corrosion

I purchased yamaha libero G5 in november 2006 from Naman Auto Sales and Services located in Panvel, New Mumbai.But within a time span of just one and half year the steel parts of my bike including the handlebar, jumpers and accessories got junk on the surface( corrosion).I contacted the service engineer and the show room operators but did not get any satisfactory reply or remedy for my problem. Please help me out.

Number plate not yet received

Dear Sir,

I bought yamaha fazer from a trivandrum dealer 15 days back. Till now i didnt get front number plate of the bike. Every time when i checked with the dealer, they said the number plates will be couriered from the company. And every time they said it will come tomorrow! not its been two weeks.....!

Service Center Avoiding Replacement of Faulty part.

Hello Sir / Madam,

I purchased Yamaha FZS bike on 1st May 2009 from Naman Auto sales, Panvel, Maharastra. and have done all its servicings as per the schedule.
At the time of last servicing 12th September 2009 i launched a complaint regarding fuel indicator that it is not functioning properly and it does not shows the proper level of fuel in the indicator. They checked the bike and came to the conclusion, the fuel gaze...

no replacement of my speedometer

I have purchased a yamaha FZ 16 on november 2008 from Ms. Singhi Motors Sivasagar Assam. After my 2nd servicing my speedometer stopped working and according to my dealer I removed my speedometer and gave it to the dealer, they said it will be replaced from the Company but 1 month there is no response from the dealer nor the yamaha company. This is a worst after-sales service I have received from such a reputed Company....

poor seat

I purchased yamaha fz16 in feb 2009 - after 7 months only i was facing back and left leg pain problem.
for that purpose i changed that seat and purched new one from Pune wakdewadi serivce outlet.

But that also not solved my purpose yet. I had given complaint to Pune outlet but within 2 days i got the answer that there are no complaints from any other places. I explined my poblem to Head mechanic of Pune wakdewadi service...

Poor Servicing and highly charges

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Mr Parvez khan purchased yamaha fz16 on last year Diwali in 2008 from AIMS YAMAHA Showroom at Thane. From that onwards i have done 5 services at this showroom for this they had charges me Rs. 460/- for each service approximately,but the service was too poor ,from this i am not satisfied with the same.

please ook into the matter and do the needful.

Poor Service Quality

I serviced my 1 year old Yamaha R-15 bike (2300 KM so far) in the newly opened Yamaha showroom called "Raj Yamaha" at OMR, Chennai (next to Jain College). This was the closest Yamaha showroom from my house.
When I gave the bike for service, I stated them three problems:
- My bike was giving a unique sound (something like Kssk...Kssk) continuously while riding. It is as if some moving part is touching a static body....

Bike stops suddenly while driving, does not start again...

I bought a Yamaha r15 on 20th June, 2008 here in hyderabad. The bike was running fine till recently when suddenly one day while driving, it stops in the middle. I tried re-starting, it starts, but as soon as i accelerate, it stop again. I took it to the service center with great difficulty. They said it was an issue in the fuel pump. Absolutely rubbish customer care - Orion motors bangalore

I would be very polite if I would be saying that Yamaha Motors has a totally rubbish customer service in Bangalore. I literally don't have words to define the type of customer care these guys have in place...pathetic..horrible...lame..18th century..blah blah..

When I bought a new FZ16..in January 2009, I was made to feel like as if they were doing a favor to me by selling the bike. The customer representative was so eager...

chain broken,no display in speedo metre

i have continuos problems in my YAMAHA fz16.First of all my fz chain broken at the time of riding chain stuck in the engine luckly i escape from an accident.this case i inform the showroom,a showroom mechanic come & take to show room.they temporarly join the chain with a chain lock.i ride my bike 1 month with that temporarly chain lock the showroom staff told there has no chain stock in that showroom.

Hello M/s Yamaha,

This is to bring to your notice that my YAMAHA FZ16 facing white smoke from silencer from past 6 months.

I bought this vechile from AMBAL MOTORS, Chennai on 27th OCT 2008.

I have rushed to the dealer as soon as i come to know about the white smoke problem, reported to the chief mechanic Mr.Hussian in AMBAL MOTORS PVT LTD, Chennai.

1. Is r15 available in CSD, If yes then where and in which state.

GLADIATOR COMPLAINT

Dear Yamaha,

After regular follow up with dealers regarding issues in my bike, i am not satisfied with the services.
After regular services done at dealership,still since last 2-3 months bike is having of problem of jerk and sometimes stops in between road.

improper servicing

i am the owner of yamaha fz16 since 6 march 2009
since last two months several problems have been developed in my bike.
like excess heating of engine. low milage , disk brake lever and clutch malfunctioning.
whenever i went for the servicing the staffs did'nt solve problems. they make excuses and say the bike is fine.
they always say that engineers from yamaha will be provided to you but yet i

Substandard Spare Parts

Dear sir,

I have purchased a Yamaha FZ16 on 17th,july2009 and in not more than two months a considerable issue o[censored]sage of substandard spare parts has came in front o[censored]s.

Bike's rear wheel rim has got a crack in it and since there are tubeless tyres, air is passing through the crack of the rim. Earlier, I thought that its a manufacturing defect so obviously showroom people will definately take care of...

REPLACEMENT OF TACHOMETER

THE TACHOMETER OF MY FZ16 YAMAHA BIKE STOPS WORKING, BUT AFTER A WEEK OF REGISTERING A COMPLAIN, I DIDN'T RECEIVED THE SAME FROM DEALER END.
THEY SAID THAT COMPANY AUTHORITIES ARE NOT SENDING THE REQUIREDE ORDERS FOR IT. MOREOVER, THE CHAIN CLEANER & CHAIN LUBE SPRAY WAS ALSO NOT DELIVERED TILL LAST 5 MONTHS....
