I have a country vacancy membership which i bought in bangalore two years ago in koramangala branch. Membership no : cvbg1club5lb215194.

This membership provides club access to country vacancy india and abroad. When i bought this membership the country vacancy representative (Manoj kumar) had told me that in future whenever i want to close the membership, country club will take it back or will find a buyer for transferring the membership to another member as this is an exclusive membership i have written document with me which represent provided. I want to close this membership as i am not using it. When i contacted country club for arranging the closure, i was told that i have to find a member who is interested in taking this membership and country club will not take it back. This is contrary to what they had informed me when i bought the membership. Country club customer care people calling and telling it is not possible to transfer now this big fraud company

    This post is subject to my overall experience and feedback after joining and being a member of country club and majorly to raise a complaint against the promises being made at the time of taking membership but not fulfilled afterwards.

    First of all i would like to mention that overall experience is pathetic and i consider it being the worst decision to join country club.
    I would like to highlight a few points which were promised at the time of joining, but after making the payment no such commitments were fulfilled.
    I was attended by mr shoaib and mr rohit at country club ansal plaza south ex, delhi

    1. Iphone will be given as the joining perks (Mr shoaib (Manager, [protected]) and mentioned that it will reach your home within next 1 week), it’s been more that 2 months but i have not received it yet.

    2. A 6night7days complimentary stay for kerala or goa as the joining perks (There is no such holiday package in my account)

    3. There will be no extra charge to be paid for a complimentary 3n4days stay valid for 1 year bangkokmalaysiabali (I am asked to pay amount while trying to book the same holiday package under my account using cce app)

    4. He said that – “no need to pay amc charges if you don’t use holiday for a particular year”. Now i have to pay the amc amount irrespective o[censored]sage
    Now let me tell you the bad experience i had in last 2 months, i have been receiving 'n' number of calls daily, (Literally i had to ask customer care person to put my number on dnd mode) for receiving calls regarding paying of amc amount for next 25 years in one go and purchasing of country club plots (All sales related call)

    But i have not received a single call from any of your department trying explaining the benefitsusage of holiday membership i have taken.
    And after all this when i asked customer care representative to resolve my queries (Promises made at the time of joining, but not fulfilled), they asked me if i have any written proof for the same. It’s such a shame for a company according to me that one person from country club makes some promises and other saysmean that "do not go by our words; have a written proof" waooow...

    While taking the membership the representatives were so humble and adjusting and now even if i call him, no one is there to resolve the query.

    But let me tell you this is pure case of fraud and false promises being made to promote the sales and it has been a # experience so far and i will not recommend anyone to buy cc membership.

      I am pradeep patil and i have taken membership on 7th january 2018. My membership number is cvpu37sclub5lb247183.
      I am not happy with service because poor response and wrong commitment, i don't want to continue further. I have mailed multiple times for my cancellation on email-id [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com but didn't receive a single response from their end. It is really frustrating that are they running business or loot.
      I have paid 50, 000 and i want my money back. Else i have to take legal action against you.
      I appreciate if you can help me to get my money back.
      Note: this membership is in my wife’s name rashmi patil.

      Any update on the problem??
      Please send a letter by speed post with acknowledgement card to their registered address intimating cancellation and make sure you have the proof. Also you can send an email to their mail id. As per deed section 34 you can cancel within 10 days of payment. [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com(this one works).
      If you have paid with your credit card you can ask your bank to block it. Give them the reasons.

      Thanks for the help Vivek. I have already sent email to them but no reply from them.

      I called HDFC as well to cancel the transaction but they said it is not possible. I am in big trouble :(

      The facility which they told us while buying the product those facilities are false. They gave us misleading information about the product. We want out money back. 50K is the very big amount for us.

        I had enrolled in aby dhabi and clearly brought out my terms of reference which was accepted by the sales team then. I have evidences to prove it. However, now there is no response from the member now. There are other issues that i would like to discuss in private to avoid tarnishing the company's image in public. I would like to meet somebody who can take decisions without wasting my time please. Appreciate your concern in aniticiapation in resolving my issues.

          Myself badri nath i have taken membership on 30th dec 2017 but due to poor response and wrong commitment i don’t want to continue further. I have mailed multiple times for my cancelation on email-id [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com [protected]@countryclubmail.com [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com but didn’t receive single response from their end. It is really frustrating that are they running business or loot.
          I have paid total 153000rs for this membership but now i need this amount back else i have to turn towards legal action against it.
          Again i am requesting to country club please revert all amount asap.
          I have paid through hdfc credit card 50000rs, yes bank 78000rs cash 20000rs and 5000rs through paytm. Please cancel my membership and revert all amount to corresponding bank and rest amount you pay though dd or cheque.

            One of the executive have faked me giving call to pay amc charges, saying as a part of

            Some offer and told maintenance fee will be 9k for 2 years, along with that complementary holiday vouchers.

            I have even provided the employee id, which he asked me to put in in below complaint.

            But till date there is no response.

              Good evening,

              My self balakrishna sunkari and i’m a member of country club.

