Hi Team,

I have taken a Country club membership on 19th Mar 2017 by paying INR. 40, 005/- with membership no. CVBG1SCLUB5LB234622 in Bangalore, Sarjapura Road. There were two person who convinced me to become a member of Country club.

1. Mr. Darshan - Mob: +91 [protected]
2. Mrs. Naziya - Mob: +91 [protected]

Non of them are answering my call from the day one.

The price which was told for this membership was INR. 79, 005/-. Later I was told to pay INR. 40, 005/- which will be converted to 60 EMIs without any interest and processing fee from their end and remaining amount can be paid within 4 years from that day.

I had paid INR. 40, 005/- by using two different credit cards. 20, 000/- from one and 20, 005/- from another card.

I have received the credit card bill of full amount from the bank. It means, these amounts were not converted to EMI and I'm not in a position to pay this full amount to the bank.

I agreed to become a membership because of long term EMI facility without interest and without processing fee.

I would request you to cancel my Country club membership and refund the amount to my credit cards.

Complaint is not resolved. I don't know why it's marked as a resolved. No body from country club contacted me on this issue. Change the status of this complaint as not resolved. I tried reaching to Customer care but no proper response received.
I have not received any response from Country Club. Can someone help me to get my amount refunded.

    Hi,

    I was offered the membership of 1, 25, 000 for 5 years. I was given this membership by theirr senior manager (Anand at Aundh, Pune) and his sub-ordinate (Karan). They both told us that we need to pay Rs. 65k first and then we can utilize all your facilities for next 2 years and if we're happy with CC services, we can pay the remaining amount i.e. 60K.

    We've been chasing Anand (Contact# [protected]) ever since we've taken the membership however he never picked up our phone. In fact, he read our message on What's up but didn't even respond. Finally, we went to your Aundh office and he again promised to help us with the booking and this time we gave him dates also. He said that he will ensure that our holidays are booked. He requested us to drop an email to reservations.[protected]@countryvacationsmail.com just as a formality and he will take care of the rest. However, thereafter Anand never picked up our phone as usual so we called him from another number and then he picked up the phone and he said that I've many other customers also whom I've to look after and I'm always busy with meetings. Simultaneously, we also got the response after 7 days from Country Club saying that we'll have to pay the remaining amount if we want to book our holidays.

    Thus, this is a cheating and big fraud. Please refund our money (65K) and cancel our membership immediately. We don't want to continue with Country Club as you guys make false promises and torture your customers. Country Club has tortured us badly and caused huge amount of mental harassment. Their managers literally beg to have the customer take the membership and once it's done, they induce harassment to the customers.

    Why it's showing as 'resolved'? Don't mark it as resolved as it's not resolved yet. I've asked them to cancel my membership immediately though they have eaten my money and are not refunding but I don't want to keep any contact with this fraud company and don't need anything from them as they just fool their people. Mark it resolved once they cancel the membership between me and them.

    I've not heard anything from them. I've already asked them to cancel the membership however they are least bothered to respond. I've already told them that their staff has already cheated me and eaten up 65k without providing any service. I've not used any of their services yet.
    I've asked them to cancel the membership immediately. I don't want to keep any relationship with these fraud people but they are still not responding. Such fraud companies must be closed in India. They have fooled many people across India. Please take some action else they will continue fooling people.

      I took membership on 02/02/2017 at Mulund west Mumbai- 400081 during a meeting organized by country club people namely Mr Atul Rai Mobile No- [protected] and I have opt membership by paying Rs 2, 00, 000/-, at the time of membership discussion in presence of me & my Wife and also our office staff they offered us various benefits and we trust them. We told him our purpose for getting this membership is to plan our honeymoon at a best location as on 12th Feb 2017.

      Mr. Atul Rai said that don't worry just pay your membership fees of Rs. 2 Lacs and then Country club will serve you 5start delux resort at various country club location.

      We have decided to go to Kerla & told them to plan for 12th Feb 2017 to 17th Feb 2017 but Country Club Tour Package executive Ms. Kajal Mobile No- [protected] told us that there is no availability of Resort on the same date, we consider this matter as genuine and postpone this trip to next week as per there guidance.

