    I can't understand that what problem is arising..I have cancelled many items from Amazon app and then it's mentioned that we will initiate your refund by 16 17 and now it's 18 June and they did their work but when I checked my bank account then I haven't got any refund as Amazon already mentioned that they refund my money without any delay and corporation bank didn't show me any refund details ... whenever I use to check it's not showing a single penny of refund ..what the problem kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible ...why I am not getting my refund details..

        Ordered product from Flipkart on 3 June 2021 and still the refund didn't came into my account and is not reflecting kindly see upon this issue and try fast toh refund my money as soon as possible in my bank account

            Amazon says refund has been initiated if it hasn't contact my bank so I want my money back it's been 14 to 15 days I haven't received the money.

              we want to close our foreign account in Corp. bank(union bank) we have already inform to bank by mail and already shared clear for o/s and advance but still not adjusted advance and not clear o/s.

              we so many follow up to bank Person but every time bank person said we will work regular payment work, we had follow-up las 3 or 4 month

                Sir,
                I have applied for transfer of Educational Loan sanctioned to my Son S. Aswath, in m/s Corporation bank, Sankaranpalayam, Vellore when the Euro rate was nearly Rs. 86/- against INR. Till date the amount has not been transferred to my Son's account citing various reasons such as Joint account needed, my Son has to apply etc. Since I am the co-applicant I submitted the application requesting transfer. Due to delay, the Euro rate has increased to nearly Rs. 90.26 against INR. Who will bear the extra charges? I requested the BM to transfer the amount to my SB account, which he refused. I request your good self to intervene in the matter and get the amount transferred as my Son has to pay the fees by 23.04.2021.

                  I jave submitted my cheque on 7 April 2021 and tild that it will be clear by 9 th April 2021 but yet it not cleared and from last 3 days I have been visiting the bank but the bank is closed in this pandemic situation they haven't complet the transactions on time and I am trying to contant the website and helping number but it's of no issue

                    I've come to Tirupati branch for cash withdrawal.. but employees were not present even after lunch break.. lunch break was mentioned as 2-230 pm. But even after 3.30 pm employees are not there

                          IMPS-P2P transaction was initiated on 01/Feb/2021 for amount 10000, was failed. Reason for failure is not provided.
                          Amount in dispute 10000 is neither credited to beneficiary nor it is credited back to the originating account.
                          I have tried calling customer care number of both Corporation bank and union Bank and none of these calls were answered(Kept on hold for 20 to 30 minutes and never answered by customer care executive)
                          I reached out to near by Union bank branch, and they registered complaint on 09/Feb/2021. Complaint reference number is IMPS[protected]
                          I have been going to this branch to get the update on the complaint for last few weeks. Complaint status is "In progress"
                          I was told to contact the home branch. Home branch manager is unaware of the IMPS-P2P transaction facility and doesn't recognize the failed transaction.
                          I'm tired and exhausted by the number of follow-up a customer is put through, for no mistake of mine.

                          Could you please look into this issue and advise how I should proceed further.

                                Dear Sir, I am LAKSHMESHA K K, , Corporation bank (Union bank of India) Mysore Main branch, Mysore account number [protected]. I paid the Amount Rs. 25, 563/- paid through net banking on 22.01.2021 16.48 by e-banking Bank Union Bank of India to TATA AIA Insurance premium, Policy Number: C[protected] Bank reference ID is[protected], amount has been detected from account. But still so far I have not received any acknowledgement copy from TATA AIA. I discussed with the bank they also told deducted, they suggested to give letter and gave letter to the bank on 1st February 2021. But still this has not yet rectified the issue. Please let me know what is the status of my amount which is deducted from my account. This is for your kind information and do the needful.

                                    Respected sir,
                                    I have savings account in the corporation Bank / union bank, bearing no.[protected]( corporation saral plus - public, Branch Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal ) With the visa card allotted and activated ( expiry 02/2024).
                                    But from the beginning i had only 1 successful online transaction using the card. After that till date no online transactions can be made, though i requested several times to the bank authorities to solve the matter. Plenty of balance is always maintained in my account, no inadequate amount is drawn till date.
                                    Therefore, i request you to kindly take steps against the grievance of the bank, stated above.
