I was invited for 25th annual celebration of country club by informing us that ee got free coupon worth 25000rs on 15th august. We went there and they told about offers and everything. We find one offer attractive so we go with that. They cut the amount 20200 rs as they told 200 rs for gst. I come to know something is suspicious. As credit card limit is not as required they deducted from debit card and again they deducted 200rs extra and told us we can convert it into 0% emi. But i told them i don't want this offer. Cancel it now only.

Now they told money is transferred to company 's account so we can cancel it once whole process is completed. We have some guys in office thay will handle everything. You just confirm your account. As we don't have any options and agree with what they told. And in call confirmation also i asked them twice and they told you don't have to worry about it we will tell you the cancellation procedure at the end of the day. I didn't get a call till, 6 pm. So i called them and they told tomorrow they will update.

Still didn't get the refund. Send mails to customer care. They also told they will get back to us soon.

    This is regarding cancellation of our country club membership which in process and we want to cancel on immediate basis.

    Details about the reason for cancellation:

    * few days back we got call from country vacation (Country club) saying we have selected for free 4 gifts we have to just visit and collect it with my husband (Sagar).

    * yesterday i. E 18 aug 2018, me and my husband visited the country vacations office in yoshodhara complex, near shankar mutt, basaveshwar nagar, bangalore to collect the gift.

    *they asked us to be sited for 45 mins they will prepare the free gift voucher as part of our gift. Mean time one of your executive came to us and explained about country club and they tried luring us and didnt give any time to think or read the documents and dragged us to the membership.

    * we were not having background verification about country club and its services still we agreed to the membership and paid the amount of rs. 65000/- only as the executives assured us that we can cancel the membership within 45 days of cooling period (In agreement its mentioned 10 days of cooling period)

    * after reaching home we read the agreement documents clearly and facilities/services provided in the agreement document and what the executive explained to us is very much contradicting.

    * now we dont have any trust with the country club and we want to cancel our membership which is within cooling period and we want full refund of our money rs.65000/-

    * today 19th aug 2018, again we visited same country club office in basaveshwar nagar, but to our surprise your executive was very rude in his behavior, he asked us to send a mail to the branch. And he even threatened that we wont get our money.

    * we assume country club is bounded by the law of the land and consumer rights we request you to consider this as priority and resolve the issue at the earliest by paying our hard earned money a full amount of rs. 65000/- at the earliest.

    We have sent mail for cancellation to "[protected]@countryclubmail.com" but got the message that mailbox is full.

    Please need assistance in cancelling the membership.

    My Membership No. CVKK37V30LBUB19.Matter dealt by M/s Gautam Paul/Arindam Banerjee of City Centre II/Kolkata. I`ve already mailed om 8.8.18 the details for 2 free flight ticketsagainst which no response till date.
    I`m highly unhappy with service rendered by Country Club and repenting for taking the membership.I will never recommend to my friends

      When i bought the membership i was promised to get atleast 2 rooms together for minimum 6 nights at any place in india. Total vacation period for 1 year will be 6 nights. Now i have many balance nights and amc paid up to date but i can book only 1 room. They tell us that now policy has changed and we dnt allow one customer to book two rooms together. Now how will a family go on holiday. They think that we all should stay in a single room... Atleast they should give us what they promised at the time of booking.

        In 2016, i was asked to pay fee for membership renewal, the country club associate explained to me an offer, where i can pay the renewal fee for next three years by just paying fee for two year in a lump sum payment, for years[protected].

        Now they're asking for membership fee again and not letting me book the holiday.

        Kindly look into this matter and get me the right deal.

          Regards - rohit shrivastav. Same day we attended there presentation for one hour and then mr prince who deal us assured us that our free vouchers will be sent our email. But already 01 week passed and still they had not send me those vouchers. It seems this is a fraud company and they are just cheating common people. I will register a case against this cheats if didn't receive my vouchers besides this complaint.

            Country club is a fraudulent company... Never ever go with this company's fake promises.

            I am still waiting for my refund money which should have received by now its more than 6 months now.

            I am following up with them since last 4 months now. Every time they give fake commitments.

            We should seek some legal action on this company... Otherwise they will continue to rob the innocent people.

              Offers as kumaran explained & promised

              Ø Package is for 30 years it includes clubbing and vacation

              Ø This particular offer is only for the particular day as because it is 25th Anniversary celebration of CC so the payment should be made on the same day to avail this benefit. Package is for clubbing and vacation is for 30 years.

              Ø He was very much particular and compelling us to take this offer on the same day itself.

              Ø Accommodation, food, travelling charges, sightseeing & security is free of cost for the particular package of 30 years for vacation.

