Hi team,

I am subramani s. I have taken life time membership from country club and paid rs.30000/- but i never used this membership till now. Please refund this amount as i have paid this amount though my credit card. Still i am struggling to pay that amount to my bank.in future i dont like to use this membership. So please refund my amount.

I am yogesh chawla, i am not a travel enthusiast and had never bought any type of package from any tour and travel companies because i have always heard ill of them from every person i know but keeping a faith on country club, i purchased holiday package from country club at shipra mall, ghaziabad in 13th of january 2017. My complaint is i want to book my dubai holidays frim 22 th jan to 27 th jan 2018.
Earlier they have confirmed bookings was not open you can book your flight & will get your holidays on these...

The country club is calling people to their office and offer 5 gifts even if we don't become the member. I have experienced the following wrong doing by them.
1) out of 5 gifts, i was given a resort voucher for few hours, and a rs.50 worth bowl was given which is less that our transport cost and time lost in hearing them. Holiday voucher not given saying printer is not working. A silver coin, movie ticket vanished by them.

I was at amnora mall & i met paras & makrand from the country club team, they lied & sold me the country club membership stating there are no other charges apart from amc & the membership to book your holidays. We call the call centre to book international holidays & find out that we need to pay additional amount of 30000 thirty thousand to dae service before we book their international package & plus the taxes of the hotels...