      Ms. Kajal get back with the date 19th to 24th Feb 2017 & we told her to confirm our Honeymoon trip as early as possible with best services.

      But She had not booked our tour & also not planned our trip till 16th Feb 2017 after taking so much follow up from Mr. Atul Rai & Ms. Kajal She booked resort for the same date & told us to pay extra utility charges of Rs. 3500/- asap which were not communicated to us at the time of taking membership.Still we have paid the money

      At the time of taking membership Mr. Atul Rai told us that country club is also having there in house Flight ticket booking services at the lowest rate and if we booked our membership on 02/02/2017 they will give us Rs.12000/- flight vouchers free which we can redeem against our honeymoon trip flight fare. We took all this commitments as a genuine & took Country club membership but we are now feeling cheated by your Country Club & executives Mr. Atul Rai.

      Ms. Kajal & Mr. Atul Rai has not booked our air tickets till 18th Feb 2017 when we are expected to go to trip on 19th Feb 2017 even after taking so much follow up on Calls & Messages.

      On 18th Feb 2017 at 7 Pm Ms. kajal & Mr. Atul Rai told us that they are failed to redeem Air Fare voucher of Rs. 12000/- of country club and we need to make entire payment of Flight from our own pocket for 19th Feb 2017 Honeymoon trip.

      We are really very disappointed with your service & want to terminate this membership as ap, we communicate this with Mr. Atul Rai but he is now not responding to our messages & calls.

      Our Money is fraudulently taken by country club against which we have not even used a single % of membership benefit, kindly manage to cancel our membership & return our whole payment of Rs. 2 lacs plus 3500/- Utility charges plus Rs. Rs. 344/- service charges.
      I want my total money back of Rs. 203844/- and terminate my membership as i have not availed any benefit so far, the county club is not an organization which could be trusted they do not keep their words and shift responsibilities on one to another official of country club.

      Now I am feeling cheated by taking the membership of Country Club India. & they are now not responding at all. I am asking any senior authority details but they are no providing.
      Please help me out as I have taken the loan for paying membership by thinking that they will take care of my future tours but now I am feeling cheated by fraud.

        Hi all,

        We (Roli trivedi and vimal trivedi) just want to lodge a complaint with the country club regarding some commitments made to me while selling a scheme by mr ashwani tyagi (Country club manager, [protected]) and mr gaurav choudhary (Holiday consultant, [protected]) on behalf of country club at the centre stage mall, 2nd floor, office no. 44-45, sector-18, noida on 14th jan 2017.

        When i am following with them regarding fulfillment of those commitments, they are delaying the response indefinitely. While selling the scheme they told me that i will get the following additional benefits along with the normal benefits:

        1 10 years membership with 70 holiday package.

        2 addition 5 years membership with 35 holiday package, if i will take membership in name of my wife.

        3 no annual maintenance charges (Amc) for lifetime.

        4 complimentary 1 week stay in india with 3 air tickets (Return included), food and other charges.

        5 complimentary 1 week stay abroad with 3 air tickets (Return included), food and other charges.

        6 free access to all clubs, fitness centre and country club events for 15 years

        7 holiday portability feature available, so we exchange holidays with other clubs.

        8 guaranteed booking confirmation if booking done in 15 days - 30 days in advance under this special and exclusive vacation ownership scheme.

        I strongly request the company to fulfill these promises or return my money back with interest, as i am being charged the same from my bank. Due to this ongoing unpleasant experience, i have lost interest in the company and would prefer disengaging with this company on an immediate basis.

        This is just for your information that i have paid nearly rs 150000 to the company through my credit card, which is being repaid through 24 emis.

        I request to check all these facts and return my money immediately.in case i need to escalate this matter to even higher authorities or take legal recourse please let me know. But i want to get out of this deal immediately.

