Recently i received call from country club company and offer for lucky draw gift as lifelong membership for fitness and club access. I have paid rm2500.00 as deposit amount to them.

But, still now i haven't receive any call or any membership card from them. All the promise that they made it not true and now when i tried to search in internet about this company, it stated is a fraud company.

Please return my money or otherwise i will want to make police report on this.

Take action immediately.

    On 23rd april after getting trapped by so called fraud marketing guys, we paid 65, 000 for membership and after going through documents and app plus payment not being converted to emi as promised by them, we felt we are cheated literally.

    So on the very same day requested for cancellation of membership #cvhyd7club235960 as per the bond 's term and condition clause 15 which says customer can cancel the membership within a cooling off period of ten days with administration fee of 3800 being deducted.

    After receiving our email they tried hard to convince us for not cancelling the membership but we did not get convinced by their false promises. So on 29th april, we received below email which reads as below.

    Greetings from country club!

    With reference to your e-mail for cancellation of membership and further discussion with us, we inform you that the membership number cvhyd7club235960 will be cancelled and the amount of rs. 65000 paid towards it will be refunded.

    The refund will be processed in 90 working days from date of your cancellation request.

    We regret that we couldn't retain you as our member and look forward to you taking our membership in future.

    For any further clarifications, please revert back to this e-mail.

    But till now we did not received anything even after 3 months. When tried to call then every time each persons lifts the call and says the same old story as cancellation is not possible.

    Below i have attached the email, bonds screenshot.

    Kindly help me get the refund. Or advise me how can i handle this well know fraud. How can i get my money?

      I am not happy with the false deal and services provided by puneet kumar and tushar pandey, representatives country club delhi branch. I have been duped by both. I have suffered a lot of physical strain and mental agony due to it.
      Kindly either provide the deal as promised or refund the membership fees to me.

      Deal provided to me at the time of joining the country club:

      1.10 year membership fees: rs. 1, 32, 000/- (If not satisfied, it is refundable)
      2.10 years membership + 5 coupons extra: total - 90 days vacations
      3. Free food coupons worth: rs.10, 000/-
      4. No utility charges on booking the 90 days vacations.
      5. Free birthday cake with champagne at country club resort annually.
      6. Representative manager (Rm) will be allotted in 1 month after taking the membership.
      7. Only need to pay onetime amc: rs. 52, 500/- due in january 2018. (Applicable for 10 years)
      A. One year amc: rs 10, 500/- (All inclusive)
      B. Pay 5 year at once and get 5 year free.

      I have done the total membership cost calculation in front of puneet kumar with tushar pandey and both agreed for it at the time of joining.

      But when i approached puneet and tushar to book 2 rooms in goa from 22 to 28 september 2017 on coupons. They have denied me the rooms in front of mansi, even after the availability of rooms on the said date and forced me to pay rs. 11, 000/- (More money) for booking confirmation.
      I haven't expected room (Holiday) denial as a country club member.

      Contradictions found in deal after taking the membership:

      1. Membership is non-refundable.
      2. Coupons can only be used between february to september of an year.
      3. Need to pay rs. 5500/- on every coupon as utility charges.
      A. Extra cost for 5 coupons to me: rs. 27, 500/-
      4. Rm is not allotted even after so many follow ups for 3 months. Puneet and tushar are not easily available and also not willing to speak.
      5. Amc cost increases from rs 10, 500 to rs 12, 390 annually, as all inclusive amc falsely promise earlier.
      A. Final amc offer i got from club: rs. 65, 000/- (It is even more higher than the increased one.)

      Total increase in membership cost due to false deal provided by both is rs. 40, 000/-.

        One day received call from country club as they claim i have win one week holiday and one thousand dinner coupon. When we went there they described about country club and asked us to join. As i am not sure about country club i've refused the same. But then they say you pay 50000 in place of 1 lakh sixty thousand and use country club membership for 2 year with lifetime jim membership. I've ready for that and done transaction on their confirmation on 27 jun. But till today 25 jul we have not received any card from them. And today they have sent the message of receiving 1 lakh 10 thousand rupees from me. However i have not done any transaction and i am at my home.
        Just want to know how they can transact without card and without my concern and presence.
        What should be my next step to be safer side from this fraud company and what should be my next step on same.

