I have paid a membership fees of 24000 dihram in abu dhabi with the false promise from country club that they would provide world class holiday facilities all over world, excellent club facilities at abu dhabi, celebration of birthday and anniversary function of family members, will be providing free tickets for different programs in uae. But reality is totally different. All below average holiday facilities are provided. That also whenever we needed, it was never available. Club facility at abu dhabi is closed. No birthday, anniversary celebrations done, no tickets provided for any of the programs in abu dhabi for last three years. Since they have not fulfilled any of the promises, i want to cancel the membership and get at least 50 % refund of my membership fees, even if i have used only 2 years out of 30 years holiday facility. But after several requests also they are refusing to refund. Please find link of an article which came in uae newspaper khaleej times.

I had purchased Country Club 10 years membership in 2016 with lots of false promises from the sales man. He offered me the waiving off AMC for 4 initial years but whenever I tried to book a holiday, I am asked to pay AMC first.
Please help me get this membership cancelled and get my hard earned money back.

    I am a member of country club since last one year. We got a sms as regards free vacations. We called up and were informed that myself and my family had to come to ansal plaza, south extn, delhi for availing the offer.
    There the marketing team headed by mr. Manoj choudhary and assisted by his junior mr. Shoaib gave us all sorts of false promises/assurances/commitments in connection with the best in class facilities (3/4 star) at the various resorts. All fabricated videos were shown so as to lure us to take the membership. We were told that after negotiation the best offer for 30 years membership was rs. 2 lacs and the offer was valid only for today i. E. 25.06.2017 due to the very fact that the company is celebrating its 25 years of existence
    We thereafter without knowing the truth of the story took the membership in good faith and paid the entire amount in one shot so as to avail the best discounts.
    We were told that the normal room rentals were in the range of 8k to 10k per night.in addition we were also offered free membership of dae. Further we were falsely committed that the annual 6 nights could be utilized in any way we want. We could use 3 rooms for 2 nights at same destination or we could use 1 room for 2 nights at one location and so on at 3 different locations in a year.
    Our membership no: is ccdl64v30lb27530. After paying the membership charges within 1 months time we started to receive numerous calls to pay the annual membership fees of rs. 12000/-, this translates into rs. 2000/- per room per night.
    Finally we thought of booking holidays, we were informed that without paying amc no bookings would be done and then paid our annual charges of rs. 12, 000/- in october 2017 so that we could book holidays in dec. 2017/jan. 2018. After paying amc, we called for booking resort at cochin, but were informed that only 2 rooms can be booked and the third room can be booked on payment of rs. 3000/- per night. We paid that amount as well and booked 2 rooms for 2 night and the 3rd room for one night by paying rs. 3000/-. All our 6 night were shown as consumed when actually we had consumed only 4 nights.
    We then complained at their ho, but were informed that this is the rule of the company and whatever told / committed by sales team cannot be enforced upon and the company cannot be held responsible for what they have communicated.
    The marketing team had assured that the company organizes various events on all important festivals (Such as holi/diwali/christmas and new year) and we would be given free passes to attend these cultural events and the passes would be delivered at our residence free of cost. Since last 1 year we haven’t received even a single pass.
    However in spite of all these obstacles / hindrances we decided to go on with the holidays and booked country club rock springs, cochin from 01.01.2018 (Checkin) to 03.01.2018 (Checkout). On arrival at the resort all o[censored]s (3 families) were terribly upset to see the pathetic condition of the resort. We reached the resort at around 12 pm and the rooms were all in bad shape and it took them almost 2 hours to clean the rooms and hand it over to us at around 2 pm. Till that time there was no place to sit, except in the open.
    The conditions of the rooms would not warrant a rental of even rs. 1500/- per night. The rooms were too small and untidy as well, even the ac has also not functioning up to mark. Further the bathrooms were unhygienic and water was also bad in odor and colour. The premises were not at all maintained, the swimming pool was full of algae and lots of dust in it, it seemed the water wasn’t changed since long back. The rooms were not provided with pantry as we were told by marketing team.
    Thereafter we decided to terminate our membership with country club and would lodge our complaints. We had made numerous calls, but the customer care number cannot be called up. Even the email sent by us would bounce back returning undelivered due to full inbox.
    We regret the membership taken by us and now would like to terminate it as soon as possible and would like to get back our membership fees

      I have joined in country club by paying advance of 40thousand and after that I paid other dues regularly upto 1Lakh but they have not allotted me any plot near the place first they told they will give near to Christu Jyoti college near Janagam Telangana Now they are telling me that you have to pay additional amount as penalty and showing different site please help me resolve by redeeming my amount from these fellow they are cheating people please Akun Sabarwal sir you are incharge of telangana consumer forum please get me money back sir from these people I have not initiated complaint before because I thought they are big people I can't fight with them but when I heard about Akun Sabarwal as incharge I got some courage to express my concern

        My Name is Sijesh Thattarath and I have taken the membership on May 10th, 2016 from country vacation/club, Sarjapur, Bangalore. During the presentation, the sales members who handled me were Sangeetha and Sundar Reddy, promised me the below false commitments and sold Country Vacation + Club membership for ₹102500 which I have swiped in a single shot with my Citi Bank Credit Card. These are some of the promises they given to me.

