I have submitted my new phone which is purchased just before 10 month. Its display nd touch not working, i had submitted my phone for repair in customer care centre from last one month. But there is no information about phone repair. I called up many times but they are saying part is not there what to do?? Now either my phone should be replaced or either my money will be refund.

I have buyied a mobile from Flipkart & it was faulty...As suggested by Flipkart I have given it in service center & I not recieved handset from service center from last three month... Every time they are saying that they will provide in next month

Coolpad has veryyyyyy poor services..my phone is under warranty and submited in service center. job no is RGJOBPBI/[protected]..Still they are unable to given back... Even 15 days repair time already taken by service center(unexpected time).
And when i talk to customer care they said, give more time for repair...One more phone submitted by my friend, his phone in service center from more then two month.what a service...fas gaya mai to phone leke inka
