My experience with Country Club is neither new nor different from others. The club is nothing but a bunch of crooks. They have looted me of ₹115000 for 10 years membership which was supposed to be converted into interest free EMI for 18 months. But they swiped my credit card and now I have to pay the whole amount in one go. The incident took place on 7th November 2016. The representative presented such a fascinating picture of offers that we fell prey to it! But later on found that the reality is totally different from that.
Mr. Akshit Kakkar who is T.O. Manager of their office at City Square Mall, Rajouri Garden, Delhi kept assuring us that our money will be refunded if we are dissatisfied, they never told us all the facts about the vacations. He kept befooling us for 2 months. Now we have lodged a police complaint against the club and have also decided to approach consumer court. We go to their office at Rajouri Garden and warn other couples who come there for free stay coupons about the fraud so that others cannot be befooled, I have decided to take the stern action against the club I have also written to PMO and Media about such fraudulent clubs which are making fool of innocent public, so that the culprit can be punished, I will not sit quiet until and unless I get my money back.

    Strangely when you try to book a vacation eg 3N 4D via your membership at one of their resorts, you are told that there is no vacancy and you are booked at an associated property at a remote location .

    This happened to me recently and I am planning to ah ahead with a separate hotel booking where there are good deals .

    Country club is a waste of money and false promises .

      As a member, I was provided 4 air tickets coupons. I booked 3 tickets sitting with the customer care executive (Delhi) in their office on 3rd Jan evening; all one after the other, because their website can book only one passenger at one time. Two tickets were Delhi to Goa which were booked successfully. But for the return tickets, out of the two, only one could be booked and while booking the second ticket (just within two minutes practically), it showed that “cashback is not applicable on this fare”. This all happened in-front of the executive. Further I was suggested that I should wait for few hours or may be a day and expect that the cashback may get available on this. Since then, I have tried many times till late night on 3rd Jan and again now on 4th Jan morning; but to no avail.

      Also that the website and coupon code have a feature to book one month in advance; the other ticket is already booked for 7th Feb, therefore this ticket must be booked by 6th Jan. Plus, the other ticket is non-refundable; so I can't even cancel that and re-plan both tickets together on another flight.

      The trip ID for the first passenger is [protected], booked on 3rd Jan’17.

      this whole booking process has literally disturbed me a lot. It is really not acceptable that due to country club's website’s ridiculous feature, we as member passengers travel separately and feel stupid about ourselves. This is like ruining the entire holiday experience and moreover frustration against Country Club, which sold us dreams and emotions.

        Hello,

        This is to inform you that I had received a gift vouncher in a Mall and was called to the CC Kandivali branch to attend a session in July.

        At the branch, I met Mr. Prakash Verma & Soheal who insisted me to take a test package by paying Rs 15, 000 cash, for Goa before being a member.And told me if I like the trip later can decide to be member. He didnt give me any receipt nor any acknowlegement. But told me I’ll receive a mail from Hydrabad about the booking the very next day.

        I waitied for 2 months.

        He did the booking in October for December through Supriya from CC, after following up several times ( Please Check Attachment). To my shock I see the booking cost was some where around Rs. 3000

        When I call the Customer Care they say you canot avail any packages without being a member.

        Now in December due to my family member death I could not go for the trip, I called him up to get it postponed he said it canot hapen and now he says he canot even get the Rs 15000 refunded.
        I asked for atlest Rs. 10000 as it didnt involve that cost because I cancelled before the trip date.

        I need a solution to this problem.

        And as per my understanding this Marketing team is making money by selling off trips from their members Kitty.

        I am sure this amount is not taken by your Company, but is distributed among these employees and the member (MOHAN KUMAR KOTYANKAR).

        And no Mr. Prakash no more responds to my calls or sms. I have lost Rs. 15000/-

        I purchased this trial package from pune, ITI road.

          I'm facing trouble till from when i have joined your membership. first of all when your employee explain your membership plan then i was denied and said that i already have mountain club membership then he promised me that he(Ashish Sachhan) will make exit from mountain club & adjust that amount in country club membership fee. But now he denied & when i'll call him he didn't received my phone. And if received then suggest new things.Sir i belong to lower family. i have earn this money by facing so much trouble. Please help me sir...No one help me...plz sir i want to exit from this membership. Plz sir help me.