              Ø Gym, swimming pool, events, banquet hall, summer classes is free for clubbing.

              Ø Vacation is for 14 days per year and bonus 14 days will be provided.

              Ø Life insurance for 5 lakhs for death & Accident & medical insurance for 1 lakhs for life time.

              Ø Vacation card is for 8 members other than when person is included extra tax will be added during the period of vacation.

              Ø Only for 1st year we need to pay the tax other than for 29 years no tax is needed for the vacation.

              Ø AMC is not compulsory only if we use the vacation for the particular year it should be paid.

              Ø He promised that rest all other details will be given in the welcome kit it will be courier to your address within 3 days of the payment made.

              On same day we made full payment of 80K and the 15k was given discount as kumaran said this offer is only for the particular day. After long days we made follow up with kumaran and finally we received the clubbing card & vacation card on January 7th 2015 and we couldn’t find the welcome kit and the receipt of payment that we made on 14th December 2014.

              Ø We fixed appointment with kumaran on 26th January 2015 for asking the detailed enquiry for booking the vacation he postponed it for next day as there is not customer care to explain the details.

              Ø We met him on 27th January 2015 he told to meet Mr. Damodaran Cr.Executive

              Ø As damodaran explained for travelling, pickup & drop, sight seeing, food & accommodation will be charged with least discount which may also be differ from season to season.

              Ø He told for food 20% will be discounted, travelling & sight seeing upto 40%, function hall is free of cost.

              Ø For vacation own property Rs.700/ night will be charged and for co-property Rs.1000/night which suites to all places under you have listed.

              Ø After we met Mr.Damodaran we came to know that whatever kumaran said is false statement.

              Ø Kumaran motto is only to sale the particular membership card and we believed his words and invested the money now we realized how he has cheated us by his words.

              Ø With all struggling and follow up we received the welcome kit through Mr.Damo

              Words of Reddy and Balu(customer Care & Manager)

              Ø We came to T.Nagar head office to get the details of land property and vacation.

              Ø We got disappointed and shocked after the words of reddy as again the procedure what he explainedwhich was not comparability same as explained by kumaran and Damo

              Ø Beyond this on the same day we met Mr.Balu(Manager) and explained about all the things what we have mentioned above.

              Ø He told to make a complaint about Kumaran about his fraudulence and he also promised to take action on this issue.

              Ø As per his words we are making this complain on Kumaran and requesting you to cancel this membership and refund our money of Rs.85, 000 of what we made.

              Ø Because of this we do not have peaceful mind and we are very much frustrated of these fake words with lot of problems in family.

              We spoken about the cancellation of this membership to Kumaran he told us to use single vacation. After that you are eligible to cancel this membership and the money will be refunded to you by The Country Club. So we are ready to make a single trip and better to cancel this membership.

              Final Need from the country Club:

              We do not think this clubbing and vacation will suit for us as it is making big problem in our family. So we are not in the peaceful mind it is again and again making problem to us so kindly cancel the membership and refund the amount which we have given.

              I was promised to give gift vouchers but received none of them. when did follow up about the same with staff sitting at growels mall kandivali azhar and krtika they kept me waiting for more than 10 days and now don't even bother to answer my phone calls.

                I took Country club membership in April/ May 2018, with a commitment from the staff who sold me the membership that i can cancel the membership anytime i want in case i didnt find it worth it.

                I had tried Country Club before and I had found the condition of the facilities very poor, but when the staff was selling to me this membership I informed them about my experience - to which they shared with me album after album of facilities they have improved. When I actually visited atleast two of their resorts (that's what they call them) I realized that all pictures they showed me were nothing but photo shopped... I visit Sarjapur facility and realized everything is broken there except for one pool table, and the place stinked... then i visited Yalankar, to my amaze it is supposed to be family place, but found nothing but drunkards everywhere... i TRIED to order tea/coffee or something for the kids.. and I was clearly told that they dont serve tea or coffee... and nothing for kids anyway... Seemed they were pushing us to take liquour and nothing else... It took me 2 hours to reach this great place and ended up spending 30 mins there .. couldn't even get my kids to play because all the kids rides were used by all drunkards who were screaming and doing everything that made the place unsafe...

                I requested Country Club personal to cancel my membership and return my money.. the best part they dont care, and are insisting that i should use more resorts... i cant take a chance and no way want to continue...

                Please help suggest

                  I have requested for cancellation of membership within the cooling period. I have not received the amount so far. Many times i have visited the customer care. They are making false promises. They sent mail three times to visit on specific dates to receive the amount. But nothing materialised.