        They promised interest free credit facility to pay the member ship fee (₹2500 per month) and asked me to swipe my credit card to pay the money. When I swiped they have taken one lakh from my card and promised me that the balance amount will be credit back to my account within 2 days. But the amount taken hasn’t come back. When I enquired, they promised me to pay the interest rate of my credit card (₹40, 000). I followed up multiple time last one year and haven’t got any money. They stopped picking my calls and responding to my messages.

        They also promised that they will help me to sell the membership card any time after 2017 January if I don’t wish to continue the membership. They fail to promise that as well.

        Another promise was 50% off on my travel and I booked the ticket last November when I met them at the office. But they haven’t paid any amount.

        When I last met them in Nov 2016, they have taken my bank details and promised that they will be crediting ₹40, 000 in one week and hasn’t paid till date and again started not responding to my messages.

        Finally, Sundar Reddy agreed to repay me the whole money back before January 1, 2018 fist week and I have tried to contact him for 6 months. But I don’t think I will be getting back from him.

          Every time we tried to book for holidays 1yr to 6 months prior, we didn't received any, it has happened every time since then.

            I have paid 5000 rs. And they have commited for the trip anywhere in india. They told me that firstly take my services and then pay rest amount. But cheated and nothing done. And when i tried to book then they told me pay full amount and then you can book.
            Kindly take action against these cheater company. They have pathetic intensions.

              I was contacted by the sales team and announced a gift. I was asked to visit amrutha castle, hyderabad and collect the gift.
              When i visited the place there was a huge sales and marketing team in the hall and attending all the visitors. I was offered to take the lifelong membership in country club / country vacations and get a small plot free (Near yadagiri gutta)
              I was no way interested in any kind of membership and facilities offered by the club. The sales and marketing team convinced me to take lifetime free membership and also get the plot free.
              I was told about lots of facilities without any extra charges. I very clearly asked about monthly/yearly charges or maintenance or subscription charges/fee. Country vacation marketing members clarified “no charges to be paid” apart from the membership fee.
              I asked for all the details of the charges, taxes and any other payments i need to pay. And they mentioned no taxes and charges need to be paid for the membership. They clearly said only pay for the facilities you are utilizing.
              After 10-11 long years, country club is asking me to pay the annual maintenance charges for the membership. When i contacted the sales/marketing and customer care people, no one has any information about the commitments during the registration/membership. Only answer i get is amc need to be paid (Since i do not have any proof of the commitments they made).
              I had never utilized any kind of facilities from the day of membership. I was only interested in the plot and i paid for that only. I do not want to pay any fee/charges for these fraud clubs.
              I would like to get this clarified and remove all payments/fee on my name. I also would like to cancel my membership to avoid any further inconvenience.

                My wife got a call to collet the voucher as your number is selected from lucky draw. We went there on 21st apr 2018. They have commited long list of facilities once we suscribe for the country club holidays.
                I am looking for refund of rs 65000 from country club for given the false commitment to me. My country club membership number is : cvpu37v5lb251405
                I have paid 65000 inr (Country club holiday) on saturday, 21st apr 18 for 10 holidays + 1 free holiday with my family (Spouse, son/daughter and my father/mother). Commitment list was too long and nothing matches with the information provided by hyderabad country vacation customer care team. Below is the list of committed point done by sales person (Rizwan sheikh / nikhat hasan) in pune country club office (Phoenix market city, viman nagar, pune).

                1. It is commited that holiday is for the my family members (Wife/daughter/son) which is also includes my parents (Father / mother). – i came to know that i can’t go with my parents as holidays are only limited to your family, which includes my wife, daughter & son and can’t take your father & mother. But my daughter age is 13 years old and holiday is restricted for kids up to age of 12 years, its means that i can’t take my father/mother/daughter on cv holidays. I can't imagine to go without my daughter on holiday.

                2. Committed for 10 holidays + 1 (Free holiday) for national and international holiday for 6n and 7 days for 10 years with breakfast/lunch/dinner for all holidays - but membership showing only 5 holiday (6night 7 days) for 5 years with no free food at the country club. 5 holidays are only within india.