            Well, i would like to draw the attention of the country club officials that i have never had a good experience with your club since the time we have taken the membership. We are feeling not just cheated but robbed. We took the membership (Ccpu40v10lb71124) on 14th feb 2014 from pune for rs 105000. We were told by the incharge of the country club, amanora, pune that we would be charged amc (Rs 8500) only in case we use your party halls or similar. We would not be charged of any amc in case of resort bookings. But it has been an year and that person has not given us properly in writing. We have been following up on this for a very long time but almost everytime he delays this saying that i am waiting for this to get updated in the system. The customer representatives of country club keeps on calling us for paying amc almost every month. We were told that the bookings will be on the basis of first come first serve. But whenever we try to make bookings, we are told that we would have to upgrade by paying so and so amount if we want the bookings on the desired dates. We were promised many other benefits which all look fake now.

            Recently we visited the country club new year event at pune.
            We were told that it is free for the members. But before we could actually enter the lawns we were told that we'll have to pay min. Rs 1500 if we want to purchase any drinks/food items. We thought it to be okay and paid the amount. When we went inside, we saw there was a huge line for food. Sometimes the food was getting over, sometimes there were no plates, people were getting frustrated like anything. We were standing in the queue till like 11:45pm. Imagine it's a new year eve and we were waiting in the queue for the food which consisted of just 1 chapati, 1 curry and a pinch of rice. We also heard people talking about the quality of food being real bad. We had to come out of the queue and eat somewhere outside as there was no hope of getting the food there. We literally wasted our rs 1500 for nothing. You guys ruined our new year eve. Even the performances were average. It could not have been worse.

            When we pay such a huge amount for something, we expect some trust and honesty from you guys. But this membership has been nothing but looting!!! Please take some immediate action otherwise you will find hell loads of negative reviews from my end at any public forum possible plus loads of negative mouth publicity.

            We would like to undo the membership and request the refund! Please help asap.

              I have made payment of Rs 115000/- towards life time membership and later going through the reviews immediately requested to cancel the transaction. Verification call didn't happen to my mobile number. I have written a mail to them immediately asking to credit back the amount to my credit card account.

                I purchase membership CCDL62V10LB26066for 10 years on 25 Dec 2016 from Wave mall Noida sec 18 and for the same company charged me 118000 and this amount will convert into 36 months EMI. As per executive Mr. Ashish this will come to Rs 138000. In this membership he promised me to give 10 holidays for 6 nights and 7 days with 1 domestic trip with Food and Lodging and 1 Asia trip with 2 Air tickets, food and Lodging in extra.
                I asked him on 26 Dec 2015 on call to confirm again all these features. That day also he promised me the same and ask me to give journey date so could provide me tickets.At that time i was not able to decide date so i did not provide. So i asked him to give all these details on my mail. Now he denied for Air tickets.
                I asked his manager Mr. Shekhar Chaudhary to provide same features which Ashish promised me on 25 Dec 2016. He also denied to provide the same.

                I asked my money back then he told me that this membership fee is non refundable.

                This is for your kind information that country club, gave me offer for winning lottery & repeatedly call me(Susanta Mob. no.[protected]) to come & collect the gift at City centre 2 Salt lake, Kolkata on 15.1.17, after coming there they repetadely insisted on us to take membership at any cost, when we denied to take it, The manager of the country club misbehaved (along with my wife) and insulted with us. So, I would ask the company don't misguide & misbehave with innocent person who are unwilling to get membership with the help of such ruffians.Thank you,

                  Took membership from Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia early in 2016.2 months back i raised request for Darjeeling and Gangtok booking by an agent Sashi working there under management of Amutha, also working in Kuala Lumpur. The hotels in the link provided were hotel anand in Darjeeling and hotel utpala in Gangtok (associated properties) for which I have proof as WhatsApp chat. He have confirmed both the places for the requested dates 25 and 26 Dec 2016 Darjeeling and 27 to 31 2016 Gangtok. My husband also went to meet this agent Sashi 15 days before flying that time he didn't confirm anything about changing property. when we were just left with 2 days before flying he gave us Hotel Apsara in Darjeeling and booked Hotel Vajrakali in Gangtok leaving us with no option but to take these. Upon coming here we are realising you have given hotels with very low rating (below 2) and very far from city area. I would like to take this case forward in terms of forgery and misguiding the customer.