        Also i want my money back paid on 25 jun 17 amount paid 47000 and
        3000 for joining country club. As confirmed by preetam kumar and
        Branch manager at dt mega mall with paying this amount we will be
        Member of country club for 2 year vacation, country club
        Membership and we will get fitness club membership for lifetime
        Card for 4 family member. And if we satisfied with country club
        Then we can pay rest of the amount after 2 year for 10 year full
        Club membership.

        But till date after more than one month we have not received any
        Document, card or communication from country club. Whenever we are
        Calling preetam no. It’s not reachable.
        And on 27 jul we are receiving message that 1 lakh ten thousand
        Transaction happen without my concern or presence.

        If you are not providing any service, then full paid amount to be
        Refunded.

          · the meeting session was very mesmerizing one and conducted by

          · against our wishes we were sold a membership illustrating a very rosy
          Picture of a wonderful travels and fantastic resorts to stay
          · when we were not interested to buy the membership another senior mr.
          Manoj was roped in and he compelled us to take the membership
          And even sent a representative to our place for collection of
          Money
          · now none of these representatives are available in the office and on
          The phone nos. Provided by them to assist us and execute all the
          Lucrative travel and stay options and other benefits promised by them
          · we feel we have been cheated by the mis-sold membership by first
          Shelling out a huge amount for the membership out of our hard

          Further to my above grievance I am to state that on the same day after lodging the same I received a phone call from a gentleman (who identified himself as ABHISHEKH SHARMA) from a mobile number [protected]
          He enquired everything and asked me for the Mode of Payment to the Country Club. Then he asked me the number, holder of the Credit Card and its validity. I gave him the details. Then he asked me the CVV number associated with the Card. Fearing a misuse I refused this information. He said that since I did not disclose the CVV number the refund would not be possible and he is helpless. And that my grievance is closed.

          Sir you would agree that there are various ways in which the refund of the amount paid can be credited to the aggrieved person's account.
          Please help me out of this financial mess of a mis sold membership of Country Club

            I msg poonam sinha with contry club membership no cckk3vslb73170, had joined your club on dated[protected], at my local city jharsuguda odisha during a meeting with some of your office bearers from kolkata on an invitation over my mobile phone as to get a free voucher and attend the presentation promo. Accordingly i and my husband mr shriram roy attended the said presentation where they described the various benefits of opting for membership, on their voices we agreed to become the member. We demanded the written documentary evidences in support of the terms conditions and benifits also the price details, places of vacation, facilities provisions and offers. We were told that everything shall be as per their commitment when we deposit the fees. Beleaving their voice we made the payment of rs 65000/-. We were instructed to download the app with user id and password provided by them.
            Sir, as soon as we shaw the various tabs, we felt cheated as found lot of differences in provisions. We made several communication but failed to get answered. We need not to be the member and want reversal. We if not get my hard earned mony back then we will certainty lodge my complain with the pmo grivance redressal shell and also to the consumer court for justice. We found the complete lack of transparency in your website. No information is provided in the website. A blackmailing fraudulent phonecalls are fetching the innocent people to be cheated.
            We request you to return my amount by cancellation of our membership with you to avoid the further conflicts.

              I and my husband were inforned about a gift voucher from country club on 15nth july.. As such we went there and listened to the presentation.. Since we are already making use of our country club membership (00gold gym, my sons bday was celebrated on nov, 2, 2016in country club sarjapur., other facilities) we refused to accept tthe plans discussed by ur executives over there.. We were given free. Film coupons on15 lasting till30th. We were told thst all we needed was to just watsapp the details of film and location along with date to the number given.. As such i have mesged... But the stupid executive ignored by mesge and wen i tried to call over phone, he jus cut my call. I cant tolerate this anymore.. Why do you want to cheat people by giving false promises and why are tou hiring # executives... Really.. Dont want your service anymore.. Actualy we had plabned to conduct some family functions in this year in country club.. I dont want anybof your stupid services anymore.. Thats it.. We got offer from country club in s and s corner building, shivajinagar, bangalore

                Want to file a fraud case against country club india. What they promise in the demo is entirely different with what is in the agreement. As many of the complaints already present, why is this company not banned. Also i would like to refund my money which got debited from my debit and credit card.

