They are offering 100% cash back on eyeglasses and i have ordered the same. After just ordering i had called to their customer care and they said yes that my order is eligible for the offer. As per the offer cash back would be credited post 14 days of delivery. After completion of 14 days, i called to customer care and asked about my cash back and the answer was that i'm not eligible for the cash back. I have selected frame worth of "0" and they are saying it is an offer. I can clearly see in my in voice that there is no any discount and still they are saying that in have clubbed the offer. Even while at the ordering they are not giving any notification that you have clubbed other offer together and as the return policy is up to 14 days now they are neither allowing cash back nor allowing to return. Request you to please go through with this.

They cheat thousands of indian people. Making fooling them by offering them cash back and then refuse them to giving it. So please aware.
I placed 2 order of rs1904 each as per coolwinks promise of 100% cashback upto rs2000 after 14 days of delivery (after expired of returning period) then i try to contact them, they not answering my call and mail, so i realise now this is big scam, and looting thousands of Indian customers, so I request to all of you who face this fraud please place online complaint at consumer helpline India. And aware to all people by #fraudcoolwinks on tweeter tag media, government, and consumer helpline,
So we punish coolwinks to 3 year of jail

I also ordered twice between their summer sale offer nd even I have call recordings of their executives confirming my eligibility for the offer after ordering...
And now wen the time is due they are completely denying the eligibility...
It's like wen people had a chance to back out they purposefully misguided and now we r stuck in their scam neither we can return the product nor they are ready to complete their promise of cashback
Me nd my family members have become victims of this scam
Please take action against the company as they are cheating so many people

Company had started summer offer to provide 100% cashback.

nothing recieved. and when you call they block you tried with other number they block that too.

Total fraud. I tried reaching them via email phone twitter

everything was working, but now stopped working. i saw many other complaint and now i think they are doing with all others too.

I confirm with there executive that am I eligible for this office he ask me yes as per terms and condition I am not apply cool cash and any discount. I contacted twice to there executive please check am I eligible for this offer he says yes you are eligible for this officer after 14 days return period is over your get max 2000 cash back in original payment source. I also ask if am not eligible I want to cancel my order but he ask this order is fully eligible for this offer.

Now They says your not eligible. I this is fraud. They not fulfilling there promise.

I purchased eyewear from coolwinks app order id:CW[protected] delivered on 22 may. As per offer the money should be received after 14 days of delivery it’s been more than 14 days but didn’t got my amount back. And they are also not contacting me mailed them but didn’t got any reply tried to contact them but their executives are always busy and didn’t picked my calll.Plz help

I placed order of one eye glasses and one sunglasses on 16th of may amounting to rs1551 in 100% moneyback offer and order delivered on 20th may but i havent recd my moneyback.
At first after placing the order i emailed cc anf i recd reply saying i am eligible for 100% moneyback and it wil b credited 14days post delivery. But after 14 days if i ask they are saying as i have availed free frame offer i am not eligible for moneyback.
After confirming with cc that i am eligible for moneyback only i accepted the order but after return period over they are saying i am not eligible and they are denyying the cashback.They are cheating the customers and fooling us.

This complain is regarding the cashback not credited by Coolwinks for my orders

I have ordered Frame with lens and a power sunglasses (Order Id: CW[protected] and CW[protected] which costed me around Rs2250 and 2654. It got delivered on 16th May '19 and 17th May'19. According to the Offer I should get a cashback of Rs2000 for each order.

Now when I mailed them about this matter they told that the reason I wasn't getting the cash back was that I used the frame free offer. Which wasn't in the terms and conditions of the website. On top of that I made more than 10+ calls to the customer service asking again and again if I'm eligible for receiving the cashback or should I just cancel the order. They confirmed that I'll receive the cashback. I even made a call on the 14th day post delivery which was the last day for me to return the product and then again I was told by the customer service executive that I should wait a couple more days to receive the cashback.
If I would have known that I won't receive the cashback or the customer service wouldn't have MISGUIDED me I would've returned the product that day.

Please help me in getting the cashback or I'm even ready to return the product with my money back.

I have ordered Frame with lens (Order Id: CW[protected] which costed me around Rs2250. It got delivered on 20th May '19. According to the Offer I need to get a cashback of Rs2000.

Terms says one should not apply any offer so I didnt.
Now they say that as the FRAME is Free so FREE-FRAME offer is applied on this. It is nowhere mentioned in the terms that this offer is not applied on FREE FRAME.

I even enquired about the cashback offer via mail.
They said it seems you are eligible. If they have mentioned that I was not eligible I would have returned the product.

Please help me in getting the cashback or I'm even ready to return the product with my money back.

Coolwinks announces offer of 100% moneyback .I ordered sunglasses following all T&C .But after 22days my CASHBACK was not credited. The customer care doesn't reply proper reason of CASHBACK not credited. This is not only my problem, this is problems of millions Indians.Now The call on customer support becomes unreachable. I request you to please provide proper justice from this fraud app.

Coolwinks is doing fraud by not giving money back. First, they will give you surety that you are eligible for cashback and After 14 days now they are not giving cash back.

I have order eyeglass worth of 1904.00 rs. Moreover, I want to return their product but they are not accepting either. As the resolution of my issue, I want to return product and want my money back or else I need my cashback.