        Hello Everyone,

        I want to share my experience with these cheaters called Country Club who sell membership by playing with your emotions and making false promises. I faced similar issue where I was cheated of Rs 1, 15, 000 in their Noida branch.
        I though claim to be aware of these tactics used by membership clubs still got into their trap courtesy of my wife :)... Jokes apart its their strategy to call spouses along with as its easy to influence you together as couple. They would ask questions like which car you drive, where you live etc so that to get an idea of your earnings/paying capacity and accordingly plan will be given to you.

        So coming back to my story, we were cheated as they membership of 10 years by playing the Andaman Nicobar trip card which we were planning. It was a big mistake by us that my wife signed the document without even reading it [first time in my life]..
        Actually we went there at around 9 pm in and they made us listen to all crap and may be due to we were getting late to home, we took this decision in haste...When we came back at around 11 PM and I googled around, I came to know that I have been fooled.
        By God's grace good part was I had made the payment via Credit Card..[If the payment is made via debit card, its very difficult to get the money back]
        I called up my bank immediately to cancel the transaction, but they refused saying its been already done..I then called Country Club person who had sold us this membership asking him to cancel it but he started giving excuses to come and meet tomorrow. Remember these guys will try to settle things and ensure that you don't file complaint for couple of days..
        I immediately sent emails to both Country Club and my bank to stop the transaction and cancel it.
        Next morning, I went to HDFC branch and talked to manager..He did help me by giving certain case examples that money has been refunded back to people and asked me to launch a dispute in credit card department.
        I called credit card department again and this time forcefully asked them to log my dispute for the amount. [This is very important step as initially bank won't agree to log a dispute but you will have to force them that this transaction has been done by you but it was done by doing fraud and you were fooled by making false promises]

        Bank responded to me initially saying to provide statement from merchant [Country Club] confirming return of money and without that they can't help me. I didn't give up and escalated the issue to higher management in the bank stressing that the main issue is merchant is not agreeing to return the money though i hadn't taken any services from them. Kindly ensure to frame your complaint email in detail with giving all the valid points on why you want cancellation.
        Another thing which I had done was sent a registered post for cancellation to the Country Club office. Registered post slip acts as proof it things go beyond bank to consumer court.
        In the meantime I kept on following with Country Club Noida, regional and Central offices to give in written but they never agreed to.
        But I was sure enough that I won't let go of my hard earned money and will fight for it.[I was even sure to approach Consumer court if required..]
        Finally bank agreed to show me proof of cancellation which I had sent to country club. I sent them all the emails I had written to country club for cancellation, registered post slips. One good thing I had done was I had started recording the voice calls on my mobile and I saved the conversation which I had with Country club officials where they had said things like you bring some reference to us and if that reference takes membership, we will transfer your membership to them etc
        I even shared these call records with bank.
        Bank asked me to wait for 1 month to get a reply from the merchant. I knew they would never reply back, so I followed up with my bank again after 1 month. It was the phase when bank would have realized that I am correct. They credited back the money temporarily into my account and started their investigation. If you reach this step, guys be sure more than half of battle is won.

        It took around 4 months for investigation to complete but I kept on following up with the bank every now and then say once in month.

        I had done the transaction on 29-Aug'16 and finally the investigation got completed in Feb'17 and result was in my favor.

        Few points to note:
        1. Try to convince your bank that its a wrong transaction and keep sticking on that. Once bank gets the confidence that you are right, trust me they won't let go their customer and your money :)
        2. Keep all records of communication which you have with Country Club.
        3. Don't hesitate to approach back Country Club firmly for your cancellation. They will refuse or give you other offers [In my case they offered me many things during this time] but stick to your claim and keep these as proofs.
        4. If bank is not able to resolve your issue, don't hesitate to approach consumer court. Its not tough guys and cases are normally dealt in a month there though 99% times your bank is in a state to take care of such issues.
        5. Log a dispute as early as possible. Delaying it will make your case weak. Don't accept anything you receive from Country Club via mail or by post. We had received the kit they had sent, but we refused saying that we have already cancelled the membership and don't need it. They can use it as a proof against you saying you have accepted the membership.
        6. Draft your complaint mail in detailed way giving all the reasons of fraud.