                3. It is commited that will get free site seeing with individual car and also arrange for pick and drop facility free of cost. – but country club provide only accommodation and for site seeing / pick & drop to be paid by customer.
                4. Committed for 0% rate of interest on the paid amount of 65000 inr. - but it is nothing like that, i confirm with bank that you have made a one-shot payment of inr 65000 and payment does not include any emi and if i want to convert this amount to emi then need to pay rate of interest of 13% to 14%. Which will cost me extra 15000 inr to 18000 inr.

                5. 50% off on flight ticket if you book a hotel – there is no such kind offer bu country club.

                6. I will get or added to the high priority customer – i got a blue card which is low priority card and very difficult to get hotel booking in season.

                7. Two movie ticket every month – not at all.

                8. 20% flat discount of any of the shopping mall. - not at all

                Pune team do not support me on that part now, no one is going to answer my phone in pune. I am looking for refund of my money and there is no clue how to chase them and get my money refunded.

                As i already communicate to the hyderabad customer care that i need my money back as this is totally fraud done with me. They done all the commitment to me to get the money out of my pocket. I have also raised a dispute with bank to resolve this issue.
                Please consider this matter and refund my money immediately as it is totally wastage of investment.
                Here is my big concern with the company that why they are selling there product on the basis of 90% false commitment. This company seems to be a fraud company and not at all liable on there words.

                I am looking for refund, please let me know if there is any way to get my money back.

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    Cc representative tried to convence for membership on 29th may 2018 and we paid said amount. But till now we dont have any confirmation email on point he agreed/ promised to give us.
                    We are continuely following up with him but he is just fooling us by doing false commitments that he will send email.

                    We requested for refund, inspite of its not our mistake and mistake is your representative who failed to flfil his promises made to us, customer care told us they will deduc 3800 rs and money they will refund in 120 days.

                    Amount we paid in one shot then while returning how come 120 days cc are taking???

                    Its just a mental harrasement and using of people money free of charge.

                    Please take this case on urgent basis and refund of our 1440000 in 10 days.
                    Without any deduction.

                    I have send an email to get updates on my complain but nobody replied on it.

                    Can you update me on when you are returning my money?
                    Please file a consumer case as they are not going to give the money
                    Ya vivek they are neither picking up call or not cancelling memership or not giving any updates.

                      My name is anuraag gupta, i am the member of country club with membership number cgp 651n. I have paid 1, 75, 000 towards your cool global parivar membership fee and in return below mentioned things are promised:

                      1. 6n/7d holiday for 5 (5 years) at any of the country club properties
                      2. One way ticket for couple
                      3. Complimentary plot of area 2000 sq. Ft kolad - mumbai. Plus one extra plot of area 2000 sq ft.

                      This is to inform you that i have not received any of the benefits from the club as promised. I have the allotment letter of the plot with me but no possession has been transferred. They have kept on telling me that sir plot will be transferred next year every time i call them and till now nothing have been done. I want to move legally now as i come to know they have cheated many others like me for years. I want my money back with interest.

                        Dear sir,

                        I took the membership of country club, india from abu dhabi in 2015 with all false promises given by their representatives. They promised for a world class club facilities, five star vacations, free tickets for many entertainment programs in abu dhabi and dubai which they promised to conduct very frequently. They would arrange to celebrate my family members birthday and anniversary. But none of the promises are fulfilled. Now club facility in abu dhabi is shut down. All vacations are below average. No programs arranged in abu dhabi for last three year. They never arranged any birthday or anniversary celebration. First two years, they provided ordinary cakes, that also stopped. Nobody is responding to our mails.

                        I have taken the membership for 30 years, out of which i have availed the holidays for two years. I would like to get my money refunded after they deduct two years holidays charges and other formalities.
                        Thank you hearing from me. There may be many affected customers like me. Looking forward positive response.

                          We regularly visit talwarkar gym at surat as country club member but the manager at country club, surat mr k s reddy had picked up my membership card without informing me and now he is talking very rudely to the members. His assistant mayuri is also behaving in the same manner. They are behaving like the owners of the club. They are also not ready to return the card to my address or at the place from where they picked it. If such staff is recruited at the branch offices who is going to suggest for country club membership. Hope i will get my card at my registered address asap.

                            Now, as discussed with your representative mr. Rahul (Wave mall, noida) while memebership was taken by me. He explained a lot more but whatever he explained was not deiver.

                            1. He explanied that we will get around 68/70 days (If i take membership for my wife's name) for 5 years : but there are 35 days shown in my app.
                            2. They say that my fee shall be converted in intrest free emis : but it has been converted with intrest
                            3. They promise for air tickets (With return) for 4 pax : but still no positive responce.

                            Therefore, i request you to please look into the matter and solve/repaire as soon as possible so that i can pay annual maintenance fee for this year. Please cooperate in positive and in resolvable way. Please dont make us feel that we are cheated.

