I have applied for country club membership on dt. And made a payment of 1st installment of rs.25, 000/- as part of celebration of 25years there was an offer of free stay in some selected resort with a fee of rs, 5000/-as tax. We opted to visit any resort near kolkata since i had some urgent thing to attend in kokata during the period 26.05.2017 to 2.06.2017. Though there is one resort in kasba under some pretext they convinced the resort in baruipur, canning would be ideal for stay with required facility available. On 26th may, 2017 when we arrived at kolkata it took almost one hour to reach one of the managerial staff to receive a proper direction to reach baruipur. On his direction when we finally reached at baruipur at 8 p. M. By ola there we got stuck up with my wife and daughter for one hour because there was no transportation available to canning where the resort is located. At last with the help of one kind hearted man we could manage to book one auto to reach canning at 8.45 p. M. When we finally entered the resort we realized we have left one suitcase in baruipur where we were waiting anxiously for auto. We were so exhausted after arriving in kolkata that to make an effort to retrieve that baggage was not possible from an inaccessible place like canning. The room which was alloted not even of any star grade little better than ordinary room and the food which was available quite ordinary. Thus our stay for two night, (Because ill equipped to be called as resort) was nothing memorable though we had to pay rs.5, 600/- as tax which not worth of. While the presentation as committed at the time of booking were also it was learnt from interaction with some of the members that different amount was charged from different customer and the promises made at the time of plan presentation remains unattended.

Therefore the experience i had with country club was not worth it to carry forward to full fledged membership and i wish to surrender my provisional membership with a request to the concern authority to refund the advance i paid for the membership.

    I am extremely hopeful for your help here and need your intervention regarding this matter that i met puneet and yogendra for country club (Ccil) plan discussion and they have shared below plan with me, during the discussion they have promised me to provide all mentioned holidays and etc but now they have not even responding call.

    I am totally out of patience now to deal with fake promises made by both. I want you to help me getting my refund back to my account else provide me the process for cancellation of this holiday plan with country club.

    I would like to bring into your notice that how they are making fake promises to an honest customer and is not bother to submit the documents to account department for registration of my membership. Yesterday only he did after calling him and customer care representative for confirmation.

    I got to know that there is no documents got submitted even they made the whole payment on 15th july 2017 the day when i met and signed up the documents and from that day no welcome kit was sent from your side till yet and now there is no use of it.

    Also a note for country club that due to such fake promises made by both the persons only i am willing to quit with country club.

    Please process it further and help me get my refund of rs.160200.00 back to my credit card or saving account.

      Country club doesn't deserve to get any good reviews. All staff in country club dubai and abu dhabi are big cheaters. They will convince you with false promises and get money and then will never be on their words. I have been cc abu dhabi member since 2012 and cc members from abu dhabi and dubai convinced me to invest in india rajbhoomi plots stating that once i make full and final payment then there will be a countdown of 2 years and then after 2 years country club will take it back from me since my cap of investment will be completed and i can sell it back to cc. I have all proofs of this and when showed to cc office all agreed but even though they have not paid me back in last 6 months followup. I paid my first payment in nov 2016 and final payment in march 2017 but till date all are playing with false commitments and telling today will reply but then no one will ever call you and then somehow you reach any other person he will tell the same thing that he will callback but no use. All staff of them are liars.
      Please do not trust any one in cc team, they are big cheaters and they will convince you saying sir sir sir everything is resolved but then will start ignoring you and your calls once you make the payment. I am in uae and available on [protected] if any.

        I get membership of country club from the office at v3s mall nirman vihar delhi in feb 17. I was promised (By mail) to provide 2 air tickets (Domestic) to avail my vacation, for booking air ticket code is issued by the office of country club from where membership is issued. Now when i visited the office at delhi i found that office is closed and all mobile nos of executive and manager are switched off. I further tried to lodge complaint
        To costumer care but it is also either out of coverage area or switched off.

        Again i mailed to delhi office repeatedly for issuing me code but got no reply, then i mailed to central customer care for resolving the issue but
        Again got no reply. Under the circumstances it seems that i have been cheated. My membership is for 10 years.