        I wanted to share this here so as to tell everyone that its our hard earned money and don't give up on it so easily. I got ray of hope from reading such blogs and this helped me recover my money back.
        Hope this helps some folks who are struggling with these cheaters the same way I had once.

          I am a member of country club for few months now. I paid 320000 rupees for a membership at rohini city center of 30 years with other complementary offers.

          Now since october i have been calling mr. Vishal rai for booking of my dubai all complementary stay n flight. I asked him for end of nov first, then around 15 dec, then around 28 dec, then 15 jan and then for 27 jan. He has been continuously making fool by saying that "yes ok i will get it done". And when the date comes around i keep calling him and in the end he says "please sir tell me some other date this date is not possible" and then stops answering my phone for few days. I have been harassed by him so much from last four months.

          And now the 27 is coming near by so he has stopped answering my phone from last one week and has been messaging me that "i m in meeting or i m driving or i can't take the call now call u later" kind of things.

          Also the same happened with the amount 15000 dd i was supposed to get. He said "sir i have your dd u come tomorrow i will give u". And when i went there he said sir "our account not available today come tomo" and no tomorrow came till yet. He started saying i will give u cash and then nothing happened till date.

          Then i visited there rajouri garden branch on 22nd feb, where i met there head mr. Alam he said to contact mr. Bharat there regional head of delhi. Bharat spoke to me on phone and asked to me come 27 feb to meet him. He said he will take action against vishal rai and will also compensate me. But on 27 feb he did not answer my call. On 1st march he said come on 10 march and i will also call vishal. Now he stopped answering my phone again.

          Did i pay so much to country club for being fooled and cheated? I had taken the money from my other family members now how will i pay them back? I was suppose to take them on holidays but now i can't do anything. I was thinking country club is such a old name to be trusted on but now i don't feel that at all. I believe they are just fooling people to make money.

          Please get me the booking done or please refund my membership. It's me hard earned money which i don't want to be wasted on this.

              I have call them 10 to 13 times but nothing is done
              Very bad experience of country club
              They are not taking any action no calls and nothing
              I have to leave this membership

                M trilochan agarwala got a call from a lady. By name mandira n she said congratulations i have selected in a lucky coupons so come and collect your 5 gifts .she mentioned all the 5 gifts were free .she sent a massage containg address but in that name country club was not mentioned so that we can see the reviews and we won't go .but next day when we went there there sale representative confused us by giving all good service lecture in a rough paper n they have offered some coffee after that our thinking process got changed and we told them we dnt have address proof still they have made the agreement without our address proof and in that mental status they have all signature in there agreement paper from us and debited our money from different different account .we were not in a power to read and understand that properly and they have not dictated us also .when we come back and seen the reviwes by this company this was totally fraud and now we r in depressive stage so please help us to get our money back as soon as possible and save us from mental trauma

                  This is to acknowledge you that i have joined country club with my membership number CCDL62V10LB26658 as on 03.03.2017 at Noida Sec-18, U.P.

                  However, i want to cancel my membership in country club because of being informed false commitments by your sales executive Mr Ashwini Tyagi on behalf of Country Club.I was informed that i have to pay Rs 178000/- (with no hidden cost for 10 years from the joining date) and i will be given 70 days to stay anywhere in the globe, with no accommodation charge).
                  However, after the part payment of rs 40000/- done by me, i checked online and discovered that an annual fee of Rs 12000/- has also to be done.
                  I don't want to be a part of country club because, your people flaunt the schemes to get incentives at the trust of customers.

                    I have been cheated by country club . Their rep gave me wrong/ incomplete information and trapped me to sign an agreement and took Rs 177000 by fraud. Their information/ promise /briefing are totally diferent .viewing this I requested them to cancel the agreement within two days which was even not signed by them t . Their signed copy has not been received till date . They have not refunded my amount also.
                    Some points of agreement wrong information are as under :

                    Gift Voucher related points.
                    In the SMS sent on the phone to invite us to receive our gift, it was mentioned that the gifts are absolutely free but on reading the Voucher, we got to know that to redeem the stay, one has to pay a charge of Rs. 5, 500 for one week. The representatives had also told us that the stay and all the gifts are absolutely free. Please find below the exact SMS received by us on the phone.

