Hi,

Marketing division of COUNTRY CLUB is cheating the customers with false promises and charging the customers.

I would like to raise a dispute against the country club for the payment made on 3rd April, 2015 for Rs.50, 000 for membership(No: CCDL11CLUB30LB21400) in gip mall, noida branch

I do not want the membership and i want the refund to my MONEY. Please refund the money and stop this fraudulent practice.

All this is creating panic, trouble and wasting lot of valuable energy and time of the people.

I was told that all the offers made to would be sent to me via email for confirmation the same day. Inspite of several reminders, nothing has been done and many of the offers promised on white paper are now denied verbally .

This is a clear case of betrayal and cheating,

Please look into the matter and refund my money at the earliest

HI,

Today, I have received a call from country club they said to send me email but not given any email id . They told me to send details of all false commitment, but not share the email where i can send details. Below is the details of false commitments; -

1. They promise for 4 return air tickets with holiday at any place in INDIA
2. In spite of various written and telephonic follow up and reminders, they not book and provide holiday, below is the details of emails ;-

A. We had sent first email on 21.04.2015 for non receipt of membership card and also for web link where we can check and book our holidays at [protected]@countryclubmail.com & csm.[protected]@gmail.com

B. We have received a reply that we gets the card within 30-45 days, this is the first false commitment, while selling membership their Mr. ABHISHEK told us we will get our cards with in 10-15 days. In their reply email country club also asked with us our membership no even when the cards not provided.

C. We have sent our first email to book our holidays in Kerala in NOV-2015 & also to check availability
if they have properties in 'LANDSDOWN', as we are planning a trip for Landsdown from 13 May to 16 May. WE had sent this email on 5th MAY, 2015, but not received any reply from Country Club and again send reminder follow up email on 12th May, 2015.LUB LUB BUT NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM COUNTRY

D. Again we had sent email on 25th MAY to book our holidays in Kerala in NOV- 2015, But again no positive response and our holidays not booked yet

E. We have also sent an email on 3rd Nov, 2015 to book our holiday in SIRDI / Mumbai IN THE MONTH OF feb, 2016, , but as usual this time also failed to book

F.Today also I received a call from Country Club after this cimplainet they said me to revert on the email which they send to me, but I have not received any email from them, This is the way they are working

I would like to also inform you that ...First they called and asked for collecting free gift vouchers at the mall, Noida. After 40 mins of presentation they asked us to book and join the country club vacations for 3 lac . when we refused they offered membership vacations of 10 + 5 years for 1.65 lac .
when we refused the offer also they offered extra benefits of booking today only . The extra benefits were one all incl. free trip including air tkts for 4 N at any place in asia and one more such trip in any plac in India. By this all free offer of today only we became members . next day when we asked for all the free offers and its bookings they refused . This co seems to trap people.

Its about more than 2 years that i had purchased membership with 50, 000 rs with lots of offers and benefits, but not received anything till date .

YOU ARE ONCE AGAIN REQUESTED TO PLESAE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP ME OUT. PLESAE REFUND MY MONEY

Hi,

Refer to my complaint dated 14.2.2017. I would like to inform you that no action has been taken from country club till date. We have not received any call, any response from them.I am surprised how its show resolved on the websites.

After that I am busy as my wife's delivery was also due in feb. Now I am again would like to reopen my complaint and inform you that till date I have not received any response from cc

The sales person made false commitments to me at the time of the deal and now, he and his manager are not picking my phone. I visited their office but no one is responding properly. I contacted to their customer care number but they also did not give any proper response. I have also sent e-mails, but no one is bothered about the problems the customer is facing. It seems that this company dose not give any value to the law of this country

You are once again requested to please contact them and force them to either refund our money or book our holidays

Hope you will look into the matter and help me out

    Hello Sir/maam,

    Marketing division of COUNTRY CLUB is looting the customers with false promises and charging the customers.

    I would like to raise a dispute against the country club for the transaction made on 21jan2017 for 15000 on my cc ending with 5582.

    I do not want the membership and i want the refund to my card. Please refund the money and stop this fraudulent practice.

    All this is creating panic, trouble and wasting lot of valuable energy and time of the people.

