I gave my coolpad mega 3 mobile for a simple speaker problem on 26th of june 2017, till now the reply i got from the service provider is we have not received the spare from noda office. We could do the service only on receiving the spare. It is very funny, in the modern world, anything can be got within a week period, to get a spare from noida to pondicherry taking more than a month. I bought this phone only because of the option of 3 sim operation. Now i am in a position to operate the 3rd sim at all. When we go for an new mobile to reduce the burden of 2 mobiles, this issue seems to be not solving the problem at all.

My mobile is under warranty and i submitted my mobile to service centre 20 days back. At the time of mobile submission they told me that i will get my mobile in 15 days time. But still i didnt get my mobile and no one is informing me when will i get my mobile. My complaint job no is js[protected]. Company is telling me that spares are not available.

I am a coolpad mobile user. But i am not satisfy in this serivces becuse my mobile is one month ago in serivces but one momth after not result in my mobile. Then serivces center executive not recive the call. Vision care 2nd floor, shop no 3. Shukhsagar complex, bapunagar, ahmedabad, gujarat
That's my experince.. And finally i am next time not any coolpad products in use...

My mobile can't be update for os 6.0 so please help me model is coolpad note 3 lite 8298, can't be support volte so please help me. My latest android version is 5.1 and can't be update os 6.0 latest so kindly request to help the problem and solve me and version 6.0 update my mobile quality is improve and volte is support and i am happy so please help me solve the problems

I am a coolpad mobile user but i am not satisyed in serivces becuse my moblie problem is not charging is properly then i visited in coolpad serivces center from vision care 2nd floor, shop no 3. Shukhsagar complex, bapunagar, ahmedabad, gujarat... But coolpad serivces executive is very rood ly comunicate... And not prfect time duration.. My mobile is under warrnty
And very late serivces... And serivces center executive not recive in call...

The service center staffs in mangalore provide bad service. I have gave my phone there 2 months before, they have told that i will get back this with in 2 week. Now it is the status after 2 months, that is not serviced. We the people not expect this kind of service from a reputable and resposible company like cool pad. Now they told it will get after 2 week. If i not get with in 2 week, i will complaint to the police with provisional proof.

But they are delaying and not responding to calls. Is has been more than a months still they are saying one week more. Either coolpad company or this service centre is making people fool. Please do help and save consumr rights.

As the company said coolpad cool1 phone support quick charge 3.0 but in real it doesn't supports they had cheated with their customer, so i request you to take an action for this, its not for me its for all cool1 users, so i kindly request to coolpad to give fast charge in next update and they have not yet given any updates since march, this is for all cool1 users

Coolpad is not providing us update in china coolpad giving update why not in india so i request that pls give update to our mobiles and now every company will giving nougat update 7.0 and why you coolpad didn't give any update since i buy the phone so we are requesting to you that pls give us update.. We want latest version or update so give us update..

I had given my cool pad note 3 plus mobile phone for service to mobile bazaar, simmakkal, madurai on 02/06/2017. The phone suddenly get in a death condition. It was a issue to change the spare part as said by the service provider and will take around 2 weeks for the spare to arrive. Its been 2 months and the problem has not been solved yet. When asked them the only response i get is it will take time and never get stipulated time for that. They just keep asking me time as if they donot value time of the customer. We have to keep on calling them for the status update and never get any call from them. My job sheet number is js [protected]. Kindly solve my problem at the earliest. If not able to solve the issue, i have to take a legal action.

I had given my coolpad note 5 mobile phone for service to regenersis india pvt ltd, chennai. The phone fingerprint was not not working and the camera was not working. It was a small issue as said by the service provider and will take around 10-12 days for the spare to arrive. Its been 20 days and the problem has not been solved yet. I have a coolpad note 3 plus mobile which was bought just 7 months ago, suddenly one day it is not getting on. I submitted my mobile to the coolpad company service center (Touch hyderabad) on 29th may, 2017, they identified the problem as exchange of motherboard. I unable to find the solution from the company till date as it is completed 55 days for today and they are not giving the correct answer also, when will be the problem will fix.

Myself purchased coolpad note 5 operating system is not able to connect gprs/internet with ericssion release 4 mobile operator network. To update patch for the same visited at sachdeva sales corporation behind lic building, old civil hospital complex, sirsa, haryana-125055. But got replied that they have no service centre of coolpad. Either provide patch to update automatically or take action against your sirsa service centre.

