I am rahul b from bangalore. Last week i got a call from country club that i won a lucky coupon which i dropped in totalmall sarjapur road and i can collect it from their office in the same cafe coffeeday, bellandur. I have got around 10 calls repeatedly and i decided to go there and on reaching, they started explaining about their holiday package for hours and i refused to take and later they took to another room and started giving many offers and they claimed that i am one of the selected families and they are giving some privileged offers to us which we will not get if we are not taking that day itself etc. I have listed the offers below as a note and it is very attractive but unbelievable, they were pressurizing us to take the decision that point in time by brain washing left and right and it was almost 4pm in the evening and unfortunately i believed on what they said and paid 80, 000rs for the holiday package using my hdfc credit card.

They offers given are,

1. Sale option if we are not using the vacation, the rent will be arranged by country club agents.
2. I can use the membership for 365 days a year (Season independent)
3. There is pickup / drop/ sightseeing free service
4. 20% and up to 40% allowance in the flight charges (Domestic)
5. Renewal the same plan after 10 years for life time and transferable to next generation with 5% of the initial charge (Initial charge - 100000)
6. Using the country club membership lifetime for free
7. Free rci membership by which we can use other resorts/hotel for 3000 (Domestic) – fixed charge
9. Free accommodation with free breakfast services
10. 20% discount on all the food in the country club restaurant or free cook services
11. No need to pay the maintenance charge for the year if the vacations are not used.
12. While saling the vacation using your agents there is no need to pay the yearly maintenance charge.
13. No other charge or fee in the country club membership for life time.
14. Collect the country club card for the kid in future for free.
15. If i book the vacation trip before 2 weeks, i can get the free 7 days trip for that year and i can use that for rent or i can extend that to next coming year.
16. I can maximum accommodate up to 8 persons using my membership if i book before 2 weeks.
17. I can use the country club / country vacation cards for my friends or relations with some additional id proof.
18. Using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost (Including the electricity, decorations) for 5 times per year.
19. Free passes for the special events that are organized or happening in your clubs
21. If i didn't use the vacation for particular year, then i can move that days to next year without any charge.
22. If i am not satisfied at any time, i can write a compliant letter to the office where i take the membership and i can cancel the membership at any time.
23. If i dont want to cancel, i can transfer my membership. The agents in country club will do the same for me, they will collect only the processing fees
24. I will get rci membership and can book any resort/hotel through rci for fixed 3000 for domestic and 12000 for international
24. I can get food coupons worth 3000 (Appx) every year.

1. Even though they offered all these verbal stuffs the agreement is entirely different. They also offered 36 months emi but on calling hdfc bank they can only give emi upto 24 months
2. Sent lot of emails to central customercare but no response for cancelling my membership and refund my money back
3. They are not reachable on calling up their customer service desk
4. Just fooling people wihout providing any services
5. They offered snapfitness membership in all over bangalore however on approaching snapfitness is denying that they dont have tie up with country club. I am cursing myself on the day which i joined country club.

I would request you to take necessary action against country club team and cancel my membership and refund my money back

Is there any update on the membership cancellation with country club? I have not recieved any calls or messages regarding the cancellation request.

    Hi,

    This is rajkumar, having member id. Ccdl64v5lb27649. This membership taken at 07/july/2017,
    I would like to request for the cancellation of my membership from the country club. I am forced to cancel the membership due to some false promise given by the sales/marketing team mr. Shoab & vivek and i am not interested to use any club activities in the future.
    Now i have been calling for the booking from last 1 week and have also mailed and neither received a positive information on the phone and the phone call is also available after quite a try. Even after that, i have booked the room it is not possible. False words were used by employees when talking. Mail has not received any response so far. After all this i am being told that wherever you are booking you will not get there. You go somewhere else. This is the truth of your club.
    I have taken this scheme on 07/july/2017, so i want my full amount (Paid rs 60000/-) to be refunded at the earliest.