    Marketing division is looting the customers and charging customer using false promises. This is basically fund raising and the method adopted is completely wrong.
    Please stop fooling customers in this way.

    I want my money back credit to my card.

    Please look in to this and resolve this asap.

      I am one of the Victim, even i faced the same situation and paid Rs72 thousand to this fraud company,
      But i would recommend each and every individual that if you have paid by credit card and same time or later in the evening if you come to know that they are fraud and just making money from Innocent people, then I would suggest to go to nearest credit card branch which you have swiped during the payment, and write a letter explaining the bank that how fraudulently they have made you to pay money, and stop that transaction immediately.
      I believe they will stop that transaction instead going to Country club office and requesting them to refund the money, even the that particular (country Club) manager would give you the false committeemen t that i'll send your request to my head office for refund.
      He's a big liar he's also plays a key role in fooling innocent people.
      Many people are not aware that by visiting to the nearest credit card branch with written application with the scenario, you can ask the bank to stop that transaction.

        मेरे साथ County club नाम की एक मक्कार कम्पनी ने धोखा किया है . यह मक्कार कम्पनी लोगों को झूठे प्रलोभन देती है .
        इस कम्पनी के सभी बिक्री प्रतिनिधि झूठ बोलकर अपनी कम्पनी की मेम्बर्शिप बेचते है .
        बेचारा निर्दोष ग्राहक जब इस मक्कार कम्पनी को पैसे देकर मेम्बर बन जाता है, तब Country club के लोग बोलते है की यह सुविधा आप नही ले सकते है,
        मेरी आप सब भाईं लोगों से 🙏यह प्रार्थना है कि अपनी मेहनत से कमाया हूआ पैसा ग़लती से भी भूल कर इस
        मक्कार, झूठी, फ़रेबी कम्पनी के पास ना लगाए, यह कम्पनी लोगों को कोई सर्विस नही देती है . सिर्फ़ ओर सिर्फ़ झूठ बोलती है, अतः मेरी भारत सरकार से यह गुज़ारिश है कि ऐसे लोगों की कम्पनी का व्यापार / सेवा अनुबन्ध तुरंत निरस्त किया जाना चाहिए, ताकि कोई इंसान दुबारा इनका शिकार ना बन सके,

            On 10/12, I signed a contract with country club with several promises and offers made on white paper for a hefty sum of INR 2, 95, 000.
            I was told that all the offers made to would be sent to me via email for confirmation the same day. Inspite of several reminders, nothing has been done and many of the offers promised on white paper are now denied verbally .
            This is a clear case of betrayal and cheating, now even the office in Rohini has been closed down and the person Vishal Rai, the person who cheated us, has left the job. There are hundreds of cheated families like us looking for justice against this coumpany.

            This company despite several FIRs and complaints is swiftly doing their fraudulent business and fooling & looting people on basis of false holiday promises. I sometimes feel the law and political system are hand in glove with such companies where they get share for not taking action.

            We tried all the means to cancel the contract as per the AIRDA guidelines of 10 days cooling period but nothing helped.

            I have no hopes of being heard or getting justice through this medium as well but I'm writing still to spread word of caution and awearness.

              It's been 3 months (from Sept/Oct 2016) since I am constantly getting unwanted marketing calls from Country Club for their AMC offer. I have told many times that I am not interested, but still they keep calling me every 2-3 days. If I tell one person, another person calls me after a week.

                Hi, me and my wife had raised the request for membership on 13th Dec 2016. We already paid the advance amount of INR 77000. Due to some reason, we cancelled our request on the very next day and requested them to refund the advance amount that we paid in their Noida Country Club office(Wave mall, floor 2nd, office no – 44, 45, Sector 18).

                Also please note that we have not availed any of their services since we did not receive the membership cards.

                There is no reply to any mails from their customer care center and when we call their agents(who convinced us to buy membership), they keep on rotating the request.

                Is there any way to get this refund?

                  The main purpose of me contacting you is that I had been cheated by your employees working with Country Club Country Vacations.

