Irresponsible reply to my complaint is disheartening from coolpad

As reference your email, we would like to request you please visit again at same service center and submit your handset for further resolution, we would also like to request you please share your handset complaint number after submit the handset.
So, we can try to resolve your handset complaint as early as possible, we are awaiting for your reply with handset complaint number. We do again apologized for inconvenience caused you.
For any other query and complaint you will contact our customer care number[protected] between 10 am to 6 pm (Monday to saturday) and you also mark e-mail on our e-mail id ([protected]@coolpadindia.com).
Note :- as per company policy any physical damage and liquid damage has not been covered in under warranty. Customer should bear the handset part cost for further resolution.

· would like to mention that i have landed my "under warranty" coolpad note5 handset for repairs with authorized service center m/s celltronix, no. 218, 1st floor, 2nd street, gandhipuram, coimbatore (Tamil nadu) – 641012, on 08 jun 17, with a complaint of speaker is not working and also google account is not opening. Vide job sheet no. Js[protected] dated 08 jun 17.
· on 19 jun 17 when i arrived at service center for collection of my handset, i was told to pay for the repairs, whereas it was not told to me anything about the payment, neither at the time of landing my handset on 08 jun 17, nor mentioned anything about the charges on job sheet or informed anything on my contact number (Phone) any time till now.
This kind of attitude and services by reputed company would not be expected by any customer.
I hereby request you to kindly advise m/s celltronix to handover my handset without any charges.

Updated by sow kath i have landed my handset with authorized agent Celtronix but coolpad customer care is advising me to submit again and asking for complaint number is not understood.
