Sir,
This is regarding our payment onto membership in country vacations. We visited country club, unit no. 104, first floor, akruthi smc, lal bahadur shastri road, near khopat bus depot, khopat junction, thane west, thane, maharashtra 400601 on 4th sept 2016. We paid 75, 000 for the membership. I received receipt in my email. I didn't get my membership number. I am tired of waiting for the same. I need my money back. I do not need a membership anymore in country vacations.

    We have taken the country club membership in mumbai (Kandivali) on 18th jun 2017. The deal given as discussed verbally was for 65000... Where we have to pay one shot full payment of 92000 and inthe cash back scheme we will get 27000 returned by then in 2 instalments in 2 months from the day of mrmbership.. It has been 5 months since, but the sales staff is just making false promises. I have even tried escalating this complaint to their higher authorities but no one is bothered to look into my problem. I have literally requested and begged for the cash back as i have taken it as a loan and have to retuyrn the same. My only mistake was i did not take it in writing from mr deepak soni the sales manager of country club kandivali by keeping good faith in him and his company. But i think they are just here to cheat the members and don't intend to return any money. May i please request someone to look into this matter and help.

      I paid rs 500 as advance for the trip service and i mentioned i want to refund the amount rs 500 if iam not taking the service. On the next day i informed that i am not interested to have the service and asked for the refund but more than 3 months i am not getting the amount

        Hello,
        I was at amnora mall & i met paras & makrand from the country club team, they lied & sold me the country club membership stating there are no other charges apart from amc & the membership to book your holidays. We call the call centre to book international holidays & find out that we need to pay additional amount of 30000 thirty thousand to dae service before we book their international package & plus the taxes of the hotels booked internationally.
        They also did not inform their service is not available to all the countries when we spoke to the call centre they informed country club is only in asia. We are mislead & incorrectly informed that they are present in 190 plus countries. We have paid 2.25 lakh rupees. We need a refund please guide us how do we go about it.           Hello sir,

          I am sonia dhamija, married to pankaj gauri. We were invited for a country club presentation in evok store in kirti nagar new delhi on 24th september 2017. There we met aditya rajput who gave the presentation to us.

          We trusted the sales person and the one of the most important reasons was that they had tie up with hdfc and other renowned bank brands like icici for the instalments.
          Finally the sales person aditya along with his boss puneet and others were able to sell the membership making a lot of big promises and commiting a high class customer service.
          Below are the details of the membership we bought-

          Membership no: ccdl213v10lb28334

          Category : no club + 10 yrs 6n7d blue u12

          Start date : 24th september

          They (Aditya rajput and team) gave us the presentation for around 45 minutes explaining the great benefits of the membership. Below were couple of the false promises or statements they made while selling the membership:

          1. All of our properties and associated properties are 4 star or above.
          However, almost all of their properties are 3 star and i was surprised to see that.

          2. You just need to book your rooms 20 days in advance and you will never face any problems in booking.
          However, i have been trying to make the booking with them in 2 to 3 months advance time period and they are not able to give me the booking as committed. Everytime they come up with some clause or flaw which is disgusting.

          3. You can book as many rooms as you wish based on your membership and nights available. You can take your guests and relatives along.
          However, when i asked them to book the rooms for me and my relatives (More than 2), they said i can not book more than 2 rooms which again left me to surprise as we were committed something totally different.

          4. There is a cool - off period of 10 days with in which you can cancel your membership.
          However, i called the customer care with in 4 days and they denied there is no such policy.

          5. As we were interested in resorts with in delhi ncr, they showed us pics of best western resort in ggn, and when enquired about singapore, he showed the orchid resort,
          However upon enquiring for booking the rm informed that there were disputes going on in these properties from the last 7 months and this should have been told to us by aditya and other sales persopnell.

          -6. They promised us food vouchers of rs. 8000 and upon requesting the same puneet chauhan have forwarded 3 food coupons of rs 500 and that too with so many terms and conditions.
          When asked puneet about it, no responses at all.

          7. While talking to rm - nitesh, he clearly says that mam you know these sales people, if they don't talk big during sales presentation who will buy this product.

          8. I have been following up with all the channels to get a copy of my agreement which i signed on that day and no one is sharing the same with me. This is frustrating me so much.

