I have coolpad note 3 lite and called many time their costumer service about problem related to place call via jio sim. Everytime they assured that they will release volte update package within 10 days, which is required to place call via reliance jio. From past seven months, nothing update delivered related to volte. Other models with same chipset by same as well as different brands enabled volte. Please provide accurate time limit or clarify that you will not release update.

    I remit cash for my coolpad battery in touches communication mulavarikkal building aluva kerala 683101. On 21.06.2017 with an advance of 500rs. Still this date i didnt get battery. Three time i call them each time they say no stock no stock and they aso say to me to compaint at custemer care.. Pleace give a solution for this. My name is jojo. P.     sir I"m unable to use my Coolpad note 3 mobile since its battery is not working. I went to a service centre and submitted my mobile for about 2 months for battery replacement but they didnt returned my mobile and they always say new dats since stock is not present, Kindly do the needful because this attitude is so irritating and hurting.

      I am khursheed khan using coolpad note 5 from online purchase amazon app the phone is looking good but using is very defective because this phone is not working good due to always hanging and voice are not transmitting to another person it cut out in between while talking to another person. This phone always dead in using, i have visited two three times in service centre but they do only software work and clearly saying that they cannot solve other problem except software work so the phone is not much usable for us kindly exchange my cell so that i can use good coolpad phone please i facing lot of problem with this phone please still i am facing problem in using this is humble request to coolpad company

          I buy a phone named as coolpad note 5 in january. They send me a piece which is defected or not working properly. The piece is not working with its touch screen or having problem with the piece. i deposited the piece to service centre they gave me the piece after 90 days. i thought they settled the problem but after 1 hour the problem remain the same i called the customer support but they said we are transferring the call to senior person...they just put my call on hold and gave me harassment and loss in money i am a common man with many money related problem please help me to sort out from this problem. i will be thankful to you.

            Your customer care service at bhilwara, rajasthan (Pincode-311001) is worst forever

            Your custumer care employees don't have manner to behave with humans

            Sir i submit my phone coolpad cool 1 on -: 30th june 2017.
            And he only give me manual jobsheet just a man-made invoice. When i ask for computerised jobsheet he refuse and behave rudely after many conflicts and call your customer care finally he gives me jobsheet on 7th july (Jobsheet no.-: js[protected])
            Now it again gives me estimated date of 22 july and your computer system is showing that i submit phone on 7th july that is absolutely wrong...
            I already waited for 12-13 days and when i contact bhilwara customer care for my phone status he behave in veryy rude and manerslessly he told me that you argue with me and take computerized jobsheet now i will give your mobile when he wish... Means
            He totally refuse to give me mobile... Whereas earlier on 30 june he told me that he will give my phone on 10th june...
            I contacted your tollfree number many times they are not gibing me satisfied answer...
            Its my humble request that give me my phone before 15 july because i am shifting to some another city...

            Hence, please solve my problem and give my phone before 15 july
            Otherwise i have to spoil your company image...

            Every time whenever i call they say please wait for a week are we fool or #... Thats a reason that xiaomi nd other company is better then coolpad

                I had purchase coolpad note 3 plus mobile. Then working condition is good up to 6 months. Suddenly switch off the mobile & i have submitted to the service center at bharuch in gujarat on 05.06.2017. Every time i am going but they told me spare parts not received but how can possible if they have take 36 days. Now i think that they not able to repair the mobile so i want money against my mobile with compensation of waste of time.

                  Pathetic services @coolpadindia. I submitted my coolpad note 3 phone on 10th july morning at coolpad nehru place service center to solve my battery drain and heating issue.
                  The lady at the counter addressed my queries and took rs. 236 as a non-refundable service charge.
                  She promised me to give a solution and estimate cost for the repairing before the evening.

                  Today 11tth 2017, they still ask me to wait another 2-3 days. I have called them several times a day but they didn’t bother to give a single reply.

                  What would i do i’m receiving date's from your side instead of my phone. I am feeling very furious after experiencing your horrible services. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy this phone.

                  Please resolve my problem as soon as possible with a positive solution.

