After spending almost 2 hours in understanding the cci presentation with marketing personnel today at korum mall - thane in a good way, it was shocking to observe extremely rude, arrogant and very mis-behaved attitude of senior personnels named bhavana and her colleague (Huge built guy). They not only demeaned me and my husband with their loud / abusive behavior but completely refused to fulfill the promise of providing the gift vouchers that was supposed to be handed over at the end unconditionally. It was truly a very sad and unethical behavior to say the least and the very fact that i have to pen this incident here says it all!!!

Highly Unprofessional Korum Mall Thane Country Club Experience Mumbai,

We Attended Today Korum Mall Thane Country Club Membership Program.

The owner was so Unprofessional that When I said I need some time to think for joining the membership,

He started using pathetic language, He said That Gujarati's and Sindhi's are "Kameena" Only visits for free gift coupons and not interested to buy any kind of memberships.

Is this how they want to sell their product. ?

    My name is aravind kumar mamidi. I have signedup for countryclub membership at recent event at hotel amrutha castle and i have paid an amount of rs.55000.00. Unfortunately i haven’t received any member ship card or anything from country club. The service is horrible because i have contacted the employee named mahender reddy (Country club) for several times but still no card or anything which i supposed to get. I am sharing the credit card charges details below along with the date. It happend in november and it’s been three months hence i request you to return the amount i have been charged. I am available at [protected]. I am utterly disappointed with this scam as i am confused with this whole scenario. I would request an immediate action on this please. I have been grownup hearing a lot about country club and i have signed up with the reuputation which country club has but what i am going through is miserable and unexpected. Hoping that i will be served with the right service for my money and the headache i have been through. Appreciate the help in advance. Sorry if i sound rude because i dnt know what to do whom to ask for my money or service which i deserve. Call me for any queries plz.

      We have taken membership from country club on 25th nov, 2018 from harish by paying 76600/- we got free gift & movie tickets and told us this can be redeemed anyday, we ask to redeem movie tickets on sunday, they told we can't provide on saturday and sunday. We spoke with customer care no one has picked for long time. Once they picked up and reponse was not good. I saw online reviews about country club. It got maximum negative reviews. So we planned to cancel membership. On 2nd dec, 2018 we called harish and told we are coming for cancellation and he said he will not be available. 2nd december evening we did a surprise visit, he was there. After some discussion he agreed to accept our membership cancellation. We have submitted the hand written letter with his signature on it and he stated that we'll get the acknowledgement with in 48 hrs i. E within 4th dec. We didn't receive any communication saying membership cancellation. We tried calling customer care, harish, no one has responded back. On 8th dec, 2018 we went to same branch yelanka, harish was not there some say he left, some said we don't know, someone said he is sick. We lost the hope that we'll get the money back. Then we asked same thing to the manager (On that day-kesav murthi d). My luck on the same day one more member has come for cancellation for false promises. Manager has scolded us in local language and threatened me, my wife other member's wife he asked her to leave the premises. (We have video recordings) some one give us the rebbaka contact (Sr. Customer care executive) she told she will get back to us by tuesday i. E 10th dec, 2018 as monday is off. Till today we haven't received any mail or call related to the cancellation. We went to customer care branch in vasthanth nagar, banglore, after talking to rebbaka reply we are losing hopes on our hard earned money. Till today she is not confirming us that they will refund the money. Please take necessary action and let us know the status of it.

        Sir this is sheela patel registrred mob no [protected], me and my husband was called at country club kolkata kasba nd they persud ur to take memebership o[censored]r company for one year and i have paid rs 15000/ rs fifteen thousand for the same. Some 2 month allready passes i hve not receved any card nor a staff member named nadim mob no is [protected] rrceving my call and i hve personaly visted kasba office two times nobody is answering nd now they are black mailing me to take 10 year membership forcefully.
        If mater is not resolved timely i hve to take legal action against ur office

          We have taken the Countryclub membership by paying 70000 INR to Country Club and at that time they promise us for free international trip with the membership. Now we request them to book the trip to Bali for us in the month of Feb’19 and they denied that trip .So just want either refund of my money (70000) back or trip to Bali as per their commitment. So request you to please help me out in filing a case against Countryclub and get the resolution.

            I am dipanshi patel. I have paid rs. 250000 for lifelong membership in country club on 10 may 2017. The amount has been blocked from the bank account now. (Hdfc). After reading all the reviews and witnessing unreliable, non-stable promises, i badly want to cancel this country club membership.

            I have visited today only country club office but decline to cancel the membership. How is it possible. Please, help me out.

