I have given my mobile coolpad note 3 lite 8298-i00 to customer care kolkata (Touch), on 26th april, reporting touch screen problem. My job sheet number is js[protected]. The due date was 30th april 2017.
It have been 2 month since. Everytime i called the customer care number, they used to say that parts is not available and my job is due. How long should i wait or should i give up my hope?...

I had puchase coolpad note3 plus mobile. Then working condition is good up to 6 months. The next month suddenly switchoff the mobile. Iam go to the service center in guntur. They are verify and tell me to it's battery problem nowarry we solve the problem in 10days. After 10 days they said it was not attery problem actually board complaint sir. Now they had tell after 1month we solve this problem. Now this time to they are not give my mobile....

Job sheet no. Js[protected]. Your service centre in patna completely disappointed he used to say company didn't sent any adaptor or company sent damage adaptor. So wait 2 week more. Then i called your customer support then he told me to to service centre and tell him to create a new job sheet then i told him that give me exact solution then he transfered my call to supervisor or somebody else i dont know because i was online till 30 minutes...

I purchased coolpad cool1 handset last month of rs 10999. Yesterday my handset touch pad was damaged in my jeans pocket. Monday[protected] i visited coolpad service centre in kalyan and they said my 8000 rs for touch pad and display repairing charge.
This is very bad thing. I really very disappointed, i will never buy any coolpad mobile in future....

Hello, as i had purchased coolpad mega 2.5 hd from amazon platform. But, today i am very disappointed with coolpad service centre at ahmedabad. I had purchased coolpad mega hd 2.5 on 31-aug-2016. The mobile had fallen before 7 months. There had been small dent right side of instrument, but the mobile had working fine. There was touchpad issue from last 1 week. My mobile is in warranty period. On 5/6/17 when i enquired about my phone they told that its repaired and when visit there after travelling 60kms from my hone to collect the phone they have returned me my phone in unrepaired condition.