          9. Upon sending an email to cc to cancel my membership and get refund, they very rudely say that there is no condition we refund, go ahead and transfer your membership if you don't like.

          10. There are no responses from the cc officials which makes things more annoying. We didn't pay this much money, just to be in such a miserable situation.

          This is disgusting and i feel we are badly cheated. This seems to be a pure scam and i am not sure that does country club enforces this or its just some of the sales people who use these dirty tricks to make new members.

          When i search for similar complaints, i see a lot and i think consumer court needs to take a very strict action against this. We have paid our hard earned money just to enjoy our vacations, however this is ruining our mental peace.

          With above said, i am very much dissatisfied with the services and fake promises which were made and i would request consumer court support in getting my refund. I think this is illegal. I have been mentally harassed in the last month following up with cc officials and getting to know all promises were fake and need my refund. Also there should be an action against the officials who talk so big and make fool out of people.

            Sir,
            I dont want your membership. You cheated me on the price of 5year plan and your resorts are not good as per your old customers says and also they said that your booking is always shows full. And no dedicated contact no for make booking and any other consumer help portal. And after reading all the revies and witnessing ureliable, non-stable promises.
            So i dont want your membership so cancel my membership and i want my refund back in my card which is rs.10000/- in words ten thousand only.

            So process it as soon as possible.

            i also try to contacting local (Jaipur) agent i.e. Miss Neetu Singh, from the 5th day after making payment. but no satisfactory answer yet. they said we process your request to our senior and they will talk you.
            but still no response. that was seems like fraud. so can anyone help me on this matter otherwise i will go consumer court for same.

            I have taken coutrup club membership there is total fraud commitments employees and they have taken my money 1 lakh .through creditcard and debit card .on June 2016.they have commitment 1.10 lakh membership.still they are not given to my money refund also they have given refund letter so kindly do needful.

              I have also been cheated from the same person in the same office.
              We were sold the membership on 10th july and still struggling for the refund. Even though we made the written mail to them for cancellation on 12th july only.

              Mr ashwani and mr ashish has cheated and manipulated us in selling country club membership by making false written commitments. Even though membership services and features which were committed by mr ashish and ashwini are in written and duly signed by him. However, they are not getting honored now. Mr ashwani first quickly got the credit card swiped even without getting the other needed formalities and paper work completed. Mr ashwani and mr ashish tricked my wife in signing the agreement by hurrying me and not giving me an opportunity to go through the agreement while i was out for a call for a some time. He took advantage of my circumstances as i was in a hurry. Mr ashwani also cheated us by filling the amc amount only after getting the approval form signed by us. Since the credit card transaction happened at the time when the country club office was closing, around 9.32 pm we were not allowed to go through the agreement and documents. Somehow we manage to get a copy of terms and condition page on which my wife signed.

              When we gone through in detail, we got to know that how much fake promises they made us and t&c page tells a different story.

              We made an official complain over phone on 11th july 2017 and when no response recieved we raise the request officially in written via email to "[protected]@countryclubmail.com". However, merchant has been refusing so far saying fees is non-refundable.

              We also had a discussion with mr. Sachin yadav (Branch head country club india noida office) but he alsways try to avoid us and behaved rudely sometimes and asked us to contact help desk team for refund. But we were not aware that this is all a conspiracy and we are dealing with such professional cheaters.

              Following written false commitments by mr ashwani tyagi (Country club manager) were made to us-
              50% discount on mac charges for lifetime
              First visit to any destination will be sponsered by country club
              Fooding and sighseeing will be provided by country club for free of cost
              Guaranteed booking confirmation if booking done in 15 days - 30 days in advance under this special and exclusive vacation ownership scheme
              Free access to all clubs, fitness center and country club events for 10 years.

              The above statements were totally contradictory with the statement given in t&c page.

              We has a conversation with their relationship manager sakshi nanda and she initially denied to process refund. But after several mail exchenges she agreed to process our cancellation and refund. Everytime we called sakshi, after 10 -15 attempts she pick the call and always say that internally we are processing your request and afetr 3 months she said this is pending with our account team now and will get processed after diwali 2017 vacations.

              After diwali when we called the we got to know by ms. Ruchika that sakshi has left the organization and there is no such approval is in process for us.
              She said that she will talk to sachin yadav (Branch head country club india noida office) and will process our request. But from that day she is not answering our calls and [protected]@countryclubmail.com is not replying to our mails.

