I ordered 2 sunglasses worth of ₹1888 form coolwinks app and paid the money online via Google pay.
When I ordered my product I sent an email to coolwinks regarding my product about the eligibility of the mentioned offer.
That time they said my product is eligible for the money back and the money back will be sent post 14 days of delivery in the same mode of payment by which it was done.
I waited for some days after...

Http://Coolwinks.com (http://Coolwinks.com) is a fraud company. They are selling the cheap quality product by showing the high MRP and showing big discount.

They have come up with a new idea of cheating; 14 days return time(that too they will decide whether they will refund or not)
and all cashback will be provided after 14 days.

After 14 days neither they provide the cashback nor they allow to return...

I placed an order on Coolwinks on 03 June 2019 and my order id is CW[protected]. I made a payment of Rs.1532 via Amazon Pay. I have not received the cashback yet, it has been so many days. I have tried to call them and wrote few mails about my complain but they are not replying to either of them.

So I decided to return the products in their original condition but there is no one to pick it up. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com...

I have booked 2 eye glasses and 2 sunglasses and now I again ordered eyeglasses, but not they didn't even called for verification of prescription, and from the time of order... They didn't even pickedup my call... Or respond for my mails... And one of the eyeglasses were ordered in 100% money back offer, and I also checked with the customer care person that am I eligible for money back, they told yes. I'll receive with in 14 days, now 17days...

I placed order of eyeglass and sunglass with Coolwinks on 14th may, 2019, after that, Coolwinks customer executive called me, i clearly ask her, 'Is my order eligible for 100% Cashback offer' she replied 'Yes sir, as per terms and conditions, you are eligible. Cashback will be processed 14 days post delivery'. My order was delivered on 20th may 2019 .and Now its 11th, june 2019...

I ordered a pair of glasses from coolwinks CW[protected] on 4th June. They cancelled the order immediately after payment which was through google pay. And till now they have not refunded the payment. I have been contacting them but no seems to answer it. Also I have mailed them several times but they dont give direct response that when will they refund my money....

I am facing the same issue they confirmed more than once on customer care call. They told the following conditions only

1. Don't use CoolCash
2. Don't use Coupon Code
3. Don't use Buy One Get One Free

Hello, I am also a victim for Coolwinks 2000 Moneyback spam.
I bought spects from Coolwinks with order id CW[protected] which got delivered on 17th May 2019, I contacted customer care earlier & said that my order is eligible for RS. 2000 Money back. My return time closed on 31st May, It has been 10 days since I didn't get any money back.