                  In march the executive had mentioned to me that when i pay my amc charges they will offer me free complimentary holiday package. There are 2 issues - 1) since march whenever i give them dates & places either its not available or its not in their country club resort. And now they are claiming 3months validity is over. 2) they want me to pay utility charges for using these holiday package which was never discussed during the conversation.

                    I am the member of country vacation since last 7 years.

                    Now i want to raise request for booking of jaipur for 6 night 7 days (For 2 rooms at hotel lords plaza) on 14-oct-2017 to 20-oct-2017 for 2 adults & 2 kids in each room. I would be ready to pay 500 rs for each night and each room. (Total 6000 inr).

                    I have already paid annual maintenance charges for 10 years in advance, you can check with mr nagesh (Contact no : +91 [protected]).

                    My concern is that, i have already booked train tickets for my entire group and my vacation is already planned. I have booked train tickets on 14-jun-2017 because train reservation would be opened before 4 months.

                    At the time of payment amc, mr nagesh has told me to help in booking of country vacation's holiday in future. So that before booking of train ticket, i have already discussed with mr nagesh for this booking, & he had told me to talk with mr. Syed (Email : [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com, contact no :[protected]) from reservation department for booking and mr syed had given me promise that rooms will be booked in july month, that is why after confirming with him i have booked my train tickets in june 2017.

                    Then after on 1st july, i talked with mr syed & suddently he had shown me the rules that, we can not book the holidays in tie-up property for 6 night 7 days, then told me that he can not book the holidays. Then again i have talked with mr nagesh & he has told me talk with mr udit (Contact no : [protected]), mr udit had given me the confirmation that they can book holidays for at most 2 rooms in tie-up properties for 6 night & 7 days. As my booking is for 14-oct-2017 to 20-oct-2017 so he can only book after 13-july-2017. So that i had approached him on 13-july-2017 & again suddenly he had shown me the rules and told me that they can only book 1 room and only for 3 night & 4 days, then i request him, then what i can do now, as that was not my requirement & i told that after confirming from their side i had planned my train tickets and holidays, now what should i do?, then after he told me that he will check and try to book holidays as per my requirement and will get back to me by 16-july-2017.

                    But after that i have tried to reach mr udit on his cell number, then he sends me the message that he was in meeting and then after he has never replied on my messages and phone calls. It looks like they are ignoring call from my cell number and not given me the any updates. I have also tried to reach to mr nagesh, but his cell number is always switched off.

                    Now my general complain to all of you, specifically mr nagesh, mr udit and mr syed to give me false promises and not answering my call... Now i need to suffer with the cancellation charges of my group's train tickets and my family's entire holiday vacation planning would be spoiled, again i can not plan the holiday to other country vacation's own property on same dates, because i will not get confirm train tickets on today's date for other locations. I have carry forwarded my previous years holidays for this trip, so.. That would be also lapsed on end of this year. I have already approved my leaves for these dates in my current job that i can not transfer to any other dates due to other priorities. This is really peak of disappointment from your side and service. Who is responsible for this? Only you and your team... I have already raised complain for this issue.

                    I want to ask you that, whichever rules for booking from your side is there, you should publish the same on website and communicate to your customers on time to time, so that customers would not suffer like this & they can make proper planning of vacation.

                    Now, it is my humble request to customer care & central reservation team, to look in to this matter urgently and give me justice for my complain, at least considering this situation please book my holidays this time and help me and my family to make our holidays memorable.