    Cancellation reasons are given below:-

    Given false promises as
    1) life time, monthly food coupon for 2 adult and 2 kids once in a month.
    2) per member, discount on shopping malls 30-40% (Like big bazar.. Etc)
    3) 10 vacation, every year 7 days /6 nights voucher with zero maintained cost
    4) event pass with free food for each vacation
    5) zero fee summer camp for my children
    6) 0%, rate of interest on emi conversion charges (But tts not free)
    7) there is no satisfactory answer for mail and phone call.
    8) no club card
    9) no hotel booking is available on the
    Holiday schedule from the club.
    10) i am talking about lonavla for hotel booking and from your staff it is being said that there will be no booking, you go goa.
    I have purchased this scheme with 60000/ rs.

      Hi,

      This is sony kumari, having member id cvpu37v5lb251673. This membership taken at 29/april/2018,
      I would like to request for the cancellation of my membership from the country club. I am forced to cancel the membership due to some false promise given by the sales/marketing team mr. Rizwan & subhagi and i am not interested to use any club activities in the future.

      I have taken this scheme on 28/april/2018, so i want my full amount (Paid rs 66500/-) to be refunded at the earliest.

        Hello team,

        I have called many times to customer care and they rarely pick up nor respond. I have sent e-mail about my concern to [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com

        I never used gym facilities since 6+ months. And, put up wrong info. Asking to use gold's gym. They don't allow.
        It's embarrassing.

        If you don't respond to my concern and solve my issue i'm going to press charges

          I am the member of country club from last 6 years.
          I have never used the scheme of vacation. So i called upon mr ritam bose, tour manager of country club. He reffered me to mr mahesh sharma as tour planner.
          After meeting deal was finalised for rs 14 lakh. Date of tour was decided from 3/5/2018 to 13/5/2018 or 10/5/2018 to 20/5/2018 for 3days paris and 7 days switzerland. The deal was all inclusive for the trip.
          Accordingly we transferred rs 3 lakh to the account of company. And rs 3 lakh cash to mr mahesh sharma along with mr ritam bose as per demand of mr mahesh..
          Thus we paid rs 6 lakh in total. They have not given us any receipt and said we will give it at end of process!
          Mr mahesh told that our visa interview date id 24 april 2018 and accordingly we gave our file to them.
          But, nothing was done by mr mahesh. He did not booked air tickets, nor hotels nor visa appointment!
          In this way our trip programme was a big flop show.
          Now we are demanding for refund of our 6 lakh payment. Bur he is not responding and is reluctant to refund our payments.
          He is threatening us for heating, beating and killing.

          In this way we are cheated and threatened.
          We want to lodge a fir against them (Mr mahesh sharma, ritam bose and country club company) and strict action for their crime.
          May be this is their business …. There may be many such victims.
          There is possibility of a big racket in this scandle.

            I want to cancel my membership, and i have written plenty of mails to "[protected]@countryvacationsmail.com".

            The people called for gift collections, and made us false promises to take the membership for the amount of 75200 rs,.
            Also the person who promised during session & the agreement terms are not matching, hence please deduct the amount 3800 rs as per you sales agreement point no 19.

            The amount is being told that will be deducted by 0% emi, but full amount is paid through credit card.

            Please do the needful. The business practice which is followed is not ethical.

              Hi Country Vactions Team,

              This is Samaresh Sahoo, I have taken membership from Kormangala, Bangalore on 4 Nov 2018 by paying Rs. 60000/- with my Citibank Credit Card. The Sales manager Sundar Reddy promised that
              the amount can be paid in EMI and the interest part will be reimbursed.So, I have converted my Rs.60000 to 4 years EMI. But when I used to call him he is not picking my call and
              when tried calling from different number he picked my call and he told me to wait for 3 months and then it will get the interest reimbursed. After 3 months over when
              I tried calling again he is telling I left the company you contact customer care. But when I contacted customer care they are telling to contact the Sales Manager. Also, he has promised
              me for a free international trip voucher but I didn't get anything. And when I tried to book any holidays the rooms are not available.
              So, I want to go forward and cancelled my membership with complete refund of whatever I paid with interest and GST charges etc.

