Manager did not intimated regarding difference of interest rate on gold loan. So that we paid extra money, and also manager gave reckless answer about question. Kindly look after the problem otherwise we will change our bank account.

Atm se balance nahi nikla aur debit b ho gaye

Sri i would like to informed you, i rishabh verma i have an account in corporation bank shastri nagar kuti chaupla, meerut. My account no is [protected] on saturday 04/07/2020 i withdraw 10000 rs in idbi bank atm shastri nagar near central market. My was debited rs 10000 but amount not received... I call corporation customer care he told me sir don't worry wait for 25 hours your money will be refunded but today is tuesday 07/07/2020 my money is not refunded.. So plz sir help me out this..

I went to atm today but when i was removing the miney, the atm replied me the host isn't working i tried for 3-4 times but their was no response. So i came back after 15-20 minutes 3000 was debited from my acc. Please make sure to see this it would be a great help thabkyou

I have done a payment using gpay on 23rd dec 2019, the amount was deducted from my account, however didnt get credited to the shopkeeper. After few days it shows as paid on 23rd dec 2019. Meanwhile since the payment wasnt completed i had to pay through card on same day i. E. 23rd dec 2019. The shopkeeper denies of receiving the payment done via gpay. Since its not refunded can you let me know where is the amount stuck?

I had dropped a mail to webcentre-bangalore but they havent got back yet.
Can you get it sorted asap?

I am very disappointed by corporation bank branch - safidon (Haryana).
I was very urgently wanted to pass my cheque of 1, 20, 000 ruppes,
I had not enough time and i made my accurate best to write and sign,
But my cheque was bounce because they mentioned your signature are not same, but when i went to the corporation bank safidon branch, they treat me not well and said you have to pay charges for that too. And i found no difference in my signatures.
I have wast my lots of time as they presented me the circumstances, and i am no more interested to become an investor for corporation bank.

I place an order for a mobile in emi from flipkart due to lockdown they unable to delivered it so they cancelled the order and done the refund successfully on 27th june of rs 3749/- but the amount still not reflected into my bank account its being more then 8 days have passed i have sent email with complete details but still there is no response
For the mail many customer say that you don't respond to any complains please

From 2months onwards i'm facing transaction problems i have money in my bank up-to 12000 you guys why freezed my account i don't know when i'm login in corp ease just showing all the details of my account but unable to when i choose another option like mini statement, funds it's showing unable to fetch account how cruel is this bank please fix it

Refund initiated by amazon india on 11.4.2020 has not yet been processed by corporation bank bhawanipur branch. Today is 23.5.2020 & the bank is not ready to help also. Called customer care & they told me to contact the relevant branch. Hooe the problem will be solved soon.

Corporation bank has not yet credited my account with the refund amount issued by amazon on 11.4.2020, reference number #422230 (₹465/-) & #021530 (₹149/-) respectively (Payment made through debit card on 10.4.2020). It's been more than 1 month now & i have complained to various authorities & yet no one has given any concrete answer to my queries. On 23.4.2020 corporation bank has lodged my complaint with the following id - crm[protected] & crm[protected] but till date no further communication or contact has been established regarding the issue. I called my bank branch directly & they said if the money comes they will give me. I am utterly disappointed with corporation bank.
Please look into the matter & update my account because in times like this each penny counts. For the payment reference i am attaching the purchase transaction details so that it is easy to trace back the gateway of the refund issued. I have an a/c with corporation bank for a long time now & rarely faced such discrepancies, i hope you will resolve the matter in no time. Thanks & regards.

Today i visited corporation bank dilshad colony, delhi branch for cash withdrawal from account. There was que for customer for entering in the bank one by one, i was in my question from last 2 hours. But the security guard who is posted at this branch was sending the people at his choice. When i and some other people raised their voice against this, then he misbehaved with me publically and threatened me to face dire concequences. He threatened me like "tu mujhe nahi janta mai tujhe jaan se marva dunga". And he also said "tu mujhe maarega kya?? Meri marji mai kisi ko bhi bheju andar tu bahar nikal". I will tell the complete details when i will be contacted by any officer of corporation bank. This is to inform you that you should take strict action immediately against him otherwise i will take legal action against him so soon.
Kindly inform me after proceeding my complaint that what action has been taken by you.

I have made a order on amazon on 8th apriland and cancelled the order on 10th april 2020. The amazon has sent my refund to bank but the bank is not crediting refund to my bank

Dear sir
This is to inform you that i am having a savings ban account in your bank at asansol branch. The bank has deducted charge from my account against atm card use. Sir, i am sorry to inform that no atm card is issued against my account till date. But the bank has wrongfully deducted the charge from my account. After checking the savings bank accounts, a complain was given to the bank but bank denied to accept the same and advised to complain at corporate bank ho.

In view of above it is requested to look into the matter and arrange to refund the deducted amount from my account from 2013 to till date along with interest which has been wrongfully deducted by the bank against atm card which has not been issued till date.