              I have purchased a policy (Holiday package trip) in country club on mar-2016, worth of 1, 00, 000 /- and i paid the amount of 15, 000 /- as a first payment to the policy.

              As it was said by the club executives saying that, "in future whenever i want to close the membership, country club will take it back or will find a new buyer for transferring the membership to another member" at the time of agreement.

              Here i’m writing the mail that, i need to return my policy due to some personal reasons.

              I would like to know the procedure for returning and where to submit.

              Hope swift response from you. And please suggest me to way forward.

                  I had already sent mail to above mentioned mail id of country vacations abt cancellation on 28/12/17 & 29/12/17
                  And by speed post also on 28/12/17

                  Dear sir,

                  Subject : cancellation of agreement and culb membership as per the sale agreement
                  Dt 25.12.2017 new club membership no cvbg2club246566

                  With reference to the above, i vinay v above mentioned address informing you kind self that i am submitting the letter for cancellation of agreement and cancellation of club membership (I. E. Discontinue of agreement) which was made by me at country vacations office at tumkur branch on 25.12.2017.
                  As per the terms and conditions mentioned in country vacations sale agreement page no 2 serial no 17 there is a cool off period of 10 days from the date of signing this agreement where in member can discontinue the agreement by paying a nominal administration charges of rs.3800/- to the company. Hence i submitting the request for cancellation of agreement and cancellation of club memebership bearing no cvbg2club246566 after deduction the nominal administration charges kindly refund of remaining amount to me which i had made down payment on 25.12.2017

                  Reasons for cancalleation is listed below:

                  On 25/12/2017 i was getting call frequently from the[protected] stating that you have been selected in lucky coupon which i had dropped in reliance trend tumkur informing to visit the country vacations office at tumkur branch and to collect the gift. Around 4 pm i visited the place as mentioned above with my family. After i visited the place the sales executive name ; javeed and vidya started explaining about the their holiday package with accommodations by showing the brouchers and all, for an hour by stating (Claiming) that you are one of the selected families for which we are providing the privileged offers at free of cost on eve of christmas festival without any amc charges in future for the life time club membership and and holiday package for 5 year they offered, for which you have to pay only
                  Rs 60, 000/- (Rupees. Sixty thousand only) today itself on eve of christmas festival.
                  Also they had stated (Claimed) that if you are using the holiday accommodations package mean that time you have to pay only the amc charges for holiday packages only for number of days you used the service are else no amc charges they had stated (Claimed) by the sales executive while explaining.

                  After that line manager named raghavendra, has approached us and with a document and taken signature on the documents with - out explaining the terms and conditions mention in the sale agreement document of country vacations by stating (Claiming) that this is only for formalities we are taking the signature for offering the club membership at free of cost without any amc charges and even they had not given the documents to see also just they did brain wash and taken signature and taken away and returned the copy of the document while leaving that place.

                  I have paid down payment rs.35, 000/- (Rs thirty five thousand rupees only) through my sbi credit card and also using saving bank debit card (I. E. I have paid rs.25, 000/- by sbi credit card and rs.10000/- from savings bank debit card on 25.12.2017) and i have just committed for the remaining amount of rs.25000/- on later date.

                  After returning home we verified the document copy which they had provided for me and read and found that they had miss-guided me and taken the membership with-out explaining the terms and conditions mentioned in the sale agreement document of country vacations and what the sale executive has explained is totally difference and opposite of what mentioned in sale agreement further i note that i am facing difficulties to arrange the remaining amount of rs25000./- till now i have not received any club membership card hence kindly block and cancel that card. Hence i will not remit the remaining amount to them since i am cancellation the membership as per the sale agreement terms and conditions of country vacations.

                  Hence as per the agreement there is cooling period of 10 days for which we can discontinue the agreement (Cancelled) by paying a nominal administration charges of rs 3800/- to the company
                  Hence i am submitting the letter for cancellation of agreement and cancellation of club membership.
                  Bearing no cvbg2club246566 after deduction the nominal administration charges.


                  Kindly refund of remaining amount after deducting nominal administration charges of rs 3800/- for agreement cancellation charges and return to me through cheque or demand draft for the above mention address which was paid by me on 25.12.2017.

                  Finally i am submitting this letter for cancellation of agreement and membership as per the terms and condition mention for cancellation in sales agreement page no 2 serial no 17 there is a cool off period of 10 days.

                  If not i will file a legal action against country vocations.

                    We went to office in delhi (Ansal plaza) at the time of signup they were very polite and sir sir all time and they commitment was packages, air tickets etc etc, there after staff told me that it’s will cost rs.2, 36, 000 something then i said ok then he told you will be charge with amount some initial not sure 16/18k rest will be on installment fine then i gave him my credit card and he saw it and swipe it with amount rs.200, 000 without telling fine no problem later he told me will give you discount with 200000 amount you pay now. I was like whatever fine, my mistake didn’t read paper signed all ok no problem, when i reach home i read paper the commitment what he told was not written on paper,
                    He said amc will be discounted will take care of it.