                  Please make sure they book the properties mentioned on the link or else cancel the membership and return the money we paid at the time of membership.

                    I got a call from one of the Country Club representative in Pune on 25/12/2016. They told me and said I was selected in a lucky draw, When I reached there they told me to attend a presentation and showed some plans and offers. they asked me to pay only 1.35 lakhs for 5 years membership with 10 weeks holidays. I paid 13k and remaining money they asked me to pay in EMI options. Now when I am trying to call them no one is picking the phone and no response.I want my money back asap and executive name is Sumit Papani Pune Branch.

                      Have bought country club membership from kandivali worth 85000 last year August. For which have already paid 25000 just on the condition that there will no any payment from my side for 1 year after that per month emi I will pay for remaining 60000. But from September only bloody started calling for full payment.we have said you are breaking your condition. They have harassed a lot for payment. Then thay told us ok do 1 thing, we will give you holidays worth 25000 but till date no bloody holidays we got nor membership we are using. They idiots just enjoying my money. I will not leave them. I don't want faltu membership, nor holidays. Just refund my 25000 and hell with your Cheaters.

From very next month they started harassing for payment. As they have committed fraud, I don't want to go for it. I need my full 25000 return with interest as till date I have not used any day .

                        Sir /Madam,
                        My wife was given some coupon on a petrol pump stating that we are giving some free holiday trip to some people by lucky draw to promote country club on 2nd Dec 2016 . On 3rd Dec 2016, she received a call that you have been selected for six night and seven days free stay at any property of country club in India and you have to come to Ansal plaja at south extension New Delhi with your spouse. We denied that we are busy but they insisted to come to collect the gift and told that some representatives from outside have come to brief you to make your trip unforgettable . There was no person from outside .
                        We reached there and instead of telling anything about free gift they started telling about 30 years holiday membership . We denied and requested to give us free gift and will think after trip. But Mr. Shoaib and Mr Manoj, manager traped my wife and me and made us to sign agreement without permitting to read it and by giving incomplete informations . They made us to stay there more than 2 hrs 30 minutes .
                        When I have read the agreement, I felt cheated and rang up them that it is a fraud and cancel my agreement and refund my amount. Since they told me that our company comes under AIRDA and you can cancel your membership within cooling period . I have requested by mail and telephonically to cancel my membership and refund my amount on 5th Dec 2016 .
                        Therefore, I earnestly request you to cancel my membership and refund my money . If trust has been broken in starting itshelf, further relationship can not be relied.

                          False commitments, Information given in presentation was not included in contract, cooling off period was not included in contract, They told me that they will refund me all interest charged on my CC while converting amount to EMIs, Now i am thinking to go to police and consumer forum thereafter.
                          Annual Maintenance charges not explained while selling which is included in agreement.
                          I have sent cancellation email to them very next day but no reply from Country club side.
                          I want refund and cancellation of vacation plan.

                            I was selected via a random lucky draw (All made up) and called few times requesting to visit their cannaught place office to claim the offer. We finally thought of giving a visit to find out more. Then we were asked to attend a presentation before we could claim the fake voucher.
                            Then the sales person started selling their lifetime free membership to all the clubs by paying 1 lac and 1 overseas + 4 domestic stays (1 each year) at their resorts or affiliated hotels where they dont have any hotels.

                            They made us believe in the offer and we signed the 50 page document trusting the sales person. We asked and confirmed a few times whether there will be any other hidden charges / maintenance charges and sales guy said no future charges only one time membership fees and that its a limited time offer!!

                            We stay overseas and couldnt use the vouchers or free stay offer or the clubs but in a year's time they started calling asking us to pay maintenance charges worth approx. 9000/- rupees each year!! This was totally unexpected and sales guy never mentioned any of such charges.

                            This is a fraud company, please dont waste your time dealing with them or getting trapped in their offers or luck draw!

