One country club dealer called us, we went there, they have shared half of the information, we have taken the country club plan after signing the form we got to know there are many other charges. And they have given some coupans by saying 3 months validity but all coupans expired within 15 days. And now they are not picking up the calls.

It's very disappointing

We were made country club members for a fees of 2, 30, 000 for a 30 year membership across their Primary properties and affiliated properties. This is a strong feedback to the Country Club team under the incapable leadership of MR. REDDY and also to the company at large, from a thoroughly disappointed and aggrieved customer. They are a mockery to the service and hospitality industry.

I have written, emailed, couriered documents, registered complaints to various employees at different levels of Country Club but till date I have not received a single apology or redressal...

On 25th of july, 2017 morning i received a call from country club india, asking for a presentation appointment stating to be a company providing membership for planning vacations within india and abroad. Recently i received call from country club company and offer for lucky draw gift as lifelong membership for fitness and club access. I have paid rm2500.00 as deposit amount to them.

On 23rd april after getting trapped by so called fraud marketing guys, we paid 65, 000 for membership and after going through documents and app plus payment not being converted to emi as promised by them, we felt we are cheated literally.
