Dear Sir,

This mail is to register a complaint regarding the dismal state of affairs at Country Club Dubai. In Jan’12 I had purchased a life time membership of your club. I am writing to let you know that the situation at the club is simply unacceptable. The sals team have been very rude and discourteous and go to dismal depths to sell properties. They use all the wrong means to intimate club members to sign documents and shell out money on the spot to buy properties of Country Club in India.

I am certain that I have made a mistake in opting to be a member at your club. Please take immediate action against this outrage. I am not happy with the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. If no action is taken please be advised that my wife and I will cancel our membership at your club.

This land business conducted at your premises is shady and full of fraud, I am no more interested to invest anymore of my hard-earned money in your business.

    I have paid 75000 as membership fees, 24000 as AMC fees and now for every holiday there is a utility fees of 2100 per whether you go for one day or two or six charge is 2100.so for a hotel is this much charge okay? It's quite expensive.its costly.

    So this much expensive stuff I donot need and if it can be cancelled and refund must be available.

    Please refund my money.

      Team i had made a payment of rs 29000. To mr. Vishal kumar rai in oct'16 for the name of advance booking for singapore holidays which we can avail within a year. It was just a holding of flight ticket and visa processing amount.
      On asking for the cancellation of this holiday in the month of jan due to some family issue he insisted to continue with the booking and extended it for another 1 year and committed that if needed i will cancel it and refund the complete amount.
      Now when i have requested him to cancel this booking and refund my amount in april, this guy is making our life hell and has been troubling me since 2 months now making false commitments every other day that i will do it tomorrow or give me a week of time. Since last 2 weeks on every friday he is confirming that i have transferred the amount but nothing has been transferred to my account.
      I am in need of the money due to some issues but unfortunately have been in trouble and disappointed by their poor response and service.
      Please help me in getting my amount back.

        Due to some concern from country vacation couster care people said that they will refund the amount. Same thing they maild and give in written format also.
        But since one year i am waiting for refund and iam not using single befit from country vacation. But they postponing the refund by saying that there is delay from accounts side.

        Iam plaining to go legally against country vacation by the proofs i have, video recording, mail communication and voice recording.

          Hello

          I had subscribed for membership for country club in the month of may 2017. The money was paid on the same day.

          However till date i neither received the membership kit nor i was getting any updated frm the rm or his superior.

          Even after multiple calls and personally follow up to the club when i did not see anything working. I requested them to cancel my membership which also there is no help from them.

          Please help me release my 72, 000 deposit money along with interest for 2 months and 27, 000 rupees towards mental harassment and towards time and money invetsed in following through calls and personal visit to club.

            This is to inform you, i need my money back in my account as i do not have faith on the people who made fall promises.

            Let me tell you the scene.

            I reached at your office on 26th march 2017 and one of your representative named ""gaurav chaudhary"" made many promises and convecinge for your on going packages or deals.

            So, i tell him to mail me first then i will give money but somehow he convinced me to drop some token money (I. E rs. 10, 000) on behalf of all promises and opened my account (I. E country club
            I-d:ccdl62v10lb26804 with name of tulsi rana as user id) and rest of money will be given only after that mail... But till now i have not received any mail. He kept me on waiting till now.

            So sorry country club. I have not given my money in charity..
            I need my money back. I will give the proof of promises also like
            1. Waive off in amc
            2.10 year tenure will be cut down to 4 year and many more
            But none of on papers and now i lost my interest in country club membership.
            So please do a need full job and take action.

              We are feeling cheated. When we joined we were promised a lot including free trips to jim corbett park, dubai and seven days family holiday as also free air ticket. When we are trying to use these concessions, there is no response. No one picks up the phone. When we try to log on to countryclubworld.com/voucher, it says site cannot be reached.

              Do we take it that all our joining fee of nearly rs 2.5 lakhs has gone down the drain

                I had been called by country club today on 11 june 2017 for some free gifts.

                But in that 90 minutes they have totally brain washed us showing different holiday locations & schemes including 4/5 star stay at different locations etc.

                They asked for a payment of 1, 60, 000/- converted to emi of 24months though my credit card

                We are checking online are not 5 star they are not even 2-3 star and are worst places to visit. We are now depressed due to same. Please help us in refunding total amount we have paid and we want to cancel the membership.

