With regard to my ref#i wish to inform you that i have been duped of rs. 30, 000 by your company representative through intentional misrepresentation of facts tantamount to fraud. My membership number is ccdl216v5lb28250.

I had been invited with my spouse by one of your company representatives (Contact #[protected]) to receive a “free” holiday voucher of 6n/7d for holiday at fiery grillss, faridabad on 13 sept 2017. One, mr. Kumar aditya (Mobile#[protected]) chaired the meeting and gave me a few benefits to buy a holiday package of country club india ltd.

He offered me a complete holiday package not exceeding rs. 30, 000 (Rupees thirty thousand only) that included:

1. A completely free voucher for 6 n/7 d extra as a complementary gift.

2. Stay in a 5-star accommodation for maximum 21 days for 3 years (Maximum 7 stays each year).

3. Average maintenance charge per day stay applicable only upon booking a holiday. (Maintenance of approx. Rs. 1214 for each one-day stay i. E. A stay for 2 days accrues maintenance charge of approx. Rs. 2428 and so on. (Rs. 8500/7 days). This upkeep charge for 7-day stay was rs. 8500.00 maximum in a year and rs. 0 if no holiday utilized.

Upon agreeing to this offer, a personal detail form was given to me, partially filled and signed by me and my spouse as the agent did not let me fill three columns namely type of membership, membership fee and annual maintenance charges to be filled by his office after the payment. He took away the form. Then i made a payment of rs. 30, 000 as per our bond. On closure of the deal, the agent gave me some irrelevant documents and a copy of the approval form wherein the vacant three columns were incorrectly filled by his authority. (The writing of agent on the three columns of the form is clearly different from mine as i filled the form first, in italics). Now he returned the form with a different membership charge of rs. 70, 000 and annual charges of rs. 8500 contrary to our agreement. When i asked him to correct this price and membership variation, mr. Aditya reiterated that this form is not legally binding and that i will receive original contract (Of rs. 30000 plan) in 15-20 days from the company at my home address.in good faith, i complied because the copy of the approval form received by me did not bear the company seal or his attestation so it was void (Scanned form enclosed). The “free” gift voucher also had a fee of rs. 5500/- that he did not mention. I gave all my disclosures but received none in writing from aditya.

I received an email from country club india ltd. Later that night that detailed a membership of rs. 60, 000 and a mandatory maintenance charge payment of rs. 8500/- irrespective of my average stay visit. Then i called up country club to rectify this e-mail error and came to know:

1. That there was no 3-year holiday plan for rs. 30000/-.

2. That i had to mandatorily pay rs. 30000/- extra to get my plan.

3. That the maintenance charge of rs. 8500/- was not calculated on average day basis.

4. That i must need to pay rs. 8500/- yearly irrespective of my using the holiday or not.

I was aghast to have been cheated by the representative of an esteemed organization that i fully trusted. I contacted the ho helpline to give my complaint for which i am writing this to you (Ref#28250).

Please do note that i have brought up this issue with national consumer helpline also and my complaint id is 432156.

My only request is to cancel my policy and refund me back rs. 30000/- (Rs. Thirty thousand only) plus bank interest at the earliest as the contract stands illegal and nonbinding. I also want that mr. Kumar aditya (#[protected]) be blacklisted and charged with forgery and insidious behavior to harm customer interest done in a nonofficial setting (Under section 17 (3) and section 17 (4) of the indian contract act 1872).

I was told by country club executive over the phone line that since i had called in the cooling period, i will be getting the refund during the due course of time. I hope you abide by the promise and have me my full amount returned back as soon as possible.

    Please note that even though i am chasing quite long back, still my case has not been completed. There are 2 land registration still on pending one of them in flemingo nest and another one at hydarabab. For hydarabad registration i had full amount by march of this month and for flamingo nest was transferred from my earlier payment which had paid 2 years back.
    As i am trying to contact bahrain office looks office has been closed as nobody taking phone, even mr. Mukesh is out of the country also not responding either whatsup or phone call. Now i am in real trouble and might force for legal action. Please note that all the amount what i have been paid was paid through my citi bank credit card directly to country club hence i have all proof of payment. Hence it might not be difficult to go legally.
    I am chasing on regular basis to mr. Mukesh and bahrain office as well, but no good development. Hence i need urgent action to complete my both registration with immediate effect or please refund my money. Which already i am chasing with mukesh.
    Please look into my case urgently to avoid further inconvenience.

