I finally received the cards but with different mobile numbers and my baby card i didn't receive. No one come to my home to take the documents and no one ask about those things and no responding. What a services your providing.
1) daily i am trying to my point of contacts but they are not responding, vimal lip the phone and saying that i don't know how to do things he is not person what things i know what the thing i don't know tojudge. What the hell it is.
2) joining time they said that with in 1 km i can have the gym where those details.
3) my point of contact vimal ([protected]) and pooja ([protected]/[protected]) will not respond at all. Even they don't know i received cards or not.

You want only money and you will behave smoothly still join after that you will behave how ever you want?
4) where the gym and all your services.
5) my point of contact said he will provide what the land i want he would provide that only still now no land discussion happened. No one contact me for land visit.
7) why should i wait for your services even i paid the money. If you want to me wait return back my money i don't want your services.
8) pooja ([protected]/[protected] she said that she would call me within 10 min now 1 week completed still she is not responding.,

This is sanatan dey from kolkata. I have a membership of country club a year back but due to some personal reasons i want to transfer the membership in the name of my daughter in law. We contacted mr. Avijit dey in the kasba office, filled up all necessary forms in january 2018 but till now there has been no response from the club side which was promised to be done within 2 weeks. This is barring my daughter in law to avail the club facility though i have paid the membership fee (Initial and for next 2 years)

I have gone through the hordes of complaints listed below against the fraudsters/thugs (Country club vacations)

We are also victims of country club vacations fraud. I find that these fraudsters have not changed their modus operandi in all these years.

My husband and i, were told that we had won a lucky draw and had qualified for gifts/prizes. They continuously kept on calling and requesting us to visit their office to collect the prize/gift. Finally, after a gap of several months we visited their office (Which looked like a fourth-rate restaurant with substandard staff) where they embarked on the same tactics to wheedle money out o[censored]s. Rest of the story is similar. So i will not elaborate. I believe those who have been cheated already have a feeling of deja vu.

We have been requesting cancellation of membership and refund of our money (1.81 lacs). The issue of membership cancellation and refund was raised within 48 hours of succumbing to their pressures. But our money has not been refunded as yet. All their phone numbers seem to be phoney (Like them). However, we have managed to get email assurances about our refund. Though i doubt its veracity as it only acknowledges their intent to refund us the money but no date by which they will refund it.

I think it is high time, the likes of country club are exposed and brought to justice before any more unsuspecting people are cheated

I am deliberating on legal action soon.

Today (25/02/2018 at 2pm) i got call from country club korum mall thane they said that i got lucky winner prize and need to come at there office to collect it then i came there and at 8pm and they showed me some presentation as they said to me that i will have to come with my wife and will attend presentation after that i will get my prize so i just attended their presentation and at the end of ppt they forced me to purchase their product i told them i will definitely purchase but after 2 or 3 days only. Right now if you want i can give you few amount just to book the same, but they forced me that you have to purchase right now and give us full amount. As we have wasted our 2 hours with you then i got angry and denied the same and the manger name is (Rajveer luthra & rohit sawant) insulted me verbally and said like"aa gye free ka gift lene dedo inko inka gift daily aate hai ese log"). And at that time they give me form and same form was filled by me so i asked to return the form so that i wll complain it to upper manger of your branch and they just ruptured the form and said to me do whatever you want and get lost so if you guys dont trust me then you can see the camera recording if its available.

So please its request to you guys as i want to purchase your product. Your product is good but mangers treated me like beggar so please take an action against them and let me know the same

When we were about to left because it doesn't suitable for us he started giving offers, discount, enhanced validity and offer to pay amc only when we use the property of the country club otherwise there is no need to pay amc. But after paying fees the mail which i received tells that it is only for five years no extended validity is given amc is payable irrespective o[censored]sage.
Its seems that i am being cheated by such a reputed company because prakash is the face of the company.
I hope that company would look into the matter & cancell the membership and refund my amount.

I have paid rs. 90, 000 on 17/02/2018 for country club membership. Later i found that they said false information while explaining about the benefits. So i want to cancel the agreement within the 10 days cool off period as written in the document.

I wrote a mail yesterday to [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com but not received any response from them.

Please accept my cancellation request and refund the amount to me as soon as possible.

I have taken the membership from country club post that i came to know that i have cheated by the country club sales manager.

If i see in internet there are hell lot of compliants against them and so many cases filed against country club for cheating the customers, and so many people became the victims of them.

Upon looking at all of them i decided my self to cancel the membership so i have sent a mail to country club for cancellation of my membership on 10/2/2018, but till now i didn’t get anyproper reply from them.

