Battery Problem

Hello Sir,
I bought a Yamaha Gladiator RS bike 3-months back from Pune delear name:- Monarch automobiles (Phadke automobiles) kothrud.
Almost after 2nd servicing my bike got a starting problem with button start. One day it completely failed so i showed it to a exide battery delear. He said that the company has provided 1-year old battery. But the yamaha delear is refusing to accept this.Still today i am facing the same starting...

Service warrenty

Respected sir,

2 months later i have purchase yamaha fz 16 in this bike company has give the tube less tires , in only 2 months my bikes rear tire get damaged ,after that i have visited in the service centre of yahama in jabalpur rahul motors near ranital ,in that agency there is no one available 2 recieve u ,or that foult ,after 2 3 hours one agency incharge has come and i tell him the problem ,so he said that there is no warranty or garentty that tires...

faulty battery

POOR QUALITY

have bought R-15 vehicle for my son on 21.05.2009 from Paras Yamaha, Chennai and the vehicle has run hardly 4700 KMS. We are doing regular service as per the chart and finished 3 services so far. Recently, there was some noise while applying brakes. When it was complained to the service engineer at Paras Yamaha. He told us that the braking pads had worn out and it has to be replaced costing around Rs.2000/- We are very much surprised...

poor service

i have bought a FZS from your dealer in Bhutan...M/s Deki Corporation...i had given the bike for servicing..the free servicing i m entitled...the service is very poor and not satisafctory..they just change the engine oil for which i have to pay and moreover the person has been very rude to me...they dont go as per the list mentioned at the back of the copoun..please take necessary action and hope that the service will be better next time.....

No warranty at all from Yamaha and customer service is Poor

Hi this is Vinay Sharma from Delhi. I recently purchased a FZ16 from Shiva Motors Delhi. Reg No is ( DL 5S AB 1303) purchased the bike in Aug 2009 and it was just the second serve that got done 2 days back. The bike has only run for 2700 Kms and got a slight bend in the rear alloy wheel, when i asked the supervisor at the service center to have a look at it he said that he can only arrange an accidental claim for me rather getting the wheel...

I purchased a product of Yamaha Amplifier with its speaker set on 29th November 2009, at around 6.00PM IST from Hypercity, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

I purchased the set with great pride that I would now own the world’s premiere musical system which would now be a part for entertainment for our household. I never knew that the music system that I was going to purchase was a Sub-Standard instrument and gadget....

Dealer Complain

I have purchased yamaha fz16 from VICAS CORPORATION RAJKOT on 12/10/08.The battery is totally discharged and at service station they behaving rudely saying that i have not serviced my bike on given dates so battery is discharged and battery should charge month by month.If this is true then i request all o[censored] not to purchase from such dealers....

Bad Service in himgiri showroom

I purchased A yamaha FZ16 on 6 of July....And till now it completed 4 free servises. But after each and every service my bike is facing problem..horn is not working, engine is rubbing, too many noice. i complaint each and every time of service but the problrm still remains there. i purchased tuos bike from Himgiri Yamaha at kKanti Nagar, Near shahdara. So please file complaint and take apprproate action. Otherwise I will take case to court....

not zeal to sell the bike

I wanted to purchase a Yamaha R15 bike from DEVI MOTORS PVT LTD
Address M/S DEVI MOTORS PVT LTD. OPP.Hubli (KARNATAKA). the sales person and the owner are not aty all intrested in selling the bke (i visited the show room 3 times). They show no intrest and respect to the customer. They force people to arrange money by creating unreal demand that the Bike is already booked adnd you get the bike if you pay cash before 11 next morning....

labour charges charged in warranty

Negligence and Mental Harassment

Hi,

I own a Yamaha R15 since August 2008. I am very irritated by the service provided by the Yamaha Service centre.

I complained before every service about the air leakage in both the wheels. I need to refill tyres every week. Are they technically unable to solve the problem ?? or they are not at all bothered about my problem ??