      Country club employees had offered me to allot 150sq yd plot at yadigiriguta with in 15 days and also develop the plot by constructing villa and hand over complete rights to me after 5 years. Though i paid full amount it's been more than a month that they didn't register plot on my name c kishore reddy (M: [protected]). I have been calling them and reminding them to fulfill things that they promised but there are fruitful actions being taken.

        As i had taken ken lifetime membership in year 2015. At that time sales officer told their is no extra charges after full payment. But regardless company people's pressuring for pay amc charges per year. I requested to give back my membership amount i paid or wave off all extra charges they charging

          Country club pune had charged rs. 60000 and given lot of fake promices. At the time of booking they assured that they provide 7d6n accomodation in 4-5 star resort. Additionally they will provide boat house, tree house, even accomodation in nijams palace in hydrabad etc.
          So naturally i impressed with their promises and paid the membership fees.
          Thst time i have no time to read the terms and conditions. But on the same day i came to know that county club is taking money and making us full. Immediately i called the representative and his manager for membership cancellation.
          They strictly denied and said cancellation is not possible where as it could have been done within 10 days. Thay didnt say anything about that.
          In next few days i have received a call from customer care if i am planning to travel somewhere or not. I did a general enquery about tree house, boat house facilities and they said they dont provide that type of service which was promised earlier.
          I have sent several emails and called to customer care but no response till now. I would say this type of worst service i have ever seen in my life.
          Those club memebers fake in nature.
          I want to cancel my memberahip now and need refund for membership fee.

            Hi team,

            I was approached by country club team (Cct) during june end with sms and mailers (Some promotional offer only for me) and then they asked for an appointment, i was not very keen but they insisted and thats how we fixed the appointment for july 2 around 11.30 am, so one of their representative mr. Imran shaikh (Mobile [protected], email [protected]@gmail.com), he briefed me for about an hour or so and offered me a lot of freebies with the club membership and he was constantly pushing me to buy the membership, so in the end i said if you promise to deliver whatever you said then i can proceed for the membership so he wrote the list of freebies and offers on a blank paper and told me that he will send the same through his mail as well and later the same offers will come on a company's letter head. I stay at bhayandar (W) so he told me that he has 2-3 more client in bhayandar (East) and that he will always be available for any kind of problem faced with cci, i believed him and then the deal was finalized at 225, 000 inr and i did 2 transations of rs 100, 177/- inr (Icici credit card) and another transaction of rs 125177/- inr (Yes bank credit card)

            I go a confirmation call from their head office soon after the transaction and they were repeating the offers and there was a mismatch in what was offered and what the caller was repeating but the salesperson asked me to just say yes to everything and convinced that he will get all these offers updated against my membership.

            Below is the list of offers
            55000/- cash back we have given on the amount of 2, 80, 000/- as you have done full payment.
            Iphone 5s
            8000/- worth flight travel vouchers
            2000/- lunch or dinner voucher in any clubs
            3nights 4days in bangkok
            3nights 4days in malaysia
            3nights 4days in domestic
            2 bonus weeks in dae
            3nights 4 days also and 2 bonus weeks every year with processibg charge applicable

            All these details was mailed to me by the sales person (Imran shaikh) through his gmail, so when i received the mail i insisted to send me from his official mail id for which he gave me some lame excuse and so i was not convinced and then when i enquired on the cci feedback online i was scared and decided to cancel my membership, so when i mailed them to cancel my mebership their one representative "kajal swamy" (Email - [protected]@countryclubmail.com) contacted me and asked why i want to cancel so i explained all the thing and she tried to convince me again, but this time i was firm but they didn't cancel my membership and didin't refund my amount so i raised a dispute with the banks (Icici & yes bank) for holding the payment as bank generally transfer to merchants within 45 days.

            There was no amc for the first year and still i am getting reminders from their end to pay amc for first year when i have not used their services as well

            Please help me cancel the membership and refund my amount.

                  Me and my husband was invited as we were one of the lucky couple to recieve gift voucher.. Mr punnet, mr raman, mr manish offered us lifetime membership with tempting offers such as 10000 cashback, return air ticket in anywhere indiamond, lifetime membership of gold gym, 10 yrs of free hotel stay of 7 days 6nigths... Food vouchers ercetc... Only condition was that we have to pay at that moment else we can get any benefit... Till now we have been chasing nothing is given... Now we have come to known fraud has happened with us... Daily they are calling many families and doing fraud with everyone... Request you to help me and everyone by stopping this... Also i want my money back.

