I have left complaint many days before but no one is getting it back to me.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise i would file a complaint to consumer court for sure.

I wanted to cancel my membership as soon as possible.
I also need my refund.

I want a refund.
At the time of membership they promised many things but they dont even pick up the call now for any query. I don't want this membership anymore please help me to cancel it. Any of your services are not worth of.

    It was 31st of december, 2017. Me and my husband was at home and suddenly we got a call saying that we won certain prize and to collect it we need to visit phoenix mall pune. We went there, and it was country club vacation. The sales person name was suraj singh, contact - [protected]. Our membership number is silver club 5yrs 6n7d blue u12 cvpu37sclub5lb246830. We paid 25000/- as fake promises were made by suraj singh,
    1. Two free movie tickets every month
    2. Dinner for two every month free
    3. 50% discount on flight tickets
    And many more
    Next financial year, that is 2018, i call suraj singh, in order to avail for the movie ticket. He asked me to call customer care. When i did call to customer care, they said these all are fake promises made by the sales person.

    Is there anyone who can look into all these complaints made against country club. I want my money back

      This is regarding cancellation of my membership from country club.

      I had registered for country club membership on 16/03/2017 by paying rs.50000 on the same day.
      Recieved membership number: cvbg1sclub5lb234271

      As per the policy document, there was a 10 days cool off period, during which we could ask for de-registration from this membership. I followed the process and sent e-mail as well called many times taj many times from country club by for de-registration but every time he was not responded atleast once also.

      I tried to tajpeer. S ([protected]) over the phone call and email also who has done this transaction from countryclub, bangalore but he was not at receiving my call as well as not responding to my emails.

      Also communicated countryclub customer care but they haven't replied back as they also promised over the discussion saying that,
      We will refund the amount and sorry for inconvenience but no response after that.

      I waited for continuosly months and years aslo to get my refund, but still nothing.

      I am respectfully requesting that my refund amount at the earliest, as per the policy.
      We have not used any single service offered by country club till date, and would appreciate if country club keeps its promise and returns us our money.

          I took membership in june 2017 in pune and had paid the whole membership amount of 160000 for country club and country vacations. They promised to provide 5-start hotels for 6n/7d every year for 5 years, discounts on flights, free airport pickup and drop service. None of the above happened when went for goa. When i took membership, they said they had tie ups with gold gymwhich was nearer to my locality. Now they don't have tie up with gold gym and i have shiftted to hyderabad and i don't have access to fitness centres of country club around 20 kms of my area. My country club money is totally waste as me and my wife are not able to avail any country club facilities. When i call them, they are always busy. I want refund of my money.

            I had booked hotel orritel at lonavla on feb 22, 2018 (Check in 23.3.2018 and chekout 25.3.2018). Someone from hyderbad called me and told me that the voucher is cancelled and you will be getting the new voucher in some time for the same hotel for same stay. I have to check-in in 2 hours and have not any vouchers yet. Standing at the gate of hotel orritel waiting for their vouchers on email which i am yet to get. This is patheticlly third class/

              This is regarding cancellation of my membership from country club.

              I had registered for country club membership on 13/09/2017 by paying rs.65000 on the same day.
              Recieved membership number: cvhyd7club242161

              As per the policy document, there was a 10 days cool off period, during which we could ask for de-registration from this membership. I followed the process and sent e-mail as well send letter by post to country club by 21/09/2017 for de-registration.

              Mr. Nangi manoj kumar acknowledged my email on 07/10/2017 and mentioned that request is forwared to concerned department. But after that, i have not heard back anything yet.

              I waited for 4 months to get my refund, but still nothing.

              I am respectfully requesting that my eligible refund amount at the earliest, as per the policy.
              We have not used any single service offered by country club till date, and would appreciate if country club keeps its promise and returns us our money.

                I have taken membership on 14th Oct'17 and deposited the amount Rs1, 33, 000/ through my credit card. After returning to home I found the things which was told us were completely against in Sale Agreement. Immediately on 15th Oct'17 I have submitted written mail to Country Club to quit from membership and requested to refund my amount as per point no. 34 in Sale Agreement.
                After 120 days set target days as per sale agreement it is already more than one month completed, on daily I am following up with Country Club Customer Care Kolkata & Hyderbad and they are always replying like it will take more time, fund problem etc.
                Customer care Hyderabad is replying that it is approved from here you only coordinate with CC Kolata but Here at CC Kolkata team asking that we have not received any found from H.O. Hyderabad.
                In view of above ultimately my amount is stucked with country club.

                Please help to resolve the issue.

                  I have paid 2 lakhs rupees, they asked me come to country club hyderabad customer care team for discussion. These guys are giving warning to me and hit me for asking cancellation. Don't join country club it is very rude behavior. I have threat any thing happened to me country club guys only caused for that.

                  Friends come together they will not reply to us. We have to fight together. We should stop others to join in this cheating company. Print pom plat and publish each and every galli. We should stop them to cheat others also. Be fight together.

                    When i joined the country club they told that they will provide preschool fee for my child and the interest amount paid by me for the loan taken to become membership. They also told if you are not satisfied you can return the membership to claim the amount paid. Till now i did not get any benefits they promised during selling, so i want to return it.                         I have paid inr 58000 to country club in the month of october 2017 but still i have not received membership card even after 5 months, i need my money back.

                        At the time of payment they given agreement copy. Agreement no. 5819

                        At the time of payment they said i will be getting membership card within 7 days but till now i have not received card. I am continuosly calling their customer support desk but they are just giving some wrong contact number for follow up and escaping. I have sent several mails to their customer care but no reply from them. Its a worst service and cheating the people.

