I had bought yamaha R15, 6 months back. The company is offering a poor service. just in 5000kms, they said "rear discs are worn out, and need to be replaced". The radiator part is just vibrating and making noise. Already the rear tyres were air leaking when i bought them, later the replaced tyres were also so poor. After every service the bike was not smooth at all, i doubt whether really they're replacing Oil, coolant and necessary service or Just a MERE WATER WASH. IF this is the case, i need to replace disc brakes, radiators, rear tyres, etc etc for every 6months. I'm really Unsatisfied. Within 6 months these many problems.They are charging more than RS.1, 00, 000 for the bike, but is it really worth with these many problems. The company has responsibility to provide good service to the customers. THEY MUST PROVIDE GOOD VALUE FOR THE BIKE IF THEY COST IT MORE THAN 1, 00, 000. I really wish to get good response from company side.

The latest is where I was asked to shell out an amount of 200 Rs. for a simple rear tyre installation.
Being promised twice about the bike delivery along with the new tyre, I had not recieved the bike and I finally had to take the matter into my own hands.. Had my work done by riding my bike with a flat tyre about 20 kms away.
Other goof-ups include an unnecessary change of the rear disk-break, false allegation of the bike-chain having to be replaced, failing to charge battery during paid services, poor lubrication job, unnecessary expenditure over the front suspension fork.
My bike has started performing poorly in terms of mileage as well, after I started taking it to Alka Yamaha in Koper Khairne.
I want to bring this to all Yamah customers' attention, being a faithful customer myself. Do not be fooled by Alka Yamaha and its employees.