                  Nidhi julka CCDL10CLUB28084 on 24th August we got call from sangeeta [protected] and shikha [protected] that we have won lucky draw which we fill in reliance mart of crown interior mall, faridabad. ..repeatedly they called me on 24th August asking me to collect my gift from surajkund country club. ..me and my husband ajay reached there around 8.20. .we were greeted very well by Mr Manish, Mr raman, Mr punnet they said we have won 7 days 6 nigth free holiday stay and told us tempting offers on payable of 92000 we will get following
                  1 lifetime membership of country club
                  2 all events and star nights free for lifetime
                  3 10000 dd return within 10 12 days
                  4 return airtickets of 2 people with 4 days and 3 nigth stay in India
                  5 birthdays and anniversary dinner with cake for lifetime
                  6 free lifetime membership of gold gym and talwarkars gym all over India and abroad
                  7 10 yrs of holiday offering 7 days and 6nigths stay in India and abroad for free. .

                  They convinced both o[censored]s, we even ask why and how can country club this much. .they convinced us that they are celebrating 25 yrs and you are selecting among lucky member who can avail offers.
                  We were fully convinced and made payment over there. .on asking written agreement they said it's now 12am you will recieve on mail.
                  Next day in mail it was only club mentioned and nothing else. ..they said wait for agreement to come. ..it will be mentioned in that
                  After 15 days when agreement came still club was mentioned. .
                  On repeatedly requesting we mail at there customer care. .they said only club is mentioned and only club is given. ..after 25 days we understand fraud has happened with us. ..Mr raman and mr Manish is talking and misbehaving so rudely. ..Mr punnet is not coming on phones. ..
                  Have gone through this complaint sites so many people have been complaining. .if this would have been taken care by police or govt this wouldn't have happened with us. .
                  Although I am going to complaint everywhere even to pm also...and will figth unless and until they give me offers as promised and stop making fool of innocent people. .
                  Pls take nessceery action against Mr raman [protected] and mr Manish [protected]

                    Hi my self girish s & i have the similar experience from this cheating club. Infact we were in middle family and strive hard to lead a life. As most of them told i also got a call for receiving gift infact initially i rejected that. Again they keep calling & trapped me here. As soon as you enter the meeting room you will be welcomed very nicely by introducing you to other members who where there and they started clapping as you enter. Then comes a very very smart marketing guy showcasing the countryclub as an heaven and start exploring them. What ever you ask you will get a very very positive and attractive answers and remember we just obey his words and not even have patience to see what marketing guy told us is written in the document or not. Finally he trapped me 1st level.

                    For membership they told 40k. I told i have not brought money. Then they told that they will arrange instant credit card. Even bank people are supporting this cheating club.

                    Shame shame to all the bank officials involved with this cheating club. Remember that you people are spoiling hard earned money of the individuals and god will definitely punish you one day for this.

                    Infact 2nd level trapping with credit card not agreed by me & i told i am not interested in credit cards. Luckily i escaped from this trap.

                    But again he conveyed me like anything and forced me to swipe my debit card to 10k. I was keeping that to pay my other loans but due to his words i was convinced to swipe 10k and left the place with gifts vouchers (Not with gifts).

                    They told me to pay balance 30k with in 15 days.

                    After 3 days luckily in media tv9 channel shown the fraud about this club most of them were scolding about there wrong promises and the difficulty they faced during the vist to their club. I immediately called the marketing guy to see his response on this he told all things doing by media is just for money. Just for money they are putting the comments on country club like this. Wait our management will face this issue and let you know the status. I told him i dont want to get into this anymore. You cancel and refund my amount.

                    From next day i could not reach the guy or manager or any one who i met their.

                    So finally they trapped me. I personally gone there and they made me to wait their for very long time and they told manger is not available. After that i could not meet them. I called customer care and asked for refund but no response.

                    Finally i decided ok i lost my 10k due to my ignorance and i kept quiet. After a year i got a call from county club to pay the amc. I was totally shocked.

                    My question here is -

                    1] i have not seen or visited country club at all. Then how can they charge the amc for me.

