[Resolved] Yamaha R15 — Engine noise after parking under the sun!! | |
To, who so ever is incharge.. I bought a Yamaha R15 just 15 days back. Now if I park the bike under the sun for say 2 hours, I face the following problems: 1) Noise from the engine ( like the sound it produces during compression when we turn it on ), and it will only go if I restart it. 2) Idling speed increases to around 2000 rpm. I bought my r15 at june 25.My bike sounds a lot and its vibrating.:)
In the sun the fuel vapors become pressurised abd the ECU either lets the pressure out through a breather pipe. You might have a problem when the bike/ fuel heats up in the sun and can't release the fuel pressure.