                    Agreement Related Points
                    1. Reg. Agreement point no. 3 –
                    1.1. The agreement states that the member is eligible for Studio Rooms without kitchen only but as per general customer understanding, studio rooms are with Kitchen only. However, no such information about the kitchen not
                    being included was communicated to us during the sales pitch.
                    1.2. The agreement states that a maximum of 4 nights can be used at once. This was never told to us during the presentation. Instead they told all 6N 7D can be used at once or in 6 times of 1 Day/Night each.

                    2. Reg. Agreement point no. 8 –
                    2.1. Later, on finding out about the AMC, when we discussed the same with them on the phone, and during our second meeting on 18th December, they informed us that the AMC is of Rs. 8, 500/year and will never increase in the future. However, the agreement states that the AMC will increase at the rate of 15% every three years on the last paid AMC without prior notice irrespective of part/full payment of the product price.
                    Also, it is mentioned in the agreement that the AMC is exclusive of taxes and is payable irrespective o[censored]sage of the vacation facilities/amenities. This was also not told to us.

                    This highlights the blunt lies told to us even after we discovered about the AMC.

                    3. Reg. Agreement point no. 10 -
                    3.1. The point mentions that if the second party chooses to benefit from the Cash Out Price, He/She is liable to pay the entire amount within 30 days of initial payment. However, we were informed that the entire payment was to be made the same day itself as the scheme was valid for that day only. In fact, CCHHL representative was sent to our house approx. 10 kms away from CCHHL branch office along with a swipe machine to collect a remaining payment of Rs. 1, 70, 000/- after we had made the initial payment of Rs. 7, 000/- at the office by my wife’s HDFC debit card.
                    I requested them to give me one day’s time to make the remaining payment and go through the documents thoroughly but they kept on pressurising to make the payment on the same day saying that the scheme is valid for that day only and cannot be availed on the next day.
                    This clearly shows how the facts were hidden and lies told to receive the entire payment as soon as possible without letting the second party to go through all the terms and conditions/facts/reviews of all the documents and the company. It also indicates that they are aware that if the customer reads the agreement and knows about the company by internet or any other source, they will not like to become a member of the company. This shows clear cheating.

                    4. Reg. Agreement point no. 14 -
                    4.1. The point states that membership card will be issued subject to providing copy of ID and signature proof, address proof, 2 photographs and compliance of KYC norms of the whole family. Here I would like to point out that no address proof and photographs were taken from me in the entire process. Also, no KYC norms compliance form for the whole family was filled by us during the process.
                    4.2. The point also states that the process of execution of agreement will complete only after affixing signature of the authorised representative of the first party i.e. CCHHL representative. Once the second party signed the agreement, the same will be sent to the head office for execution of the agreement. Thereafter a copy of the same will be sent to second party through a courier.
                    This is to inform you that I had sent a request (via telephone and E-Mail) to cancel my membership and refund the amount paid by me even before the agreement would have been signed by the first party i.e. CCHHL representative who sits in the Hyderabad office (as informed by the CCHHHL branch office manager). I had sent the cancellation and refund request on the next working day (i.e. 5th December, 2016 – Monday) of making the payment. Here I would also like to point out that we haven’t received any copy of the agreement signed by the first party i.e. CCHHL till date.


                    5. Reg. Agreement point no. 15 –
                    5.1. The agreement states that during peak period if the occupancy of CCHHL owned resorts opted for is high, only shorter holidays duration are provided to accommodate others.
                    We were informed that we can always take as many days of holidays as we like and no such constraints were mentioned.
                    5.2. The agreement states that a continuous vacation of 6 Nights 7 Days can be split into 2 holidays of 2 Nights and 3 Days for convenience. This also implies a loss of 2 Nights and 1 Day as also mentioned in the agreement.
                    However, in the sales pitch it was never mentioned that splitting of the holidays would result in any loss of days or nights in vacation. We were informed that the holidays can be split whichever way we want and the holidays were cumulative and can be taken in any number of pieces without any extra payment/loss of holidays. This is in total contrast to what is stated in the agreement.