                      My phone shutdown completely.. I think it is motherboard problem and i gave the to coolpad service center on 10 june.. But still its not repaired nd i called customer care nd asked abut it every time they sa wait for 1 week now its more than 1 month... Take action towards my phone jobsheet number js[protected].. Not even customer care people talk nicely they are too rude.. I think no one should buy there products waste of money.. There handset is also not gud every time prblm.. Service center are too bad.                       same problem happened to me. Everytime they are extending by 1 week and can not give an ETA. I am facing the same issue since 29 Jun 2017 ( The day when I submitted the mobile in service centre which is within warranty period). Hilarious service I can say.
                      Before buying this product one can understand how the service will be by calling customer care number. Everytime it would make you wait for 6-10 minutes!! One can guess how the service would be! I won't recommend it to anyone now with such horrible service!

                          My coolpad qiku terra mobile is under warranty.. My phone had shut down completely and i had submitted it in coolpad authorised celltronix service centre (Coimbatore) on december 9, 2016... Jobsheet number is js[protected]...                             My name is Rajesh and I am very unsatisfied customer o[censored]r company as there is a small dot in the screen visible slightly when mobile is on and there is no any physical damage on the phone.But also the company service person is telling he will replace it as it will charge him.So I ask u why warranty is given for the phone.I have spoken to the CSA o[censored]r company he is talking to me in the rude manner and giving false information and asking me to keep the phone.Kindly take legal action on the service centre as well as the CSA - Nitin Kumar whom i have spoken.If the company cant provide service then law should take some serious steps against it.

                              I had purchased coolpad note - 5 mobile on 21st october 2016 through amazon. From the day one the mobile had call dropping problem.

                              We lodged complaint with the service centre. They had asked us to keep the mobile with them for one week for software problem resolution. Even after this was not resolved. Again we contacted company officials, again they asked to visit the care centre. The software was reloaded. Till the problem was not resolved. The mobile is under warranty.

                              Last 9 months i am suffering with this mobile and with lot of frustration i am asking for refund of my hard earned money which i paid for this.

                              I gave it to service center and they formatted my mobile saying new update is having bug and will need to downgrade it. Still problem not resolved.

                                  Hi Customer Care Team,

                                  I bought Coolpad Note 5 (Royal Gold, 32 GB) on 24-Apr-2017,

                                  It has multiple problem from the day when I bought it from Amazon:

                                  a) Poor Incoming outgoing Audio
                                  b) Call dropping
                                  c) Poor Network
                                  d) If you are in phone, within 2 minute, second party will not able to listen you.
                                  e) Incoming call cannot picked up many times
                                  I went to service center on 30th May-2017, with all those above problems & they updated the software and send me back to home.
                                  The problem was still there and I went again to Service Centre 31st-May-2017, They took my cellphone and send it for Mainboard replacement.

                                  As per Service Centre Team, The phone fixed from Noida Centre and they replaced Mainboard.

                                  I am still having same issue, I am fed-up from this cellphone.

                                  I sent an email to customer care on 19-June-2017 with all above issue, They asked me for some details which I provided.

                                  Now they also not responding.

                                  Now I need my money back with interest amount. I am also chasing Amazon to cancel your subscription their portal.

                                  Please stop harassing to customers.

                                    I have a coolpad note 3 plus (Imei-[protected]). It was purchase on 03.11.2016. But unfortunately it was dead on 21.05.2017. I was go to service center (Smart help, 63 badamtala kalna road, burdwan, ph no - [protected]) on 22nd may, 2017 for service. The authority of above service center told me it takes maximum 15 to 30 days for repair. But upto 28th june, 2017 my handset is not service for unavailable of parts.
                                    In that situation i have face so many problem in my day to day life. Please send the parts & repair my handset as soon as possible.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I had sent my mobile - coolpad note 3 plus to the service centre for repairs which was under the warrenty period on 05/05/17. Service center told me that i will get my hand set within 8 working days. So aabhi tak muze mobile nahi mila compny wale bo le he ki aur time lagega aabhi tak 2months ho gaye he i call service center he told company sent defective part so plzzzz help meee

                                        Dear sir
                                        I'av recently purchased coolpad cool1 n am having a problem to video call through apps ie whtsapp messenger. It says i need to turn on d microphone from permissionsettings i followed it but it couldn't turn on as it says i need to turn off the screen overlay i av tired alot m frustrated but i couldn't turn off d screen overlay

                                        I booked new battery 15 to 16 days before in coolpad service center in howrah but not yet getting due to stop supply this is ridiculous reply I got. If this is happen with the customer then how could we believe on your services.