                  It all started when I went for movie in a Mall near Uppal where I have filled a form. After few days I got a call from Country Club Country Vacations. They have asked me to visit their office in Begumpet. It was all about the Club membership. The manager(Vamshi Krishna), salesperson(Nagaraj), bill dept(Vishnu) have convinced me to buy their concept with lot of promises. I straight away rejected the offer saying that I don't have money as I had recently invested my entire money somewhere else except for credit cards. They have asked me to pay the bill using 4 of my credit cards(HDFC credit card, RBL credit card, CITIbank credit card and SBI credit card) and promised that they would get me a single card of the same limit of Rs. 1, 90, 000 (One lakh and ninety thousand) and even promised that they have links with the credit card issuing banks and weave off the interest charges and said that the EMI would be only Rs. 5227 for a period of 36 months and said that I would get the card in 10 days. Till date I haven't got any such call from anyone. They have made several other false promises which were never fulfilled. I have made several attempts to contact them but all my efforts have gone waste. Everytime I call them they would always say that they are either driving or busy attending meetings in office. In one of my attempt to contact Vamshi Krishna I told him that if he would not help me I warned him that I would approach police and raise a cheating complaint then he asked me to give the complaint. One day I had visited the Begumpet Country club office I had met one Mr.Vimal (Accounts manager) and said he would resolve my issue. He even could not help me. However I had borrowed a hand loan of Rs. 2, 00, 000 with an simple interest of 3% per month to clear off the debts for all the credit card banks.

                  I finally came to a conclusion that I was cheated and need to approach someone who can understand my situation and help me out. If i don't get any help from you my next step would be National Consumer Forum for final justice.

                  I was told so many offers at time of membership but now they r nit full filling them. when i m calling them they disconnect the phone and even do not call back.

                  Their names are: Mr. Kush and Mr. Azhar.

                  The worst experience in my life when i bought the mambership, feeling like cheated.

                      Country club and country vacations both are the worst organization. They are filled with Liars, Cheaters, Frauds and Shameless persons. None of their team member knows what is the meaning of customer or Service. I am pretty much sure that they might never have heard the word “Customer Satisfaction". I have wasted my enough money because of my gullibility. I trusted wrong persons. If anyone is ever planning to join country club Or Country Vacation, I would only say " Welcome you have declared yourself one of the few brainless persons "

                        I must put you across that either you are working with the lost lethargic team members or I am dealing with a bunch for non supportive relationship managers.

                        What kind of Hospitality you have to offer me.

                        Worst ever experience, Highly Non professional team members, The entire team if full of cheaters and only sell the idea of vacations on false commitments.

                        People take these memberships to enjoy and have a relaxing period not for follow up and surprises which everytime make you feel cheated.

                        I have voice recording of the entire plan explained and which changes as every time.

                        I don't wish to continue anymore, tell me the procedure to claim the money back as I can no longer loose my patience.

                        Pathetic experience.

                          Myself Vipindas.I joined in country club on 17th May 2013 & paid almost 4 lakhs rupees .As they promised i have tried to reserve my holidays last three years but is always showing "sold out ".I called many times to their customer service & requested to cancel my membership & refund the money bu no response yet .Please help me o get back my money from this fraud company

                            I was made member of the country club by their agents on 22/1/2017. They received Rs 20000/= as one time money and Rs 125000/= in instalments of 24 months. with nil interest as promised. They offered 10 years of vacations with one week every year for stay in their club hotels . The also offered all inclusive including flight, stay, food for a week stay in Macau. and one more place in India of my choice.
                            Now after getting all payments they are refusing to provide trip, sta all incl. package of Macau. They are also not giving interest free instalments. The interest is deducted on the instalments.
                            In view of above I want to cancel the membership and want my refunds. As I have not signed any contract copy I may pl be helped to get the refund of Rs 145000/=
                            I have complained to their customer care . They only ask the details of problem and ask me to wait for a week to get back.

                              I country club member (Dt470098) have signed an agreement with country vacations on 01/06/2008 and cleared an amount of inr 1, 53, 000/- plus inr 38, 000/- towards membership registration and complimentary plots with registration as of 04/01/2015. I was allotted plots 150 sq. Yards (1276 and 1326) in golf village birdie ii venture in jangaon, warangal district. I have not yet received the gift deeds and registration documents till date. I have been following up this issue with the local branch in warangal and ho in hyderabad, but no response is received.                                 why can't it is not possible, we have not used single rupee and your services.Without our interest by forcible saying somany benifits they have made us to take for 1 month by paying 3000 and cancel it .
                                your executives and managers have told the next day itself you can cancel the card and the amount is refundable, without informing us they have deducted 2, 04, 450, it is not a small amount that we won't get refund to tell.Like you we are also private job holders and each rupee we are earning with so many difficulties.
                                we want it should be refunded. Otherwise we will go for a dispute.