                  When i went to country club wave mall, they promised me below written points :

                  1. 10 weeks holiday + 5 week in 10 years
                  2. Dae card + event + club +fitness + 6n /7 days in india + 2n/3 d in asia
                  3. I have to pay 10500 after 1 year for amc.
                  4. Total amount i paid rs 137000 and rs11836
                  5. Date[protected]
                  There is no other charges. But now when i started booking, they said, i have to pay amc then only i will able to book. So i paid amc as well. Now when i book a holiday, they are saying to pay 500 per night as utility charge which was not conveyed earlier. Also they are not giving me fitness and club. Before paying complete amount i was much interested in getting fitness, so they said, they are giving me fitness in package. At every step they have just cheated me. They said i will get interest free emi, but when i get call from bank, they are charging 15% interest on amount i converted to emi.
                  I do not want to go for country club membership. Please help me in getting my membership money refunded.

                  I had taken membership last and I was told the amount will be converted to emi.but later they said they are unable to do and will refund 10000 RS by cash and one year maintance fee will waved off.the same was assured by Bangalore shivajinagar branch manager Thilaka.
                  More than a year still they say they are processing.

                    Respected sir/madam,

                    I have taken a country club membership from pune in june 2013. The time when i purchased this product i was about to shift indore. So i told them that i am about to shift to indore, so there is no point in buying this from pune, but they told me that i can use country club facilities any where in the world free of cost, i can even transfer the membership from pune to indore free of cost. When i recieved the agreement copy and welcome call from country club team, since then i came to know about there false commitments and since then i am chasing to the manager (Vaibhav rathore) and he has been continuously saying i will resolve your problem and some time he says i am on leave and all and few months back i came to know that he has been fired because of false commitments to customer. There are many other fake promises which they have done, which are as follows:-

                    1) i received the welcome call from country club and they said me i need to pay rs 700 as a tax per day when i book holidays and vaibhav told me that there are no taxes, when i called vaibhav about this he told me that the tellecaller who called you was new so he doesn't know about the plan properly... But in reality i need to pay as when i booked my first holiday they asked me for the taxes.

                    2) i paid rs 70000 from my hdfc credit card and they told me it will be converted into 18 installments and there will be no charges for that, but they were asking for rs 2100.

                    3) they told me that amc charges need to pay till 5 yrs (Till my holidays) and that too when i book the holidays and also charges will be same that is rs 6000. But i guess as per agreement i need to pay lifetime as i am a lifetime club member and the amount will also change. They also told me that amc is for holidays but as per my understanding after seeing the agreement it is for the club.

                    4) they also told me that when i will book a holiday there will be free pick up and drop and free sights seeing but there were not free pick up and drops neither sight seein

                    5) this plan was for married couples they didn't tell me about that. The time when i took this plan i was just engaged and they asked me my fiancee name.. I told them... They have written that i am married on my account. But i got married this nov 30th, 2013. Vaibhav and shilpi has shown fake information for me to get eligible the for plan.

                    6) they told me that i can transfer to any city free of cost and now when i have shifted to indore they are asking for rs 3000.

                    I was in touch with a associate shilpiand she assured me that she will resolve my problem but now as per mr. Sandeep khadke and raghu chowdhary she also left the job.

                    No one is taking the responibility, i dont know what to do.. At the time of payment they have just given me starting 2 pages of document nothing was written in that. When i received the agreement all the commitments which were given to me was not there.

                    When they explain their plan they explain on plain paper to the customer, they do all the promises to the customer on plain paper and when i have shown them that paper mr. Raghu chowdhary says these papers are not valid, if these papers are not valid then why the hell they explain the plans on plain paper.

                    I have shifted to indore now and it's not possible for me to go pune, please let me know what can be done

                      Dear team, i'm the country club member (Cccn25v30lb59296) for the past few years and availed 30 year membership. Last saturday, 10th june 2017, the chennai customer care person called me & offered me the product for upgrading my a/c & also offered freebies for the same including iphone & additional holidays and took the payment of 50k without showing any document. Subsequently on monday, when i requested for upgradation, they informed me that my account wont be upgraded and only receive the freebies of i-phone & additional holidays. If i want to buy i-phone, i may very well buy from the shop rather than buying from country club. This was complete mis-sold to me and herewith requesting for the cancellation and refund of my money.

                        I am always regretting how i fell for these #, i paid 1, 65, 000 tot hem only to get my life disturbed.

                        I am sincerely advising people not to take the membership from them. This is more than three years that i have taken the membership but could use holidays only once because always they say the rooms are full.

                        The biggest headache you will face by taking the membership is disturbance from their call centre girls (Rarely boys disturb you). I doubt they are specially trained to harass customers and torture their customers.

                        I have requested them locally in bangalore including informing their office in person also calling their hyderabad office that i am not interested in their amc products and i would like to pay the amc annually. I even sent mails to what ever ids provided by various employees but to my utter disappointment the torture increased.