                    2] other thing i have paid only 10k and how can they consider me as a member?

                    3] i lost my money for just attending the meeting. They are very clever and making the meeting with peoples cost but peoples are not aware.

                    Now i need my money back and cancel the member ship. They are telling now i cant cancel i need to transfer to any other person. Why should i transfer this cheating membership?

                    Its very clear from the forum that majority of them got cheated. They are cheating the educated guys like us. If we leave them as it is then definitely they will cheat whole world like this one day. We should do something as a group to close this cheating club at the earliest. Let us start a group and we will join together and make a big group to kick this cheating club before looting others money. Lets put our hands together and strive for justice.

                    Looking at the above complaint i request the concern to recover my hard earned money & help me to cancel my membership. I look forward for justice.

                      My self supriya kale,
                      I purchased country club membership on (07.09.2017) and cancelled during (14.07.2017) cool off period. But instead of postie response. After lots of headache you send mail for cancellation confirmation mail and after that second mail was like this "with reference to your mail and telephonic conversation regarding membership cancellation. This is to inform you that all country vacation memberships (Partly paid or fully paid). Is non refundable under any circumstances once the purchase is made. However a membership can be transferred, through your own contacts. Country vacations does not sell or assist in terms of contacts."

                      Its fraud only nothing else.

                      My complaint is not resolved till date.Country club sent me mail all amount are non refundable, and there executive told me what you want to do, go ahead. Below is the mail which i received from this FRAUD people. Dear supriya kale with reference to your mail and telephonic coversation regarding membership cancellation. This is to inform you that all Country Vacation memberships (partly paid or fully paid). Is non refundable under any circumstances once the purchase is made. However a membership can be transferred, through your own contacts.                         Hi. Some one called from country club in koramangala office.
                        They have informed you got prize to collect in near sarjapur.
                        I have gone sarjapur. They told some offer for membership.
                        They told less prize for member 15000 & 25000.
                        They clearly told no additional charges and emi no interest
                        Charges.. After member ship. None of things was matching.
                        I have called though guys nobody not responding,
                        I called and checked with conutry club customer care.
                        They saying, whom you have contacted same person reach
                        But now none of the person was reachable to contact..
                        They totally cheating... I am middle class family..
                        Totally gone...

                        Now they saying 115000 balance need to pay and amc -
                        10500 need pay yearly saying...

                        When it will get resolve. As per agreement, They have to refund the money for cancellation. Its already more than 180 days for cancellation. i have tried to reach many times with central customer care but there is no proper response... i have sent mail many times as well.

                          We have been following for last 6 years with concerned officers for de-marking this land. But concerned officers are not responding to our phone call and we are not getting any feedback on exact status of de marking.

                            Mr. Shahnawaz qureshi from your office visited me on the 7th of july & offered me a holiday package at a great discount amouting to about 180000/- for which he asked me to pay a initial payment of rs.10200/- which he assured us would it would be fully refunded.in an eventuality that i do not go ahead with thos scheme,
                            But due to him not informing me about the amc charges of rs.10500/- hence we cancelled the order and asked for a refund but till date that is almost 75 days have passed without any responses, furthermore mr. Shahnawaz qureshi does not even have the courtesy to attend my calls. If in case thw company is going through financial crisis. You may pay me in monthly installments of as little as rs. 2000/- each.                               I am the member of country club vide membership no. Cvvz2club[protected] from estd. 2012 but i did not use my membership due to sudden irregularity sevice of my job. I worked at mnc organisation but unfortunately resigned from my service on october 2013 and after that i faced financial problem with my family. Now i am working at a tiny organisation with low salary. So i could not continue my membership even i could never use this membership. If you consider my case and take action humanity ground i may grateful to you and i also servive my family from my financial stringency. I therefor request you please take action and oblige.

                              I m feeling cheated since last 12 years. Request to refund my hard earned money as cheated by country vacations.
                              I paid around 1 lakh and they provided 2 plots in Kanamamma chathiram Golf village but i dont have idea where it is also.
                              Membership amount also paid but till now we do not avail a single benefit as these people are sending mail every year for renewal.

                              Kindly cancel my membership and return back the money with interest as of now status otherwise resale my 2 plots with good rate.