                      I have been cheated by country club kolkata on 20.03.2017. They called me on mobile and told that i have been selected for free gift. Myself, my wife, my son, my sister in law went to their office in city centre saltlake. I purchased a vacation from them at the price of rs 140000 through emi on credit card. They did not give me enough time to read the agreement. When i came back home i found that some rs 12000 to be given towards annual maintenance charge each year which they did not uttered on 20.03.2017. As the agreement was in the name of my wife, she called them on next morning and asked them to cancel the membership. They denied. I called and approached. But they denied. Last few days they are calling us constantly to pay the amc. I dropped a mail to their customer care few days back to cancel the membership. They denied also. Now i want my money back at any cost. How will i get it from these type of cheaters.

                        Complaint against country club and ceo for fraud commitment from company employee. Cancel my membership
                        Sufferer/victim of these county club people and now i have to pay emi for all those services which i'm not using. I have not used their any of the services till now and i'm not willing to continue their membership. Hence it's a humble request to you, please allow to raise a disputed transaction and help me to get my money back...

                        Not given any membership card till date
                        Not give 2 gold coins still date
                        Not give family members air ticket free till date

                        No refund for our amount

                          I have paid the full and final amount for land and registration end of
                          February'2017. So far i haven't received any registration documents.

                          This is such a pathetic experience i had with you guys. It's been
                          Almost 5 months since i cleared my payments and there isn't a
                          Response.

                          I have been talking to plot department executive to whom i paid the
                          Registration amount and he ignores and avoids my call. If at all he
                          Picks, he says i will submit the documents today.

                          What sort of play is this? Is this your money or my money invested? I
                          Have lost complete trust with you guys and i don't at all need to buy
                          A land from you guys.

                          Please get my money refunded as soon as possible. Else let me know to
                          Whom should i escalate this and i will do all possible to raise this

                            Dear sir,

                            I am writing to complain against severe fraudulent activity of sales representatives mr. Biswajit roy and mousumi das of country club. My father is a 71 years old retired senior citizen mr. Debdas chakraborty and my mother who is 63 years old lady. Their representatives are fully involved in fraudulent activities and giving wrong commitments to clients and my elderly parents are victims of this. I am strongly complaining against these fraudulent activities. Now, i am going to mention the various reasons for my complain.

                            Mr. Biswajit roy had tried to influence my parents by telling that they can pay the amount 140, 000 by credit cards and country club has tie - up with various banks like axis bank, standard chartered, state bank and this payment will be totally interest free in 36 instalments which according to my knowledge can never be true.

                            2. They almost forced my elderly parents to sign in various places of the contract without even giving them an opportunity to read through the contract. Mr. Roy and ms. Das had wrongly committed them that they need not have to pay the first year annual maintenance charge (Amc). When there was a call from head-office regarding this and my father had telephonic conversation regarding the acceptance of the membership and they asked my father if he knows about paying the amc, mr. Biswajit roy again prompted and influenced my father that he is going to take care of the amc and my father should say yes on phone. This is really a matter of great concern because your representative had tried to wrongly influence my elderly father.

                            3. Mr. Roy wrongly said to my parents that this membership holiday package is for lifetime which is again a false because this has been later confirmed that this amount of 140, 000 has been for the holiday package of only 5 years.

                            4. He even said that country club has property in leh and he can arrange for my parent’s stay in leh which is completely false. As per as my knowledge, you don't have any property in leh. Also, he mentioned that country club has properties throughout the world which is again false. Because the membership clearly indicates that this is valid only for few properties in india and a few places like singapore, bangkok, etc and not all over the world.

                            5. Mr. Roy and ms. Das even gave some wrong commitments about various other things like arranging food, car and sight scene.

                            6. Before signing the contract, my father wanted to make some phone calls to get some suggestion from us but he was again forbidden from doing so by mr. Roy by mentioning that phone calls are not allowed because of cctv. I have no idea what relation is there between making a phone call and cctv and how can your agent influence a client not to make a personal phone call in your office. This clearly suggests that my parents were strongly influenced by wrong commitments made by them and forced to take this membership.

