My mobile given to your service centre for repairing which was under warranty period (Job no. = js[protected], date : 02 june 2017). After the an expected return date given by yours service centre i called so many times to know the status of my mobile phone but i feel very bad for response given by your service side, even sometimes they don't given answer and switch off my call.
My question is that if your company don't having ability to repair my mobile phone then how many days you will taken to return me?
My another question is that if you are able to repair my mobile phone then how many days you will taken to repair it?

I have coolpad note 5 i bought this phone in january 30, in june my phone's battery swallowed, i gave my phone in nishant infotech at vashi, they said i'll get my phone in 15 days and then, after 2 months i got my phone back without sim tray i asked them then they provided me a temporary sim tray, after some time my sim was not working, i again went there few days before now they are saying there is problem in my phone's motherboard, wat the hell is this this problm is happened because of that other sim tray i asked them for my phone's original sim tray but they don't have that, worst service, they should be punished i would say they should be banned they don't care about customers... Even till now i didn't get my original sim tray, and also i am afraid to give them my phone again as they keep it with them for months, i want my phone perfectly fine within 15 days if they give me a assured answer then i would give them my phone otherwise i'll go to consumer court..

I bought coolpad mega3 in january 2017. But before some month its touch sensor is not working. So on warranty period i gave to service center (Address:1-2-64/1/2, 2nd floor, nandanvanam chambers, behind brand factory, opp bank of baroda, parklane, secunderabad-500003). Its been 25 days but still there is no response. They repeatadely told me wait for 1 week, wait for 1 week the product is not available. Its very difficult for me to manage of this poor service. So kindly fix it soon and inform me.

I brought a new coolpad note5 from amazon on feb 17.
After 7 month o[censored]se fingerprint is not working and battery backup is also reduced.
It starts in 1 st month and now fingerprint sensor is 100% us
Even though it's not even responding so please resolved it or take your cellphone back it's just westing of money.
Intial battery backup was good but now it has reduced

Sir i am basant shishodia my jobsheet no. Is js[protected] i am submitted my phone coolpad note 5 model 3600i-100 grey - cp3600i-i00 on 18 september 2017 for service there were be charging problem - set on time not charge only off time charge and battery backup problem and heating problem. The expected return date is 3 oct 2017 but my phone is not repaired i have call many time in service centre the customer care cannot listen my voice. I want my phone on monday 16 october 2017 positively otherwise i will case and report in consumer court against coolpad company. Kindly return my phone as soon as possible

Suddenly my screen overlay as well as led light blinking repeatedly with horizontal and vertical line.. Only 2month of purchasing now facing this issue.. Please take the action accordingly and solve my issue as soon as possible. Contacted respective service center they people don't care seriously and charged huge money. But only 2month is done.. I have 1yrs warranty that company provided with this handset.

I submitted my coolpad note 3 lite in service center on 21/08/2017 as there was some problem in screen. It is in warranty period. I have already given 2 times delivery date but did not get my mobile and got response from service center that they have not received mobile phone yet. After waiting for more than 02 month today i called coolpad customer care no. They told me to wait for more than 07 days again. When i told to transfer the call to senior authority they did not transfer and also they did not lodge my complain regard this. I don't know why the coolpad doing this if they don't have part then why they have launch the mobile in india. I am feeling mentally harassed. I will never suggest to any one to purchase this company mobile. They are just making fool to the innocent peoples.
The coolpad company have nothing for their services. Very bad srvice...

I purchased my phn in month of may 2017 and had issue in charging.. I complained to service center about it they said that the will take minimum 20 days to repair.. How can i give phn for 20 days and and in rohini center the attitude of service center was not good... They are neither supportive nor cooperative now my phone's body get distorted... It gets curved in shape.. Now what to do.. Service center will not resolve my matter. I want my money back.. Otherwise i will complain in consumer court

Hi team,
I have bought coolpad note5 in jan 2017. I had issue with the toucj screen and in call voice is not audible to others. They have changed the mother board and still the problem is not resolved. I requested them to replace the mobile but they are not doing that and told that company will not do so. Please let me know what should i do with the defective piece and the repair is not at all happening. Please look in to the issue asap

Sir, i brought a coolpad note 5 on 13may, 2017... After 4 months it had a problem "linning on display" when i reached coolpad service center in rohtak (Huda complex) they tell me it will be repair out of warranty... And you have to pay 2700 for it...!! They tell me that this mobile has dropped from your hand... But it's not true... They said me if we send ur mobile for repair to company... Company refuse to repair... So we can repair this out of warranty

Coolpad note 3 lite. I have purchase this model of coolpad note 3 lite in april '16 from the online store amazon. Since the purchase no update has come to me in the last 17 months of purchase. Poor technical support and poor customer service. Stupid engineers not able to release an update. Help as fast as possible regarding my compliant. I will be very thankful for you and your team. Coolpad note 3 lite. / no system update from long time. I have purchase this model of coolpad note 3 lite in may '16 from the online store amazon. Since the purchase i have received 2 system update within a month and since the last update no update has come to me in the next 11 months of purchase. I purchased a coolpad note 5 lite mobile phone from amazon india. I got it dated at 8th april, 2017. Phone started a problem “linings in phone display" and i submitted it to the nearest service center ganpati cellulars g-3 smriti dham building, sevoke road, opp. Bansati enterprises, siliguri 734001, on 9 th september 2017, but till date they are saying part waiting. According to coolpad customer care service my mobile is ready, but service center not giving my phone till the date. Now in this situation i informed consumer forum. But still believe in your service.

Just want to make sure well will nougat update come on coolpad cool 1 dual c103. Customer care is not giving any satisfactory answers. The last update i recieved was in month on february or march 2017 since then there's no update.
Almost every smartphone is getting latest upgrade nowadays so why coolpad is lagging behind.
Actually i heard that coolpad has released jui for cool 1 dual c106 so is it feasible to flash jui on indian version of coolpad cool 1 dual c103???

My phone still under warranty, purchased from amazon in jan 2017.
It developed charging issues, complaint to amazon, they gave coolpad company number, they in turn gave service center number, since one week i am behind service center, but unable to generate job card... Please advice

Fast update on my model coolpad note3 lite... And chake to the service center is not available to this upadte on my model... But apdate are available on india this model...

In my coolpad note 3 lite phone there is no update is coming but on the site of coolpad it shows that the updates are already came of this phone then my phone is not updating. Why?
In my phone lollipop 5.1 is installed but now 6.1 marshmallow is came. So how can i update my software?
Whenever i download any application it shows unfortunately the apps is stopped by which i got many problems. So please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Sir i have sumbitted my phone model.. Coolpad note 3plus for service repair and its jobsheet number is js[protected]. And they are not responding now and not giving me exact time. Before this i also submitted my phone on 24 may and got back after 2 month but the same problem persist so i request u that please provide my handset to me as soon as possible after correcting the problem.

I purchased a coolpad note 5 after 7 months phone started a problem "speakser is not working" and i submitted it to the nearest service centre, i. E. Sri Vinayaka Electronics in Abids, Hyderabad-500001 on 12/08/2017 but till date they are saying part waiting. Kindly help me.
