On 19-apr-2018, i was invited for an one week family holiday offer and made to listen their sales person for 45 mints.in these 45 mints, their sales person made me and wife mesmerized with his sales pitch and convinced us to take their blue studio membership of 5 yrs ('no club + 5 yrs 6n7d blue sr u12') amounting to rs. 65, 000/-. I paid this amount via 1 credit card and paytm combination. But same day i realise these person have cheated us so, make a request to cancel our membership but they were not listening and their customer care service is very pathetic, i paid total amount but the person from main office calling me for remaining due amount, and called their customer care cell (Hyderabad) phone number[protected]. Their customer cell is pathetic and they kept me asking to call me up later in the day or next day.

Please help me in dealing with these cheaters who take the customer for ride and getting refund of my amount (Rs. 65, 000/-). I intend to proceed for consumer court soon on this matter and and bring this fraudulent company to task so as in future they cannot cheat anyone else.

    On reaching home later in the day and in next 2-3 days i realized it to be my life's biggest financial mistake. On 22-may-2018, i decided to invoke the cooling period of 10 days, as mentioned in their agreement, and called their customer care cell (Hyderabad) phone number[protected]. Their customer cell is pathetic and they kept me asking to call me up later in the day or next day on one pretext or another. After 5 days i. E. On 26-may-2017, i realized that their intentions is to have my 10 days cooling of period pass by making me busy over tele only and hence i putted the same tele request - of membership cancellation within cooling of period, on their customer care email id ([protected]@countryclubmail.com) and also couriered the request letter to their office address (Country club, central customer care, 4th floor, asian building, begumpet, hyderabad – 500016). My email went unanswered and unacknowledged.
    My membership id is: ccdl248v5lb29761.

    Please help me in dealing with these cheaters who take the customer for ride and getting refund of my amount (Rs. 65, 000/-). I intend to proceed for consumer court soon on this matter and and bring this fraudulent company to task so as in future they cannot cheat anyone else.

      They are calling to our numbers and making trap by providing gift and mis leading words no accuracy of offers and all mis leading facts. We paid 5000 to lock the offer so we want refunds of money paid to them we denie to there offer. So please help with this issue to be resolved. No response to the call made and changing words after paying money this act is not lawful. Should be in faith of people its just making secret profits which need to be looked into this matters.

      We want refund of money paid to it.

      This not the ethical business practice that you call customer by having there numbers later after accepting you wont response. As a corporate you should not practice such thing to grab the customer with misleading statements where only words be used without having any relavance. No problem resolved just sending customer care no that too not reachable and closing the complaints no one is satisfied we want refund of our paind money with your misleading and fraud words. I will highlight this issue in socially that you cannot be in market anymore. You should ptactice in your limits not lo make money absorption business

      They started doing business in an unethical manner. Calling customer regarding they got selection for 1st price and after geting in they are doing misleading marketing and providing membership with zero service and then they are harassing very badly wkthout responding. All lie words being trained to there employess to lie and get the customer to cut there pockets. This type of issues need to be looked by appropriate authority to resolve and have business in public interest. This is not the correct to crab customer with so many falsified words without providing in writting and without getting involved in lawful contractual agreement. We wants refund of all money grabed by country club in hyderabad to there customer. Government officials must look into this matter to save public from such fraudulance practice of country club management.

        Purchase membership on January 13th, I realised with in few days.. as per the policy we have to cancellation the membership within cooling of period. I cancelled the membership on January 20th. As per the terms and conditions they have to settle the account within 120Days. I contacted them after 120+ days. They asked me to wait till August 15th, 2018, they said they don't have founds.
        It's a fake holiday provider, please don't buy membership. I paid 2.42Lakhs. I am planning to file a case in customer forum. My membership id is: CVHYD6CLUB247521
        We can't contact them directly.. customer care number always busy.. I sent 100+ email but no reply.

            Country club, similar to many people cheated by them, i also got cheated.