                Country club call center person informed me that if amc of 3 years paid in advance then they will provide these two
                1) food voucher of rs 500
                2) holiday for 2 night and 3 days which has to be booked with in 3 months of issued date

                There is extensive follow-up till the payment is collected from me by a person called swetha. I paid the amount around 23-jan-2018 but they did not provide with both of above specified offers till for few days.

                I did follow-up and finally she gave holiday voucher and "not given food voucher till today — 2 months from the date of payment, even after few calls me from to swetha".

                Even holiday voucher given by her was valid for 2 months "instead of 3 months as committed earlier" hence i can not use holiday as well.

                All together, they are cheating by giving false promises!!!

                  The employees of country club surat office had emphasized me to take membership of rs. 65000/-. During taking, they told that they would sell the membership as per my wish and give me a refund. Now, they are not keeping their words. It is a case of fraud. I want to get my money back. This club is fraud. They are not know picking up calls. I want my fund back.

                    Hi,
                    When we went more super market there was one guy was giving some to fill my name and phone number. That was big mistake my wife did. After 3 days always my wife was getting call some lady and saying like we won an gift offer come and collect after 45mins presentation. We are tried to ignoring to have it. But, always getting from that person and just collect. And next sunady we went country club in surjapur road. Actually they haven’t given country club name and address as they think we may check and review about the country club before went to there. There in upper basement office given presentation.in presentation mr. Sundar reddy and his team told about 7 days 6 nights vacation plan, about emi payment option, 5 days international free vacation offer and so many false promises in ordinary white papers and orally. Even told like i will get back entire payment back after cancel/transfer my membership if i feel it is not good. Then i asked who will transfer and pay back my membership payment. Mr. Sundar reddy told from my side will the transfer of membership and payment will be given to you in the form of dd.
                    Then i took membership in country club with emi option using my credit card with 0% interest rate on 12th-feb-2017 by believing their false promises. I have paid membership payment rs. 1, 15, 000/- through emi option in swipe machine as the guy mr. Sundar reddy who motivated me to take the membership with all false promises told payment will be converted into emi rs. 1100 per month. Having faith in hdfc bank and as hdfc is having a tie up with country club we have paid the amount. But paid amount through credit card not yet converted into emi option and i have got credit card bill to pay total amount after 10 days. When i talked with mr. Sundar reddy, he told there might problem with bank and told me to ask my bank to convert into emi from my side. I asked him about interest amount who will pay. He told country club will refund the entire interest amount for all emi's for the membership pay in the form of dd to my address. I have converted paid amount into emi option of 36 months by talking with bank people. After that i was following up with mr. Sundar reddy and he was skipping my calls and sometimes when picked up my call telling always false dates to get the interest amount refund like you will after 10 days or after 15days or month end. He made some people from country club to talk me like “ we have received my request about emi paid interest amount refund and it will be processed within one month and you will receive amount”. Might be he prepared those people to talk with me in call like this to make me cool. Now already one year completed, even i didn't receive the interest amount. Some other people from country club or country vacations always asking to pay amc charges, even though i am not used any of assets or vacations or property utilities of country club. When i joined the into country club as member mr. Sundar reddy told like first year amc charges no need to pay and second year on wards can be paid amc charges only when i utilized country club vacations. Always i am getting calls from country club people to pay amc charges and when i ask about my interest amount refund from country club, they are telling there is no option to get interest amount refund in country club and if you need check with only mr. Sundar reddy and asking amc charges, then i wanted to cancel my membership and refund my paid amount of rs. 1, 15, 000/- from country club. They told even cancel the membership i won't get even one rupee from country club. While joining into it the fellow mr. Sundar reddy told i will get amount back when i cancel/transfer the membership. But, the people who called me to ask amc charges told i won’t get even one rupee if i cancel the membership and if i want transfer the membership i have to refer some other innocent people and made them to take my membership.

