Fed up of coolwinks refund policy. I have returned 2 order 45 days back and i am still following up with the customer support and not got my refund back.

I wont recommed anyone reading this to shop on coolwinks as they have very poor customer support. 2 other frnds of mine faced the same issue and they have not got the refund yet. I think they are doing fraud in their business.

I had ordered a eyeglass from coolwinks.com on 20 october 2018. But they have not delivered it yet. When i contacted them through email, they didn't reply me. And when i called them they are saying from 4 days that they will deliver it by next day.

I ordered the product from coolwinks, i did not like the quality when i received it.
The frame is too weak that i'm concerned that i will break it if i use it regularly.
It's street quality. So i issued a return and it has been 7 days and no one has come to pick up the product yet.

The courier, which ever be it, mostly blue dart, is not taking any step to pick it up or may not have received a pick up request from coolwinks itself.

Whichever be the case the service is poor. The quality is cheap and overpriced.

Another concerning issue is the offers fraud schemes run by the company,
The scheme for when i bought the product, 100% cashback, the website mentioned that i m eligible for 100% cashback, but i never received it, and the support team said that i was not eligible as the product should cost rs.1500 exact. No more no less. And there are no such products..

I wouldn't have bought it if the website said i was not eligible. But i'm regretting that i even bothered to waste my time on this website.

Either give me 100% cashback or dispatch the return. Mention that its 14 days return policy. I have issued a dispatched on the second day itself. I hope that my return time starts when the product is dispatched from my house.

I have ordered digital blue cut glasses amounting to rs.2240, since there was 100% cash back offer i used my phonepe option and got back rs. 1500. But after a few minutes they said the order has been cancelled and my money also has not been refunded (Which is rs. 740)

This company is a fraud.. I placed an order of rs. 1792 on 8th of this month and next day only i cancelled it. Order id - cw[protected]

Till now refund is not credited in my account. I have spoken to their call centre team. I have sent several e mails. Also i have shared my bank and paytm statement with them. They are just making exuces with no proper response.

I have exchanged atleast 9-10 mails and they are not refunding my hard earned money.. I dont understand the reason. If i ask them they start blaming paytm and other sites. I also gave them the option to directly transfer it to my bank account but still they denying. It seems they dont want to recund.. This is completely cheating, fraud

Coolwinks — return policy of coolwinks is not good


I had placed an order (Order no. Cw[protected] for sunglasses on 26-august-2018 and had to return them due to product quality issues, i requested to return the order and order was picked by delhivery (Awb[protected] on 3-september-2018, but i haven't received any text message that my order has been picked, i contacted the customer care regarding this issue and the refund date. They told me that the are sorry that no text message was sent after picking up the product and refund process will be initiated after the product is received by them and that refund is received within 7 working days. As no refund was received i again contracted them on september 12th and 17th respectively but only i got was a lip service from them that product is received and refund will be done in next 48 hrs. I'm so annoyed that i have been following up continuously and the haven't have any mechanism of complaint system nor any specific reason why the refund is not given yet.

I ordered 2 sunglasses on 2nd august but then i cancelled it immediately so i request to refund for
Order but talking to many customer representative said we will done refund in 24 hour but till not done.

I placed an order on coolwinks. I paid 2027 using amazon pay. I got cashback of 1600 immediately. I missed something on first order. So i cancelled the order. I got only 427 refund. I placed another order for 1865. I cancelled this order also. I did not get cashback. I called customare care. They told that you will only get once. So i cancelled that aslo. Now i got only 265as refund. They are deducting 1600 two times and they paid 1600 only oncs. I would requeat then to retuen my 1600. Such a fraud company. Please no one should use product from such chaeters.

I have a concern regarding the refund I received.
I received a message after doing payment from your side that:
"OopsPayment Failed.But don't worry. Let's give it another try."
So I made payment twice and you received the same order twice.
I was able to call you the next day only and when I called you back, one of your executives cancelled the 2nd order i.e. (the first one for which you had sent 1500 cashback to phonepe). This was happened before the product was dispatched. I didn't find it reflected and I was able to see ₹516 only in my phonepe account.