            We paid inr 85000 in country club bangalore office. They made a lot of promises like 4 days 3 nights stay, 7 adults, no hidden charges etc etc. But none of them is true. The staff in the office are highly unethical. They are trained to lie. They dont let us read the documents clearly.

            Hope the law helps us.

              I am new customer accidentally given money to him, i want to withdraw from services provided by them but it is refusing to give us deposit money and telling us lie about their service for which large no. Of complaints are available on internet. Now i want to with draw genuinely but they are constantly refusing to give money, one of them employee is not behaving good as well. I registered to them i year back.
              Country Club India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Country Club eager to collect only money for AMC etc.

              Once money is paid, they will not even pick your call or call you back.

              Their customer care phone number are fake. When I spoke to one phone number, they will ask to call next phone number.

              DO NOT BUY MEMBERSHIP OF COUNTRY CLUB. IT IS NOT WORTH FOR MONEY !!!

                But till now even after two years i am unable to use any of their services / vacations and also there is no reply on email send on customer care.

                Pls arrange to get my refund from them

                  My membership number is 24644. I am a member of country club. I have been using facilities of country club charm wood since i have become member. I want to complain about the service of staff at the club. Swimming pool is operational and there is no single house keeping to maintain the washroom. My daughter is 3 year old and after swimming when we went to washroom for shower, it was messed up with water and shampoo everywhere. My daughter fell and her lips got a cut. When i shouted for housekeeping, no one was ready to take responsibility. When there is a full fledged pool running with facilities for kid then why there is lack in housekeeping. Who is responsible? There is no safety checks for pools. There are kids as small as 1 year old who come to use kids pool. There is no one ready to take responsibility. There are no safety or compliance measures at club. It's overstaffed... Mostly they are watching videos on phone or giggling or chatting but when you look for some one there is no one to take responsibility... Please look into it and help me take action...

                    Sri bhavik boricha, direct sales manager, country club, came to my residence, b/54, best staff quarters parel, dr. S. S. Rao marg, parel, mumbai-400012 on sunday 13th may 2018 at 12.00 pm and he gave me information about country club packages that country club has completed 25 years and i am among the 25 winners of country club and i will get country club membership for club+fitness+events and 6n7d vacation every year for 5 years at cost rs. 200000 if we took the membership on that day as we were among the 25 winners, instead of rs. 350000 which was the original cost of the package. But this amount was not suitable for me so he gave me another offer for only 6n7d vacation every year for 5 years for rs.90000. For this i need to pay rs. 18000 as down payment and rest rs. 72000 will be paid at emi rs.3000 per month for 24 months and told me to make the down payment and that we will sign the sales agreement after down payment and immediately made the down payment by my two debit cards through his mobile. Now when i took the agreement to sign i noticed that the total cost of the package is rs.140000 (Rs.90000+rs.10500 amc) this meant that rs.10500 amc for 5 years was kept hidden from me. As this thing is wrong i refused to complete the agreement and requested for refund. At that time he said that the payment is not refundable. If the payment was non refundable he should have told me that prior to the time of payment. But this was kept hidden from me. Hence i was deceived 2 times (1 for the total price being rs.140000 and 2 that the payment is not refundable) and so i request that the payment to be refunded to me.
                    Your company, country club is not giving response to my calls at your customer service and hence i have written this mail.

                      I have took membership on 11th sep 17. Paid 60k full amount n executive said they will convert it into emi. Same was not done.
                      After that they said you take loan n pay we will pay you the interest. Same was not done again.
                      At the time we took membership sales executive said any time or any point of the moment you can withdraw ur membership but wen we r asking to close the membership no one is responding. Someone is saying being ur documents we will close. Other one is saying after 18 months only we can close the membership. Whom to trust.

                      Want to book a trip. Ccare exe putting call on hold n disconnecting.

                      Such a cheap n worst service from country club.

                      From the day i took membership i have not even used any service. No one is responding my calls. From my location club is 40kms. How can u think every time i will go n take follow ups. I have to go my office also.