                    Terms and Conditions –

                    1. Reg. Terms & Condition point no. 21 –
                    i) The point states that application should be submitted along with copy of acceptable proof of address. However, no address proof was taken and submitted.
                    ii) The point states that the vacation charge along with the agreement can be made through Cheque, DD, PO, Credit Card, Debit Card but their representative informed us that only credit/debit cards are acceptable.

                    2. Reg. Terms & Condition point no. 22 –
                    We have not been briefed about this point (floating week, booking dates, booking priority to higher category/higher season/higher points) at all and are still unclear about the point.

                    In view of above, I request you to take up case with top management of country club and get my amount refunded .

                            Iam lalit chauhan. I brougt my country club vacations membership in year 2008 from vaashi navimumbai. I was promised to give life time membership and a2000 sq. Ft. Plot in kolad. It hasbeen almost 10 years still country club has not given the 2000 sq. Ft. Plot in kolad on mumbai goa highway along with lifetime membership (Membership no. Kpr -1979m). I contacted them so many times but no response. Instead they sent me letter proposing food voucher or upgraded membership instead of o plot. But i just want my plot and all the interest of my money i paid almost 10 years ago.

                            I also paid and was promised plots at Kolad etc. But just like most other members, I too have been cheated by this club. I have posted my complaints on many such online forums, but I knew this would not be of much help. I have currently filed my case in the consumer court. In case you require some suggestions, I can help you out. I am also part of a whatsapp group that has a lot of harassed members & I believe there surely are many such groups .                               Country club Vacations gave me a call stating that I have won a prize in their lucky draw. To take the prize, I will have to go to their office in Amanora Mall, Pune. When I went there on 11th Feb 2016, they asked me to attend their one hour session over there where they told me about taking the membership of Country Club explaining the benefits. I opted to go for the membership and paid them Rs 1, 45, 000 via my credit card which would be converted into EMI’s that I would be required to pay to my bank.(As per their scheme I have paid 100000 and still 15000 is left to pay which i am not going to pay at all. They have given me a discount of 10000 and 20000 is going to be recovered through EMI by bank.) Just after 5-10 minutes of taking the membership ( membership id is CCPU40V10LB72575), I realized that I took the decision in hurry and should not have taken the membership as I would not be able to make the payment of EMI’s because I need to meet my Family expenses too. So I called their Take Over Manager at same time and told him that I want to get my membership cancelled and asked to get my money refunded. The Take Over Manager told me told me that in can not be cancelled nor refunded.this membership can be transferred only. I have sent mail to [protected]@countryclubmail.com team of country club stating my amount and membership should be cancelled but they replied they can adjust the same in 5 years plan instead of 10 years plan and AMC will be adjusted in the same. In another instance they have shown me Koregaon park property/club in their manual as I went to see that property it is not present same has been shifted to Undri. This way they have shown me something and delivered something else.Each time they are giving a reference of agreement which is not even notarized on which I have signed in hurry as mentioned above. So request you to kindly get my money back.

                              It is not resolved. They are agreeing on its the case of miselling.
                              As per discussion with country club it is found that it is complete case of miselling and misrepresentation.kindky lodge a complaint against them I have all the proofs and evidences where it is clear.

                              So on the basis of these facts I need my money back.

                                Marketing division of COUNTRY CLUB is cheating the customers with false promises and charging the customers.

                                I would like to raise a dispute against the country club for the payment made on 17 september, 2016 for Rs.70, 000 for membership(No. ending with 5437)in the rajouri garden branch.

                                I do not want the membership and i want the refund to my MONEY. Please refund the money and stop this fraudulent practice.