          In fact, it was with great enthusiasm and joy that we decided to associate with country club after listening to all the promises/offers and facilities that were placed before us on the 12th of august, 2017 during our meeting in hyatt, sharjah. We put the stipulated amount of money (20, 000 dhs) then and there with no hesitation as we thought the promises would be fulfilled as country club is believed to be a reputed organisation. However, we neither received our membership cards nor any gift vouchers/entry coupons to the various programs/events that were promised to be given until we started messaging and calling continually.

          After a long wait of two months we received the membership cards on the 12th of october along with 6 spa coupons to be used at the country club spa. We were promised 6 spa coupons of body and soul spa, ajman and we were told that the coupons could be used to avail any spa services at the body and soul. Now we are getting told that the body and soul spa coupons were never promised.

          We were told that we would be given two months’ gym membership to body and soul gym in ajman and further to that membership would be activated to use gold gym anywhere in the world. Neither of these promises have been fulfilled yet.

          We were told that we could use al nasser leisure land facilities. On approaching them, we got turned down saying that we were only allowed to use the outdoor swimming pool of the al nasser leisure club. It was an absolute surprise that we were not given this piece of information at the time of signing into become members of your club.

          We went to the country club facilities, dubai to use the swimming pool and we got turned down from there saying that they had an all night party and the swimming pool was closed. As members of your club, we did not have any information about it and we wasted our holiday driving all the way from ajman to dubai as we were not given any facilities in ajman as promised.

          We approached venue 3 club, sharjah and we were told the facilities were open for country club only at stipulated days and times which does not suit as we are working. At the time of making the payment to become members at your club, this information was not given to us.
          We are feeling deceived as we have not been given the services promised and even the delay in delivering the cards was not explained convincingly. We were not given full information regarding the facilities that could be availed as members and we got spoken into signing up for the membership which we regret now. Our money has been locked with you since the 12th of august with no or very little returns so far. We would like the authorities to look into the matter and give us justice.

            For all our questions he said yes.. I have paid rs 60k in spot and he said will receive login details by mail in 1day and before that u will get a call from county club. But still now i don't get any calls from your side...5 off my friends are willing to join membership in country club.. How can i refer my friends if i don't get any conformation

              20th march 2017 and paid rs. 30, 000.00 on the same day, due to some financial problem and other personal commitments i am not able to continue the membership.
              I had request for cancel my membership and refund my money to country club within 20 days of my membership form signing, but after 8 months they reply to our mail saying we will not refund. What action can we take for the same.

              Please help me by suggesting the process how to get my amount back. I am planning to raise a complaint in consumer court will it help me?

                The country club executives (Country club bangalore) used to call people saying "you have selected as a lucky customer and please collect the gift from the country club". Once we went there, they told they have an special offer and want to explain the offer.in the offer, the executive used to tell lots of false offer and somehow manages to influence us with there offer. We paid 25500 from our citi bank credit card. Once the payment was made they asked us to sign on some agreement in which everything was different as compared to the offer explained by the executive. On asking them, they told its just for the formality. Also, they told we will get a call from customer care and asked us to say "yes" on whatever they will ask. We asked why we have to tell yes on everything, then they told the offer we explained you is only for 106 members and your are one among them. The call and agreement is just for formality. All this happened after we made the payment. We were having some doubt on them, so we asked them to book a hotel for goa vacation for us and after one month also, the hotels were not booked and i tried calling customer care and found that we have to pay 10500 as annual maintenance charge in order to proceed with the bookings. But the executive told us that we have to pay only rs.750 per day for number of days vacation is planned. Again we called the executive who explained us about the offer and he was saying that since your booking is in peak month i. E. December, you have to pay rs. 10500 amc. They are convincing people with false promises and somehow make them pay and then they become ignorant. There are many complaints against them in social media also but still they are operating without any fear. They are doing fraud in the name of offers and make people sign the agreement. We are victim and request you to please help us get our money back. Please!!