                                  Country club & vacations have taken 1.1lakhs, with signature on agreements stating that we have to pay AMC compulsorily, which was orally told as, no AMC if we dont avail leaves.
                                  Yes, is this what the citizens suffer. Our own amount is sitting as a fixed deposit and over which they are expecting us to PAY AMC.

                                  Please provide us a platform to get our money backl after whatever deduction. Please

                                    My membership no is ccah13club70605.

                                    i had complain against MR. Santosh Mishra & also customer care but there is no any action about it. i alreday sent many mail regarding this matter.

                                    Now almost one year complete but i dont have any solution from your end now i am tired so i dont want to continue Member ship with your company and give me my Money back with interest.

                                    Last one year i am continuosly follow up with MR. Santosh Mishra reagarding this matter but every time he give me next date. and last 15 days i tried to contact him but his number is cancelled. so i have a last way to send a full & final mail to you. if you can solve this issues before Diwali otherwise i have to go consumer forum for complain against Mr. santosh MIshra and your company for Cheating with customer.i have all conversation detail between me and Mr. santosh Mishra.

                                    i am giving you my issue which MR. Santosh Mishra had Promice me at the time of Joining.

                                    1.I have Member ship for 8 years but as per letter it will valid for only two years so he give me 6 complementry voucher. but same problem in voucher because it is mentioned that all voucher valid for only one year from the date of issue and also i have to pay Rs. 4000 extra as a booking fee this is also wrong. and also two more voucher pending i have also sent a mail regarding this matter.

                                    2. As per Your Manager commitment i dont have to pay interest for EMI if i am Paying they will give me back but till date they dont give me back Rs. 8500.

                                    3.Finally he will promice me he will Transfer my Membership and give me back my all money but every time he will give me next date and every time he had not receive my call.

                                    finally i met to Mr. srinkant at CG rod office he had promice me he will give my money refund but he also not pic up my call and also not responding me.

                                    i tried to contact him from last one month but he always cut my call.

                                    i want my money at any cost shall i go to consumer forum?

                                    if yes give me proper feed back.

                                    They don't send me any mail regarding this complain but he told me that they will give me additional 3 voucher for holiday. But I can't accept it and now he never pic up my call . he blocked my call. I will give u phone no which he promiced me to return my money with 10% less but now he said. Me no.                                       I was cheated by the country club, I was asked to visit country club stating i am the lucky winner and asked to attend a session of 1 hour with wife, after attending they explained all the benefits and asked to pay 80000 i said i will pay in installments he asked to me to pay the entire 80000 first which he said it will be returned to my bank or credit card back in next 7 days, but i had only 35000 in the credit card he took the amount and said it will be refunded, and since that day it’s been more than a month i am chasing them and none of them respond my call my bank calls me every day for the overdue payment to pay immediately which I don’t have money to pay which is spoiling my credit score I have to take home loan and If the credit score Is bad they will not give me loan hence i went to meet them manager named ANIL CHOUDHARY assured me that within next 10 days he will resolve my issue but when i call him he says call tomorrow call day after and never resolve anything which was frustrating when i shouting due to frustration he abused me and says you paid to company not to me and dropped the phone, i want to raise a fraud and high level complaint against the company and the manager and will take it to police for further recovery if not resolved soon.
                                      Hope this gets resolved ASAP

                                        Kindly note that country club has given many promises by their representative Mr Santosh Mishra Ahmedabad, however they have not fulfil any promises. they have take addition payment of rs 18750 for giving additional weeks and other facilities but still he has not given any thing.
                                        he is now not lifting phones also
                                        I am getting daily calls from Country club HO for payment of maintenance . they are giving many offers and when I am informing this above issue they are disconnecting the calls. I have discussed with everybody but nothing got solution.