                                All this is creating panic, trouble and wasting lot of valuable energy and time of the people.
                                All the promises, agreements were fake. Whatever they told at the time of conversational meeting was only the verbal, no commencement was done on that. Extra charges are taken at everyplace that this needs this much n that much and all that.

                                This is a clear case of betrayal and cheating,

                                Please look into the matter and refund my money at the earliest

                                  I Harbir singh is the member of your club since 2014-15. Membership No. ...201 having paid 30 years of vacation programme. I was told that 6 NTs and 7 days will be given per year. It was never told that on split one night will be cut. Moreover there are no 7 days, it is 6 nts and 6 days (12:00 hr to next day 12.00 hrs). on booking 4 nights all 6 days are over as 1 night is not given. same way 2-2 nights are not given for 3 places in single programme. i have not used my holidays between 9.3.2015 to 9.3.2016, but it is shown "used" against my membership. why so. please clarify ' how to use maximum 6 nights in a year by split".

                                    Today, I have received a call from country club they said to send me email but not given any email id . They told me to send details of all false commitment, but not share the email where i can send details. Below is the details of false commitments; -

                                    1. They promise for 4 return air tickets with holiday at any place in INDIA
                                    2. In spite of various written and telephonic follow up and reminders, they not book and provide holiday, below is the details of emails ;-

                                    A. We had sent first email on 21.04.2015 for non receipt of membership card and also for web link where we can check and book our holidays at [protected]@countryclubmail.com & csm.[protected]@gmail.com

                                    B. We have received a reply that we gets the card within 30-45 days, this is the first false commitment, while selling membership their Mr. ABHISHEK told us we will get our cards with in 10-15 days. In their reply email country club also asked with us our membership no even when the cards not provided.

                                    C. We have sent our first email to book our holidays in Kerala in NOV-2015 & also to check availability
                                    if they have properties in 'LANDSDOWN', as we are planning a trip for Landsdown from 13 May to 16 May. WE had sent this email on 5th MAY, 2015, but not received any reply from Country Club and again send reminder follow up email on 12th May, 2015.LUB LUB BUT NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM COUNTRY

                                    D. Again we had sent email on 25th MAY to book our holidays in Kerala in NOV- 2015, But again no positive response and our holidays not booked yet

                                    E. We have also sent an email on 3rd Nov, 2015 to book our holiday in SIRDI / Mumbai IN THE MONTH OF feb, 2016, , but as usual this time also failed to book

                                    F.Today also I received a call from Country Club after this cimplainet they said me to revert on the email which they send to me, but I have not received any email from them, This is the way they are working

                                    I would like to also inform you that ...First they called and asked for collecting free gift vouchers at the mall, Noida. After 40 mins of presentation they asked us to book and join the country club vacations for 3 lac . when we refused they offered membership vacations of 10 + 5 years for 1.65 lac .
                                    when we refused the offer also they offered extra benefits of booking today only . The extra benefits were one all incl. free trip including air tkts for 4 N at any place in asia and one more such trip in any plac in India. By this all free offer of today only we became members . next day when we asked for all the free offers and its bookings they refused . This co seems to trap people.

                                    Its about more than 2 years that i had purchased membership with 50, 000 rs with lots of offers and benefits, but not received anything till date .

                                    YOU ARE ONCE AGAIN REQUESTED TO PLESAE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND HELP ME OUT. PLESAE REFUND MY MONEY

                                    Refer to my complaint dated 14.2.2017. I would like to inform you that no action has been taken from country club till date. We have not received any call, any response from them.I am surprised how its show resolved on the websites.

                                    After that I am busy as my wife's delivery was also due in feb. Now I am again would like to reopen my complaint and inform you that till date I have not received any response from cc

                                    The sales person made false commitments to me at the time of the deal and now, he and his manager are not picking my phone. I visited their office but no one is responding properly. I contacted to their customer care number but they also did not give any proper response. I have also sent e-mails, but no one is bothered about the problems the customer is facing. It seems that this company dose not give any value to the law of this country

                                    You are once again requested to please contact them and force them to either refund our money or book our holidays

                                    Hope you will look into the matter and help me out
