My name is N.Jagadeeshwar Reddy and I had ordered a product of RS.4599 Adidas sandels in TataCLiQ on 23/09/2020 & It got cancelled automatically from TataCLiQ side.And on 28/09/2020 TataCLiQ initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money.

See..it's been 15 to 20 days I haven't got my refund ..I tried contacting on the bank but the customer care people never respond properly..they received the call and put it on mute..we shout but they didn't speak...it's not a joke..I have a total refund of 760 from Amazon.. kindly provide my money back...

Amazon already refunded the money amount 1455 Rs with Ref no 30005402810272221487312 on the date 06 Oct 2020 but still it did not come in my corporation bank account.

Called Amazon and they are saying the seller processed the money. check with your branch and file a dispute charge. I contacted to branch (RT Nagar, bangalore -32) also but they did not help. Do not know what to do to get the money.
