I have purchases around two powered glasses from the website "coolwinks" since last year.

Last time when i bought a glass, it just went fine for hardly 20 days, soon after that, there was a sudden break in the frame of the glass. When i tried to customer care, there were no positive response.

Later i ignored it and bought a new one some days back. The condition is same, today it again broke off.
It is just because of the carelessness of the manufacturer that they put the glasses so tightly that, it leads to much pressure and there is a sudden breaking of the frame.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I was going to purchase a computer eyeglass on 23/04/2018 from coolwinks.com, while selecting the products & trying there prices there was a coupon available named "get50" which ensured flat 50% off and it was also working while we were checking it and it was also mentioned in coolwinks site that the coupon is valid till 23/04/2018. But from evening while i was trying to purchase it on 23/04/2018 it was not working and showed "coupon expired" or "invalid coupon" even it was within its due date.
This is really unethical from the company. I was harassed, i tried it for about 25-30 times to purchases it but always same problem occurred.
I mailed the company twice but did not got any revert.
It was clearly mentioned that get50 code is valid till 23 april, 2018 but not working from evening.
I want to lodge a complaint against coolwinks.com for my harassment mentally, financially & physically.
And request you to take strong action against the company.

I have ordered a plano zero power glass on january 11th with the prepaid option and paid it through paytm wallet, but my delivered was not done as they said me that they approached my address and found none, but in actual i have not received any calls or message regarding the delivery, then i was promised that i will get my refund as i have not got the product, but i have not received the refund till now, i called them so many times, they said me to wait for days, meanwhile months are going one. I have sent the orders of paytm wallet to them too, but i have not received my refund yet.

They cancelled my partial order without informing me and said that wait till monday for refund to process.
They did not even bother to contact me on monday and on tuesday. Today when i mailed them they did not respond.. I called them no one responded correctly. They are saying rubbish things and replying something that is not relevant to me.

They are doing this purposely to get some time to resolve this. I want a strict action against them

I want a compensation from them for my wasted time

I have no idea where my oney is. They are not returning it. No one is responding effectively on calls.

Please take an action against them

I am sudhir kumar sahoo, from bhubaneswar. I have ordered a glass which rs.628.. But this size is too much for me. So that i want to cancelled and refund it, but my accounts there is no any option in refund but there customer care executive give me suggestion for the specific option.. And also told me for send this page to screen shot and i have already send 2 times but they didn't help me.

I had placed an order for spectacles and had to make return of frame beacuse frame size is bigger and not suited to my face hence, i had to request to return the order. No one came for pick till the 14 days has over now, until date i've not received my refund and no one came for pick up there is no reply to my emails or call.

I am tushar donda, the user of coolwinks. I recently order my eyeglasses on this site. Due to some reason, i cancel my order. My payment of rs 503 is done from my account. After then they told me that the refund process is done within 7 working days. But on this 15 the day, i have not received my money back. I told them about this, but no money shall be credited to my account.

I had placed an order for spectacles and had to make changes to the lens. Hence, i had to cancel the order. This happened on 26th jan'18. Cw[protected]
Jan. 26, 2018, 11:16 pm, until date i've not received my refund and there is no reply to my emails or call. I have decided to go legal. It has been 35 days.
Can someone help on the refund.

I initiated the return. They are not coming for pickup. They are not returning my money. They are sending the delivery person to wrong address everyday purposely.
I want strict action to be taken against them and a heavy compensation should be charged from them.
I requested a call back from a senior person also. But no one called back

Completely fake products they are selling. And after returning they are not refund the amount. I have all the proof. If anyone wants to see, just ping me. I will show every mails, proof, courier receipt. The glass and frame quality is footpath quality. Do not buy from coolwinks. They will make you fool after delivering the profuc. Product. The fake business they are doing in india.

I ordered a spectacle from coolwinks.com whose order id is cw[protected] on 25th december. The product got delivered to me. The product was of bigger size than mentioned. Thats why i called coolwinks.com customer service. From last 7-8 days, i am trying to return this order. But they pick up the order. I always gets a negative response from them. Now they want me to send that product to their address. Also they are telling me i will get partial amount of my money. They have refund cheap policy. So they are not agreeing to give me my money.

I have placed a request for 2sunglasses from cool winks.com under buy 1 get 1offer but one of the product delivered was faulty and if poor quality. Checked the order section and there was option to return the product, there was no option to replace. Product was returned and refund was initiated but they deducted 150 rupees as cancellation charge due to return of the product. When i enquired the customer service, they refused give the refund and mentioned it is as per their policy. They keep delivering the faulty product to people and when they return as there is no exchange they deduct 150 rupees.
Please help to refund my money and stop these practices followed by the company.

I had purchased 2 sunglasses from coolwinks.com on 24 july with order id cw[protected] by paying rs 221. I did not receive the quality as expected and was also bigger size so initiated return. After 7 days they refunded only rs 142 instead of 221 an said that it is company policy. Hence i paid rupees 79 for nothing. I want my full money back.

The customer executive will say same thing : its our company policy and we cannot refund. I asked them to send me back what i have returned. I will pay the courier charges upto rs 50. But they are not ready to do anything. For them customer is nothing.

I feel like cheated

I had ordered two products and they didnt fit me they were too big for my face and tge sunglasses i ordered were not as the same as were shown they were like those fake shades you get roadside and i wanted to return them but they are deducting my 150rs for no reason since they say when using 100% cool cash 150rs are deducted from your refund. But they didn't give me 100% cool cash to use on the product. This is a complete loot account. They are just deducting my money without no reason. At the end i am going yo be left with no product and plus losing my 150rs on those stupid returns. So people think for yourself if you want to just spend your money for no product. Yes this is a great app.

Have purchased spectacles with power fitted by them under order id: cw[protected]
At the time of receipt of spectacles, have found bend in one part of frame and thought its a company signature.
In 20 days time, during cleaning, frame got broken down and the fact is broken down from that signature point. This is actually a bend/damaged frame and because of glass fitted into that frame is slighter bigger in size compare to frame and couldn't resist the pressure and got crack down.

This complaint is regarding the order no cw[protected].

Recently i have ordered 2 no of cool-winks product, but unfortunately due to the size not fitting, i initiated for return & refund.
Surprising thing was 80% of amount has been paid from promotional cool-cash & i paid 221 via my credit card, but as per the return policy i got credited only 71/-, they have deducted 150/-.

In this way they are cheating customers, as there is no logic behind why they are deducting 150/-, as the product is also returned back, this is the first time i am experiencing such a worst online return policy

Order id: cw[protected], with in 5 days o[censored]se frame got damaged, they are not giving any resolution for this, pls help
I think they cheated me, if they will cheat like this how one can buy from coolwinks, people used to buy from coolwinks thinking they are selling genuine products, but the truth is that they are selling very poor quality products

I ordered two spectacles from coolwinks. Orderid (Cw[protected] & orderid (Cw[protected]. I received the packages via blue dart today (28/8/2017).in one of the spectacles something was wrong with the power.. I couldn't see anything with the right eye glass.. Left one was ok.. Now coming to the second order.. This spectacle was broken. Hence, to conclude i can say both the products i received were damaged. I wasted money on such a fraud company.

I had ordered an glasses on 1st aug, my order no : cw[protected]. I have received an empty box there is no product inside just the cover and package box of the glasses. I called you guys for the issue and your customer support told me to drop an email to you with the images of the box which i have received. Which i did now u guys told me that you cnt do anything... Tht such a stupid act. I need my money backkkkkk
