[Resolved]  Western Digital - Hard Disk (Caviar Blue) — Continues WD HDD Caviar Blue problem

I bought trusted Western Digital hard disk (160GB) two year back. Brand is reliable & product is supposed to be zero-problem. But with in a year my system was getting shut down by itself & system was not able to identify the booting media many times. You need to un-plug & plug the connecting wires to the Hard disk to get it booted. I used utility tool "Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows", given by WD to check HD & it asked for replacement. After all this I got it replaced by Caviar Blue(WD1600AAJS-00L7A0).

The real story begins now within FEW MONTHS whole drama started again. I raised a complain case:[protected], describing all the things. For tracking of my case I called customer representative once. But the person behaved very rudely & my case was closed without my knowledge.

Now that my product is in warranty period & I am replacing it again. But god knows how long it is going to work properly. Now there is NO TRUST in WD HDD.