                      The Country club did mention that once the member-ship was brought, they will provide 4 sites in tumkur or near Andra-Karnataka border.
                      Later it came to notice that the site were some where in a village and the site value is not even 10, 000, but the CC did give the land to some real-estate developers who do charge 20K per site as development charges and registration chargers are separate.
                      So if you see im at loss, paying the 1lakh 50 thousand for the country club membership. I would request for a refund of the same with interest as i have not used the facilities not even once.

                      They said it is a life time member ship fees as 1.5 Lakhs, but every year they keep calling for the annual maintenance fee of 12k. So how does it make it a life time membership. If i pay 15K for a local club, they give me 3 years of membership with awesome facilities. So the CC need to refund the membership fee and they should not fool the people like this (by offering Sites at extra chargers and Life time membership with separate Annual fee) so its a big SCAM and FRAUD. Let them offer the membership with all the clauses open and if the people are satisfied will buy the membership. This is like hidden, all is hidden which makes the consumer a super stupid. This is not the way to do it.

                        I paid 56 thousand as I told by country club executive nusrath who works in country club kool Begumpet( Hyderabad )that they will be sending to Dubai for a week if we pay 56 k along with that membership is free .I got the membership cards but still I haven't got dates for Dubai since 6 months .I have been cheated by country club.Either u send me to Dubai or else refund my entire amt .my mail id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                          I am using gym facility from past 15 days. With snap fitness associated with Country Club. Today morning as usual I went to gym, unfortunately trainer did not allow me to do the gym. Reason provided as we are not allowing Country Club member 2 do the gym. Need to understand what sort of facility provided from Country Club, during my membership login marketing team really communicated that gym facility will be free for lifetime in all associated fitness centres, not sure y assured facility has been taken off after utilising for 15 days very sad to see such response from Country Club... Kindly revert at the earliest

                          This is one of the worse experience with country club, i have been highlighting from past 3 months with regard to the Fitness facility provided by country club.

                          i am using country club fitness facility from 3 months (SNAP Fitness - SAHAKARANAGAR - BANGALORE) quite frequently Snap fitness Management Authority stop allowing the country club members to gym.

                          i have taken Country club membership 4 Months back - while taking membership MR Keshav a marketing manager ([protected]) has assured that country club is providing life time fitness facility for all membership card holders, now we are trying to reach his contact number he is not responding. now he barred his incoming calls too.

                          we have payed 58000/- INR while taking membership, our in-tension to buy membership only fitness, the worse part is not even used 3 months fitness facility, we came to know the real picture/background of the facility provided by country club.

                          kindly address this issues and ensure this to be resolved ASAP if not i have take the support of social media to resolve the same.

                          pathetic service " we have payed money for member if your not providing the assured service please refund the money "

                            I am member of country from Apr 18 2018. I paid 50K from my credit card. I realized promises are fake. On next day visited the country club and discussed with to whom I paid to refund my money. He said have wait for 120 to complete the process. In may I called to customer care to know about my status. They there is no cancellation process for your membership. They are not proving services for what they have said. I saw so many member are fighting like this.

                                On dec-2016 i have paid the advance amc 10k, as per the discussion with countryclub peron from hyderabad office. His email id suresh b and employee id cci1432. (Lakshmi).
                                As per the amount paid same shall be valid up to dec-2018.
                                When i am planning for a vacation for this year, it is showing the amount is due for this year. I got a call from hyderabad office, and they are telling althouth u have paid the amc for this year, you need to pay an advance amount for next 3yrs (15k), upto 2021, then we can able to update your profile.
                                I asked him to write an email that my amc is already paid for 2018 and that we are taking 15k as an advance amc.
                                My question is now if i already paid for this year why i am not able to book and for same why i need to paid advance.

                                I have a written email from same. Ho people are just cheating other by giving false commitment and playing with our profile. They are doing anything they want and updating the profile. Please solve the issue else i will take further action on same.

                                    Like everyone i think i fall prey to sweeet promises and offers of country club on dt. 2-7-2018... They are proffesional fraudster.. They have nothing do with traveling or holidays.. Still havent booked for any holiday.. But as and when i booked i realised that i have been trapped in a big fraud..

                                    Had taken membership of 5 years.. 6n/7d.. The lady who attended me was sabaa siddique and was from mumbai..

                                    Lies of that lady and company

                                    1) after taking member i have to pay amc of 7000 i[censored] travel national and 12000 i[censored] travell overseas.. The real truth is 10000 amc plus huge service tax.. Which make an amount of 12000..

                                    2) they give you false flight charges...in the reference of the tour we calculate... We find it very cheap.. But overall it will be costly

                                    After booking for membership.. There was no written document given to me and demanding again and again.. And there is no response from that executive too..

