I recently placed a prepaid order worth 1700 which includes payment for two spectacles along with the lenses. What i received in my order was just one specs in a box which mentions both the pairs as quantity contained. On further contact with the company, they refused to entertain the request and completely denied that there has been a miss on their part. i have been exchanging emails with their team ever since, about the missing pair of spectacles, but all in vain. The order number is, CW[protected].

    Dear Whomsoever Concerned

    I am writing to you to bring to notice a optical service that has been fooling people. I had ordered a glass and it was defective and they kept sending sms on the return of the product since i had complained with them. Once I arranged immediate pickup, these people stopped sending sms. I have written several mail to them and there is some automatic mails sent that doesn't even address the issue. And their customer service is not even capable of taking the calls since they can't speak in English and stammer more than half the time.

    These people are some fake agency, who send fake products to the online payed products. Na d arrange a return only to NOT REFUND! Some people in the above link have mentioned they have not got their refund or two months and more.

    I would like to trust in you guys and ensure your portal takes some action and initiative not ensure I am not one among those whose played the fool around with . I would like you to take action considering they have fooled so many people and still continue to .

      Absolutely true same thing happened to me today, I got. Different spectacles that too in a broken seal and when I call them and complain, they're denying the fact and they're just asking me to opt for return and they'll process the refunds, but I'm not sure how genuine their refund policy is.

      So I asked them to replace it with correct product, but they don't have replacement policy, which company on this earth will not have replacement, logic is very simple they'll take my product in return they'll give me partial amount.

      I want some acting to be taken against them.

        I paid for 4 sunglasses and they send me only 3 and when I tried contacting them asking for the 4th piece the Customer service team does not respond properly. All supervisors are busy, they promise to give a call back and they don't. They have the same standard answer that they are coordinating with the logistics team and haven't got any reply from them

        I mail my eye power five times and they call me again and again

          I have bought product in the website www.coolwinks.com while processing the payment i tried netbanking it said transaction failed but got charged since I am not aware of it I places order as Cash on delivery. I paid as a total 1560rs. But the product is not appropriate so i returned and asked for both the refunds but never got a reply. It was almost 3 months since i was waiting for the refund. I sent many emails they don't go through it and ask for the same things what i have already mentioned in the email threads. i gave all the personal information of my friends bank details as they are not able to refund the charge to which the money got deducted still they ask to sent the bank details. They don't even give any update until we get back to them. At last I received refund of 799rs only where as it should be 1560rs. When i asked them the same they asked me to send the bank statement which i have sent many times before. The most irritating part is they don't go through the previous mails and just send the same template replys they have if they find refund as the subject. Now, I asked them a call back a week ago but they didn't call me and not even replying to emails. They don't know how to deal with the customers in this kind of cases. I need my refund as soon as possible.

            I had placed an order for a red pair of frames what I received was a dark purple pair of frames and I am expected to keep it because they don't want to refund my money. This was ordered on 12 feb'17.

            For the last two weeks I have been calling them up spoke to different customer reps and their supervisor Suman, all of them promised that the refund will be done.
            However, there hasn't been any refund till now.
            Their policy of easy return is a misrepresentation and is there only to misguide and mislead the customers.

            Coolwinks — Fraudulent return policies

            I had purchased 2 sunglasses from coolwinks.com on 24 July with order ID CW[protected] by paying Rs 221. I did not receive the quality as expected so initiated return.After 8 days they refunded only Rs 71 instead of 221 an says it is company policy. Hence i paid 150 for nothing.I Want my full money back.

            The customer executive will say same thing : its our company policy and we cannot refund. I asked them to send me back what i have returned. I will pay the courier charges upto Rs 50. But they are not ready to do anything. For them customer is nothing.

            I feel like cheated.

              I sahil gupta doing complaint against www.coolwinks.com . i ordered a computer glasses of rs.364/- with online payment with my debit card on aug 15, 2016 at 11:17am they mail me order confirmation on my email with order oid12015. i don't receive the glasses till now. whenever i call customer care they said me your order were shipped and you will receive the order soon . now they are not attending the calls from my number wherever the order is not yet processed.so i want claim for my payment and legal action will be taken for this site .so that no others will become cheated.

              I have purchased two glasses and returned the same. They have not refunded the amount instead i it came to the notice they gave some cool cash. I want to buy a new pair of glasses. But it is only allowing Rs 500 or coll cash 500 to be paid for single purchase. am i supposed to buy 5 glasses to get my refund of rs 2500/-. I think the cookwinks is a cheat company

              Dear Sunil,

              Your Refund of Rs.1434 has already been done on 5th April. Please check your bank details and confirm. Coolcash amount(Rs.2500) is not related to your refund, this is the amount given to all the Coolwinks registered customers from which you can use Rs.500 for single purchase in a day.

                I had ordered 2 pairs of glasses from this website more than a month ago, while only one was delivered - there was no news about the second one, i tried calling customer care but all in vain, also the one that was delivered - it was wrong size, they arranged a reverse pickup for it and after that they cancelled the order, its been nearly 20 days since my order was cancelled - i havent received my money back - i kept mailing them - but no response and i called customer care to ask about the status - they said the amount has been processed from their end, i asked them to drop an email - but no email or written communication was made.