                            This complaint is regarding the sauna / Steam room in adheri near behrambaug . There is no light in the room and this has been the case for the last six months. Management needs to take notice.

                              We have a membership on the name of SYED MAHMOOD. There was an agreement made about deduction of 1400 for about 36months summing to 49, 000.

                              But there was a miss from the Country club agent that all the 49, 000/- got deducted at a time.

                              I have made many attempts to reach out to the company and get the policy cancelled as i was been charged the financial charges of 49, 000/- since almost 7months.

                              Never the company responded to look into this issue. Always being made false promises of cancellation dates.

                              TIRED with all these. I WANT SOME ONE FROM COUNTRY CLUB REACH OUT TO ME ASAP AND GET MY POLICY CANCELLED.

                              NEVER LET CUSTOMERS TRUST DOWN. REMEMBER THAT THE COMPANY IS CUSTOMER CENTRIC. LEARN TO VALUE EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER

                                At Pune Cannaught Palace, the sales person make false commitment and trap the customers. They gave me various offers and commitment, but when I told them to give me in writing they were hesitating and finally said your time is over and now the offers are closed. They didn't took my membership even though I was paying them the amount of 2.5 lakhs in one shot. This is disgusting. Why this people don't give in writing what they commit at the time of enrollment, why they hesitate when they are true.

                                  I had received number of calls congratulating me for being selected
                                  That i have won a gift coupon
                                  From country club office (Center stage mall, noida) and
                                  Ome another gifts as the club completed 25 years. And they have put
                                  A condition that
                                  Couple should come to their office to collect it. Their officials
                                  Requested that we come there on 11.09.2016 by 03:00 pm and they will
                                  Handover the
                                  Gifts. We went there with my 9 months old kid, the marketing team of country
                                  Club gaurav chauhan (Mobile no: [protected]) had gave us
                                  2 hours long presentation and given me false promises. There was loud
                                  Music and congested seats arrangements to confuse costumers.
                                  When i opposed so many times to him for this matter, he took us in a
                                  Cabin and handover
                                  To his senior guy named ashwini tyagi (Mobile no: [protected]) as he
                                  Is unable to answer.
                                  While taking the membership the sales executive kept repeating its
                                  Free if you ever want to cancel
                                  They don't give you end time to read the documents and make you sign immediately
                                  However the information which i have got from the sales representative
                                  And the information here in written is not matching.
                                  They had deal in 1 lakh 75 thousands. We made payment of rs. 85'000/=
                                  By credit cards and told
                                  Them that right now, we don't have money for payment. If you can
                                  Consider some more
                                  Days for the rest amount, then we can think for
                                  Membership. He told me that, we can provide him cheque. But when we
                                  Replied the cheque is
                                  At our home. He immediately replied that "no problem, i send
                                  A guy with you and you give him cheque of rs. 90, 000/=. And
                                  Verbally he advised us
                                  That don't write date on cheque.
                                  We requested him that please deposit the cheque after 4 - 5 days when we call
                                  You to deposit. But he deposited my cheque next day and the cheque bounced.
                                  He cheated us. He was in so much hurry to take money from us. After
                                  This incidence
                                  I had called mr. Ashwini tyagi to cancel my membership as we've use
                                  Nothing of his company.
                                  Even not the free tour voucher. He told me that he can't. This is
                                  Not in the company policy. He avoided my calls.
                                  When he was describing about the company, everything was in his hand
                                  . After that he ignored us. When i called
                                  To head office for this matter the lady told me, not possible. You
                                  Can go anywhere, police, court, but
                                  We can't give you money back.
                                  Aswini gave us his senior's no named sachin ([protected]). He
                                  Indirectly threatened us by
                                  Aying that" ashwini is a local resident."
                                  Post pregnancy i am suffering from health problems, so, it is not
                                  Possible to visit regularly to
                                  Country club noida office for my problem.
                                  I am fade up of behaviors of the company employees.
                                  Now, i want my money (Amount of rs. 85, 000/=) back with immediate
                                  Effect. The company is in hospitality industry and i
                                  Am not satisfied, even they threatened us.

