I ordered eye glasses on 7 may and one on 17 may in summer sale offer which offers 100% money back in original source of payment. But til now no moneyback credited...both order value 1904 each.
No reply from coolwinks ...
customer care number also not working now.
I lost my 3808 rs.
Please take legal action for it.
Many consumer facing this issue..

    Hi,

    I purchased eye ware which cost me 2251 under 100% cashback wherein i am eligible for 2000(max cashback as per offer) and i made continuous followup on call/mail and every time i was told i am eligible.

    It was clearly stated even i cancelled previous order where i applied coolcash and same eye ware was for 751 but was informed that you would be not eligible so i made a fresh purchase again but today i got a reply on enquiry of cashback that i am not eligible.

    Kindly make sure to revert my cashback otherwise i would raise a complaint to consumer forum for false promise.

      I ordered a frame from coolwinks app from my account, for the amount 2359 on 7th May.
      After placing the order I confirmed from their helpline service that I am eligible for 100% cashback (i.e Rs 2000) and also recorded it on my phone..
      I got it delivered on 11th may, and then again I confirmed from their helpline service that after 14 days i.e on 25th may Rs.2000 will be initiated into my account..
      From 25th may I am calling their helpline service daily and up to 3rd June, I am getting the response that, due to some technical issues my refund will be initiated in 2-3 days positively..
      But on 4 june, I was told that I am not eligible for the refund due to internal offer...
      For that I told her that I confirmed for the same on the same day when the order was delivered, that internal offers are not counted for this offer(100% cashback), and I recorded it too on my phone.
      But now they are not even accepting my call (I called them continuously 12 times, and all got disconnected after 6 minutes)..
      Please help me to get my money back!!🙏🙏

        Sir, I purchase a eyeglasse on coolwinks.my oder id is CW[protected] date of purchase 8-5-2019 amount pay Rs 2251/- made of payment- Debit card. He said that he purchased eyeglasses from coolwinks customer care said at purchasing time according of T&C 100% money back up to 2000rs on 1500rs above oder. I contact the company to confirmed the offer 3 to 4 time agent said to him you are aligible for this offer and fullfil all T&C and wait 14 days return period over after that the company provide offer i contact after 14 days Agent said him you are not aligible to according offer t&c regard to this providing wrong information. So i want my refund and company provide a cash back according to the offer.

          I ordered a pair of glasses from this website of rupees 2215 with a cashback offer of 2000 to my bank account. Their offer said money will be refunded after 14 days of delivery. After the 14th day was over, I checked my bank account and there was no refund, so I contacted them, they said they will process it within 48 hours, I waited for the next two days but nothing happened. Then I contacted again saying the same and again they agreed for 2 days times but failed to process it. Now I can't reach them through phone and since yesterday I've been emailing them for this. The money has still not refunded even after 20 days of delivery.

            Fraudster means to lure customer and then not fulfilling promises

            I have ordered 2 product during 100% cashback offer running in coolwinks. Order id of which are :

            1) CW[protected]

            2) CW[protected]

            I have called before placing the order and asked whether I can use coolcash or any other code and was told Explicitly that I cannot use either coolcash or coupon code and hence I dint use any of them.

            Secondly, i kept writing emails and also calls (which can be verified from records you must be having), after the delivery of product that, how long will it take for the cashback to be credited or if I am not eligible please let me know, so that I can return the product but in neither case (ESPECIALLY OVER PHONE), no such thing was ever communicated to me ever. So I kept waiting for cashback.

            And now when I called today, I was told that I am NOT eligible for cashback by customer care as I have my frame was under free frame offer!!!

            This is simply outrageous as if I had known that even free frame is NOT eligible for cashback, I would NEVER have ordered the same and instead have gone for CHARGEABLE frames.

            So I request you to please either the cashback of Rs[protected]+ 1900) for the 2 orders or else, take back both the products as I cannot afford them.

            I once again sincerely request you to please consider my request on priority basis, as I being a student, cannot afford Rs 3800 just for the spectacles.