                        One of the girl even told me pay 30 years amc to avoid this torture.

                        There were days where even i abused them but no luck they are mastered to that also.

                        Is there any way whereâ â we can get out of this torture.

                          I am very disappointed i thought my life was too busy than i was decided to go out side and we take a vacation trip but with in 24 hours i decided to cancelled my vacation and i ask for return my amount. They said there is no criteria for refund but i am saying with in 24 hours i decided i was some financial issues, so dont taking your service and staff said ok mam will do one thing void your transaction and after one day they said you claim for icici because we are not get your money and he gives a charge slip also. Now completed 6 months i am not getting my money back i am requesting to you on high priority please resolve my issue as soon as possible because bank reply merchant is not showing any documents.

                            Hi I am Kaapa. Like many others that dissatisfy with Country Club I am one of them. I wonder how this club can still.operate despite having so many people complain. I hv never heard no refund can be done especialy in my case i just paid yesterday and I informed them i want to cancel my membership on the same night. It is very clear I have beem cheated. The relevent authorities meed to take action immediately before the continue cheating thousands of people. Have anyone successfully get ur money refunded? If yes please advice on what I should do. Thanks

                              Dear country club,
                              I have been con by the agents by making false commitment and sold me 50000 rs membership,
                              And what i found after buying it that everything is fake what they told from there mouth..
                              List of false commitments they made :

                              1. If you pay 50000 you will get a international holiday package.
                              False: i paid for the membership not for the holiday.

                              2. If you like this package you can continue with the membership and pay rest of the fee. I. E. 2 lacs something.
                              False: this is totally a lie there is nothing like this.

                              3. If you dont like the vacation you will get another vacation from country club free because you dont like the services.
                              False: same a lie how can a company give u this.

                              4. You can go with your 4 friends anywhere for 6 nights 7 days
                              False: when i talk to country vacations they said only for 2 people and its for 4 nights 3 days.

                              5. There will be only administration free you have to pay when you check in into the room.
                              False: i talked to dae live and they said 15000 extra charges you have to pay.

                              6. Talwalkars gym will be accessed by four person like your family members or friends, the fifth member also can go by paying some admin fees.
                              False: even they are not allowing me who is member, how can they allow rest of the people

                              Dear country club how your agents are doing or you are making them to do so. This is not a genuine method to grow and its very disappointing, i can't take it lightly bcz i took it for my 4 friends and as they all denied paying me 50000 bcz they are not getting any benefits so 50000 is from my pocket.
                              I want you to take some action against it or return my money otherwise ill go to the higher authorities and lodge a complaint against country club and their agents because now this is so frustrating.. And i need the fast result from you guys, i have attached​ the previous emails also.

                                I became country club member in sep 2016. Opted for 30 years blue membership. They misleaded us and sold membership and now we are trapped as whatever we say they show us rules and tell us you have signed on agreement so we cant do anything.

                                1. They sold membership saying amount will be coverted into emi withoit any interest. So we swapped credit card but did not received any msg for emi so after chasing them for 1 month they said amount will be convert into emi with interest.

                                2. Amc rules were not explained. After paying 2l rs. When i got welcome call that time i come to know we have to pay amc every year. Also come to know that even if we dnt use club we have to pay amc else we wont take yearly vacations.

                                3. Very bad service. Once they sold membership they stopped responding to our queries. Unethical behavior. I can show you emails we sent with no response from their side.

                                4. We want to cancel this membership and need our hard earned money back. We had raised dispute with citi bank but b'coz they have our signed on agreement so our dispute request failed.

                                Also 10K worth free flight coupen given was not working when we tried to book flight so we raised complained it took 2-3 weeks to trasfer our request to right department and till then voucher got expired. so we lost our 10K free voucher also just b'coz of pathetic response from country club customer care.

                                Last week we got call from cc amc department and then we come know that we have to pay amc irrespective o[censored]sing club services else we wont be able to use our holidays. this information were not given to us by Mrs. Smita.

                                  I've a membership from country club with number ccdl65bpclub30lb25640, availed on 22nd october'2016.

                                  So far things committed and explained to me, according to that i was fully unhappy with my very first experience with country club membership. It forced me to shorten my holiday from 3 days 2 nights (From 28th jan to 30th jan) to 2 days 1 night (From 28th jan to 29th jan) only.