                      Hyderabad begumpet country club service is worst service. I m not getting words to show the level of service i m getting.

                      We member of country club are very upset with the maintenance of the club...the swimming pool water ..they changing room stinks ..the shower room stinks...we r paying highly for the club and the service in returns is pathetic..

                        They called me after office hours and made many false promises and given the membership. Next day when i check the terms everything was different. I immediately called and mail to cancel listing all wrong things but no response. Pl help to get my money back

                            On 9th may 2018 i got a call from country club that today is their 25th anniversary and i am there lucky customer. They offered me membership for discount. And also said that offer is only for today and i have to sign that documents immediately. They didn't gave me time to think.
                            Next day i came to know that their making people fool by offering discount on their 25th anniversary. 9th may was not their anniversary and it was not mandatory to sign the agreement on that day.. They made me do that. The person also said that he will give me membership id and password next day but he didn't give me that. No calls after receiving payment.
                            I don't want to be a member of this company which are playing with people's lives by robbing them.. They are using false marketing strategy. I feel cheated. I want to cancel membership and want refund.

                              This is a fake company. They try to trap middle-class people. I wonder how people become fool by them. Their strategy is to call a tired person after his office hours and they make you fool by giving you a fake description of their company.
                              Please don't pay to these cheaters. You can enjoy the better hotels by putting the same amount in the bank. No one will harass you all the time on call by asking you to pay maintenance charges every year. The maintenance charge is the actual cost of hotel and the amount you pay in the beginning is a fraudulent charge.
                              Therefore no need to become a member of it.
                              I am writing it in a good faith to help others.

                                Details of country club membership are as follows -

                                Type of membership = senior citizen couple
                                Duration = 30 years.
                                Place = country club office, amanora mall, pune.
                                Person = mr paras jain.
                                Cost = 2.05 lakhs.
                                Date = august 2016

                                We purchase the membership in a haste. The next day we decided to cancel it. Since then for almost the last 2 years, we have been requesting a refund / or that our membership be transferred to another customer who wants it.

                                I found that i had to pay almost rupees 50000/- extra to hdfc bank as interest because country club had mislead and lied to us at the time of taking the membership.

                                We havent used any of the clubs facilities even once. We want an unconditional refund immediately.

                                  I am somnath das. I was taken the country club membership on dec, 2017. The made some false promises to me, that i did not required to pay my 2nd and 3rd year amc after 1st year amc paid. They told me i will get free cab and activity on my every vacation. They told me i will get 10 holidays instead of 5 as my membership is for 5 years. Now they are denied to give me all. Please help me to get the money back.

                                    C. C employees are not responding well. And they were no idea about ur plans but they are ur employee. They are doing fraud in collecting members. They were collecting highest amount from the customers. I[censored] are consider this as serious matter i am complaining upon this in consumer court.                                       I am rahul b from bangalore. Last week i got a call from country club that i won a lucky coupon which i dropped in totalmall sarjapur road and i can collect it from their office in the same cafe coffeeday, bellandur. I have got around 10 calls repeatedly and i decided to go there and on reaching, they started explaining about their holiday package for hours and i refused to take and later they took to another room and started giving many offers and they claimed that i am one of the selected families and they are giving some privileged offers to us which we will not get if we are not taking that day itself etc. I have listed the offers below as a note and it is very attractive but unbelievable, they were pressurizing us to take the decision that point in time by brain washing left and right and it was almost 4pm in the evening and unfortunately i believed on what they said and paid 80, 000rs for the holiday package using my hdfc credit card.

