I've purchased coolpad cool dual c103 online... But within 10 days it stopped working... When i took the phone to its authorized service centre in jamshedpur, they told that it will take about 15-20 days... When i contacted the centre after 15 days, they told me that my phone is dead and its motherboard needs to be changed... And they told me that my phone will be repaired within a month... Again after some days i dialed up to the service...

I purchased my mobile (Coolpad note 3 lite) from amazon.in.
From the beginning itself there was network issue with mobile. I was unable to place any call with mobile.
When i talked to customer care, they told me to go to service centers.
Its more than 6 months, and the service center (Solution care bhagalpur) didnt return it yet.
Plz solve the matter soon.
I m really annoyed....

Mene coolpad mega3 4 march ko karida tha.2 august ko mere mobile ki screen chalee gayee mene customer's se addressed lekar sarvice centre gaya to waha mi (Redme) mobile repair ho rahe the. Mene kaha mere phone ki screen dal do unhonhe kaha ye company bakwash h air band ho gai. Mene pesaa dene ki baat kahi to bhi nahi daali.

Agar aap customers ka dyaan nahi rakh sakte to band kijiye company...

Phone sill in warranty is facing the said issue. Submitted to the service center and received after 1 month. But the issue of call drop is unresolved. Now the service center is asking me to resubmit the phone. Coolpad customer service is not answering the email or phone. Taken up the issue with amazon but they are negligent towards the same. The company is no more attending the calls...

Sir my coolpad note 3 has problem of charging i gave it for repair on 10-july-2017 to your service center the complaint jobsheet no is j-s[protected]. Expected return date was 18-july-2017. I purchased coolpad mega 2.5d from amazon on 10 month ago. Its display was broken. On 8th august of 2017 i went to service center to repair my handset and then they told me that the apporx. Price of rs.3500/- but they will be confirm me the price of display tomorrow. Mobile purchased on 23/01/17. After 2 months touch screen not working (No physical or no water damage, perfect condition otherwise). Given to service centre (Abhishek) on 04/04/17 (Refer document 1), multiple personal follow ups taken. Service centre was permanently closed (They called me to collect mobile), so got mobile back on 19/05/17 without repair. Again given to hcl services (Touch) (Refer document2) on 24/05/17 till date (17/07/17)...

I have brought the mobile from amazon. From starting onwards i am facing the problem with call breaking while speaking, means... When i speaking with other person suddenly voice unable to hear from both side. Again i have to make a call, it max 2 to 5 mins it will continue our conversation then again voice unable to ear. Please provide the solution otherwise make exchange my mobile.

Actually i purchase coolpad cool 1 around 2 months ago and it's screen broken-down in only 13 days and after that i went to your authorized service center and give that to them and they charge 5, 000 rupee and told me to come back after 1 month and when i go the mobile is not repaired and they told us it will takes 1 month extra... Now i have to inform you that please help me and the service center tells us that company would not provide...

I purchased a cool pad note5 handset. I am facing some technical problems with my handset from last 3 weeks. I gave my phone to service centre of the cool pad in guntur, andhra pradesh which was registered under the name of sri shubham communications. I gave my phone to them 15 days back. Very poor experience at regenersis service center, saki naka, mumbai against coolpad note3 lite submit a week back. Issue with wifi was not checked/resolved by technician. Infact he did not even bother to ask the issue resolution. The front desk ladies are decent, but the guy is over smart. He told me to submit the handset back if issue is not resolved, without checking that same issue was reported for solution. Going to the service center...

On 1/10/216 i have purchased from amazon.in a coolpad note 5 (Royal gold, 4gb) and since the day of its use, i'm facing calling issue, both incoming, outgoing calls. Sometimes, ifi heard the caller's voice and sometimes caller can't hear me.
If i changed the calling mode to 2g then it works fine, however my internet speed is dropped down

I had purchased the product on 14th may 2017 from shopping portal. I had used the product for 55 days and found issues in product i. E. Product is getting hang and vibrate continuously.