                                Country club pune had charged rs. 60000 and given lot of fake promices. At the time of booking they assured that they provide 7d6n accomodation in 4-5 star resort. Additionally they will provide boat house, tree house, even accomodation in nijams palace in hydrabad etc.
                                So naturally i impressed with their promises and paid the membership fees.
                                Thst time i have no time to read the terms and conditions. But on the same day i came to know that county club is taking money and making us full. Immediately i called the representative and his manager for membership cancellation.
                                They strictly denied and said cancellation is not possible where as it could have been done within 10 days. Thay didnt say anything about that.
                                In next few days i have received a call from customer care if i am planning to travel somewhere or not. I did a general enquery about tree house, boat house facilities and they said they dont provide that type of service which was promised earlier.
                                I have sent several emails and called to customer care but no response till now. I would say this type of worst service i have ever seen in my life.
                                Those club memebers fake in nature.
                                I want to cancel my memberahip now and need refund for membership fee.

                                  Country club durgapur had charged me r.14500and did not povide any booking facility. At the time of booking they assured that they provide us confirm booking at the month of december on goa. But later they denied. Their representative mr mahato is a big fraud person. At the time of booking he assured me of hundred percent confirm booking but at last fraud me.

                                    Sir,
                                    On the 26th of march, 2017, my husband, mr. P. S. Gopal got a call from the country club representative inviting us for a presentation on the country club offers. We had received such calls earlier as well but we never accepted them. On that day since we were already at the korum mall, thane, west (Country club india outlet) we decided to go as we genuinely wanted to know what it was all about.

                                    One mr. Amol nikam made a presentation of about 1 hr to us and also made his director mr. Rajbirluthra talk to us. We were impressed by their impeccable and polite behaviour. When we expressed our inability to make the entire payment, mr. Luthra convinced us to make a part payment of rs. 36172/- through my credit card emi option. To my query as to whether we could avail any holiday without making the full payment, we were categorically informed that we certainly can and mr. Luthra implored us to try their talegaon property so as to satisfy ourselves about their standard and quality.

                                    These were all oral promises which we believed in good faith as it was from the representatives of country club which we believed had some reputation and credibility. When we asked for a copy of the agreement, we were told that we will get it after the completion of some formalities and signature of the company’s authorised signatory. We were also assured that we would get a membership card once we submitted the required documents and we could download the mobile app through which we could access the services. We had no reason to disbelieve as it was from country club.

                                    After making the payment on reaching home, i somehow felt that something was not right and there were many facts which were left unexplained in the presentation and i couldn't sleep that night. I immediately requested mr. Luthra vide my email dated 27th/march, 2017 (Reproduced below) to cancel my membership as i had changed my mind and needed some time to think over. As expected, he expressed his inability quoting the company policy of no refund. I was in total despair.

                                    After some days mr. Amol, called me for the documents so that they could complete the formalities and give us the membership card. I went and gave them everything as requested. When i checked with mr. Luthra about the promised holiday, he once again assured me (Orally) that it can be planned any time on short notice even during peak season and that i could renew the membership after satisfying myself of their services. We once again believed in good faith. Then it so happened that due to health issues, we could not plan any holiday or even get in touch with country club.

                                    About two weeks back i thought of planning a 4 day holiday to celebrate my husband's birthday on the 9th of september. This, i thought would give me an idea of the quality of the country club properties and would help me to make up my mind about the renewal. I first called mr. Amol who told me that he has left the company and directed me to mr. Luthra. I then called mr. Luthra who said he will have to check my status and promised to get back the next day. Over the next week he was on leave for ganapati then he was unwell and then again on leave. So we couldn’t plan any thing. We therefore, approached mrs bhavna for some assistance. Since we could not get access over the phone and was told to message, we thought of visiting the centre for a face to face discussion as time was running out.

                                    We met the lady and gave our request. We also told her about the difficulty with the app which was not opening with the user name and password even when she tried. She promised to check with her back office and revert the next day. Over the past two weeks we have been trying desperately to get the feedback from mrs bhavna, only to be told that there was no availability of rooms in our choice of destination and that we should have given them time and that we have made only a very small part payment etc.. We have received no update about the app password issue and have been told that the agreement copy and membership card will be given only after we make the full payment. I curse myself now for not having taken a picture of the agreement.

