I booked a YAMAHA motor cycle Gladiator Graffiti, Yellow Golden colour on 22nd Sep 2009 with full payment from your Vasai workshop of PARAS YAMAHA, add: Bungalow No. 16, Dewan Bungalow Complex, Ambadi Road, Vasai (W), Dist. Thane – 401 202.
the vehicle delivered was manufactured in year 2008 and it was not informed at the time of booking, simultaneously on physical verifying the vehicle, found rubber parts are damage, paint spots on some part of the body, on Tachometer and other part of the vehicle, etc… simultaneously I didn’t receive owners manual and vehicle service book and on asking for the same i was told that service book has not come with the vehicle from YAMAHA only.
In this regards I contacted and informed Manager of Paras YAMAHA. But till today I didn’t receive any feedback on vehicle defect and owners manual and vehicle service book.
Consecutively within 20 days from the date of delivery experience problems like Indicators, brake light not working, having difficulties in placing Gears, electric starting noise enhance then the normal, enhanced noise in engine and vibration while in still acceleration, etc….
Hence I request to replace the vehicle or return back my money.
Please help me out.

Even i had this problem right after my first service with YAMAHA Service center. After a year it again resurfaced and i had to bring the problem to Regional manager's notice every now and then to get it corrected. The MANAGER in the service center is an outright politician/goonda as he never admits his team's service mess. After a recent service my bike gets switched off while on the move because of this i met with an accident and the bike mudguard got totally out of alignment with the rear tyre.
Guess what i still have to shell out money from my pocket for them to correct their mess. How unfair.
I had better biking & Servicing experience with TVS.
But YAMAHA is the worst to the core, i hate that manager in the service center.
"Don't know what should be done to bring this to all the biking enthusiasts attention in order to stop them getting pick pocketed for 70 thousands plus the money lent for service and for correcting service people's mistake."
Just thought all is well, now FZ's favorite problem...that is the rear rim has started.