              I have purchased on 8 th may deliver on 11 th may nd there is policy that after 14 days 100℅ cashback.
              After 14 days i called customer care they said you are eligible you get cash back from 27 th may to 4 june they gave same rply on 5 th june suddenly they said you are not eligible bcz you selected 0 rs fram that is free
              In cashback conditions no such specification given at all its big fraud

In which at time of order, they confirm that ur order is eligible for moneyback and at time of money back they say ur order is not eligible. By that time, the return period gets over. They have planned everything to loot consumers

                  Before and after placing the order, i called coolwinks customer care to confirm whether i am eligible for 100% moneyback or not.

                  The customer executive told me that as i have not applied any coolcash or promocode, i will be getting Rs.2000 moneyback.

                  After waiting for 14 days, when i approached your team on 4th June, they told that they will check and get me the cashback.

                  Now today i called again. They say that free frames are not eligible for cashback.

                  If this was such a case, i should have been told the same thing when i confirmed about the terms and conditions of this order. I have been cheated purely.

                  Yesterday was 14th day after delivery of the product. Had you told me that i am not eligible for cashback when i called yesterday for this issue, i woukd have returned the product.

                              I have purchased eye glaases online. There was offer of 100% money back after 14 days that is after return period over.

                              After placing order on 9th may i asked them by call that am i eligible for money back please check and tell?
                              They told me that i am eligible.
                              After 14 days of return period. I didn't receive my money. So i contacted them they told me you money will ve processed in next 48 hours. But i did not receive in 48hrs.
                              So again i call about the same. They told me you are eligible and you will get your money in next 72hrs. It is taking time due to technical error. We have already processed your money.
                              I have recording of various call saying that i am eligible and they have processed.
                              But even after passing that 72 hrs. I didn't receive my money. So i again call and their senior executive mr sarabjot singh told me and convinced me that my money will be credited in next 72 hrs. It is delaying because technical error. You are eligible dont worry. You will get your money. If it will not credited in next 72hrs. We will try to proceed it manually.
                              So today on 5th june 10 am my all time frame provided by then is over.
                              And i called them why money is not credited yet.
                              They told me you are not eligible for money back. They wasted my 8 days for just begging my own money..

                              In their terms and condition they mentioned that you can not use coolcash (Their own wallet money) and any coupon code for to use this offer. And i did same i haven't used any of them. And even confirmed after ordering so that if i am ineligible so i can cancel it asap.

                              But now they are refusing to give my money.

                              And they have removed that offer description from their site.
                              That offer was for period of 9th may to 12th may only.

                              Please help me in this case to get my money. Back.
                              I can return their product in 14days only. But they already told me 2 3 times that i am eligible so i have product with me.

                              So i am requesting you to help me.

                              I have call recording of my talk with executive claiming that i am eligible.
                              Please find any simple way to get my money back.

                                  Order no. - CW[protected] I had bought a coolwinks glasses and returned them and the return is not yet processed. It is showing retuen. Inituated in the website. Customer care no. Is also not reachable. It has been more than 2 weeks since it is showing return initated but there is no progress till now.

                                    They are offering 100% cash back on eyeglasses and i have ordered the same. After just ordering i had called to their customer care and they said yes that my order is eligible for the offer. As per the offer cash back would be credited post 14 days of delivery. After completion of 14 days, I called to customer care and asked about my cash back and the answer was that I'm eligible for the cash back. But today i called them again for the cashback and they said i have selected frame worth of "0" and they are calling it is an offer hence I'm not eligible.

                                      They are offering 100% cash back on eyeglasses and i have ordered the same. After just ordering i had called to their customer care and they said yes that my order is eligible for the offer. As per the offer cash back would be credited post 14 days of delivery. After completion of 14 days, i called to customer care and asked about my cash back and the answer was that i'm not eligible for the cash back. I have selected frame worth of "0" and they are saying it is an offer. I can clearly see in my in voice that there is no any discount and still they are saying that in have clubbed the offer. Even while at the ordering they are not giving any notification that you have clubbed other offer together and as the return policy is up to 14 days now they are neither allowing cash back nor allowing to return. Request you to please go through with this.

                                      8 have same problem. i have various recording of chat with executive too. they told me 2 3 times on call that i am eligible. but now they are saying today i m ineligible. i wouldn't get money back.
                                      i was talking with then since last 8 days. untill today they were telling me about technical erro 9f process.
                                      Same here they said i am eligible till last day but today they are saying i have clubbed other offer which is totally wrong and i guess there are many like us.

                                      we need to take strict against it as they are getting profited by these by making fool o[censored]s.