                    I want to close this membership and get back my paid amount rs. 1, 15, 000/- from country club. Please take this complaint and help on this. I am suffering by losing my money since i have joined in country club. It was a big mistake i did in my life. I am seeing so many reviews from people who cheated by country club people by believing their false promises.

                      I received a call from from annual maintenance department from andhra having his mobile number [protected].
                      As usual he starded trying me to convince about the early payment od amc charges and he will offer me a discount. I communicated him that i am not interested to pay now.
                      In retaliation and fustration, he started abusing me with faul languages. Even he uttered me as # etc etc.

                      Please take action on this staff for his unwanted misbehavior.

                        Sir i am rajiv choudhury of membership no. Cvkk1v5lb245040 and my mob. No. Is [protected]. I took membership on 21/11/2017 from your durgapur (W. B.) office. I cancelled my membership on 23/11/2017 due to unstabe and false promises made by your sales and markerting manager mr. Suvojit roy. I receveid mail from your office on 28/11/2017 that i will get my money withing 120 days. But is more than 140 days passed and i do not received my refund and your office is not replying my mails. Please refund my money.

                          Member since - july-2008

                          When i joined your club, i was given many commitments as mentioned below by your manager - mr. Tejas and executive - ms. Kinjal who personally visited my residence.

                          At that time country club was 20 km far from ahmedabad, in sanad town.

                          - the manager said soon in few months the club is opening another branch in the satellite area of city so it will be easy for you to visit frequently.
                          - there will be lot o[censored]pdates and magazines recd every month and services offered.

                          But from above commitments all proved false and till date except maintenance charges, no other updates are recd.
                          Even there is no information about the new branch of the opening.

                          I have called many times to your customer care. But they always revert that "our senior officer will contact you soon"... And these lines become history.

                          I am very much dis-satisfied by the services that country club provides.

                            Hi,

                            I do not know where to start with. But the services provided by country club is totally pathetic. On one hand you guys claim to have 4-5 star properties. Have you guys ever got chance to visit your own properties? Do visit those and i am sure you would give a negative star to your own properties. Please find below the list of complaints i experienced during 1 consumption of country club holidays after giving amc for last 4-5 years:

                            • the property was totally ill maintained. All the rooms where so pathetic that even junkyard would seem more beautiful.
                            • the water was totally yellowish and salty. Even sea water would seem more sweet.
                            • the staff was more than un-professional. They were least bothered to attend to the customers. Moreover, they were found consuming alcohol at 9 pm. When i asked them for drinking water, they were totally drunk. (Fyi: this is a criminal offence to consume alcohol during and at work hours)
                            • your employee ms. Rupa devi, also marked on this email, had given me food coupons which were not valid. I also emailed her but received no response. You can find the interactions in trail mail.
                            • i had sent my parents on holidays to relax, but now seeing the status of your staff, employees and properties they seem to be in stress.
                            You guys have harassed me. When it comes to taking amc, you people call the customers day and night and when it comes to provide services you are totally zero.
                            Please take action against all the people marked in this email. By the way, i’ll take this matter to consumer court for cheating us.

                              I would like to request for the cancellation of my membership from the country club. I am forced to cancel the membership due to some false promise given by the sales/marketing team mr. Srikanth, rahimunnisa, vivek and i am not interested to use any club activities in the future.

                              I have taken this scheme on 18/mar/2018, so, i am putting my papers for cancellation the scheme and i want my full amount (Paid rs 56, 000/-) to be refunded at the earliest.

                              3) life time, monthly food coupon for 5 family members

                              6) event pass with free food for each vacation
                              7) zero fee summer camp for my children
                              8) 0%, rate of interest on emi conversion charges (Now i have converted that amount into 24% rate of interest its around 12k, its extra charge for me)

                              I have purchased this scheme with 56000 rs and ms. Rahimunnisa told me that this is the highest discount that i have got from the country club for th25th but the same scheme was offered to my friend with 25000/- only. Then how could he charge the more money from us? Why will i pay the extra money? There is no fixed rate in country club membership.