              Please help me in this case and suggest what should i do in this.

                We went on 28/10/17 to their office and found out that my phone number and address was entered by them in the coupon. It was around 9 pm and by then all had lunch left. We were laced in the drink and did what they told us to do. They asked for rs. Two lacs but as i had two credit card they swiped the card and withdrew rs.1.55 lacs. Hurriedly they told us to sign the agreement without going through the same and after reaching home i went through the same and found out that what they told and what is written is totally different. Next day went to their office and told the same and requested them to cancel the membership and refund the money back which they denied to adhere the same. We are sr. Citizen people and it's difficult to confront them for the money. Pl help us in getting back the hard eatned retirement benefit which is very essential for our survival.

                Please let me know the update of my request for cancellation of my membership.
                Inspite of my repeated emails to Country Club Vacation club they have not replied nor contacted me I am very perturbed that being a Sr elderly couple this is how they are being cheated by some unscrupulous people and clubs in the name of membership. I had given Rs.1.55 lacs of our hard earned money and they are not refunding the money nor giving any communication when they will return the money. Government of India should take up with these unscrupulous companies/clubs for cheating elderly people. Pl help me in getting my money back which will help us to live some days more otherwise no option but to kill us.

                  I have been cheated by on of your employee named amol nikam and ms. Bhavna from maharashtra thane west korum mall branch, he had sold me membership worth rs 50, 000 (3yrs) for club + vacation + dae, when i had started getting calls to pay remaining amount of membership i was shocked and the person who had sold the membership has left the organisation, later on i have been in contact with mr rajveer lurhra as per him he said there is no such membership exists as it was a false commitment and illegal, he said he will get the same done with paying more 15 thousand for the same membership for 5 yrs, i have paid 15, 000 as suggested by him for realignment of membership with all approvals, also he said for that i have to sign another agreement which would be legal, now here is the problem, he is saying the membership will be only for vacations for 5 yrs and he told me to write the on blank paper and sign it, is this a way to behave and why should i agree for downgrade my membership with only vacation.

                  At the time of getting welcome call ms bhavna and mr amol nikam said to say yes from my behind for all their welcome call questions.

                  Also there were other commitments also but that also were not fulfilled like 55, 000 travel vouchers and 5000 cash back...

                  I have paid 65, 000 in total. I want my membership to be realigned as per commitments or complete refund.

                  Please look into the matter and revert at the earliest.

                    Dear sir/madam we r called by employees of country vacations club saying to collect gift vouchers for vacation won by me on lucky draw from coupons they collected in trendset mall vijayawada. After going there they have gave a seminar of 4-5 hours about company and they forced me to make payment on same day without giving time to me to think whether to take membership or not and they said it can be cancelled i[censored] r not intrested with in 10 days time. But on second day it self i. E on[protected] i called them and asked for refund of amount but they denied as there is cooling period for 10 days. So please refund my amount as i am not intrested and there is no loss to company also. I have paid money on[protected] in vijayawada country vacations club office near p w d grounds bus stop. The head of department of that office is lady name jeevitha madam. So kindly instruct her to refund my amount as this is second day only

                      I had registered another complain against this company. Someone had read that complain and pretend as advocate and looted 15000 inr from me.

                      He had shared the cheques in the name of mine from ccil to get the processing fee. Once i transferred the fee, they stopped responding.

                      Help me in getting the complete amount to resolve the issue.

                          My parents took country club membership by paying rs 100000 one month back at bhopal. Buy after paying the amount when they realized that false promises have been made and going through country clubs services reviews it's not reliable. They now want refund of the same. But none of it's agent replying and have shut down the office. We are tired now chasing these people.
                          How can these people play with innocent people.
                          They don't care about people's hard earned money. Please refund our money.

                          There is a country club at Attibele.. It was poorly maintained..
                          No facilities such as Gym, Swimming pool not clean, food, indoor etc..