                                    My name is asgar (Bangalore),
                                    I bought country club membership (Cool bt) in my mother name (Hameeda banu) in installment payment system announced by them.
                                    I have following issues :

                                    1. Initially the sales representative (Mr shiv prasad) explained us lifetime family membership (5 members card) comes along with a plot in tumkur for which we paid down payment of rs 40000, then monthly installments of rs 3000 (Total rs 21000 installments paid) (Please note that we have complete documents for payments) whereas country club database shows only rs 47000 payment only, meaning sales representative had flicked the balance amount.

                                    2. Sales representative assured us that we will get tumkur property. We went to the place to verify property also (Provided us authorized signed documents stating "site number" "allotment and other details". On above point (1) issue when we visited their corporate office at indiranagar, they completely denied that property in tumkur will be given, instead they said property in some remote place of andra pradesh will be given.

                                    3. On coming to know these frauds we asked refund of our money. Since we were not at all interested in membership (Neither we used any of the facilities - can be confirmed from their data). We invested our hard earned money so that we get plot of site in tumkur.

                                    4. On hearing all the above mr rajshekar (Sales manager and head incharge at indiranagar branch) assured us we be given justice.
                                    He said since tumkur property not possible, he will degrade the membership to lower value of bglcp to my name (Asgar) in which only 3 lifetime membership plus plot site at andra pradesh instead of tumkur will be given and we need need not have to make further payment. Since we had no option we opted for it and got it degraded (Only memberships given plot side not given) during this time mr shiv prasad (Sales representative) had left country club and mr rajshekar said action will be taken on him so flicking the amount.

                                    5. After waiting for long time when we did not receive confirmation on andra pradesh side also, we visted indiranagar office again where we came to know that this time even mr. Rajshekar (Manager and head in-charge) also left company and it's not only us many like us suffered from such scheme. We went ahead to file case in consumer court (Same time many cases were going on) and court order came to refund amount along with interest (Around 95000). This was challenged by them and now case is still pending.

                                    6. After years i don't see any progress in case, on that i need to leave job to attain case, pay lawyer fee. I understood their came plan that they will have bulk cases like this which will run for years together keeping one lawyer is peanut expenditure for them.

                                    7. Now i do not wish to drag this further so when i call them for settlement person from country club says they will give plot side only at andra pradesh for which i have to pay balance amount[protected] = 78000) note that 47000 is as per their records and not 61000 paid by us.

                                    8. Case is pending and settlement also pending, their sales representative including people at managerial post involve into fraud cheats like this. I request authorities to take action against this type of frauds in view of general public safety and also to give me some meaningful compensation (Settlement or refund of my money) to me.

                                      On[protected], we were cordoned off by many staff members of country vacation & Country Club Begumpet Hyderabad. Forcefully they have taken signature on the contract paper and snatched the credit card & swiped the card for the above mentioned amount.

                                      Many a times, I have told executives of Country Vacation on phone as well as through email to terminate my membership and return the deposited amount with interest. But till date staff members of Country Vacation have not credited the paid amount. Instead of returning my hard earned money with interest, they have been harassing me and my family members mentally & physically.

                                      I have given sufficient time to the company i.e. more than one year to return the above mentioned amount.

                                        Their office in noida, called us and offered a deal where we will pay 1.75 lacs and in return we will get offers equaling more then this amount.

                                        They insisted on credit card and deducted 1.75 lacs.
                                        After payment i realized that they have actually made me a timeshare vacation member and offers have suddenly altered with different terms and conditions. which i cannot avail.
                                        I am busy with a technical course at present pursuing at a college/university and i told then before hand that i cannot travel before july 2017, still their offers have validity within six months from now.

                                        Above all, i am already a member of 'Sterling holidays' timeshare vacation, then why would i opt for another timeshare vacation, its ironical that marketing staff got so busy in duping customer that they sold a timeshare vacation member to a person who already holds a similar membership with another company.

                                        Whatever they say is verbal with no company brochure and terms and conditions, because if they do that they will get exposed as whatever they are saying is ultimately for duping customers and don't exist in real.

                                        For ex- all products in market have details printed on their packs, then why are timeshare companies can't do that, they will still get customers like all other products get. But they follow a reverse method in which they sometimes sell a product to a person like me who already has a same product.