                    I called him he said sir i am busy with customer you come tomorrow will sought out, then there it goes i went there and they were like rude with lady employee i guess her manager she was blaming me that accusing me over that “ do whatever you want “ i was like shocked i can’t type too much communication we had i had called cops they had seen how she and employee behaved i told them all i want that you guys assure what you said and guess what now m getting calls from this “vasulli” company that “sir your new year passes ready all you need to pay the amc and then you will get” lol i was like really.
                    I haven’t used any service and tried to contact and trusted one of their employee i guess manager mr. Sugosh chaudhary but bad luck he’s just wasting my time and trying to avoid things you know all together team work.                       I have the same problem. I have purchased this membership from Malaysia. Let me know what can be done. I have lost almost Rs.2.12lacs. Now they started fooling people outside India also. We need to teach them a lesson.

                          Dear sir, country club had been cheated to me with 1, 60, 000 one lakh sixty thousand rupees, this company is totally a fraud company who cheated with their customers, they make a wrong commitment to their customers, when i have purchase their membership they told to me they will be give me plot in kolad, maharsahtra, even it has been 8 years we have not received money and membership card too
                          . So this company is number 1 fraud company, i request with indian govt imidately stop this company business so other person can be save their money., they are saying refund is not in our company poicy

                            Country club made thousands of calls to pay amc which i have done through cash now they are not updating online in fact some executives are still calling to pay amc/they are highly unprofessional neither responding to phone or emails. We all aware the how dirty the club is maintained inspite of members paying maintenance charges hence most of members are not ready to pay as their money is going in to the drain

                              We have recently joined country club membership (~ 15th july 2017).
                              Details:

                              I have already sent mail to this organisation multiple times but with no positive action from their end.

                              The membership policy explained us in a very haste manner. The sales executive (Mr. Ashwani and mr. Pushpendra) informed us that this offer is limited for only single day and we need to purchase it by today only.
                              So, we were not able to understand the nitty/gritty of policy.

                              When we got a country club customer care call for membership confirmation, the customer care executives told us about amc, we were surprised as we were completely unaware of it. These sales executive told us to say 'yes' to customer care person as this amount will be waived off and you will not need to pay even a single penny for amc.
                              We would never show interest if, we were told about the amc related thing.

                              We want you to cancel/transfer our membership as we are not interested to continue.
                              We are waiting for a quick action from your end as for us our ~1.62l money are at risk.
                              We are ready to pay some cancellation fee (If it is required) but please, pay back us rest of the amount.

                              Fyi, we have not availed any service from country club yet (Not even the free vouched provided during membership joining)

                                Hi, i'm nageswara rao ([protected]), i joined country club as a member on 21-sep-2017, rajitha. K (Sales manager ([protected]) she is organised and explained and providing so many commitment, i pay 60000rs, after payment when i call to rajitha she is not responding my calls, even i tried with my friends mobile also she is not answering, i call to office the receptionist are saying she is on leave past 2 months but when i inquiry with others they told me she is working. Every month i'm paying emi interest amount for the 60k and she promised me to book the function i can get the 50000rs for each time, we can use that in 3 times per year, it's almost 3months no one helping me.. When i call to central customer care they are also not giving proper response. Below mobiles no are country club employess.

                                  I have paid fees for both member ship which is 3, 20, 000/-. But in my account it is showing 100000 amount and my partner account showing 2, 20, 000/. I have communicated number of time to your executive and her senior but yet not resolved.

                                  But nothing has come yet.

                                    I would like to make to your kind notice that i have taken country club membership (Ccmu206pclub57730) in the name of milan k patel.

                                    I have made cash payment of rupees 100000/- (One lakh only) and rupees 125000/- (One lakh twenty five thousand from my hdfc credit card no. ([protected]). Dated 03/11/2017.
                                    The promises made were as follows:-
                                    1) they said their is no season like club mahindra, e. G. Purple, red, blue & white.
                                    2) one international week and one domestic.
                                    3) 40000/- cash back, adjust against airfare.
                                    4) 8000/- food voucher.
                                    5) no amc charge for entire life membership. Its just one time membership fee.
                                    Both the executive abdul and imran have cheated with me and has given wrong promises.

                                    I have made number of call and messages but they are ignoring me.
                                    I request to kindly understand my pain and grievances and resolve, i am in mental trauma and getting irresistible as i have been cheated by these two country club employee.

                                        The country club members call us for we are selected in their free gift worth 30, 000,
                                        Ask us to come to near by coffee day shop, when we reached for collects our gifts, they give us 45 min. Lecture for our brain wash and forced to purchase. They swiped our credit card and take amount of worth 55, 000 today. He told that no interest on emi payments (No cost emi) for 24months duration and the membership for lifetime validity for entire family including parents. When i got confirmation call from country club i knew that there is intrest on emi as well and no membership for parents, thats why i have not confirmed the membership.
                                        Now i want get/return our money back because of cheat and fake promises. Since membership was not confirmed by me. I want to know when can i get my money back. How many days.
