My mobile cool pad note 3. Mobile is hanging in d version of mosterlal and after i have gave to service center is updateted my mobile n gave to me as a lollipop version. Then after my moblie fingerprint as not working after that i was tel to service adviser is not giving a proper solution and is way of talking ia not good

I had purchased coolpad mobile phone (2 cell phone), name is coolpad 2.5 mega, from amazon
both mobile have some problem in their keypad and speaker
now i want to replace my both phone but coolpad reply that service centre taken time for 30 days for repair these
i want to replace my phone with new one

i want to know that, why customer wait for a month and total fault in this of coolpad company
such a poor service

I purchased cool pad note5 mobile online on 15th march 2017, after that i found problem in many areas like big problem in sound some time connected some time not, i am able to hear others voice but they will not, the phone automatically start without dial number etc. We did complaint so they send us in service center, it happened four time and last two month the phone was in service center. Finally they return back my phone but still, i am facing the same problem. I request them to give back my money but they keep saying go to service center. Please help me to get back my money

First time display problem in month of jan-2017, second time they had same problem[protected].i need proper problem solve or replace the new handset...and also diya solution not inform proper information...i submitted[protected].but still i didnt get sms of complaint.

I am using my phone from last 15 monthssatisfactorily but from 15_20 days it got heated during calling and net surfing. Tell me something about it. It heated so much that I can not use it for calling near my ear. If the problem will not resolved I will not recommend this company mobile to any one as I have recommend and purchase online for my friends and family.

I did Submit my phone 1 month ago in coolpad service center morena (m.P.)
after 1 month they do not resolve my problem and not give any satisfactory answer.I am calling continue customer care but they do not give any answer
this is my worst experience with coolpad customer care representative

I Have purchased a coolpad note 3 plus mobile without any reason the mobile is dead I have given it to service centre for service they are telling that the mother board complaint how come within five months it will get into problem
without any misuse. They are telling it will take one month this is not fare
I need a right solution for this take a necessary steps. I think the company is Hopeless and waste, lots of complaints on coolpad mobiles

I bought a phone on 12th April. I used it for a month and facing issue with Wifi Mac address.

Every time I reboot the phone, wifi mac address changes. I went to the authorized service centre at S G Infotech Borivali Mumbai, and they are clueless about the problem.

Unable to solve it, I contacted the customer care and had the worst experience. Arrogant, unaccountable and rude! I mailed my problem to [protected]@coolpadindia.com and havent got any revert yet more than 2 days.

I spoke to Area head Mihir Shah and he assured me my problem would be looked into. I am using coolpad since 2 years but this is a defective handset since begining. They flatly refused to refund or replace the handset.

I am going to consumer court if I dont get a replacement in a week.

I have buy this 2 months. First month using a phone to 10 ya 15 days... After issu in my cellphone... Like overheating and earphone problem and charging problem and so i still to using a phone.. So i have a go customer care centre... And care engineer to tell me your cell phone issues motherboard so i have handover this phone and create a job sheet 2 dual and over date 6 april 2017 and dispatch date 28 april 2017 and i'm using the phone to some days after create a problem in my phone and new problem like a earphone issue charging jack issue and overheating issue so i am unhappy. I have bought Coolpad Note 5 handset (IMEI # [protected]) from amazon in March 2017. Right from the beginning I have been facing problems with voice breakdown and network (GSM) issues with the handset.

Apparently I have given the handset to authorized service center and got to know that this is manufacturing defect, to which I have contacted customer care number of Coolpad India and it was worst experience of customer care with arrogant way of talking and no solution. I have requested for the replacement but the customer care people clearly told that it's not possible.

I would request you to take this matter with coolpad india co. and instruct them to replace my handset.

I shall be waiting for your kind cooperation.

My mobile had mic problem (coolpad note 5) and it was within warranty period so i had given it for replacement and it has been more than 30days and i have not got my replacement still now ... And the phone calls are never answered properly.

I have registered a complaint long back that my handset (Coolpad note 3) is not running in 4g mode. Previously in nov 2016 there was some motherboard issue with the handset which was solved after 28 days of the complaint. Then again with in a month there was some network issue which they said was the problem of motherboard, and again replaced the motherboard. But the actual network problem was not resolved, when i spoke. To coustmercare they said that was the issue o[censored]pdate. They said i vl be getting an update by the end of feb 2017 and i can use my mobile in 4g but till date the problem was not resolved!! Am still unable to use the mobile in 4g mode, still it continues serious action can be taken!

I bought Coolpad Note 5 on 28th March, 2017. After some weeks od using when ever i charge the phone i used to get mild electric shocks from the metallic back panel. Then suddenly on 22nd April 2017 the digitizer malfunctioned. I immediately went to service centre here in Imphal and they told me to come after 25 days. Now it 30 days and still the phone is not repaired.
I demand answer from coolpad india, repair it soon or replace.

I buyed Cool pad note 5 on 10.04.2017 via Amazon whose IMEI no is [protected], As my headset Jack is not working properly and your customer service center Dhara Enterprises Vadodara is not giving a proper satisfactory answer as they are saying it will take 3.5 months to resolve this problem, I am very unhappy with your service and I totaly may suggest every one not to buy Lee co/cool pad Brand phones.

I suggested them to buy the parts from your company but they refused to do the same, kindly help me to sought out the issue sir please

why ???
and one charger not fully damege but its charging process its too late

sir... mera naam kiran choudhury hai, Maine April me cool pad note 5 mobail liya, , fir August me display problems ho geya...mai 16/08/2017 me guwahati ke netsol associates service center me mobail rakh ke aya..waha se time diya tha 20days lag jayega...fir me 28 August ko for service center gaya to bataya ki company ne parts nehi diya hai isiliye appka mobail company me 26 August me bhej diya hai...to ab me cool pad ka coustomer care me roj is number pe [protected] call karta hu to ek jawab milta hai ki 1 week lagjayega...kiya app log majak samaj ke rakhe hai kiya customer ko???? Agar app log warranty time par nehi de pate hai to cool pad mobail seal karna band kar dijiye...ek saal ka warranty me 1.2 mohina service center me jayega to 10 mahineka warranty milega kiya????
Please mejhe mera handset jalse jald thik kar dijiye nehi me media help aur consumer case karunga.

My mobile Coolpad Mega 2.5D was sent to their authorised service center, Regenersis (India) Private Limited at EE-8, Karunamoyee, Salt Lake, Kol - 700091 on April 1, 2017. There was a complete blackout in regard to the handset. The set was absolutely dead. Even after 1 month I am informed that some parts which need to be replaced had not arrived yet. The warranty period is only for a period of 12 months and I used the set only for a few months only. There is no doubt that if the problem can be only sorted out temporarily and in face of any future problems, the company will have no obligation for servicing the set as it would cross the warranty period.
