I have taken 5 year 6N/7D membership from Country Vacation in 2015. During membership time they have committed I can use my holiday whichever way I want to use. I can book holiday for 2 rooms if we 4 members are travelling. Now when I am trying to book my holiday they says they have changed policy for my membership and now I can book only 1 room. I can not book another room.I am trying to call reservervation desk from long time but they are not picking up call to understnad my query. Kindly help in this.

    regarding one week family holiday

    Hi i have received a free family holiday voucher, when i tried to book through their website countryclubworld.com/voucher i could not see any single available resort to book. These are fake and no one is helping in the customer care. Received resort voucher even that is not working. Also the movie ticket they dint book the movie ticket. All fake company...

    Dear team

    Request you to please help in getting my membership cancelled and refund the amount with immediate effect. There are many reviews i am seen that its completely fraud and when i am trying to call the customer service number they are not receiving the calls, have just purchased it yesterday but imagine in future what will be service levels and have enquired many people on the same and they were giving the same response. I think its one of the biggest fraud that can be in future. Please help the people like me and others to get into this trap in future and please help in getting the same refunded.

      I have taken my member ship on 07/07/2018, and according to clause 19 i cancelled membership on 11/jul/18,
      Even after waiting for 5 month l have not received my money back,

      I mailed them last month regarding refund they replied that due to internal finance audit its taking time for the refund to be processed,

      The executive who made me to take member ship is not picking my call now,

      When i go to their customer care center personally they say me to mail and they will respond.

      I unable to connect their customer care, as all the time ivr says that our customer care execute is busy with other call

        Hi,

        I had taken a membership in country cub on aug 5th. But your representatives had given false commitments so i requested you to cancel the membership immediately. But you had asked me to talk to the manager and he he said that i would get the refund with in 3 months and also i got my membership cancelled.
        Its been 3 months now and i have still not received my refund. I have been trying to call to your office but no reply from your end. I also tried to contact the representative and the mangers but they are not responding any of my calls or messages. Below are their names along with contact numbers-

          My daughter paid rs 72000/- on 26.1.2017 as membership fee and also additionally paid rs. 7172/-on 12.5.2017 to country club hospitality and holidays lt. (Cchhl). It was promised by mr. Paras sancheti, aditya and puja of cchhl that the member and spouse will be given every year free holiday voucher for 7 days holidays for stay in hotels yearly for 5 years, and member will be given 40% discount on air fare charges. It was also promised by cchhl that the member and spouse will get free tickets to new released movies. But all the promises were false promises as none of aforesaid benefit was given to the member. My daughter was utterly cheated and deceived by country club. Country club made no response to honour the promises made. They now do not take and reply calls. We have gone to police station to register complaint. Cchhl replied that they will refund the amount but no refund wad made. We are compellled by cchhl to run from pillar to post. Their behaviour is highly unethical. They lured us to take membership by way of fraud, misleading, coercion, misinterpretation and misrepresentation. We will post full details and complete particulars in next post which will follow soon. We shall use multiple forums available if our hard earned money is not refunded by country club soon.
          Please take neccessary action to bring our grievance to more and more forums and people by media and circulation so that contry club may be compelled to stop looting, cheating and deceiving innocent people.

            I have been lured into the membership of country club where in they said 30 years of domestic travel with 6Nights & 7Days. However, when the profile was set-up it was just for 5 years which was very upsetting and fraudulent of country club. But anyways, after few days there was a health issue detected in my Dad. My dad had to go through Agioplasty. I explained the scenario to country club Manager - Mr. Manjunath who tried to help me with once in a while answering my call. He asked me to share all the medical documents which I did. I followed up relentlessly. Post which, Mr. Manjunath had confirmed over phone and over an email that refund is approved internally and will be done in 2 weeks. This was confirmed start of Oct'18. Until now, there is no response or, anything. Mr. Manjunath doesnt even answer any calls. No one from customer care answers. Even their offices dont operate. Not sure where to and whom do I need to consult. I have been reasonable enough and told them deduct any charges that they may have to deduct and provide me the refund to come out of the financial issues I have. But they have been very insensitive and behaving very fraudulent with me. I request someone to please help me out on this. I paid 66600.

            Mr. Manjunath was contacted initially on this number - [protected]. Later Mr. Manjunath said he lost his mobile and provided an alternate number - [protected]. He did affirm me that all approvals are received and refund will be done once he deal with his account payable team. But after this, he never receives my calls and never acknowledges on many emails shared. When an email is sent to customer care. Only an automated email immediately gets triggered but no one (employee) from country club looks into such issues. As a company with social responsibility, this is very insensitive and fraudulent behavior. What Country Club is failing to understand is, they are worried about this amount I paid now but they are creating a strong negative impression in consumers' mind. Someone needs to address this.