                            7. When my father realised that mr. Roy has given all wrong commitments about the membership and wrongly forced him to take it, he immediately wanted to cancel the membership and tried to complain against mr. Roy and ms. Das. My parents visited their office and they spoke to mr. Roy about this and again he wrongly tried to influence my father saying that he should make an application requesting cancellation by mentioning about his health problems and cancellation may be granted. (Email sent on 10th may, 2017). Mr. Roy even requested my parents that they should not complain about him, otherwise he will be sacked. So, you can understand that my parents on humanitarian ground didn't complain about him earlier and requested them to cancel the membership by mentioning my father’s serious health problem.
                            But country club had declined to cancel the membership on the basis of medical ground.

                            8. Again, there was a phone call from country club (Phone no:[protected] that my parents have won another free coupon for vacation. I strongly condemn to this kind of phone calls. My mother was extremely upset by again receiving another phone call in the same way in spite of present membership.

                            The country club sales representatives have completely misguided and wrongly influenced my elderly parents. But when they tried to complain against mr. Roy and ms. Mousumi das for all their wrong commitments and fraudulent activities, they again succeeded influencing my parents that they should mention about his health problem and not involve in any confrontation with country club, otherwise, even after paying membership fees, they will not be able to visit any of the properties in future.

                            I am just surprised how can the sales representatives of a big company like country club involve in such kind of fraudulent activities and say such things to the clients. The whole scenario is very clear to any ordinary person and how an elderly couple has been misguided and wrongly influenced by some grossly wrong commitments made by your agents.

                            I would request you to intervene and take immediate action regarding this and cancel the membership immediately, so that my elderly parents can get full refund of the membership fees of 140, 0000

                              We have registered for country club india (For country wide vacations) by paying 80000/- on june 3rd, and we were promised for:
                              - membership card with in a week. (Today is july 11th, i have no card, infact didnt hear from them at all till now)
                              - when i do multiple follow ups, they stopped responding to my phone calls.
                              - post membership card, i was promised to avail the facility of 40% flight ticket discount, and free hospitality and local trips upto 5 years i am not sure, if these are applicable untill i receive a card
                              - we said we were planning for a trip in august, and then we have enrolled for the same, its july mid, till now we couldnt even get the card.
                              - when i see the bond paper which they made us signed immediately, it contains that we need to pay 6000 yearly, which were not told by the people

                              Note: this is mere cheating. We make money with so much of hard work, how come money can be earned so easily by cheating a common man

                              We were interested for country wide vacations, but the document they are showing is for country club, but we were more interested for country wide vacations

                              - oral communications were very bad by them, my parents were illiterate, and had to believe to what ever they said
                              - we wanted ti proceed to court of law for justice
                              - as per 420 case, why cant we file a police case

                              They all gave false promise and when i wante to check on my phone they said not to do so as it will reduce their points.

                                I booked a red membership of country club on their team’s commitments and proposal of luxurious and cost effective holiday package of the resort.
                                For the first time since i became a member, i succeeded in getting timely booking confirmation from club by paying 2500/- just 15 days prior to the tour, as per the benefits of the red membership to avail priority booking of dates. (Last many attempts to get booking within 15-20 days was futile.)
                                I would like to bring to the notice of country vacation india, the points mentioned below which gave me utter discomfort during my stay at their bangalore club and made me and my family members to repent for paying in advance a large hard-earned sum to purchase a 10 years membership of vacation package.
                                It was unbelievable and to our surprise and disgust that the rooms allocate to us at bangalore country vacation resorts were home to rodents! Our clothes, dresses and suits were literally torn due to rodents bytes! We could not think of any unhealthier & unhygienic place than this.
                                On reporting the incidence, the club manager extended courtesy to accept the fault in writing and reimburse the monetary loss in a weeks’ time.
                                In fact i am very much convinced due to present and past experience with the club that i have been cheated by the company by giving false promises and commitments about the services and facilities of the club and by extracting a lump sum advance from us for the same.
                                One more commitment from company regarding extending club facility of a nearby reputed club (Other than country club in exchange program) due to distant location of their club from my residence, is also pending till date.in fact everybody from company now avoids to even talk about it.
                                In pursuit of failure of above commitments on country clubs part, i would stress on cancelling my membership and ask for reimbursement of all the amounts paid to them in addition to compensation for the hassles and mental torture this investment has caused me and my family.

