I had order power glasses in summer sale starts from 7 may to 9 may 2019, in which after 15 day of post delivery i will get my moneyback in in my original payment mode but still i didn't got it. I am calling coolwinks but no shoes line busy all time and i also mail them but there is no reply from coolwinks. I lost my 2k in this coolwinks moneyback fraud.

    Bought sunglasses from coolwinks under the offer 'step out sale' that was running on coolwinks from date 21st to 31st may.
    Under the offer, user will get 100% moneyback (Max rs. 2000) after 14 days of the order is delivered.
    The order was delivered to me on 29th may, so i must receive the moneyback on 12th june as per the terms and condition.

    But the terms and condition number 4 under 'how to avail the offer' section; stated that if paid through amazon pay, google pay, airtel payments bank, user will receive extra cashback upto rs. 1500 over and above the moneyback.

    I have paid through amazon pay but haven't received the additional cashback yet.

    There is no proper response in email and also the call is not getting connected to customer care.

      I ordered 2 sunglasses through order number cw[protected] & cw[protected], on 10.05.2019 & 11.05.2019, as per promo offer 100% cash back was offered (The same is confirmed on mail & voice call) after 15 days of delivery, but today around 18 days have passed, i have still not received cashback in my account, we could not contact their call center
      I am waiting for refund .. I have already shared account details via email..kindly initiate refund .

        I had ordered a pair of glasses on offer from Coolwinks. However, after receiving the specs, it turns out to be particularly uneasy to wear it. I had ordered 2 specs from Coolwinks itself before but I didn't face such problems with it. So I believe there is something wrong with the new ones, as after wearing them for 2 to 3 hours my eyes starts paining.

        I bought the specs when the Buy 1 Get 1 offer was running. So, I don't want return offer on the specs because the offer of Buy one Get one is not there anymore. And when I asked them that the price is too high now, they suggested ne to return it and buy the new specs without any offer price and finally told me that your low budget is your problem.
        Is this how the customer service should be ?

        Hence, I would like a replacement of my specs or I'm ready to accept the return offer if and only if you give me the offer of buy one get one and return on my coolcash.

        I would like action from the concerned authorities as soon as possible

            After placing the order (Cw[protected] it has been two days passed, i have given the money, last two days no response, no call, why after taking the money you taken your customer for granted. Why cool winks are so irresponsible compare to lenskart. It is whose responsibility to confirm the order? Why no one told me that i have to confirm the order. And the behaviour of your customer care executive so rude, that your customer is felling extremely low. You know good behaviour is the base of your business. Now you may earn millions of dollars, but one day you will be finished, you can ignore this mail thinking its one customer's suffering, or take seriously as eye-opening.

                Yesterdays I was purchased 2 sunglasses for Elite Brand by Online Coolwinks.com shopping site through & paid Rs.1510 Phonepe wallet through this payment but coolwinks offer bought above 1500 after INR.1500 cashback so I placed my prepaid order then I called Coolwinks customer care I asked executive Can I eligible for this Cashback offer then he told me sorry you are not eligible for this offer so I have no any idea for coolwinks cancellation policy so I was cancelled for this order but my Rs.150 debited so todays I am call coolwinks customer care then I request for this agent please refund my remaining amount Rs.150 because I have no any popup or no any notificatin seen me so help me & refund my Rs.150 cancellation charges but he did not help me so I want to filling my online complaint against coolwinks.com

                  I have ordered 2 glasses which costed around rs.743 and i did the payment by means of paytm which promised cashback upto rs1500 which i havent received in my paytm till now. Request you to look into this.

                  As they have mentioned intheir policy that the cashback will directed to your payment after the order. It has been two days since i ordered it and i havent received any cashback.

                    I have online purchased spectacles of coolwinks. After 3 months on lenses white patches observed. After registration of complaint they told this problem is due to mishandling and not quality issue. Same is decided without inspection of material. And they denying the replacement. They don't have service station for inspection of problem and they are not sending the technician for checking. How can any manufacturer reject the complaints without any investigation.
                    I have order a product from coolwings, then yell me that i m le for cashback, and i will receive cashback after 15 days, so i cant cancel the order, after 15 days the tell us that u r not eligible, amd the overcharged for the product as i wil not receive amy offer, the making customer fools,

                      They accepted my return and took the product and now they are telling me that since i got cashback i will not be given any refund. They should mention that i will not be given a refund while i have placed a return request. Clearly cheating customers please look into it and take necessary action so that they won't do it again.
                      Order amount was 1700
                      I got cashback of 1000
                      Which makes the effective cost 700 for the products of which half of the order value returned would be 350
                      They simply denied and adjusted the total in cashback
                      Return policy is available show the app but after delivery show is no return available from your pin code no.

