I have paid inr 58000 to country club in the month of october 2017 but still i have not received membership card even after 5 months, i need my money back.

At the time of payment they said i will be getting membership card within 7 days but till now i have not received card. I am continuosly calling their customer support...

Anken majumder (Manager) for cancellation as i had some medical emergency and also my wife visited on 22.1.2018 to give application for cancellation, but till date i have been bounced from here and there and not got any response, neither got refund as on date 8.3.2018....

I finally received the cards but with different mobile numbers and my baby card i didn't receive. No one come to my home to take the documents and no one ask about those things and no responding. What a services your providing.