                                  After getting several calls from country club Korum Mall, Thane Office, I agreed to visit their office with a commitment of free holiday pckage/ dinner & spa voucher in consideration of 45 mins presentation session on Country Club products.

                                  The presentation went for 2 long hours and concluded giving me the worst experience for life time. We reached their at 8:30 PM after a tiring day and after long discussion on product we told them, that we need to research further on the product for us to commit for 30 years. Their treatment was so rude, intimidating and insulting which provoked us. They provoked us to buy us making us feel inferior and tried all shots of fair/unfair marketing technique to convert their deal which went till late 11:30 PM and at the end no coupons where offered. I feel that was their strategy to sell their product.

                                  Would submit my sincere request to the seniors management to review their selling strategy. If you can't make your potential client happy at the first meet, it's really difficult to trust the company for 5/10/30 years. What can we expect after taking membership ?? Serious trouble and followups. I will never go for the company who can't respect.

                                    1)which was supposed to be on emi. I asked them it would not be possible for me to pay the amount whole.But due to default of their system the amount got deducted fully which setback me financially.
                                    2)they have also taken 3 cheques each of rs 5000 which they told, would be deducted if i use room nights beyond their prescribed/which is under my membership.They assured that the cheque will only get cleared after letting me know, with my permission.But recently i found that my 2 cheques out of 3 of rs 5000 each got cleared without any notification, which i have stated above about cheque details. I was shocked.
                                    3)false proposal-they fooled me by telling false proposal.I asked them that by paying rs 40, 000 what will i get.
                                    They told me on rs 40, 000 i will get 7+7+7=21 days with pay of rs 5500 on every 7 days extra. I.E-rs16500 tax.They assured me of giving 3 xtra days of foreign tour in asia(i.E 24 days) without paying any tax of rs5500.
                                    They told me that i will get discount on site seen and food coupon.But when i asked them for that i have to pay the discounted amount.Then that time they told me i would not have to pay anything. But later i got to know by customer care that i have to pay extra for food coupon & site seen.
                                    4)they told me that i would get 1 room in which 3 adults or 2 kids 2 adults are permitted.But if more than 3 planned to go then i have to pay rs 500 each of a member of bed charges only.
                                    I asked them repeatedly extra how many persons are allowed to use the exta bed charge. They told me one more family.I.E approximately 4 or 5
                                    5) i asked them after getting through my membership details that whether i am allowed to take one extra family during weekend or peak season. They told me no problem at all, but i must book it early to get the booking.I.E 90 days
                                    6)i booked a tour following 3+2=5 family members for mysore, bandipur, ooty & kodaikanal, for 7days 8nights, on october1st t0 october 8th, which i have spoke earlier regarding this & confirmed our final tour desicion on and before 120 days & hence reserved railway tickits on those dates.
                                    Now they are telling only i will get one room in bandipur & kodaikanal.
                                    I was shocked again to hear that.
                                    I have booked tickets and have relayed the attraction to my relatives about the resorts of country club.They are eager to feel the travel experience with country club.But now i fell like robbed
                                    7)i am in deep financial crisis.I also need money for my mothers treatment. I request to you please settle me with the tour which i have booked otherwise refund.
                                    8)i had taken this membership for peace of mind & to travel hasslle free. But i got betrayed in every step & harassed by false promises over & over again.
                                    I am in so much tension, i have to leave other work and to pay attention i these things.
                                    Hope to favored with earliest as possible

                                        This is to inform that Country club representatives from Wave Mall, Noida office have made false promises about there facilities for members. However, they don't provide any such facilities. They have cheated us for money. Please help. They spoke misleading statements in front of 4 members of our family at our house. After taking money, they don't answer calls. They didn't provide written proof of their statements or any brochure at the time of misleading us. Nor they provided any receipt of payment proof. This is highly disappointing for a middle class family to lose hard earned money to such cheaters.