                          I, debarati chakraborty, has been given a coupon from country club at avishar shopping mall, kalikapur, kolkata on 10/03/2018. My coupon code was 070985. I've been informed & repetitively requested to come to country club kasba, with my husband because i've won some gift and holiday coupons on 12/03/2018.

                          Despite dearth of time me & my husband visited, wasted time listening to the the third grade marketing personnel & returned with coupon. Next day evening i got a call with implications (Probably on behalf of complain of the marketing person who interacted with us) that the person with which i visited isn't my husband as our title's don't match (I haven't changed my maiden title, didn't wear sindur/vermillion powder which by the way is supported by indian penal code).

                          I've been repetitively been harassed & on asking for complain e-mail addresses i didn't received any answer. Real standard of country club is shown.

                          Hope to receive a reply, at least how to return it.

                            poor quality of facilities

                            I took the country club membership about 4 years back and paid rs.70, 000/- for ten years membership. I was promised all the clubs/rooms are equivalent of 5 star hotels. On my first visit to club facility of banglore and mysore, i got shock, as these were not equvalent to even 2 start hotel.
                            Ac was not working in banglore hotel room. Sink was chocked with dirty water.

                            I have visited at country clubs office situated in empress mall nagpur with my wife. I paid rs.35000 towards membership on date 21.1.2018 but on the same day at 9 pm, i called mr. Anken majumder (Manager) for cancellation as i had some medical emergency and also my wife visited on 22.1.2018 to give application for cancellation, but till date i have been bounced from here and there and not got any response, neither got refund as on date 8.3.2018. Now they are saying that the amount is not refundable and it is compulsory to take services.

                              Good morning,

                              My name is thurab j from bangalore south banashankari. On[protected] i got the call from unknown number saying that you got the lucky draw from shopping mall and you got 3 kitchen gifts so would please come and collect and it is free of cost and they said that i need bring my wife as well, in the beginning i thought that it was fraudulent call so i disconnected then after 5, 10min later again i got the call from different person saying the same what i explained earlier i asked many times that from which mall? They always say that from shopping mall again i asked there should be an name of the mall they tell only from shopping mall.
                              I asked them where i need to come to collect my gifts they said opposite to forum mall next to @home, but unfortunate i was there at koramangala forum mall and then straightaway i visited there with my wife.
                              They said they will be having 30 to 45min introductions then you can collect your gift so we agreed then went inside the office.
                              We went inside the office with nisar and his manager name is taj, they explained around 1 hour how country vacations giving the service and hospitality and for membership they asked me to pay 150, 000/- (One lac fifty thousand rupees) then directly i denied that i can’t offer this huge amount so please let us go then again he started and said sir you can pay only 42, 000/-now and you will get all the benefits but that also huge amount for me so i clearly told them that i cannot offer any amount then mr. Taj (Manager) he came and convinced us to that without any interest he will make emi option that i can pay within 2 years (24 monthly installments) then i agreed pay and before i questioned them if i don’t want use any holidays and any services from cv then what about the amount which i paid can i get back and can it be refundable then both of them said it is 100% refundable you can get this if you don’t want to use.
                              Then they collected 42, 000/- from my axis bank credit card and took my signatures in one sided agreement, then due to my job issue i got completely held up with i dint get the time to read the agreement, then after some days i got the call from taj saying that due to gst issue now all the banks are charging 18% of rate of interest so it cannot to be converted into emi and asked me to do it from your side there will be option called convert to emi, then i checked it was there in my bank but it was charging service charge as well and the rate of interest is 18% then again i called him and explained that it is going be total around 45, 000/- including rate and interest and emi convert charges so will i get this whole amount that is 45, 000/-? He said yes and asked me to send the bank statement and emi details so then we will refund the amount when you want don’t want use. I agreed and successfully converted to emi for 6 months. Here i got cheated then i realized and started reading there agreements in that it is clearly mentioned that it is not refundable at any circumstances.

                              And whereas the second party hereby unconditionally gives his /her/ their irrevocable consent to accepting the terns of this membership of cchhl. The second party understands that themembership fees is nota refundable deposit and not an investment.
                              The membership fees is not refundable under any circumstances.

                              So i got cheated with false information and incorrect agreement
                              I kindly request you please cancel my membership with immediate effect.

                                  i have taken a country club membership on 5-2-2017 by paying inr 1, 20, 000 in dt mall, delhi. There was a person who convinced me to become a member of country club:

                                  I have paid inr 1, 20, 000 completely. But now when i approached for the team for booking, the whole attitude of the team has changed. I asked for a booking of two rooms from 29th september to 2nd october at manali. But i received the mail for booking of one room only. I was asked to pay inr 3000 as utility charges else my booking will not be confirmed. I joined the membership holding a lot of trust and confidence but in the very first transaction, they have failed to give even the required facilities.
                                  i request you to cancel my membership and refund the amount asap.

                                  I am also victim of country holiday vacation...complaint on this website is of no use as i have tried also. So, initiation has been taken by us (victims of country holiday vacation) by adding victims so that we can file a case against these fraudulent activities of this company.                                   If it is online transaction (Credit card, debit card, netbanking) raise a dispute immediately. write a official mail to CV.
                                  making cc to your bank people. record every thing like calls. whatsapp what ever you have . go to police station force them to take complaint against those cheaters. this will surly work. i also one of the victim. i luckily got my money back.

                                    I had cancelled by membership with the above club on 30/10/2017 and they promised that the amount of rs.1, 55, 000/- which i had paid to them will be refunded after 120 days. But till date no refund of the amount has been made nor any positive response from their side as yet. We are very disturbed as we are an elderly couple and so much money is locked with them without getting any benefit i. E interest etc. Shall be very grateful if you will kindly help us in overcoming the situation that we are in.
