy. Low Mileage and Mobil Leakage

wrong vehicle number

I was issued wrong vehicle number from a dealer named "Excellent yamaha", Telly gully, Andheri (E), Mumbai.
I rode this my bike for two months and when i went to collect my permanent RC book from the service centre it contained a different number, although rest of the specifications (chassis number etc) were correct.
And you would not believe the the co-incidence... a bike with the same number as my old
number...

Negligence

I own a Yamaha R15 since August 2008. I am very irritated by the service provided by the Yamaha Service centre. In the 5th service of my bike, they fit the rear wheel tilted which damaged the rear tyre. I informed the service centre manager about that.

In the 6th service of my bike again they forget to put a screw back. Yamaha is going to Kill their customer in road accident caused due to technical negligence.

Poor servicing

I brought an yamaha Fz on April 2009.I had completed 3 services in Between this Four months...But servicing Seems very bad to me...My bikes mileages seems to fluctuating.In the sme Road I got $0+ & 30 mileage..Now battery is down and when I call your service center I got Bad response from Them...

Myself Alaya, working as a Dy. Manager in TATA Tele Services Ltd. I have given my bike (Model: RX-135), at Reliance automobiles of Durgapur(WB) on 31st of july. It has to undergo complete servicing. after sales service are trying to cheat

I am ardent biker and have been riding bikes since 1992. I have quite a bit of knowledge in regards to bikes. I bought my yamaha fz16 in jan 2009 and after the first service the bike is making terrible sounds which has increased in due time... even after requesting the service station of over 5 times to check there's no response... infact these guys are trying to convince me tht there are no such sounds and every other bike has the same,...

bad servicing

This bike is registered to my father's name.i got this bike six months ago. the bike was delivered to me in a very bad condition, it had sratches at many places, the choke lever was broken and the bike was already drivenfor 90 kms.there is no kick on this bike, therefore i had to face many problems while starting it in the morning in the absence of the choke lever. they got me a new choke lever after a month that too after my visiting...

In Nov. 2008 one of the Yamaha Dealer in Indore tried to cheat me by selling an old used bike, which was being utilised for test drive purpose, saying it was a new one. They had replaced the original old fairing of the bike with a new different color one. I had signed all the papers and paid the money for the same. YAMAHA GLADIATOR BIKE PERFORMANCE IS NOT UPTO MARK IN HIS RANGE. THIS IS NOT A GOOD DEAL TO PURCHASE THIS BIKE. GO FOR ANOTHER ONE. I PERSONALLY FACE THE REALITY OF YAMAHA PRODUCT. DO NOT GO BY LOOK OF YAMAHA BIKE. CHECK THE PERFORMANCE.

I M NOT SATISFIED WITH YAMAHA BIKE. IN 3 MONTHS I FACE A LOT OF PROBLEMS BUT YAMAHA HAS NO MECHANISM OR INFRASTRUCTURE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

SO IT IS BETTER NOT TO BUY YAMAHA...

I purchase Yahama Gladiator Bike on dt. 19.04.2008 from Setco Yamaha at Pandav Nagar showroom.

after one month bike start giving problems self start system is not working since 2 months. during 2nd service i report the problem on dt. 19.07.2009.battery is not getting Charge even i am using Bike regularly,
After service on dt 21.07.2009 bike stop at sunder nagar near DPS mathura road. I call at service...

Yamaha gladiator is 4th yamaha motorbike in my life that i bought two yrs back in Kerala. Everywhere i gave my bike for service in yamaha service centers, i received it back without proper cleaning or servicing.

no response

i have buy Yamaha fz s before 1 month, the problem is that the Tyre of bike is faulty and the showroom from were i have taken bike they are refusing to replace it.

they are telling me that the company MRF is having policy that we cant change the Tyre because there is a puncture in the Tyre so warranty is void but without using the product how can we know the fault of product and the answer given by them were very rude and irresponsible....