            Put a trap at Sharjah airport exit point by way of engaging some laborers to distribute lucky coupons to collect name and mobile numbers of innocents who knows nothing about fraudsters. Calling on mobile as saying that you are the winner and 2 return international flight tickets + 2n/3d stay in five star hotels will be issued, to be collected from their Office. When reaching at Office the scenario is different. They dont talk about the prises won. They trapped us to take membership and collect money as much as possible by way of giving lots and lots of false Offers and gifts like free delivery of birthday cakes for all 4 members every year + Cake for marriage anniversaries+Membership of Lions club at my native home town. 20% discount on all domestic flight tickets + 40"LED TV +membership at nearest Spa/Fitness centers+6N/7D free stay in studio accommodation and many more the space is insufficient to noted..
            I have been paid 11330 UAE dirhams(Equal to Rs.2.1Lakh) on 03/05/2017 at their Sharjah Office for 8years including AMC charges. They issued a fake flight ticket coupon+ hotel booking.I have realized it after it paying above money. Tried hard to cancel the agreement and return my money. But failed to get my money back. It took 4 days fight with the Dubai country club team members to receive a 40" TV. Last year I have requested them for sigapore holidays they replied that they don't provide booking for Singapore. Second attempt I have made request is for Hyderabad but they are asking to pay cost of meals and utility bills(Rs.18, 500) in advance.I choose to denied it to pay in advance. They cancelled my request at the next moment.
            Such a huge amount (Rs.2.1Lakh) paid for nothing. And also tend to earn more and more money of this untruthful promises and agreement. Struggling a lot mentally and don't know what should we do..

              I had raised the escalation to country club yesterday for dis-continuing the membership as per agreement term to Customer care center no one is replying to my mail nor responding to calls.

              I sat for discussion on 9/1/2019 and I paid through Credit Card 253800/- and as per their agreement Terms and condition, clause no.34 say's within 10days of Cool off period if customer wants to cancel the membership they can cancel it.

              On the same day I sent mail to [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com no one bothered to respond my mail nor answer the call, they are doing the fake business with the customer.

              Now the sales Representative is saying I can't do anything can't cancel the membership what is their in the clause they are not acting according it. He is threaten me to buy the membership is the only answer he is giving.

              When is Amount Refund expected, I see in the Agreement within 120days of time Amount will be Refunded. But I am not seeing that Refund yet.

                I got cheated by this company giving various offer as 14 days stay and access of country club and all vacation but for while booking rooms they are not properly responding even not picking the calls. I planned for my vacation for 25 jan 2018 for that i asked them to book from dec 1st itself but no response till now.

                I took membership from nov 2018 only so want to cancel my membership

                  We were offered to purchase country club holiday club membership with the facility for enjoying some benefits which includes 7 days and 6 nights vacations at their 4000 resorts spread over domestic national destinations every year free of cost for 10 years,
                  The representatives of country club made misleading statements and showed some fake pictures of resorts and clubs and lured us with the idea of having to avail the facilities free of cost on a one time investment and made me sign several documents without giving enough time to go through the terms and conditions or do a through research about the company to decide if i wanted to purchase the membership.

                  It is noteworthy to mention that the country club representative assured me that i could revoke the agreement.

                  On believing the representatives of country club i signed the documents and paid the amount 30000 under the pretext that i would have 10 days time to revoke the offer. However, after a through research about the company i came to know about the fraudulent practices of the company and i wish to revoke the offer and refund of the paid amount.

                  Having detected the offers as per clause 39 and 44 it is stated that the offer made was a bogus offer since the representative gave an entirely different picture of the offer and mislead me with alluring offers and statements. The representative never informed us of the hidden costs, including the payments to be made at the properties when availing the holidays.

                  Even though i was assured by the salesperson that the membership can be cancelled.

                  Direct violation of airda regulations, and directly proves that the assurances made by the salesperson were all bogus. I would like to cancel the membership and get my refund as soon as possible.

                      It is to bring in your notice that i myself rathindra nath saha (Membership number dt571021, membership type: cool life, vacation period 30 yrs as per the agreement dated 24.02.2011) had taken membership of country vacation during february, 2011 and paid amount of rs 1, 10, 000/ to country vacation to avail the accommodation and other facilities for 30 years of vacation period. Executives of country vacation had explained me the benefits and schemes to enjoy tour.

                      But irony of fate is during my first and last visit to chennai we did not get any benefit except accommodation. I was extremely annoyed.