I want to cancel my subscription an want my refund asap.

This is regarding cancellation of my membership from country club.

I, sachin pundir, membership number is ccdl10v10lb29292 joined the membership for 10 years on[protected]. I have made a total payment of rs. 132000 (One lakh thirty two thousand) in part payments i. E. Rs. 27000 + rs. 105000. The copies of payments receipts are enclosed herewith.

The payment of rs. 27000 was made from sbi debit card and the payment of rs. 105000 was made from axis bank credit card.

I am respectfully requesting that my full payment of rs. 132000 (One lakh thirty two thousand) must be refunded to my bank accounts (Sbi and axis) at the earliest as now i am facing some critical medical problem in my family because of which i am unable to pay the huge amount of rs. 132000 to the country club.

Sir, due to unforeseen circumstances and due to my posting outside kolkata, i, ritankar kundu, having membership number cckk3club30lbu212 would not be able to avail the holiday period from 1st apr'17 to 31st mar'18. When i had informed the same and requested mr abhijit of country club, kasba branch to kindly shift the said holiday period to time frame of 1st apr'18 to 31st mar'19 so that i can avail the two slabs along with my family in the coming financial year. But, in return he has asked me to do lifetime or 5 year amc charges via him inspite of my amc being paid till 2019. I had already mailed them regarding this issue in dec'17, jan'18 and feb'18. But they are unwilling and continously harrassing me in this regard.

I got a call from your branch countryclub faridabad again again for free coupon and i am going there on 14 jan 18.
And there i met mr. Raman & mr. Sachin both rae conviced to me for mebership and they are ask to me membership fee is 67k (This offer is only for this month due to company enjoying 25th century) and no any charges again and this transaction made him by my credit card and mr. Raman asked to me its converted to 36emi with no any intrest also no any pf. Then we are copleted joining process on 14th jan 18.

But 18th of jan i got a massge from my bank to paid 67k on next cycle of my credit card bill, then same time i called to mr. Raman and explain everything to him then he said i will arrange reversal process on next two three days but i am not recieve any call form his side during this period then i write a mail on 18th jan to him to about this also i ask to him if it will not done by you i will cancell my membership, then i recieved a mail about this transaction on 28th jan 18 but i was not satisfied that mail.

Then i mail to your customer care to cancellation to my membership then they are cancelled my approche because i was not mail to them cool of period of 10days.

Then again i recieved a call from delhi customer care m/s eisha on 3rd feb18 and i explained everthing to her also i recieved membership card and documnets on same day from countryclub by courier.

However again i am going to delhi customer care (East of kailash) and ask to her (M/s eisha) again also i given him all the mails. But unfortunately she also agian cancelled my request.

After discusstion this trasaction from 18th jan 18 mr raman & mr sachi along with mr puneet they all are not respond on phone or maill yet.

Really i feel cheted after this all transaction.
Hence request you to pls check agian and resolve it on priority basis.

I have a country club blue lifetime membership which i got in september 2014. I am not happy with the services of country club. The manager at the country club office had promised many things which are not at all included in the membership now. I was told that i need not pay amc but now i am being disturbed frequently asking for amc payment. I was told that the stay at the properties was absolutely free for 6 nights an year which is not at all true. I was also told that orange county resort near mysore is also an associated property of the club which is not true again. There are many such things which i was told but aren't included in the membership agreement. I am totally unhappy and want to sell it back. Hope the club at least will help me sell back the membership. Thank you.

I have been trying to contact country club team multiple times but there was no response. I have been struggling to understand the clause governed by country club. I opted the country club membership on trusting the firm. However, i feel now as i have been cheated by the members of country club. I was never told that i have to pay additional per day charges on all associated properties of country club. The big flaw is country club does not have any property in north/west india except jim corbet. I am really very disappointed by taking the membership of country club.

It is been more than 4 months now and unfortunately i paid the maintenance charges as well just on good trust. Even in that i have been cheated. I paid amc rs. 9775. I was never told that amc charges would be exclusive tax.

I have been struggling for dae card as well. I have been calling customer care multiple times to get the dae card. I have been contacting ruchika from country club at +91-[protected] multiple times. However there was no response.

After getting such responses and failures, i am enforced now to request you to please assist to return my money back as i am not interested to continue to be member of country club.

I am briefing why i am cancelling it-

Conversation with ashwani & ashish for membership in country club office wave mall, near dlf mall noida.