                  I am g raghu, my family received a call from country club hyderabad, they told my wife you are got 25000rs gift. When we visited club amrurha castle hyderabad the sales manager and executive they swiped our credit card for 120000rs, they converted into land documents without our permission. When we went to begumpet county club their bouncers argument with us unmannersely. We are in financial problems please clear my issue, contact me [protected]

                    We took family lifetime membership with some lacks of rupees 4to 5 years back. It was said that we will get 7 free holidays per year for all the destination listed. For couple of years we paid the maintayance fees too. But when ever we try to book a vavation the representative says booking can not be done due to non availability of accomodation. This time with their booking head of kolkata Ms. Lopamudra banejee's advice only we booked 4 months prior to our travel date. We wanted book their accomodation at manali. Since last 2 months she was saying booking would be confirmed for sure. Now today when i have nearly 1.5 months left to travel, unop follow up from our side, ms. Lopamudra said booking is unsuccessful. It seem its available for a different type of membership. Hence its 4 years at a row we did not get any vacation with country club. Their representative are lying and giving false assurance to people.they are not returning the lacks of rupees they took to serve us. Then their booking head can show such irresponsive behavious its of no doubt the company is unreliable too.

                    In the light of repeatative failure to offer us service, i request country club to return the amount. Else you will attract legal action and consumer forum case on you.

                        Hi,

                        I have taken country vacations membership three years ago. I was not interested to take the membership but the sales person said lot of exciting things about the membership and we took it. Later i found all those statements are false. I couldn't book an holidays through them until now.

                        In the peak seasons always there rooms are full or have to book it 2 months in advance which is not feasible to me. I not all happy with country vacations. Can you please tell me how to cancel it and get my money back.

                          Myself raghunath k. Pillai, was worjing in riyadh, saudi arabia till narch 2017. Since my company terminated me from the job due to curtailment, i had to come back to india. However, country club riyadh approached me three years back and took an advance amount of saudi riyals 5, 000/- (Rupees 75, 000) promising me to allot some land at telangana (Ap). My country club membership number is cvsd15kls293. Since i lost my job, i was unable to pay the balance amount and that i informed country club to reimburse the advane paid to them. Unfortunately after several visits to cc office in riyadh, for getting the advance paid, i was informed that it will be discussed later.
                          In this regard, i humbly request you to look in to this matter and settle/reimburse the advanced paid by me after deducting the documentation charges incurred to m/'s country club.

                            It's quite surprising that during membership of country club, the
                            Sales persons named - emraan (Contact no - [protected]) and kafil
                            (Contact no - [protected]) have told that you will get the below
                            Benefits from membership :-

                            1. There will be facility of pick up and drop from airport and hotel.
                            2. There will be facility of sight seeing.
                            3. There will be facility of booking flight ticket from and to any
                            Locations any times with a rate of min 50% of original air tickets.
                            4. There will be facility of live term coverage which will cover 5
                            Lakhs for my family.
                            5. There will be facility of renting and selling membership cards any
                            Point of time.
                            6. You can submit the membership any times.
                            7. There will be membership with taj, orange country which you can avail.
                            8. There will be membership with gold gym which you can avail.
                            9. There is a chance to stay at taj hotel at anywhere any times
                            Without any single charges.
                            10. During staying at any 5-7 starts hotel in india or outside, country
                            Club arrange for luxury cars for entire journeys.

                            But to your information, i had a call with mr. Manoj (Contact -
                            [protected]/[protected] who confirmed me that all the options given by them
                            Above is false. There are no such offers exists except booking country
                            Club vacations. This makes me feeling very very bad and disheartened.

                            Along with that country club sales person kafil (Contact no - [protected]) took my card for for validating before money deductions and asked me to give otp for creating membership in country club portal, which i have shared with them. And after money deductions happened i realize that without my permission they have started processing and without showing me policy terms and conditions as well. More to that during this period another person emraan (Contact no - [protected]) was busy in brain washing me and my wife's brain. And after contacting country club vacations team - mr. Manoj i came to know that all the promises made by them are false which i have recorded and in mail also.
                            This is a clear case of fraud and forgery against reputed company like country club. My sincere request to government and consumer court to take serious action against them so that in future no other persons will be victimized and sacrificed their hard earned money.
                            Please suggest now.