                      During 2015, one person came to me and introduced himself as joydev das, assistant manager of country club, kolkata, address - 63, rafi ahmed kidwai road kolkata-16, and told that country vacation and country club has merged as country club, where country vacation is not a separate entity. He also gave me proposal to purchase land in andhra pradesh, karnataka, kerala etc from country club and collected rs 25000/- again for land purchase. And till date i have not received any legal documentation after several communication

                      In this connection, i also like to inform you that i am an old an ill person of 66 years and can not live life like a normal person due to following diseases as 1. Ischemic heart disorder, 2. Triple vessel coronary artery disorder 3. Diabetic type ii 4. Neurological disorder, 5. Renal dysfunction, 6. Urinary track infection, 7. Lumber operation,

                      These above problems have confined me in bed and in this situation i am nor able to buy any land neither visit any places.in this situation i hereby request you to refund the total amount of rs 1, 35, 000/- (Rs 110000 as booking deposit, rs 25000 for land purchase) at the earliest.

                      Several times i have asked for resolution to local offices but did not get any response

                        A month back country club fraud members called up and showed some fancy things and ended up me paying a membership fee of rs. 25, 000. They will have ladies explaining beautifully and you would hardly say no to them because it looks like they give so much for the money. Later comes the reality. None of the items they say are true. There is no transparency. Nobody receives call once amount is paid. Their resorts/clubs are pathetic. No clean, hygiene. Customer care department never cares once money paid. Nobody responds. Call atleaset 100 times. Nobody picks up. Once in bluemoon somebody picks and says we will send you vouchers and thats it. Now i have requested for cancellation. Atleast 20 emails are written so far including bangalore customer care team, central customer care. Etc. Nobody is replying or responding. Their business is to loot every middle class person money and abscond. We really need to find out how come police/government is still silent and looking at these. I tried hard for my money refund and absolutely useless. I am calling out all country club members who feel the same and lost money. I dont think we should keep quiet anymore. Lets fight legally and they should return our money with interest. Its hard earned money and cannot be looted like this. Start collecting proofs on the promises and what was given, their hygiene, customer care services. Etc.
                        One serious suggestion: please never ever buy their membership on any case. You will regret at a later point in time and cursing them. Its your hard earned money. Be careful.

                          The executive told me there will be no amc charge. But they 4 to 5 times a day for annual fee.

                            I am a housewife from an Army background and my husband is a retired Brigadier. I had taken the membership with full enthusiasm to enjoy the holiday packages. But unfortunately due to sudden medical conditions of self and my husband, we could not avail it -even the initial free one week family holiday voucher given to us.

                            We were waiting for improvement in our condition so that we can proceed on the holiday package. That is why we did not request for cancellation of membership immediately.

                            But unfortunately, our condition further deteriorated and doctors totally stopped us from venturing out as myself and my husband now have serious Arthiritis and it is very very difficult for both o[censored]s to walk or climb stairs .

                            It is due to this reason that we are now requesting to cancel our membership and refund our money Rs 65, 000/-

                            We called and mailed to Ms Ruchika in Countryclub office at New Delhi (from whom we had taken the membership) requesting to cancel the membership but got a routine reply that it is not possible. We again emailed her requesting to treat as an exceptional case on medical grounds, we being senior citizens and Army veteran. But there is no reply to our mail.

                            Hence we are now mailing this to Central Customer Care to treat this as an exceptional case on medical grounds for Senior Citizens and Army veterans.

                            Kindly, therefore, cancel our membership and refund our money Rs 65, 000/-

                              I am a member of ccil and entitled to 6 nights of stay at any of the listed properties of ccil i had reserved a room for 2 nights at a property in shirdi via the mobile app by paying 2000 rs. Convenience fees in nov'18. A day before my checkin 7th dec'18, the hotel informed me that my room was cancelled by them since ccil has not cleared its dues to the hotel and they cannot provide any further bookings to ccil members.
                              I escalated the issue to ccil and after more than 10 tries to the call center i was given a commitment of that ccil will clear its dues to the hotel and my booking shall stand accepted. When i asked for a commitment on the same i was clearly told by call centre executive anitha that ccil cannot pay to the hotel because it does not have funds to do so and asked to make a direct booking with hotel, cancelling the said booking. She also confirmed me about the refund of 2000 rs.in my bank account which shall be processed after necessary manager approvals in my bank account in a couple of days.

                              It has been more than 15 days i have been following up over mail and calls for my refund, but there is absolutely no response form ccil side. The company ha just committed fraud by not providing service even after charging membership fees, amc and convenience charges.

                              I request you to kindly help me get refund of all my payments and surrender my membership since the company is o longer able to provide any of the committed services including gym, vacation or club.