              I found disputes in the agreement provided to me with membership id : cvvz3mpclub5lb258610. So sent cancellation letter to country club team.
              I did not received any status on this.

              Member ship purchased date : 9/11/2018
              Cancellation email sent date : 10/11/2018 the next day. As per agreement cool off period is there so please send me status.

              I found below disputes in the agreement provided to me with membership id : cvvz3mpclub5lb258610. So i would like to cancel this agreement and reverse my money back.

              1. Dispute with membership amount showing in app. I paid 1, 05, 000/- it is showing 75, 000/-.
              2. Dispute with annual charges amc your agent mentioned as 10, 500 but when app is showing 12k change.
              3. Agent mentioned amc can be paid the year we use holiday, which is differed.
              4. Agent did not mention amc charges will increase every year 5%.
              5. Agent did not mention blue membership will be treated as low when it come to room reservations on holiday. Priority wise.
              6. Agent mention that we can use our holiday for next year if we did not use this year which is differed.
              7. Life long membership will be get renewal after five years on annual charges paid. How come life long membership will get renewal again? Which is differed.
              8. First year amc charges are free, but it is showing in app, which is differed.
              9. Providing accommodation to my parents and inlaws up to 8 for free of cost which is differed.
              10. Amc charges collected for below.

              1. Free pick and drop from airport or railway station.
              2. Free breakfast.
              3. Free site seeing with a group of families.
              4. A car and driver will be giving if we pay petrol charges.
              5. Food coupons worth 3k.

              I did not received any status on this.

              Member ship purchased date : 10/11/2018
              Cancellation email sent date : 11/11/2018 and 12/11/2018 the next day. As per agreement cool off period is there so please send me status.

              My request is as per the Agreement point 27 says clearly if we cancel in cool off period (attached screen shot of agreement ) we will get our amount back by collecting 3800/- as admin charges. I will stick to the agreement and please make sure you guys also obey the agreement.

                I have been enrolled as a member of country club but after some time i have cancelled the membership but i did not get my refund till date and i have pursued the matter so many times but did not get my refund till date.

                Please help in in the matter, my registered mobile no is [protected] with country club people. Everytime i follow up with them by my email id [protected]@gmail.com, they said that it is in process or itis under process or you will get within short period of time but i have not got the same till date and they always passes the ball, even their customer care office at hyderabad also is not replying the mails that at what time i will get my refund

                I am totally dependent on you for my refund amount which they have not given me till date. Blocked

                  I mr ashish kawde become member of county club lot ago but till now they haven’t alloted me the lonavala plot which they are committed to me to give with membership and i had became member only for that purpose.
                  I realised that i have cheated by above mention company and every year their person sending mail and phone me asking for amc charges.
                  But i haven’t used their club as they haven’t given me plot neither i am interested in membership as i stayed 30 kms from their club

                    I have taken a membership (Cvtr1gclub10lb2 60380) on 24 mar 2017 and had send a mail on 26 the mar to central customer care to cancel the membership. I had paid 1 lakh 85 thousand in single payment via net banking. As per the norms in agreement within 120 days the full amount will be refunded if cancelled within 10 days. Now it's more than 1 year and no response as to when i will receive the amount. When i contact central customer care they contact baiju (Trivandrum branch) and when i contact baiju he contacts central customercare. Clearly there is a fraudulent approach. I have already read many fraud stories regarding country club in many sites. Refund my hard earned money as soon as possible.

                      They given worng information about membership card.
                      It is not trushworthy. Dont buy this membership
                      They given wrong membership.. We are four family member and we are adults and 2 couples but country club assistant given wrong information that in family father month and children..but there is no any children ...they are husband wife ..we are 2couples..we are planning for the holiday and they will provide only 1 room for 2couples..worst service ever

                        I've been asking to sell my membership to rashmi since may but i'm not getting any positive response from her. When i had taken the membership in september 2017, i had been given false commitments mentioned below.
                        1. She said she would be giving vouchers for domestic flight tickets. (Didn't receive)
                        2. Vouchers for dining, spa, etc. (Didn't receive)
                        3. She also said that she would be providing us with 6n7d extra. (Didn't receive)
                        4. I was been told on birthdays and anniversaries we would be called n given ccc... Cake champagne n (Something i don't remember) (Didn't receive)
                        5. I can rent my holidays and sell my membership anytime, (I mailed you'll and you'll say you do not provide such service)
                        6. I will receive new year passes too. (Didn't receive)
                        So from past one year i haven't received any of these things. I have attached the complete chat history. Kindly go through each and every line, i have taken loan too just for this membership and this is how our hard earned money is been treated. I am in a financial need & still you'll are busy doing sales with your lies. I was been told that you guys have shifted from ghatkopar r city to some premises in ghatkopar itself where you will build gym & other things to play etc. & within next 2 months i come to know that your office is shifted from ghatkopar to thane.
                        I want my 100% refund else i'm going to file police complaint. I will file a complain based on your false commitments. You'll don't care for people's hard earned money. Rashmi is saying that now your price has become less 65000!!! I don't care what ever is your current pricing. I want my complete refund as you'll have done nothing for us. I receive [protected] of calls for your amc but not even 1 single call for feedback or assistance. You'll are a black hole for money, your company will not succeed because of your false commitments, you'll are big liars. I too work in sales but we are completely transparent with our clients. You'll have just given us big hopes to sell your product. I'm waiting since may to sell my membership. I've asked so many times but this lady rashmi is a big big liar & not at all trusty worthy. I want my money back. 100% refund

