मेरे मोबाइल में डिस्प्ले में लाइनिंग आ रही थी उस इशु को में आपके दिल्ली में सर्विस सेंटर I-pick सेवा केंद्र लेकर गया उन्होंने बताया की हम मोबाइल को कम्पनी भजेंगे लेकिन उन्होंने कम्पनी को भेजे हुए 25 दिन पुरे हो गए लेकिन अभी तक वापस मोबाइल डिस्प्ले का प्रॉब्लम सही नहीं हुआ इसके लिए आपके कम्पनी वालो कॉल कर के बता दिया लेकिन सही तरिके से जवाब नहीं मिलता यही जवाब मिलता हे के 1 वीक होल्ड करलो यही बात सुनकर आज 2 वीक निकल गए
अत: आपसे निवेदन हे कि मेरा मोबाइल जल्दी तेयार करके भिजवाये I

नोट: आपकी कम्पनी के सर्विसे अछी नहीं हे अगर कोई 11000 रूपए कर्च करके आपका मोबाइल ले और जल्दी मोबाइल टच, डिस्प्ले, आदि समस्या आये तो आपकी कम्पनी का मोबाइल खरीदना गलत हे और दुबारा आपकी कम्पनी का मोबाइल हम नहीं लेंगे I

My mobile (Coolpad note 5) has an issue with battery, it does not get charge until i plug in a charger and reboot. The charge in the mobile only last for short period and battery gets drained in short interval of time. It also runs a system configuration utility all of a sudden in the middle and my call gets disconnected. I am really pissed off with this now. Need you help to fix this issue asap.

Who so ever it concern, please note tht i was facing some terrible issues with my coolpad note 5 and during the warranty period i submitted the damn product in janakpuri (Delhi) service centre & ever since they did not bother to call me or update me on this. I am very frustrated by this kind of negligence from a stupid chinese comp.

I have purchased coolpad mobile few months ago, after few days it starts misbehaving and now it shows network error and even touch of the screen is also not working properly. Now, the main issue is the service center they mentioned in my city (I. E., vadodara, gujarat) is fake and closed as i visited all them in last few weeks. So i want to return this mobile and want my money back.

My phone is give very high level heat and on the screen there are many lines come, and battery charging is very slow. I just used in 15 days... I[censored] do not resolved my problem i want to complain against your company.. Within one month mobile is create so much problem how can i adjust, i don not anything.. I purchased coolpad mega 2.5d in the month of october, 2017 from amazon. That phone is having many software issues. Some unnecessary apps getting installed by themselves. Those are occupying the storage. Moreover if the data or wifi is not connected it frequently displays "unfortunately cool manager service is stopped". Send me a solution for my mobile.

I purchased a coolpad note 5 product dcsc. Cp[protected]note5 royal gold on 23 oct 2016, phone started a problem "linings in phone screen" and i submitted it to the nearest service centre, i. E. Sub : delay in repairs of phone under warranty

It is intimated that i had a cool pad note-5 bought in jan 17. My phone started showing abnormal display (Black horizontal lines) since 10 aug 17. Matter was discussed with your authorized service centre at devika towers, nehru place, delhi on 12 aug. The phone was submitted for repair under warranty at the same authorized centre on recommendation of your executive.
It is further intimated that phone has not been repaired till todate. Customer care no. [protected] was given to me to detail my issue to the concerned personnel but all my efforts till todate in this regard proved futile. Unjustified excuses from authorized centre and customer care number have delayed the rectification for more than 24 days.
It is requested that matter may taken upto concerned authority and resolved at an early date.

I purchase mobile from online at end of october 2016. Since beginning handset having some problems regarding courage problem and internet speed issue. I visited care cente at pune twice but no progress observed. They said only software issue and update the software twice. Last i was visit the care centre of coolpad in month of february 2016. But no progress found. But due to lack of time i am unable to visit care centre after that. I am using this mobile for as a side mobile. There is no use of this mobile. I use internet on this mobile by using my old 3g mobile hotspots. So sir please give specific solution to solve this issue or replace this mobile.

With due submission i would like to state that my daughter shivani sharma put her newly mobile phone model as stated above in service center address devika tower nehru place new delhi for little repair work of jack but they broken the display of phone by their carelessness now holding the phone since 15 july 2017 with false assurance always till date. Kindly look the matter and help us by taking appropriate action to shot out the problem and obliged.

I have given my brand new coolpad note 5 for repair, without even using for a single day for repair on 26/07/2017.

Its been more than a month now and still not received it back.

I have always got the same reply... Will take 1 more week, part not available last 3 times i called.

Coolpad note 5 is a running model sold in the market,
Not one that's discontinued.

Plz answer my mail and look into the matter.

60 days is over neither you send any battery in burdwan service center nor i using my handset.
Your process is very good. You gave some mail and mail.
Your job responsibility was over.
No body call me what is my problem or you don't try solve my problem.
I continue mail to you but you don't take any own positive response.
Enter last 60 days you don't take any own insensitive to resolve my problem.
I really stuns one complain open more then 60 days and enter your management is nothing do.
If your management beveridge is like this way then how i am thing you will solve my problem???

I had bought this mobile in amazon in january 13 2017. Network issue is toomuch it dosnt work.in service centre they say use 3g. When ever required change fr 4g. Why should i make this is 4g handset. You company persons are cheating the customers. I need exchange of my handset imei [protected]. We by these things from last six months i saved the money and took the phone. Chinese company are cheaters...