                                    Called there customer care, they say will arrange for call but no call received

                                    I have settled my mind within a day that my money is gone.. But will fight for it till end.

                                    Allready filed complain to my credit card bank for fraud, they have blocked my card
                                    Through this forum i demand for my refund..

                                    The lady describe in that warned me to take this complaint back .. but now i am not gonna take it coz.. they have manupulated whatever the offer they have promised me to give.. i am gonna make hell out of this company and there cheaters.. and there was one more there with this lady and that was name "Abbas" when i ask him what will be the flight return charges if i want to go mauritius at the time of diwalli .. he said.. Rs.22000 return .. and then i check online and it was way costly.. 45000...This company's employers are been trained to fool people literally

                                      I was told many things, it all sounded cool and free (Mostly) but there are many charges here and there and i am not sure what i paid the 80, 000/- for. Initially it was to be an emi transaction from the merchant side but later the manager praveen said i cant convert it myself with bank at the same interest rate but now after getting in touch with bank officials, its costing me 1, 02, 000/-. I am not in such financial state to pay this amount + their fees/charges for simple vacations. Not really happy and i have made a mistake opting for this membership. Many other info is miss-matching to all that was conveyed. I really need the refund badly and they can whatever cancellation fee of 3, 800/- they have mentioned. Its just 3 days back i feel for this and they have a cool off period of 10 days as per clause no 31 in the picture of agreement attached.
                                      I have sent an email to [protected]@countryclubmail.com as well, they responded that they will look into it and provided a contact number as below;

                                        This company is a complete cheat and they are looting their consumers by making false assurances and providing fake benefits which never exist.

                                        They start cheating right from the beginning as they lure the consumers to come and collect free gifts. Upon reaching to the venue they force for attending their presentation post which we can collect our gifts.

                                        I had the same experience and fell prey to this fraud on 8th March 2018.
                                        I have paid Country Club Holidays sum of 2, 55, 000 Rupees for membership of 30 years. However, the benefits and plan that was narrated to me during the presentation does not exist in real. No such information is available in the membership documents as well.

                                        The sales Agent Salman Khan (Pune Branch) @ Pheonix Marketcity East court has duped me with such a big amount. Every statement, every word regarding holidays, benefits, facilities, was a big lie.

                                        They have a strategy of pressurizing to make the payment of membership on the spot, not allowing the consumers to have a little investigation about the company and their services.

                                        I simply request to cancel my membership and refund me in full asap.
                                        I would also request to Consumer Forum to take strict actions against such a fraud company cheating thousands of people on daily basis.

                                        Please note that the most of them are completely false and not sure about the rest of them.

                                        1.My package Includes all the national and international properties owned by Country club and other properties through RCI membership.
                                        2. I can use the membership for 365 days a year(season independent)
                                        3. Using the country club membership lifetime for free.

                                        4. 20% and up to 40% allowance in the flight charges (Domestic and international)
                                        5. Free RCI membership by which we can use other resorts/hotel for 3000(Domestic) and 12000(international) – Fixed charge

                                        6. Free accommodation with free breakfast services at Country club owned properties.

                                        7. 25% discount on all the food in the country club restaurant or free cook services.

                                        8. No other charge or Fee in the Country club membership for life time.

                                        9. Free Lifetime membership at Gold Gym & Talwalkar's Gym.

                                        10. There is pickup / drop/ sightseeing free service

                                        11. Using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost (including the electricity, decorations) for 5 times per year.

                                        12. Free passes for the special events that are organized or happening in your clubs.

                                        13. I can use the country club / country vacation cards for my friends or relations with some additional ID proof.

                                        14. Will arrange Birthday /Anniversary Parties for free. (Decoration and Cake @ Country Club)

                                        15. I can get food coupons worth 3000 (Approx) every year.

                                        16.Free Massage Therapy and Jacuzzi services for lifetime.

                                        17. Rent option if we are not using the vacation, the rent will be arranged by country club agents.

                                        18. No need to pay the maintenance charge for the year if the vacations are not used.

                                        19. If I per book the vacation trip before 2 weeks, I can get the free 7 days trip for that year and I can use that for rent or I can extend that to next coming year.

                                        20. While renting the vacation using your agents there is no need to pay the yearly maintenance charge.

                                        21. If I do not use the vacation for particular year, then I can move that days to next year without any charge.
                                        22. If I am not satisfied at any time, I can write a compliant letter to the office where I take the membership and I can cancel the membership at any time.
                                        23. If I do not want to cancel, I can transfer my membership. The agents in country club will do the same for me, they will collect only the processing fees.