                              Now i felt country club is totally a fraud company due to some fraud promise given by your employers and i am really unhappy with your service and i will not suggest anyone to take the membership. If i am not getting my money back with in 10 days than i will take the legal action against the country club and your employee.

                              Note : this amount is appropriately my two months salary.

                              Please do the need full help, thanks in advance.

                                I got membership from country club on 13th oct 2017, and i came to know that it is fraud company, so i cancelled the membership on 17th oct 2017. As per the sales agreement of country club, if any one cancel membership within cool period of 10 days the amount will be refund within 120 days by deducting rs. 3800/-as administration charge. But i have not received refund amount even after 140 days. And there is no response from them. I mailed repeatedly n visited branch office at hubli. But they are not responding. So please take serious action against them and save innocent people like me.

                                  I was lured to buy a life membership of country club. After buying only we come to know that its of no use. The properties are of very poor quality even in cities like Bangalore maintenance is worst. I comparison to other clubs. The food rates are also at par with market rate. Holiday resorts are of third grade quality. Customer care / service are two things which they do not know at all. You can not reach anyone in their Hyderabad office. And for everything you have to call to their Hyderabad office. They even took AMC from me for three years and updated in their record as two years. Which is a big cheat. Suddenly after six months they are demanding 1800 rupees GST on the old payments. This is ridiculous. On March 7th 2018 for the first time I booked a two nights and three days holiday at kodaikanal by paying 1400 for dates of 18th to 20th March 2018. However due to certain unavoidable circumstances, I could not travel and I intimated the same to the resort on 12th March. Tried to reach their hyderabad office number several times, but to no avail. Finally they said on 19th that they can not postpone. And I got a feed back form to give review of my stay experience. How horrible. I am got a call today from their sales executing to pay AMC for another 3 years then she will remove the GST and restore the lapsed holiday etc. This is like asking ransom money. This company is a big fraud and cheat company. No care for customers needs even on urgency,

                                  I was made to pay 3 years amc in advance in the month of august 2017 and was promised by the sales executive that if i pay 12000 all inclusive amc will be cleared till 2020. After making the payment, in my app i saw the amc was updated till march 19 only. After several calls to the same lady ms. Mary (From bangalore indira nagar office) she did not make any changes. Suddenly, i saw 1800 being added to my ledger in the last week of march 2018 as service tax and gst for the two years. My wife has wrongly paid that also. Today got call from one more sales executive mr. Nagendra ([protected]) that, 1800 was wrongly charged and your wife has paid, however, he will reverse it only if i pay amc for 3 more years. This is illegal and taking advantage of situation and like demanding ransom for paying back my legitimate due. Please be aware of the people at country club. They are sitting there only to loot public for poor or no service.

                                      Someone from country club called me saying you are the lucky draw winner from hyderabad manjeera mall, and said to come with couple to collectt the prizes, i said it is not possible for me then a person named ankarao from amrutha castle branch has asked me to send "500" rupees using paytm to send vouchers through mail.. He has sent me a fake vouchers, i went to the branch office and clarified it then they gave me new vouchers, they said i will be getting 25000 worth online shopping voucher but they didnot give... And they said they will reurn my money but they didnot... Totally fake... I am also thinking to give a police complint.. I have all proofs... Contact me as soon as possible so that i will not give any complaint

                                        I have received holiday gift voucher code no. [protected] at hotel landmark, ratnagiri, maharashtra. I have filled voucher code, mobile number, id number. But there was seeing that voucher already used. I have mailed to e-mail i. D. Provided by your representative. There was no response. Please guide me what to do.                                         They are just a fraud company..I have asked for the refund from the first day as it was sercu really bad service..they are not receiving phone also. They have shutdown the Thane branch without prior notice also the gym is going to close without notice. Just disappointed... please do something we have invested heavy amount..we want our money back.