                              Country vacations kandivali is giving false information to customer. I and my wife called by country vacation to see their membership package. However after spending so much time i and my wife decided not to buy it but later sales person prakash verma have some voucher to us and we thought to buy membership. We asked them about the booking process and they told that it will open at every 90 days. However they never mentioned that they have 3 different categories. They provide me an agreement which i signed and however later they put blue membership against my name. The agrewment copy which i have is having that place blank. So who wrote blue membership in that is a question.

                              They purposely hide such information to cheat people.

                                This is related to the instance i had with country club gurgaon, they duped me of rs 2, 25000 membership on oct 1st 2017, when in the another 12 hrs of swiping my card, i spoke to guys saying i have critical medical condition in my family member and credit card company told me that 2 lakhs has been blocked by country club, i got surprised as the club executive told me that it's a 24 months emi and it will not have impact on credit limit at the same time as the emi will come out to be 10 k plus. He said country club will bear the assurity and the emi's for 24 months are like pdc, they will make you so many false promises that you feel it's ok to go-ahead, including 10 days cool-off period which every merchant provide to think about and lot of freebies like 3n/4d stay in dubai and iphone 5s and vouchers. I have not even received booklet from country club, they made me sign at different places on agreement as i was with my 1.5 years baby i moved ahead without looking into the details, now when i have asked them within 10 hrs of payment, they said you need to go to delhi office and in delhi office, cheap executives in aggressive manner saying it's non-refundable and i have call record to prove. This is height of duping people out. Please don't get fool like i have gone for. I have raised the dispute with bank on payment and i hope bank will take the customer rights into their mind in closing this case out.

                                    A very pathetic situation from such a reputed club @countryclub_ind. Which made me to suffer a lot
                                    Because of the bloody services which includes providing false information for attracting customers to promote sales once joined and took the membership from then no response to my concern till 1 year not even lifting the call even people like help desk, customer care guys are also very rude and dont know how to speak with the customer's.

                                    I want my concern to be resolved or else i am ready to proceed further legally on country club and the people who made me suffer..

                                    This is Nageswara Rao.M, I joined Country Club on 21-Sep-2017 and i have paid 60000Rs on the day, membership ID:CVHYD6CLUB242441.

                                    Rajitha.K(Sales Manager, mobile no:[protected]) and Saritha(working under Rajitha, mobile no:[protected], [protected]) initially Saritha took 1Hr session and explained the every thing about Country club and facilities later Rajitha(Sales Manager) take the session and explained, along facility we are providing the Function hall booking in all over India, i said i don't want that facility,

                                    She offered i will book the function hall behalf me and she is providing the 50000Rs for booking, we can book the functiona hall yearly 4 times, and she offered the 60000Rs we can convert 36months EMI with 0% interest.

                                    After join the member when i call to Rajitha, she is not answer my calls even i tried with friends mobile no's also she is not answering any calls, from past 3 months daily i'm calling, when called Amrutha cattle office the receptionist said she is on leave we don't know when she will be back on Office.. when i inquiry with other members(who joined country club member like me) they said still she is working and joining the members to country club. i'm very despointed Rajitha behaviour, she is cheating people.. later i know not only Rajitha the entire country club is cheating to people.

                                    The below peoples are followup the initially asked me to join the country club. when i call to those people now no one responding. its very very bad support

                                      We visit to aundh office of country club. I this office we heard their vacation schemes after that we are ready for payment.. On the spot we paid rs.60, 000/- according to country club employee. After that we sign their bond. Their employee promise us when we plan trip in future they will help us in this amount. But, now they are not pick our calls not available in office. They are cheat us. Their another colleges call us for remaining payment and irritated us.

                                        Some of yours team mates called us with family to join a meeting at fbc ludhiana, they told us again and again that whether we get the membership or not, there is a sure gift 3 days 2 nights at any property of country club in india, i think its almost 1 month past we haven't receive any mail or confrmation for same. Please confirm me that when will i get the same or that's was just a promotional scheme by urs end,