                                  Here are bullet points:
                                  Gatekeeper won't have their ids, but have excuses stating gatekeeper during day time is having the same. I actually requested him to show, simply because of my wife and 4 years little daughter had afraid in evening as the way to resort was downstairs with no reverse road, while checking in.
                                  While check-in, i needed to wait for 20 mins once i'd asked for a glass of water for my wife.
                                  1 studio apartment (1 bedroom + 1 lobby + attached kitchen + attached bathroom) was committed to me, but where i was staying (Room no. 210), it was just a bedroom with attached bathroom and a balcony only. Because of no kitchen, i, with my wife, was missing the tea what we are fond of, and we won't be able to offer bournvita flavored milk to our little daughter.                                   There was a welcome treat with cup of tea, which i asked them to makeup with only milk, ginger, and cardamom (Elaichi); no water to be added. Still the tea provided to me was just to be unliked and i won't had that. And never asked them for tea again, not even with paranthas during breakfast.
                                  Committed to me to enjoy all activities in resort for free, while they offered me rs.1, 000 per member for only 4 adventure activities.
                                  I was asking them for what else event or activity is there to avail. But all they were clueless. Only revealed the single thing, while checking out, that they have table-tennis and carrom board as indore games, but i prefered to leave only.
                                  Resort guys were keeping all numbers of different service providers e. G. Wild safari. But while working there since long, they are still just aware of timings and cost of safari. It was big surprising to me a lot.
                                  Committed to me to avail 50% discount on food at resort, but i was forced to pay even (Unwillingly) 10% service charges, with no discount on food. And about the rates, they confirmed me rs.450 were be charged against 2 parantha and 2 omelette; so i choose to go with buffet in breakfast, which costs me rs.460.

                                  While checking out the room, resort team had created my video as my feedback.in video, i gave 1 star (Out of 5), simply because of good food quality only, and deduct 4 stars because of above said 8 points.

                                  We're there to celebrate my daughter's birthday, which we celebrated in day end by coming back to my home location, gurgaon, after travelling 8 hours.
                                  I'd realized that there is no other place where we can feel homely, and i'd lost more than 2 lacs in such a stupidity. I'm spreading these words in my circle, not to go with such a membership.

                                  As committed to me while purchasing this membership, please don't consider these days in my holiday day balance.
                                  And help me to sale out this membership to someone, i can bear with some discount to him as well.

                                  Hi Esha,

                                  Sakshi was just speaking and speaking, WITHOUT LISTENING, what I want to say.
                                  Rather than looking into the issue I'd faced, she was enforcing me to take care of any upcoming scenario myself.
                                  So I'd disconnected the call myself. Doesn't worth talking to her anymore.

                                  Solution to some issue, won't be taker care for next time only, all the time.
                                  Had she given me a chance to speak?

                                  Can someone else connect with me to listen me first at least, only then help me out?

                                    Country Club India — Country Club membership cancellation request raised on the next day!

                                    Hello Sir,

                                    Me and my husband got a call from Country club on 04.06.17 and we have attended the same. But in that 90 minutes they have totally brain washed and asked to make payment of Rs. 29000/- on the spot which we have done but they have not clearly conveyed any benefit and properties we are checking online are not 5 star they are not even 2-3 star and are worst places. We are now depressed due to same. Please help us in refunding total amount we have paid and we want to cancel the membership.

                                      This is the compliant regarding fraud member ship and travel allowances of the fraud country club bangalore outer ring road. They explained about membership, travel and vacation allowances those are provided by country club. Final amount was 1, 6, 7000, we payed 11, 000/- and assured that they would be sending the all membership cards and travel and vacation cards just in 10 days. But it has been more than one month and when we called they finally asking to pay the 40% amount only then they would be sending all the cards. There is a highly trained fraud manager by the name sundar reddy [protected]. Who is driving the fraud publicity on behalf of the country club outer ring road bangalore, and try to cheat the innocent people as extent as possible.

                                      There were around 116 families who were on the same day along with us.
                                      Each one had paid at least 10, 000/- amount
                                      116*10, 000 = 11, 60, 000/- total amount in one day from only one branch
                                      They have 4 branches in the bangalore.

                                      The managers are so trained in deceiving the even highly educated people like us, then people who are not educated is gone case.

                                      Please take severe action on these fraud managers and company.. Help us in getting our hard earned money back.

                                        Country club people given false commitment that we can use function hall as a member for function and we can give food management to anyone. And they told that if we want we can sale the card. And they will give me complete amount what we paid. Now when i am ready to cancel the card or to sale anyone. They are not giving my paid amount. Since 2 years i am facing this problem and they are not confirming anything nor giving amount neither giving all benefits of my membership card