                        I have purchased a product with order id-cw[protected] from coolwinks.com. But my cash back of paytm wallet was not received. I am continuously requesting and following up them but they delaying and now they are not responding about this issue. I tried to reach them overcall but there also no response. Maximum time limit is also exceed that is 96 hours. I ordered on 8 january 2019.

                          Coolwinks is providing worst service i ordered an eyeglass on 20th december on coolwinks and done the payment of 2402 rs but due to some reason i had to cancelled it just after 2 minutes of placing my order and then i am waiting for refund i also mailed them then they said to forword my bank details to them i also done that but they just said your details forworded and you will be notified when refund is processed but its 3rd january now and also i mailed them several times but their replay is same i am frustated

                            I had ordered eyeglasses from coolwinks.com on 11th of december and on 16th of december i got a message from coolwinks.com that my order is out for delivery along with the no. Of delivery boy which was not working. But on 16th dec. My order was not delivered neither i got any message regarding my delivery after the out for delivery message. So on 17th dec. I checked the status of my order on coolwinks.com and it shows order delivered. When i complained regarding this to coolwinks.com customer support they replied that since 24 hrs has passed since the status of order changed to delivered so now we are not responsible. And they denied to take any responsibility. And when i asked for proof of delivery they sent me a photo of my name written on a paper. Then i called them and asked to arrange a phone call to the delivery boy who delivered the package since then they are repeating the same thing sir we will look into the matter and inform you soon but 6 days has passed and they have not taken any action.
                            (Worse customer support experience.)

                              Its seems to me that coolwink is running an online fraud shopping app and websites for glasses in which i placed an order of 3 sunglasses but they shipped only 2 sunglasses. So i returned the product on 29 november 2018 and as per the courier company it was delivered to their warehouse on 3'rd december. After that i call them multiple times for refund on that they said it would be processed in 10 working days. Even today when i called them i didn't get any satisfactory response. They are not confirming by when i'll recieve my refund.

                                I ordered two pairs of sunglasses and paid through paytm. When i first did the transaction, the money was withdrawn from my account but there was no order placed shown so i ordered it another time hoping ill get refund for the first transaction
                                After sometime the first as well as the second order was confirmed
                                Now i have 2 orders worth 1600 each places and need neither of them because of the hassle i've faced but they are not ready to cancel the order

                                  I have ordered on coolwinks and paid rs. 2017 for that order using my credit card via amazon pay and have received rs.1600 as casback then i cancelled that order but i received only 417 as refund amount in my credit card and 1600 adjusted as amazon balance. I don't need amazon balance, i requested them to refund my amount as i paid.
                                  Amazon balance is useless for me, i need my amount into my credit card back and they can deduct amazon pay balance from my account.

                                      Coolwinks worst refund policy. I have returned 1 order 45 days back and i am still following up with the customer support and not got my refund back.

                                      I won't recommend anyone reading this to shop on coolwinks as they have very poor customer support. 4 other friends of mine faced the same issue and they have not got the refund yet. They are doing fraud in their business...

                                      There are three orders which are placed subsequently in the october month:

                                      1. Cw[protected]-05 12:23:37 cancelled before dispatch

                                      2. Cw[protected]-05 12:56:11 cancelled after dispatch and rto

                                      3. Cw[protected]-05 12:59:06 delivered

                                      Now what has happened is for the 1st and 2nd order i have received the cashback since it was the 1st and 2nd order of october month in the sequence, however for the 3rd order id cw[protected], which was actually delivered to me comes under the 3rd order for that particular month which may have not been qualified for the amazon pay cashback.

                                      The 2nd and 3rd order which are same product where the 3rd order has been placed by coolwinks with some system error were courier to me by the same delivery person at a time. And it was told to me that you just receive one order and returned back the second order which was done accordingly.

                                      They are not refunding the 1600 mentioning for the delivered product was the 3rd product

                                      The customer executive will say same thing : its our company policy and we cannot refund. I asked them again and again for more than a month. But they are not ready to do anything. For them customer is nothing.

                                      I feel like cheated
                                      Coolwinks is 420 cheating company, supplying diffrent ordered materials, i.e customer ordering for elephant they give me Ass. They makeing people stupid