                                    I could finally get in touch with mr. Luthra on 1st of september and now he informs me (On the telephone) that since we enrolled as members in march, 2017 and now from july as gst is applicable, all the part payment proposals are now invalid and we have to validate it by making fresh payment. He offered me a 5 year holiday package for a final payment of rs. 60000/- which i could avail by paying only the additional amount after deducting the money already paid to them otherwise my membership will remain invalid till i renew. He also confirmed that i cannot even avail a short holiday which he had earlier promised because of the changed situation. So the net result is that i have lost my rs. 36172/- for no services in return and in the absence of any written document or a membership card and because of the invalidation of the contract and the absence of access to the app because of the unresolved password/username issue, we are in a very vulnerable position as a customer with no where to go.

                                    I must mention here that i fail to understand one thing. How can a customer’s membership be treated as invalid during the validity of the agreement as per the terms which were to be valid for one year after which we had to pay the remaining amount and complete the procedure. The reason accorded for this is gst. I can understand if i am told to pay the difference in taxation after july as the rules have changed but simply invalidating my agreement and telling me to pay up now on a new offer beats my logic. The most important thing is that i have not even been informed by the cc representatives that they are invalidating my membership and that the conditions have changed. It is only when we approached them as innocent customers to plan a holiday that we are informed on the phone about the new developments. How can one change the terms of a contract/agreement during its validity? How legal is the act of invalidating the agreement without the consent of the customer who is a party to the agreement. This cannot be legally tenable. Since no copy of the agreement is given to the customer we can’t be sure about anything. I only hope that no forgery or fraud takes place.

                                    Further, if at all the terms are changed despite enrolling as members on a different set of terms and conditions, shouldn’t i be given an option to cancel the membership and refund made to me as the conditions have not been altered because of me. I have not invalidated the membership. The amount of rs. 36172 /- was paid by me on the agreed condition that i have to pay the remaining amount on the completion of one year at the time of renewal. The reason for not allowing any services till renewal is ridiculous. To me it appears that the company is indirectly forcing the part payment customers to renew or convert the agreement so that they don’t lose the gst in case the customers don’t renew. This is absurd.

                                    I am completely disillusioned as a customer. I am convinced that the act of country club of invalidating my membership during its currency of an agreement and not providing me the agreement copy or membership card as promised and trying to change the terms of the agreement on the pretext of gst applicability is definitely illegal.in the event of any change, the customer should have been given the option to cancel the membership and the money should have been refunded if the customer was not willing to go with the new terms. The straight forward and ethical thing for the company to do was to make an agreement only to the effect of part payment made and make clear cut offers to that effect and include any other fresh terms and conditions at the time of renewal with a fresh renewal agreement taking into account the changed scenario. Trying to convert the agreements to the advantage of the company through dubious means by telling the customer that you either take our offer or your money is gone is plain and simple intimidation. The company's intention seems to be to somehow pull on till the renewal date and then terminate the membership and put the responsibility on me. How unethical, immoral and shameful can this be! And the worst thing is that nothing is given to the customer in writing in case of being a part payment member. I have already written a mail to the country club representative to confirm his telephonic conversation and i am awaiting his reply.

                                    If a company of repute like country club cheats its innocent customers with false promises and unethical practices, it is indeed a very pathetic state of affairs. On a perusal of your site i realised that i am not the only person who has been duped. By talking the vulnerable customer through the most polite manners and not allowing him to even read the terms of the contract and not giving him a copy of it even after promising to do so, the company is displaying the most corrupt practice. Taking the signature of the customer by making false promises and then holding it against him to dupe him is not what one expects from such big companies like country club india.

                                    I hope my grievance does not fall on deaf ears and at least someone higher up in the company's hierarchy takes customer's plight seriously. I therefore request you to cancel my membership and return the money paid by me to the tune of rs. 36172/- and pull up your representatives for tarnishing the image of the company.

                                        My name is shatabdi gorai. I have paid 26000 rs for the membership in country club on 25th august 2017. When i reached the office after getting their call about winning a free holiday trip they forced us to take the membership for different packages. Even they did not give us the time to read the agreement paper. Though i told them about my physical condition, and also clearly said that in this situation i am not be able to take the advantage of the membership because of my physical condition. Bt they forcefully did the agreement. Now my doctor has prescribe me for bed rest.in such condition i am not be able to take the membership. So i want to cancel the agreement and also want my money back as soon as possible.