                                      They offers given are,

                                      1. Sale option if we are not using the vacation, the rent will be arranged by country club agents.
                                      2. I can use the membership for 365 days a year (Season independent)
                                      3. There is pickup / drop/ sightseeing free service
                                      4. 20% and up to 40% allowance in the flight charges (Domestic)
                                      5. Renewal the same plan after 10 years for life time and transferable to next generation with 5% of the initial charge (Initial charge - 100000)
                                      6. Using the country club membership lifetime for free
                                      7. Free rci membership by which we can use other resorts/hotel for 3000 (Domestic) – fixed charge
                                      9. Free accommodation with free breakfast services
                                      10. 20% discount on all the food in the country club restaurant or free cook services
                                      11. No need to pay the maintenance charge for the year if the vacations are not used.
                                      12. While saling the vacation using your agents there is no need to pay the yearly maintenance charge.
                                      13. No other charge or fee in the country club membership for life time.
                                      14. Collect the country club card for the kid in future for free.
                                      15. If i book the vacation trip before 2 weeks, i can get the free 7 days trip for that year and i can use that for rent or i can extend that to next coming year.
                                      16. I can maximum accommodate up to 8 persons using my membership if i book before 2 weeks.
                                      17. I can use the country club / country vacation cards for my friends or relations with some additional id proof.
                                      18. Using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost (Including the electricity, decorations) for 5 times per year.
                                      19. Free passes for the special events that are organized or happening in your clubs
                                      21. If i didn't use the vacation for particular year, then i can move that days to next year without any charge.
                                      22. If i am not satisfied at any time, i can write a compliant letter to the office where i take the membership and i can cancel the membership at any time.
                                      23. If i dont want to cancel, i can transfer my membership. The agents in country club will do the same for me, they will collect only the processing fees
                                      24. I will get rci membership and can book any resort/hotel through rci for fixed 3000 for domestic and 12000 for international
                                      24. I can get food coupons worth 3000 (Appx) every year.

                                      1. Even though they offered all these verbal stuffs the agreement is entirely different. They also offered 36 months emi but on calling hdfc bank they can only give emi upto 24 months
                                      2. Sent lot of emails to central customercare but no response for cancelling my membership and refund my money back
                                      3. They are not reachable on calling up their customer service desk
                                      4. Just fooling people wihout providing any services
                                      5. They offered snapfitness membership in all over bangalore however on approaching snapfitness is denying that they dont have tie up with country club. I am cursing myself on the day which i joined country club.

                                      I would request you to take necessary action against country club team and cancel my membership and refund my money back

                                      Is there any update on the membership cancellation with country club? I have not recieved any calls or messages regarding the cancellation request.

                                        This is rajkumar, having member id. Ccdl64v5lb27649. This membership taken at 07/july/2017,
                                        I would like to request for the cancellation of my membership from the country club. I am forced to cancel the membership due to some false promise given by the sales/marketing team mr. Shoab & vivek and i am not interested to use any club activities in the future.
                                        Now i have been calling for the booking from last 1 week and have also mailed and neither received a positive information on the phone and the phone call is also available after quite a try. Even after that, i have booked the room it is not possible. False words were used by employees when talking. Mail has not received any response so far. After all this i am being told that wherever you are booking you will not get there. You go somewhere else. This is the truth of your club.
                                        I have taken this scheme on 07/july/2017, so i want my full amount (Paid rs 60000/-) to be refunded at the earliest.

                                        Cancellation reasons are given below:-

                                        Given false promises as
                                        1) life time, monthly food coupon for 2 adult and 2 kids once in a month.
                                        2) per member, discount on shopping malls 30-40% (Like big bazar.. Etc)
                                        3) 10 vacation, every year 7 days /6 nights voucher with zero maintained cost
                                        4) event pass with free food for each vacation
                                        5) zero fee summer camp for my children
                                        6) 0%, rate of interest on emi conversion charges (But tts not free)
                                        7) there is no satisfactory answer for mail and phone call.
                                        8) no club card
                                        9) no hotel booking is available on the
                                        Holiday schedule from the club.
                                        10) i am talking about lonavla for hotel booking and from your staff it is being said that there will be no booking, you go goa.
                                        I have purchased this scheme with 60000/ rs.