As i have taken a membership with country club on 26-jan-2018 with rs. 77000 (Started price was rs. 85000) with 0% emi charges. Where i made the payment (Icici bank rs. 30000 in 24 emis, hsbc bank rs. 20000 in 24 emis, amex rs. 10000 no emi, rs. 8000 adjusted against interest when i see my slips and in that interest was charged (Both icici & hsbc) & rs. 9000 will be charged when they book flight tickets for me for two person (To & fro) anywhere in india.

Also they offered me so many offers like club membership, dae membership, events, hotel & resorts etc. That will be without any charges except amc rs 8500. Which will also be 1+1 if i take it in my wife’s name. So i taken it in my wife’s name.

I have not received my welcome kit and email even after so many follow ups & 4 days, which was promised for 48 hours. (First fake commitment)

Major inclusion in package-

You can cancel it anytime, if you don’t like the services. (When we saw that we are cheated due to all below fake commitment, asked for cancel)
Now, as per ashwani/ashish, we even don’t know about cancellation policy.

5weeks + 3 weeks (Complementary) nights stay in any hotel (Dae & countryclub) worldwide. No charges will apply.
Now, as per ashish we have to pay amc & dae exchange charges which are too high.

6nights/7days trip anywhere in india with resorts, houseboat in allepey (If we go to kerala), breakfast, pickup drop & 2 person’s air ticket (To & fro).
Now, as per ashish we can stay only in country club resorts so no location where we can go for 6 nights.

5nights/4 days stays in dubai & bali (Or 7 locations).
We can split all nights in 17 trips as per our convenience without any charges and loss.
Now i told them to split they said for each split you will loose your one night. So for every week (6 nights if i split in 2 night stay i will get only 4 nights stay).

All club memberships, event passes & birthday/anniversary celebration etc.
For now, my membership is showing with no club on online portal.

40% discount on food bill, free cook etc.
Nothing is there when connect (Only once) with customer care.

No season constraint, no booking time (Only 30 days advance).
Now, there is no availability on dae site this year for hotels where i want to go.

All hotels like jp, taj, club mahindra st, hayat etc are in the list.
Not expecting now….

I have been a country vacations member valid for 30years. Since past 2.5 yrs we have not aviled a single vacation from them. The destination i wanted was either not available or booked. Needed to book a room in country club, andheri, mumbai for my father - in - law and me. Made excuse that they need proof of relation. I pay amc and you deny me a simple room for a night.

We were to drop my husband to the airport and had to spend night before proceeding to pune.

I want all my money back as they are useless to provide services.

I have got a call that we have been selected in a lucky draw and we visited sarjapur, bangalore branch and was been explained about their country vacations plan for 2 executives. They said lot of offers and once i have been paid that amount then no need to pay any thing and no taxes and extra charges. Country vacations will take care of everything and can see everything in the app and customer care support will help us. We paid 52500. Once after the payment they said lot of terms and conditions. It was too late after 2-3 hrs spends and we came home and read all the terms and conditions. What ever they have been explained is a complete opposite and i do remember which they explained about the cooling period within 10 days i can cancell without charges i didn't use the offers. I visited 2 times to branch but they deniended and they said to end an email to the headoffice. I did for 3 times but till now i have not received any reply. No customer care caller is picking the calls. Please suggest me anybody on this issue what i'm facing.

We are elderly couple and are very very disturbed by the way the country club is behaving with us. They are not replying about the refund of the amount already paid to them. An amount of rs.1, 55, 000/- was paid to them. We had cancelled the deal on the same day and had written to them for cancellation on 29/10/2017. But sorry to state that so many days has elapsed but they have not replied about when they are going to refund the money.
We have no other alternative but to seek your help in getting the money back.

Country club marketing person tell us about the benefits their company give to us. We said no we dont have that much of money he said we are giving you the membership if 140000 you have to pay 35000. If you like you can else leave it. We again said no we dont have so much of money as we are service class people. He said you can do the payment by emi option also. We agreed to pay.
When we come to home we realize that we are been fooled by the company.
As we cannot avail any benaefits until we pay 140000.
I called to my bank and ask the way to withdraw the transaction but bank said it cannot to be payment already had been transferred to their account. They also tell us that it is not emi option they had taken full payment. I ask him can it break in emi as i dont have so much money to pay in one month he said yes but you have to pay 3000 extra per year as interest
And more than one year emi cannot be done. Till now i am paying their emi. They are seriously fake people who make fool people by calling them again and again and mailing them again and again.
I request you to please tell country club people stop calling me and mailing me they are now asking me to pay further amount.
