Hi,

i have purchased a bag from yebhi.com for around Rs. 950/- following are the details of the purchase:

Order Value: INR 1028.04
Date: 8/26/2011 2:17:39 PM
Payment Mode : Cash on Delivery

when i received the product it was quite damaged and i sent back the product to them for replacement they said that product is out of stock and and they will provide with the refund and which is taking more than three months time to resolve this issue from yebhi.com. every time wen i ask they keep saying that the are working on it. and every time they provide different complaint numbers. the complaint numbers are CC[protected], CC[protected], CC[protected]. So please help me out

I have ordered 1 puma t-shirt , socks and perfume on 18 of april 2012. This is my order number YBH1452094 . I used a promotional code to get discount on my puma products as they sent me the promotional code on my mail box. when I got the my order I showed it to friend and then I came to know from my friend that they’ve charged way to high for the perfume. I’ve got the same perfume from fetise.com @ 460 rs and yebhi charged me 935 rs for that perfume. I returned the perfume back to yebhi I spoke to amit on 27 of april at 6:18 pm he told me that I will get the refund within a week .he never game he his badge number not even his last name. I had some doubt in my mind so I called them up on 29 april at 6:45 am they keep disconnecting my call after 4 times of disconnection I’ve got rohit kumar singh on phone he told me that I will get the refund within 15 days same as amit he didnt gave me his badge id he gave me his extension number (4019) he assured me that i will get my refund within 15 days for sure. I’ve got my refund on 10 on may .all of them keep lying abt the time process of refund and the main thing is that I supposed to get 935 rs but they gave my check for 480 rs . Now when I call them they listen the entire story and then they disconnect my call . no one is willing to help me in yebhi No onw is ready to transfer me to Manager. my entire family’ve been using yebhi from such a long period. On thier website it showing that they've refunded my entire money back . I will suggest all of my friends and my family members not to purachse anything from yebhi.

I agree with you that yebhi.com is a fraud site...not refunding the amount and sending article's of different size.

YBH5622742 you can check my previous mails please i have already made it clear that i want refund to be back in my bank account the details of which are already submitted to you as per your instructions only. I do not want any coins in terms of refund with only your sole discretion. Please solve the matter as soon as possible otherwise I would have to knock doors of consumer court as this matter has already taken so long and i already feel being a victim of cheat from shopping from this site. So sorry to say none of your contact no. works and customer are being fooled and cheated. Kindly Revert back else face the court orders now!