I contacted 3-4 times during the time span of 10 days and the customer care executive said please wait for 10 days you will surely receive the amount in phonepe.
Sometimes it takes time.
I have received ₹516 only and I request you to give my money back.

Also the cancellation policy of your site says:

a) Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call Coolwinks customer care at[protected] or send an email to [protected]@coolwinks.com to request for cancellation.b) Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from Coolwinks warehouse. I want my cashback of ₹1500 in phonepe. Due to the lack of proper testing of your payment gateway, I don't want to loose my money.

I want to inform that www.coolwinks.com is fraud e commerce company, I placed two orders where in 1st order no. I got cash back in my phonepay wallet. but when I placed my 2nd order no CW[protected] DATED : 29.07.2018, BUT No cash back has been credited in my phonepay wallet till date. I paid Rs. 1422/- .
It has been mentioned clearly on their website that cusomer will get 100% cash back on first two order if payment has been done though phonepay wallet.
I tried calling so many times on their customer support no but a single call was not answered they have no staff to attend the calls. I have already forwarded so many reminder emails but no action has been taken yet.
Kindly help to get refund of my money from this fraud site.

I have ordered sunglasses from coolwinks.com on[protected] of Rs. 1647.00 in coolwinks offer of Rs. 1500.00 cashback on paytm. But still even after 4 days I have not received any cashback as they offered me at the time of purchasing. Even they do not reply my email, nor they pick my phone call.
Their website is so poor that it shows that my order/product is not dispatched but I have already received it yesterday. But still no cashback, I have followed their all Terms & Conditions but no cashback and no response.

Reply me immediately sir. Bcz i hv tensed about refund amount. Total amount 1814 + 1814 = rs 3628. Both are same day and same item and same amount in 28 july 2018. Kindly check status and give me satisfactory reply.

My first order wasn't even confirmed and i had cancelled it right at the moment when the executive called me. I have still not received my cashback for the second order . Can we report them to cyber crime . please tell me if it's possible. The second item was ordered on 28 july, 18 and received on 31 july, 18.
I had even confirmed with the executive who called me the date till which i will receive my cashback and he had assured me that i would receive it within 8 hours. I had paid via paytm wallet.

Its seems to me that coolwink is running an online fraud shopping app and websites for glasses in which i placed an order but after reading review cancelled it at once but 2 days after i didnt get the refund for my payment done

On 11th of july coolwinks.com (founded in 2016) introduced a offer of 100% cashback upto 1500 on minimum order of 1500. Below are the all terms & conditions as on 12th july.

The condition was to apply PAYTM code before checkout and that's what i followed(see attach) but still it is more than 48 hours and cashback is not credited. They are saying i had used promo code.

This company is making their users fool by offering such fake offers. I request authority to take down such company who are misusing their customer's faith.

Scam 1:- I wanted to return my eyeglasses well turns out they suddenly stopped picking up returns from my area. I have successfully returned orders till now with same address and with same account but now they blocked return service for me so they can cheat and make more money I guess. Remember this they don't have feature of 3d trying on web like lenscart also they don't provide images model with eyeglasses and sunglasses so you will have no idea how this item will actually look on face, and if you don't like it and try to return they block your return request giving ### reasons.

Scam 2:
They started something like buy coolcash and spend 100 percent coolcash on order after buying the coolcash they showed you can only use 50 percent of coolcash unless you buy 3500rs worth of product well so imagine if you don't want spend such a amount well the coolcash you bought is USELESS. They are hiding this fact while you're buying coolcash after purchase you will get real screen massage.

Scam 3:- They are using super cheap quality of plastic imported from China and made their own local brand, my last eyeglasses did even last for 1 year. And you don't have lot of options for buying metal sturdy good quality eyeglasses frames so you have to buy plastic one.