                          I was lured in to a hospitality service offered by country club in the year 2016. I hardly used their service as i didn't see any value of of visiting their properties, i have to still spend exorbitant rates for all the services i use. After an year, i was approached by another agent saying i am due for amc. I dont know for what joy should i pay an amc as i paid 70k inr initially for which there are any benefits. Still i didnt want to let it go waste as i thought it could be of some use sometime, hence i took their special 3 year amc offer by taking 10k inr. This was sold to me by one agent named shanti mary. Exactly an year later, i started getting amc calls everyday twice or thrice by agents saying i am due. When i explain them that i have paid for 3 years, they lure me in taking life time membership which i reject them saying i will think about it when the current amc expires. Now i am trying to book a resort for my family vacation, it is not allowing me to do so and saying that i have to clear the dues. I tried reaching out to them and no one responding. I heard this company has been cheating many customers like this and we are doing nothing. I need some strict actions to be taken against them. I have all the proofs for the amc i paid for 3 years.

                            Hello, this is santosh and recently they have put me into their fraud scheme. I was told about multiple gift vouchers/benefits and travel vouchers. I have paid rs. 25000 and got into. But after that none of the so called sales executives/managers/customer care responding back. Only false promises and invalid vouchers/gits they claim about. How could they loot money like this. I have requested for cancellation of my membership and refund my money within two weeks. I have not availed any of the service. It is so frustrating that none of their team/customer service comes and ask for anything. I think we should really fight against such a fraud company. I am not sure how much of money they are looting with innocent people. Help me to get my money back.

                              I have taken the membership - however, post collecting of money, no one responds from country club.
                              They even do not give whatever was promised to us.
                              They just focus on sales and not on customer satisfaction.
                              Their sales manner is fraudulent - they first call and say that we have won the prize, which is not the case, its simply they call everyone... Secondly they play loud music at the time of sale... So that we could'nt hear other customers queries and do not digress from their sales bluff... Thirdly they do not allow mobile phones to be used while we are sitting in that loud music room... Only reason for that is their are thousands complaints online which are against country vacations/country club... And if the customer in that room sees online... He shall surely not buy their package... They also try to tell false things... Eg. They show a pamphlet to me on which it was clearly mentioned that they have a club house in koregao park and it will fall near to my house... However when we went there... They do not have any of such establishments... Then we went to them with a complaint of that... For which they said... Go and see our undri club house... When we went there... It was very shabbily maintained... Rooms were in bad condition... Walls were withered... Whole clubhouse was in very bad condition... Also while at the time of sale... The salles person... Sudhir khillare (Pune) wrote many things on paper... But did not give us that paper... As that could be proof of their falsity... These people are big fraudsters.

                              I just got cheated... However, they gave me a lesson for life.

                                I have made the payment of inr 80000/- to the country club. One person from their marketing team mr. Punith told me that this amount is refunadable. He told if you will ask for the refund in 10 days after making the payment, we will refund your amount. He promised me that he is going to give 6n/7d plan and 2n/3d free every year but when i have received the courier it was mentioned only 2n/3days. They have cheated me. Please assist me with this. I have all the phone calls recordings with me. I have email proofs. I want to get my amount back. I haven't used a single service yet. Please assist me.

                                  I am gopakumar vg from kollam district kerala. I had take one membership of your club. Initially i had paid 15000/- as the fist installment. But after that due to my financial constraints i cannot pay the balance amount and i had submitted one request for refunding my amount at trivandrum branch of your club. But till now i didnt get amount and now a days they are not attending my phone calis. So take necessary steps to refund my amount.

                                    I joined as a countryclub member in dubai membership numbee cvdxb130l33822 and paid aed 22000 as membership fee. All the commitments made by countryclub while forcing people to take membership on the spot without time to chk details is a strategy to prevent people from verifying false commitments. Despite several emails to customer care and management no action by countryclub to address customer grievances. I am now issuing a legal case and have joined a ngo group to issue a legal notice seeking full refund of my membership fee with interest. Matter also being raised to sebi to take up my case of refunding my payment failing which country club will be black listed and public announcements made in bangalore mirror.