                            5 years before we got a call from country club stating that we won the lucky draw and they asked us to come and collect the gift. When we reached there they said we had to attend a session which would be formal and mandatory to collect the gift. Myself and my would be both o[censored]s attended the session and they explained us about their offers and packages and they were impressin us with all their facilities and resorts. When we said we will think about this and take the membership once we get married, they said its only that day offer and forced us to take the membership where they swiped my cc for 10, 000 ruppees. Later when we reached home and searched on internet we came to know that we were cheated and asked them to refund the money. But got a response as we have to pay the rest of the amount and then ask for cancellation. We were not in a position to pay such huge amounts and knowing its a cheating company we ignored. But now after 5 years these people has started making calls to us to continue membership. We said multiple times as we cannot continue the membership but we are getting repeated calls and this is giving us mental tensions.

                            Need some urgent help on this as we dont want to fall into the trap again and wanted to avoid this unwanted calls.

                              This is in context to my membership with country club india (Rajouri garden, new delhi branch). I have applied for country club membership (5 years plan) on 9th september 2017 and made a payment of rs.65, 000. My membership number: ccdl10b5lv28211.

                              I have been invited with my spouse by one of your company representative (Nidhi to receive a ‘free’ voucher of 6n/7d for holiday). Mr. Akhtar chaired the meeting and gave me a few benefits to buy a holiday package of country club india ltd. He offered me a complete holiday package for 5 years not exceeding rs.65, 000/- (Rupees sixty five thousand only) that included:

                              1. Stay in a 5-star accommodation for maximum 51 days (35+ 21days) for 5 years.

                              2. A complimentary increase in period of stay to 5 weeks to 8 weeks (3 weeks more) with the approved payment of rs 65000/-.

                              3. Average maintenance charge would be applicable from september 2018. We can avail the services without paying the amc.
                              Even though amc promised to be paid in september 2018 is rs 34000/-. (One time payment)

                              Upon agreeing to this offer, a personal detail form was given to me, partially filled and signed by me and my spouse as the agent did not let me fill three columns namely type of membership, membership fee and annual maintenance charges to be filled by his office after the payment. He took away the form. Then i made a payment of rs, 65, 000 as per our bond. I made the payment by icici card. I kept on requesting them for some receipt or some written assurance that i have made a deal with country club. But nothing was provided to me. Mr akhtar and miss nidhi promised that after 15 days, i will receive the membership card. After 20 days, i called mr. Akhtar and enquired about the membership card. Mr akhtar answered due to navratri festive season we will receive the card after a week.

                              After a week, mr akhtar called me and told that a wrong form was filled and your form for approval was rejected. We visited them again with a hope but to our surprise every commitment made by mr akhtar and nidhi changed.
                              1. As per them first we have to pay for the extra 3 weeks given by them. Extra 3 weeks cannot be availed without payment.
                              2. We have to pay the amc now and instead of rs 34000/- it becomes rs 38000/-.
                              3. We cannot utilize the holidays until unless we pay the amc.
                              4. To our more surprise, they do not have the contact number of hyderabad or greater kailash.
                              5. The deal earlier signed was null and we need to sign another deal (If the deal is null then means no membership)

                              Whatever was committed by these two was now totally fake.

                              If our previous form had been voided and our membership was cancelled so we should be refunded our money.

                              I was aghast to have been cheated by the representative of an esteemed organization that i fully trusted. I contacted the hq helpline to give my complaint.

                              My only request is to cancel my policy and refund me back rs. 65000/- (Rs. 60000+ rs 5000 bank interest) at the earliest as the contract stands illegal and nonbinding. I also want that mr. Akhtar and miss nidhi to be blacklisted and charged with for forgery and insidious behavior to harm customer interest done in a nonofficial setting (Under section 17 (3) and section 17 (4) of the indian contract act 1872).

                              I was told by country club executive over the phone line, i will receive the refund during the due course of time. I hope you abide by the promise and have me my full amount returned back as soon as possible.

                                I had been sold country club membership on[protected] at evok showroom at crown interior mall, faridabad. Membership id given to me is ccdl213v10lb28496.
                                Since past one month i had been called continuously to attend the session and that too i couple.
                                When i attended the session today at evok showroom, country club representatives mr kunal and mr tushar gave us the information regarding the club offers and showed some videos and photographs to persuade us. When we asked them to take sometime and think about the offerings, they forced us to make the payment at that same time, by saying that was the last date for the offer. Unfortunately, we swiped our credit card in hurry (At aroud 8:30pm), as we had to leave soon.
                                Now, after coming back home, we searched for the property details, we were taken aback that most of the information and videos shown to us were fake and false.
                                I tried contacting tata cards (My credit card from which payment of rs 1.37 lacs was made) and country club customer care numbers but all of them were on inoperable hours.
                                This problem is just because of false information given to us by country club's sales managers, this a clear cut cheating done from country club side
                                We were not allowed to read terms and condition and the told us that terms and conditions of company will reach us by blue dart
                                Now we just want to cancel cancel our membership and get our payment refunded