                            I hope you will reply and solve my issue.

                              On 19-may-2018, i was invited for an one week family holiday offer and made to listen their sales person for 45 mints.in these 45 mints, their sales person made me and wife mesmerized with his sales pitch and convinced us to take their blue studio membership of 5 yrs ('no club + 5 yrs 6n7d blue sr u12') amounting to rs. 65, 000/-. I paid this amount via 2 credit and 1 debit cards combination.
                              On reaching home later in the day and in next 2-3 days i realized it to be my life's biggest financial mistake. On 22-may-2018, i decided to invoke the cooling period of 10 days, as mentioned in their agreement, and called their customer care cell (Hyderabad) phone number[protected]. Their customer cell is pathetic and they kept me asking to call me up later in the day or next day on one pretext or another. After 5 days i. E. On 26-may-2017, i realized that their intentions is to have my 10 days cooling of period pass by making me busy over tele only and hence i putted the same tele request - of membership cancellation within cooling of period, on their customer care email id ([protected]@countryclubmail.com) and also couriered the request letter to their office address (Country club, central customer care, 4th floor, asian building, begumpet, hyderabad – 500016). My email went unanswered and unacknowledged.

                              Please help me in dealing with these cheaters who take the customer for ride and getting refund of my amount (Rs. 65, 000/-). I intend to proceed for consumer court soon on this matter and and bring this fraudulent company to task so as in future they cannot cheat anyone else.

                                This company calling to public as selected and prize winner. They starting misleading conversation to mislead and conceive to the customer. Telling all fake wording without provinding in writting and making a situation as it is last day offer where customer get traped withouth thinking or without searching for it in google. Makes payment in there accounts. Please authorities should not encourage this kind of practices. Please stop they are conceiling public money with direct fraud it just like theft. Please take action against them and make all public amount refund to them.

                                Country Club India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Same thing happened with my parents.
                                They went to Reliance Trends ( Door no. 7, Lic Metropolition Building, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Chowringhee, Esplanade, Kolkata, West Bengal 700013 ).
                                And gave their phone number for a lottery.
                                Country Club India called promising fabulous prizes.
                                Beware of these fraudsters!!

                                  Hello,

                                  I have become meber of country club in last year from abu dhabi branch, however abu dhabi branch is closed. I tried calling dubai branches and other branches but no phone number is working. I have below concerns.

                                  1. I want to transfer my membership to mumbai
                                  2. I have paid aed210 bank charges for paying country club installments which country club promised to refund. Same is not one yet.
                                  3. I want to transfer my this year's vacation to next year as was agreed by country club but none of country club number is working hence it is becoming very difficult to understand what is going on.

                                    I am arun, 32, resident of kerala. On august, 2017, i got a a telephone call from country vacations office from calicut telling that i am one of the lucky winner from recent gksf, free stay with family for 7 days in five star category resorts. They also asked us to reach calicut immediately with spouse to collect the coupon. Before leaving to calicut we asked about the offer and if there is any kind of hidden charges or conditions, but the person who talked to me confirmed that the meeting is only to collect the gift voucher. Accordingly we went and there we are told to attend their two hours session 'class' about their club activities. They tried to brainwash us to take the club membership.
                                    As per the voucher, the gift voucher is valid till august 2nd, 2018. Recently we tried booking through country vacations website but it didn't went through. So we called their calicut office. They said we have to pay some money extra, other than what is mentioned in the gift voucher, as the payment for '12 meals, ie two meals per day for six days'. When we hesitated to do so, they then offered us '2 night 3 days' package where we don't need to pay any 'meal' amount. More than anything else, they stopped attending my phone calls. They attend when we call from another number.

                                      I had taken membership of country club india and at the time of signing the membership they had assured that they would provide vacation (Assurance given by mr. Ashish sachan) to me on my desired dates at jim corbett national park.
                                      After that i contacted ms ruchika suchdeva for bookings but she said that the dates which i desire are not available. I tried to contact mr. Ashish sachan but he was unresponsive and later he said that he cannot do anything about the same. I contacted his senior mr. Ashwini and he also said that they cannot do anything about it and he was being very rude and was misbehaving.
                                      I requested for refund of rs 40000/- which i had given to them as membership, they denied that also and said that they will not refund the amount.
                                      I want to cancel the membership on account of poor services being provided by them and also their own said words dont carry any value.

                                        I have paid 3 lakh rupees in 2016 nov for the country vacation membership, and then due to their fake promises, we have requested to refund the total amount. Since then, there is no response from them. It is paid to mr. M anil babu at kukatpally branch, hyderabad. This is the last trial and then we shall take severe action against this fraud company.