I have purchased my coolpad note 3 smartphone from amazon india on 1st february 2016. This item was sold by cloudtail india private limited. My order number was[protected]. My invoice number is hr-del[protected]. I had to pay rs. 8999.00 for coolpad note 3 smartphone to buy it from cloudtail india private limited. On 10th june 2017, i had deposited my coolpad note 3 due to “hang on coolpad”. My job sheet number was js[protected]. I was told that it was a minor fault and they would reset my android os to solve this issue. Therefore i had deposited my coolpad note 3 smartphone to this service center named as “ganpati cellulars” which is located at “g-3, smriti dham building, sevoke road, siliguri-734001, district: darjeeling, state: west bengal”. I revisited this service center on the next day to collect my mobile phone but they did not able to delivery my mobile phone due to they were unable to reset my mobile phone in factory setting mode with a new “android marshmallow os”. I told this customer representative that my mobile phone runs on “android kitkat” and there is no necessary to upgrade my android os from “android kitkat os” to “android marshmallow os” if it was not supported. I did not get my mobile phone on the next day and i revisited this service center after next week. But i was told that mainboard of my coolpad note 3 smartphone was damaged and i had to wait at least 1 or 2 weeks to collect my mobile phone for this major fault. But i was suspicious about their behaviour because i had deposited my mobile phone due to slow booting and they reported this fault as “hang on coolpad” issue which was written on “service job sheet description” and it was a normal problem due to 1 year old smartphone. I requested this service center representative to send my coolpad note 3 to factory if they had no solution at their level. But they did not give my mobile phone after 3 weeks and thereafter “ganpati cellulars, siliguri” demand rs. 4000.00 from me to collect my mobile phone to replace its main circuit board. Thereafter i contact coolpad note 3 customer care service also and they told me that it was written as “ready to delivery” option on my job sheet number js[protected] and they had no idea about to replace my mainboard issue that was told by this customer service representative of “ganpati cellulars, siliguri” to me. So, it was obvious that they damaged the main circuit board of my cooldpad note 3 smartphone after making different type of so called experience and i had to give rs. 4000.00 to collect my mobile phone with no alternative way. I wanted to know the actual price of mainboard of coolpad note 3 from customer care service of coolpad india limited and they informed me that it was more than rs. 5000.00 with a limited warranty. I was suspicious to know that i had to pay rs. 4000.00 instead of rs. 5000.00 for a newer one. So, it was a game plain to replace it with an old mainboard and “ganpati cellulars, siliguri” did not informed coolpad india limited also for this dirty practice after completely damage my coolpad note 3 smartphone. After viewing with no option to find this solution, i was agreed to pay rs. 4000.00 but i requested to give my limited warranty card alongwith bill because i had to pay rs. 4000.00 for this alternative mainboard with a new imei number. But i was told that they did not give any warranty card and i have to take a high risk if this replaced mainboard would not working at all. On 13th july 2017, i took my mobile phone without any repairing because of non-issuing of warranty card for this purpose. My hard earned money was completely lost due to this type of inefficient customer care service center of “coolpad india limited”. It was a very bad experience in my lifetime. Now, i am requesting coolpad india limited to send a collection agent to my home after viewing details in my ratail invoice number: hr-del[protected] to collect my coolpad note 3 at free of cost. Do not worry because i do not want any kindness from “coolpad india limited” to received new “coolpad note 3 smartphone”.in my personal opinion, it is better to avoid any smartphone from coolpad india limited. I have lost my hard earned rs. 8999.00 after using only 1 year with this chinese smartphone. I have purchased this coolpad note 3 after viewing the reviews at youtube that it was the first smartphone below rs. 10000.00 that offers fingerprint sensors along with other specifications. Therefore, i decided to buy this coolpad note 3 for rs. 8999.00 from amazon india. But i have faced different type of problems after purchase this mobile phone from coolpad india limited. Some of the well know problems are as mentioned below: (1) it is falsely advertised that coolpad note 3 memory expandable up to 64gb but i have purchased samsung evo plus class 10 64gb microsdxc 100 mb/s memory card with sd adapter but it does not supports. Coolpad note 3 smartphone only supports fat 32 based microsd card. (2) it supports lte only but it does not supports volte 4g based reliance jio 4g service. It does not supports dual 4g sim simultaneously. (3) it gets very hot within 15 minutes after playing any vr based apps along with 360 degree youtube audio-video although it has gyroscope sensors. (4) inbuilt speaker with microphone is not manufactured with very high qualities materials. (5) frequent disconnection from wi-fi hotspots. (6) poor signals reception at fm radio makes too much noise. (6) ram is 3 gb but ram management is not very good. More than 2 gb is used within often. (6) audio video calling is not very smooth on reliance jio 4g service. (7) more of the apps does not move to any fat 32 based microsd card. (8) non removable lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 3000 mah only with no quick charge features. It takes too much time although it does not have above 4000 mah lithium-ion battery. (9) 3d viewing experience in vr headset is too much pixelated due to it does not supports full hd graphics. (10) inbuilt memory is only 16 gb although only 10 gb is usable after 1st use and it will be reducing day by day after upgrading of android apps automatically. At least 32 gb memory should be given because it runs on android kitkat osd only so microsd card cannot be formatted as internal memory to merged phone memory with microsd card for increasing memory as like as on android marshmallow os based formatting system. Most of the apps cannot be moved to microsd card also. (11) f2.0 aperture based camera of coolpad note 3 smartphone is good in day with bright light condition but it is not satisfactory in night with low light condition (12) coolpad india customer care service is not very professional and they never care with initiative for after sales service in india. Their motive is to sales coolpad smartphone at anyhow in india without any establishing good quality service center. More than 1 million coolpad smartphone was sold in india but coolpad india have opened less than 1 service center per 1 million people in india.in india their service center is located in big cities only but service center of coolpad india is far below than 1000 number in india although they have sold 1 million coolpad smartphone in india. I have already lost my entire amount of rs. 8999.00 that i had to spend to buy this smartphone and i do not want to make this same mistake again. My smartphone was compromised to different type of experience made by unprofessional so called technician and it was damaged completely and it is just a dummy handset now. I am requesting coolpad india limited to send your agent at my home and collect my smartphone at free of cost with a zero liability to return me with a new one because i have lost my faith to coolpad india limited.in my opinion to everyone is that please rethink twice to save money before purchase any smartphone from coolpad india limited. It is better to boycott this type of chinese company because they are looting hard earned money of poor indian without established good quality customer service center for after sales service in india.