                                  Since yesterday (17/10/2017) afternoon, we are waiting for reply regarding our manali & shimla hotel booking confirmations.
                                  I talked with neha thakur more then 5 times in two days.
                                  We can not understand this delay, as we already paid full amount including 30 years amc. Due to delay from your side we are not able to book our flight tickets and further schedule.

                                    I have applied for country club membership on dt. And made a payment of 1st installment of rs.25, 000/- as part of celebration of 25years there was an offer of free stay in some selected resort with a fee of rs, 5000/-as tax. We opted to visit any resort near kolkata since i had some urgent thing to attend in kokata during the period 26.05.2017 to 2.06.2017. Though there is one resort in kasba under some pretext they convinced the resort in baruipur, canning would be ideal for stay with required facility available. On 26th may, 2017 when we arrived at kolkata it took almost one hour to reach one of the managerial staff to receive a proper direction to reach baruipur. On his direction when we finally reached at baruipur at 8 p. M. By ola there we got stuck up with my wife and daughter for one hour because there was no transportation available to canning where the resort is located. At last with the help of one kind hearted man we could manage to book one auto to reach canning at 8.45 p. M. When we finally entered the resort we realized we have left one suitcase in baruipur where we were waiting anxiously for auto. We were so exhausted after arriving in kolkata that to make an effort to retrieve that baggage was not possible from an inaccessible place like canning. The room which was alloted not even of any star grade little better than ordinary room and the food which was available quite ordinary. Thus our stay for two night, (Because ill equipped to be called as resort) was nothing memorable though we had to pay rs.5, 600/- as tax which not worth of. While the presentation as committed at the time of booking were also it was learnt from interaction with some of the members that different amount was charged from different customer and the promises made at the time of plan presentation remains unattended.

                                    Therefore the experience i had with country club was not worth it to carry forward to full fledged membership and i wish to surrender my provisional membership with a request to the concern authority to refund the advance i paid for the membership.

                                      I am extremely hopeful for your help here and need your intervention regarding this matter that i met puneet and yogendra for country club (Ccil) plan discussion and they have shared below plan with me, during the discussion they have promised me to provide all mentioned holidays and etc but now they have not even responding call.

                                      I am totally out of patience now to deal with fake promises made by both. I want you to help me getting my refund back to my account else provide me the process for cancellation of this holiday plan with country club.

                                      I would like to bring into your notice that how they are making fake promises to an honest customer and is not bother to submit the documents to account department for registration of my membership. Yesterday only he did after calling him and customer care representative for confirmation.

                                      I got to know that there is no documents got submitted even they made the whole payment on 15th july 2017 the day when i met and signed up the documents and from that day no welcome kit was sent from your side till yet and now there is no use of it.

                                      Also a note for country club that due to such fake promises made by both the persons only i am willing to quit with country club.

                                      Please process it further and help me get my refund of rs.160200.00 back to my credit card or saving account.

                                        Country club doesn't deserve to get any good reviews. All staff in country club dubai and abu dhabi are big cheaters. They will convince you with false promises and get money and then will never be on their words. I have been cc abu dhabi member since 2012 and cc members from abu dhabi and dubai convinced me to invest in india rajbhoomi plots stating that once i make full and final payment then there will be a countdown of 2 years and then after 2 years country club will take it back from me since my cap of investment will be completed and i can sell it back to cc. I have all proofs of this and when showed to cc office all agreed but even though they have not paid me back in last 6 months followup. I paid my first payment in nov 2016 and final payment in march 2017 but till date all are playing with false commitments and telling today will reply but then no one will ever call you and then somehow you reach any other person he will tell the same thing that he will callback but no use. All staff of them are liars.
                                        Please do not trust any one in cc team, they are big cheaters and they will convince you saying sir sir sir everything is resolved but then will start ignoring you and your calls once you make the payment. I am in uae and available on [protected] if any.