                                Few months ago, i received a call from country club dubai saying you can transfer the member ship to a plot. I paid around 15000 aed to them. Now i am chasing them to get the registration document. Nobody is picking my calls now a days.

                                I would like to proceed legally if they don't want to pick my call or call back in 3 days times

                                  Hello team, these guys have cheated my father for almost 3lalhs. No services after that. 100 of calls to follow up on a special events well. We have requested the money multiple times but no refund.

                                  No offers provided as communicated. The sales person commited several things out of which nothing offered of which nothing was given by the company. Also they ever respond to emails nor they pick up any call. We have all the revising and proofs.

                                  We need our money back. We are also filing chargeback. We are trying to use the services since 4 months but have not been able to use any services in last four months.

                                  Please do call us to understand the issue. We will explain you the complete cases and send emails with full proofs.

                                    We took country club ultimate club membership+30 years 6n7d blue u12 in november 18. Our membership number is ccbg16ultclub30lb104823. We were told to pay 250000 for the membership and told we can pay by emi for 36 months which will come around 7000 per month.. We were actually very confused whether to take this or not. But the marketing manager mr manoj made us to take this offer after so much talks..in the offer we were also told we will get 5 gram gold coin also which will be delivered in one week to our address. As we love to travel we have fallen in their trap. But later only we came to know from bank that emi is for 18 months and we have to pay a young 13000 per month plus interest for that. And also we have not received any gold coin yet. We called mr manoj, marketing manager multiple times to raise this issue.. He usually won't pick up the phone and will message in what's up saying he will settle the issue. Till now nothing has happened. We don't want to continue the membership. We can't pay such a huge amount every month and we don't want to use this service after seeing so many similar complaints online. Please help us in this regard

                                      This is to update that I attended the country club presentation at Gandhinagar (Gujarat) location on 1/12/2018, and some how I got agree to become member, even though no time given to me for think to become the member.

                                      I signed the membership form at that time only, and my credit card was swiped.

                                      Reasons of asking cancellation (on the same day within 2 hrs)
                                      They blocked whole 2, 50, 000/ amount at the same time in my credit card, which was not told to me,
                                      The resorts shown me as their property but when I checked it on website, many of them are associated properties and I have to pay extra amount to use those resorts.
                                      They told me that food, air ticket and pickup/drop taxi fare will have 30% off but when I checked in agreement, it shown as BLUE and it will have 20% discount, at the time of presentation and sign it, it was not shown to me, but when reached home and checked the agreement, it was written.
                                      When I calculated the exact membership fees along with maintenance and bank interest, I realized it become too high for me, and I am unable to afford that amount.
                                      Customer care number mentioned in agreement is not working from my and my wife's mobile number (it says "Its not a valid number, please check the number you dialed").
                                      At the time of presentation they manipulated me a lot and forced me to take the membership.
                                      After reaching home, we realized and not to continue so immediately (after 2 hrs on the same day) called the same sales manager (Ms. Firdosh, relationship manager at Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat branch) and inform about my concern of cancelling my request. So she suggested that we should again meet and discuss on the solution.

                                      Continuously (since 1/12/2018) I was in touch with her and on (4/12/2018) we met up to discuss on the same for cancelling the request. She suggested me to give the written application for cancelling my membership along with reason as I am unable to pay the amount and I don't want to go ahead from here (attached the acknowledgement letter given by Ms Firdosh, relationship manager at Vastrapur branch, Ahmedabad) .

                                      As a customer, if I dont want to go ahead, and finally it is whole my money, I can always claim to get it refunded, but I am not getting positive response from them and they are saying it is not refundable.

                                      I am very common man, and its a very big amount to block the same amount at the same time (along with 15% interest), I request you to please provide your valuable suggestion. Please help to take the further action against country club.

                                        They have provided me a membership of the club for rs 65000/-
                                        Bearing membership no.- ccdl234mpclub5lb30454 with a deal that i will be getting 4-air tickets (Return) to goa and 3-nights and 4-days stay free for this i have to pay rs 999/- for each air ticket but when i am asking for the deal they are providing me with false booking which i conformed for their resort i had paid rs 8000/- extra for the air tickets also but i think they have cheated me they are not provinding the same after my two month follow up with the manager ranvijay singh manager who sold me the deal returned 8000/- back without giving any reason proof attached i donot want to the membership of such a club i want my money back

                                        This fraud company defrauded my innocent parents into commitments they are not offering. By use of statements that were clearly stretched and showcasing of properties and schemes that are not even available, this company is a clear fraud.
                                        I want to cancel the membership and want my hard earned money back.
